Five stars for the service. Angela is an amazing waitress. Extremely attentive, efficient, very polite and friendly. She goes above and beyond all the time. I believe this is my third time being served by her and every single time her service has been beyond exceptional. As for the food it's decent.

Our favorite spot in the Tri Cities. My wife loves the martinis and their menu never disappoints. Great happy hour appetizers.

The food is priced highly and not that tasty.. If you're gonna pay $20 for a plate then the food better taste amazing but that's not the case at this restaurant. The food looks great but doesn't taste great.

This is one of the better places in town. A regular lunch spot for myself and friends. The twigs fries with Gorgonzola sauce is off the charts. The steak bistro salad is a solid choice as well. For dinner I'd recommend the pork oso bucco. The service is always on point and food is not too pricey but can be on a few menu items. Great atmosphere as well.

Went 8/29/15 for dinner worst meal ever. There were 15 in our group. Not sure why chili flakes & chili powder were added to lime vinaigrette salad dressing. Burned my mouth, lips & tongue were numb rest of night chili powder were on the fries also. Also ordered the blueberry cream cheese mini turnovers. They were over cooked in deep fryer. The only reason for 1 star was the mini they were great. Our waitress gets 5 stars.

Just ate my first meal at this establishment. I was in town for a convention ( jw.org ). This place is SO good. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our waitress Angela was such a sweetie and was very helpful and attentive. Butternut Squash flatbread App was delicious. My husband ordered the Signature burger and he really enjoyed it. I ordered the Black and Blue NY Strip. It was perfectly cooked, Medium just as I requested. Mashed potatoes and veggies were AWESOMESAUCE.....and speaking of sauce, the Gorgonzola fondue on top was BOMB. Delicious mashed potatoes and soup. Their beer menu was solid, I really enjoy NoLi IPA so I was pleased to see it on the menu. One little thing.....why do restaurants not bring water to the table anymore? Is this a new thing I just didn't get the memo on? It seems to happen everywhere these days. This place didn't bring us water either. But literally that is the ONLY thing that I could gripe about and I could gripe about every restaurant these days so I am giving them 5 stars because that is a petty thing compared to all the deliciousness we experienced. Thank you Twigs for existing!

After going to the Meridian Idaho location I had high hopes for this location as well. Unfortunately this was not the case. Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong did. We were a party of three. We sat down and ordered drinks. We waited so long that I actually got up, went to the bar, and got my own. The waitress didn't even acknowledge that we had to do that or apologize or offer any explanation. We ordered the flatbread without bacon. The pizza came with bacon on it. They took it back and brought us a new one. Thinking things couldn't get worse, we went ahead and ordered our entrees. I ordered the Salmon Burger but ended up getting the bison Burger brought to me. So literally every course was incorrect. It was a mess and I will not be returning to this location.

The food is delicious and the customer service is super. Even when a mistake is made, they go above and beyond to fix it. They wraps are my favorite.

decent place to go for drinks with friends or on a date. The food is overall pretty good, nothing to write home about though. I have had the fish tacos a few times and always get thrown off by the presentation. I am not sure why they serve the fish on skewers formed into a teepee shape over a bowl of cabbage. It is just annoying to then peel off the skewer...drinks are good though and have a nice martini menu which is rare for tri cities. Decor and atmosphere are nice and always a popular afterwork and evening spot. If you are looking for a central place to have some drinks or people watch, this is a great place!

I went here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. The restaurant was pretty busy, but we still didn't have to wait so that was nice. Their new summer lunch menu is pretty good if you're not too hungry but still want good food at a great price! I got the carne asada tacos that came with some fresh chips and guac. The guac was a little bland, but still overall I was pretty happy with my meal. Our server, Ashley, was very attentive and kind, and made sure our water glasses were filled all the time. She came to our table a lot and I almost felt a little rushed through my meal. This was my first time to Twigs and I was initially a little overwhelmed by the menu and needed a few extra minutes - she kept checking back to see if we were ready yet. I would have appreciated a little more time! Overall, I would come back. I hear their happy hour is pretty good too, so definitely want to come during that time (3-6p and after 9, every single day of the week).

