This the slowest Starbucks ever in the morning. If you in a rush most definitely don't go here. I waited 15 min if not more. Atleast they had the breakfast sandwich I wanted.

Consistently pleasant experiences here. Friendly, happy sounding staff at counter and drive-thru. A few outside tables nice in warmer weather. Nice layout inside as you pick up your order near the entry door and order near the rear. A typical smaller store with a few lounge chairs and a couple of tables. Once I may have given the wrong order but they promptly, pleasantly remade it. Only negative not of store's doing: the parking lot in the immediate area is very dark at night. The Safeway lot lighting in front of this store doesn't work.

good for getting coffee, not awesome for sitting and working in (which is what I like to do). the workers here are always nice and pretty quick and the coffee is good. however, the high ceiling design makes it really loud, and there's only so much of being crawled all over by flies I can take.

I love these guys. I am so grateful for their friendly service and attention to detail. Andy is a pro and great under pressure. I am glad I work near by and am here often.I usually prefer a mom and pop style espresso stand... but this Starbucks in awesome!

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Do NOT go through the drive-thru. I was 6th or 7th in line and am now stuck here 25 minutes later and still in line. Finally got to the front and while she comp'd my drink I didn't realize til I pulled away it was entirely the wrong drink! Unbelievable.

This particular branch of starbucks has messed up my drink order so many times I've lost count. I've learned NOT to order skinny tea lattes, because they always forget to use sugar free syrup for them. (i have had more luck ordering them "fat free, sugar free"). Once they put a tea bag into a coffee latte when I ordered a tea latte, and were totally confused when I brought it back and had them re-make it MINUS the coffee. (that was very strange). They often forget the splenda when I go through the drive-thru, and then I have to park and come in anyway... which is what I was trying to avoid by going through the drive-thru. I've had them give me the wrong type of tea about a dozen times. The staff is friendly and nice - but always double check your order. If you're going through the drive through, I suggest tasting it before you drive away to make sure you got what you wanted. on weekday mornings if the drive-thru line looks long, park and go in the store instead. It's often faster.

This has got to be literally the fastest drive-thru of ALL time. (I'm pretty sure this is the Sbux by the Safeway?) Fast, fast, fast service. I have never been through a drive-thru this fast, let alone a STARBUCKS drive-thru. I used to go here on my way to school, even if I was running late since I knew it would take 2 minutes or less to get through! Keep it up!!

Parking's a little cramped at this location. It is on the corner and in the middle of Safeway and a shopping plaza so it is packed all the time. Because this is a heavy traffic intersection, I dont think I'll be coming to this one all that much. It's hard coming in/out of the drive thru at this one.

This Starbucks always has a line for the drive through. Not excessive, but it's no ghost town. It's clean and Starbuckish inside. If I don't go through the drive through, I come inside and it's always early in the morning. Sometimes it takes a little while before I'm acknowledged, otherwise it'd be a 5-star review. I appreciate that they're always friendly in the drive through window. Always.

Nice clean Starbucks, they normally get my order right, and the one time they didn't they corrected their mistake and made up for it. The Barista's are friendly and the few times I have gone through the drive through the service was quick and they got my drink right.

I go to Safeway I like grabbing coffee (or sometimes I mix up my order of operation). This is a small store and doesn't have a ton of seating. They aren't the best choice for study session or group meet up but I've come here to read the newspaper or sit and enjoy my coffee. I've only been through the drive thru a few times. Given that the queue is set up to go past the 4 adjacent stores and past a little, I'm very picky about when I'll go through drive thru. I've never had an issue getting parking. Maybe it's hard to find princess parking but I've always been able to park within a row and one store over. Service here has always been a-ok. The people seem friendly considering how busy they are.

I just wrapped up a job walk nearby and needed a latte for the road. I always walk-in, dislike drive-thru. There was one gal in front of me and she's ordering a couple fancy fru fru drinks, taking her time. The barista asks her if she'd like anything else and so the gal starts scoping out the pastry counter. The barista then asks her if she'd like a pound of the Christmas blend. The gal responds, "Oh I can't, I'm always broke." So dearie, what are you doing in Starbucks ordering up expensive fru fru drinks and pastries? Anyway, the young barista was nice as I ordered up my usual grande nonfat latte. "Name?" "Honey" "Honey, your latte is up." I left Kent just the way I found it.

I have hit the drive-thru here a few times. The service is here is hit and miss. The 1st time they were SLOOOW and not so friendly - the other 2 times, medium speed and ok service. OK in a pince but not my Starbucks of choice.

Another Starbucks on a busy corner next to Safeway. Nice Starbucks on a busy street with a long drive thru located down at the end of the strip of stores. Good size place. Friendly staff. Close parking can be a problem but there's plenty. As with most Starbucks it's busy in the morning and slow at night.