Dined tonight with the family to celebrate my sister in laws birthday. Waitress comes and ask me if i wanted a drink. I decided to order a tall glass of coke with a double shot of Maker's Mark whisky. She proceeds to tell me they carried pepsi products, that alone salvaged her $15 tip she received from us. Amazing waitress and its unusual to come across them nowadays in the Tri-Cities. It must be the radiation in the area. That being said i ordered the Crab Mac N Cheese for 19.99 and a side of caesar salad. My wife ordered the Margherita Chicken with a cup of the cheddar broccoli soup. While we received our salad and soup, i noticed that Twigs is only a one fork restaurant. Unacceptable to be a higher end restaurant and not wrap in two forks in the table clothed towels. One for the salad and one for the entree. You don't mix your forks. Where is your table manners lol The Crab Mac n Cheese was pretty good for having more specks(5) of crab shells than actual crab(4 pieces of crab), the noodles were cooked perfectly, only issues i came across was the plating was very off, the onions that were cooked into the bisque based Mac N cheese was all clumped in one part of the bowl. Also the group entrees came out a couple minutes after we received our salad and soup. Ultimate pet peeve is when restaurants condone this type of behavior. Unacceptable during a dinner setting! The caesar salad was perfectly tossed and not overly dressed. The pecans were a nice pleasant touch to the salad. Thumbs up there. Its was alright for a meal that is over priced. Not my first option but definitely not my last option either. If it wasn't for their server, they would've received only 2 stars. Food to the Face score: 2 out of 5

Nice ambiance and friendly service. But all three times I have been here the food. Looks good but tastes just ok. I don't understand how it looks great and has no real taste? I wouldn't not go there again but not on my own. It just doesn't do it for me.

I went to this fine establishment a little while ago. Overall the experience was positive but just seemed like it could have been better. The waiter at first seemed like they were in a super hurry with us but then explained that they were just trying to get our order in before happy hour ended which is understandable. That is until happy hour was over and she continued to rush us. It felt like she was all up in my stuff deeper than a tick in deer season. I'm not sure what that last part means but it's how it felt...Additionally we were facing towards the windows right as the sun was setting. It created an eye searing light the made us unable to really even see the food in front of us let alone our friends we were with. Overall the food was good. Just make sure when you go to turn away from the light!

Came in for dinner on my birthday. We ordered fries off of the happy hour menu, some cocktails, and a pizza to share (the pizza is quite large; my husband and I shared it and still had some to take home). Everything was pretty tasty. Service was good - not super friendly but not brusque or rude, and she checked in with us in a timely manner for water refills and new cocktails. The alcohol menu is HUGE, which is always fun, especially if you're in the mood for a few frou frou drinks. The fries were crisp and tasty, and the pizza was good. Also, the doughnuts were quite sweet (with their accompanying sauces), but pretty darn tasty! The meal or dining experience wasn't anything totally new or spectacular, but seems like a solid place.

My wife and I were seated in the outside patio area and it had a nice atmosphere to it. The server was very attentive to our needs. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the food that was served. We had calamari as an appetizer and it was very flavorful. I had a turkey wrap sandwich and tomato bisque soup which was very tasty. The tomato bisque soup was some of the best I've ever had. My wife enjoyed her orange chicken salad as well. Most of the sandwiches and salads are between $12 and $15. This restaurant is not really for children and it's meant for special occasions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We have been to Twigs on many occasions. Yesterday we had lunch. The new summer menu was very creative. I had the BLT Wrap with Caesar salad and my husband had the Carne Asada Tacos with a side salad. Both were very good. The service was GREAT. It is nice to rate a local eatery with good service. We each had a local beer, this time no martinis. Overall a solid "A" rating.

Came here with coworkers and had some food and drinks. The drinks are old school classic! The bar is legit and has a great offering on types of liquor. The food is good too. The small plates are very tasty and diverse - veggies, pork, seafood, meat - and the entrees are corpulent American portions. If you want to come here and just drink at the bar, it is a great bar with great ambient. See my pictures. There is a lot of traffic to get here. Only drawback is getting here. You better have some google maps ;-) Have a great time here!

Recently moving to the Tri-Cities I have been on the lookout for a go to restaurant, this is it! The food is amazing, and I have not met a bad martini yet (though I will admit, I am not an adventuresome drinker). The waiters and bartenders are very timely, well mannered and seem to enjoy their jobs - this makes for a good vibe and a relaxing visit. Also, be sure to save room for drunken donuts; you will not regret it!

For starters - I would go back. They have an amazing seared ahi and once I saw that on the menu I had to go. I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant a lot...the decorator and the cleaners do an amazing job of keeping the interior of this restaurant looking spectacular and that doesn't go unnoticed. I appreciate the peek a boo into the kitchen to see the chefs working on the food and the restaurant seems to run very busy. Our server seemed overworked to say the least. He was always kind but rushed and short, he was super smart in offering the dessert menu before the meal. (that was a first and a really smart marketing tactic, for you to plan ahead). The food was PERFECT, absolutely perfect. It was almost 1:30pm and I was amazed how busy it was for a Thursday and maybe that was why our server seemed so frantic. Either way you take that piece out of it and this would've been a perfect review.

We moved to Tri-cities in August of last year. One of our first adventures with our newfound neighbor friends was to a local winery, where we had lunch and of course - wine. The food was fantastic and we were informed it was all catered by Twigs. So we just knew we had to go there. So we went. And went again. And again. And it has become our favorite date day lunch spot ever. As long as Kiki is working :) My husband has a thing for the fresh sheet entree, and I have a thing for the fresh sheet martini. We always order this, and we have not been disappointed in what must now be 6 lunch dates over the last 6 months? I have posted Twigs' food porn on instagram (itsbecca76) more than once. Is Twigs expensive? Yes Twigs is expensive - but it is intimate, we have a favorite table, a favorite server, and we have never (not ever) been disappointed with anything we've ordered. My favorite appetizer is the fish tacos - give them a try. The house syrah is tart and tasty. If you're looking to try a martini, and you REALLY want a kick in the pants...ask for the Kiki-Tini. Kiki can do no wrong. We love Twigs, it's our favorite place to indulge in all of Tri-Cities.

Very nice! Enjoyed my first experience after a long shopping splurge at the mall with my wife. Wonderful Twig's burger! Then again to meet up with a few guys for a brew while the wives went shopping. The service has been wonderful each time and the atmosphere is laid back but yet not pub-ish. Great place to eat!

Sometimes I find value in eating at an establishment a few times before writing a review. I've eaten at Twig's four times now since moving to the area, and some things have stayed consistent while other things have not. Service: A Each hostess and server that has helped me on my visits have been not only pleasant, but extremely friendly as well. Food: B+ Some entrees are out of this world (vegetable stir fry from the vegetarian menu; turkey BLT wrap); while others are overpriced and tasteless (the oil based pasta dish from the vegetarian menu). Ambience: A It is so beautiful inside and such a nice place to have a relaxing evening. My favorite spots are anywhere near the fireplace! Recommendations: Don't charge $22 for a non-meat pasta dish that costs you $1 to make, and add at least a little zest to it! Also, a little extra rice with the vegetable stir fry would be wonderful. I've asked for extra twice, the first time being charged nothing extra (as I shouldn't have; it's about 10 cents worth of rice), but the second time being charged $3!!! For an extra scoop of white rice! I was not happy with that. Overall, I'm happy to have a Twig's near me to enjoy.

We have eaten at this location a few times. Unfortunately, it is not at the same standards as the north spokane or valley mall locations (which I would give 4.5 stars), but still good. This trip we came in for a late night dessert. We ordered the sticky cookie and the drunken donuts. The sticky cookie (warm cookie, ice cream, whipped cream, etc ) can be found at most restaurants. However, it is amazing how most restaurants can screw this basic dessert up. Twigs version is spot-on! We haven't had a better one anywhere. The drunken donuts (warm donut holes with powdered sugar and 3 dipping sauces were a fun and unique treat! Our server, Kelsie, was very friendly and super cute! You can tell when people are just acting nice because it's their job, but she was genuine! 5 stars tonight!

On the way to Walla Walla we stopped overnight in Kennewick and had dinner here. The interior is modern and trendy, and for a Friday night they seemed very busy as they were completely booked out, but thankfully we found a seat at the bar. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive, the service was great. If you have food allergies, they have a separate gluten free menu, with quite an extensive diverse list of options. My friend ordered a burger, and I had the Lamb Sandwich on a GF Hoagie Bun. The food was decent, just didn't have much flavor, and overall bland. My friend said the same for her burger. For being in Eastern Washington with lots of great wine around, their wine list was slim and disappointing.

Damn fine martinis, but that's a given since it is in their name. If you like just a classic martini, no frou-frou, just gin (or vodka) and the requisite accoutrements, this is the place for you. And the food is very good as well. Have been here several times and its consistent. Plus they do a great job of communicating with their customers. Tonight we had a new"fresh" appetizer that a crab and shrimp tower that was delicious. Had the fresh mango been mango salsa, it would have been even better. Both entrees were delicious as well. Our server, Dom, did a great job: friendly, professional and courteous. Nice young man doing a good job. Very much enjoyed this experience again.

I did a Friday afternoon. I had the moroccan beef appetizer, since I was alone, it was enough for a meal. The beef was tasty the balsamic glaze was good, just a little sweet, however I still enjoyed the meal. The gorgonzola "fondue" was a dipping bowl which went well with the focaccia bread. so asususal I had no complaints. Since I'm a business traveller, I sat at the bar, had a couple of glasses of malbec and the moroccan beef. An enjoyable repast, as they say. Place is upscale, staff is aware, no complaints about service or food. Not bad for a growing chain.

Twigs is one of the nicer restaurants in the Tri-Cities in my opinion. I've been going since they opened and I've always received great service and wonderful food. They also make great drinks for those of us who like to have a nice hand crafted drink once in a while. They also have an extensive martini list with very reasonable happy hour specials. I've eaten a few different meals at Twigs, but one of my all time favorite things to order is the Cesar Salad. I LOVE the dressing that they use. It's even a tiny bit spice which adds to the flavor. So, if you are looking for a place for a nice date night... I think Twig's is a GREAT choice.

Amazing food, weekly specials menu and happy hour! I went to Twigs several times while in the Tri-Cities for work and their menu is so extensive that I never had the same meal twice. Highly recommend the Neapolitan pizza and Drunken donuts. I would often sit at the bar and the bartenders were not the most engaging; the service is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars.

I love twigs. The food is always consistent and the waiters are generally good. I have been here more than 2 dozen times and my favorites are the bistro steak salad, turkey bacon wrap, and the truffle penne pasta. Next time you are in order the waffle fries, you won't be disappointed.

  • Fidel P.

Drinks good, the waitress who helped us great, the people bringing the food, not too good. Tip: keep an eye on the HOT TABLE where your food is sitting and see how long it sits there before they bring it. Got in and altercation with a member of staff there (not the waitress) about my food sitting on the hot table too long before it was delivered to me, then made me look like a fool when I asked if they had a particular sauce.

By far my favorite restaurant in Tri Cities. I love coming here with a group of friends to share the experience. It can be a tad pricier than going to a Red Robin or Applebee's, but it is no comparison that Twigs has the best atmosphere and amazing food. I also really like all of their staff - they are so attentive and kind. If you haven't been, you are missing out.

  • Alex M.

I've always loved coming to Twigs. Delicious food and fun atmosphere. My favorite is the salmon sandwich, yum. I give 4 stars only because of the service I get when I'm in the bar area. It could be much quicker. The severs are usually always nice and friendly, but only during the few times I see them. Doesn't keep me away, but would love to see it improve.

For once the Tri's has a restaurant that offers a variety of drinks, food, and atmosphere. The Martini's & Drink's: Egh... $10 for a martini is overpriced especially since they are prepared with pre-made generic sugary syrups. I really think the martini list and combinations are innovative, -for the Tri-Cities but certainly not anything that hasn't already been done. I already have a hard time paying $10 for a cocktail in Portland but now that I have a drink in that price range to compare it to -I need to man up because these $10 drinks in Portland have been infused on site and made from fresh squeezed/made juices, definitely worth it compared to drinks made at Twist with generic mass produced flavored syrups. The beer list is nothing short of usual- it's your typical Kennewick sports bar tap list: Coors lite, Bud lite, Blue Moon, nothing of real taste or to please the craft beer enthusiast. The Grub: The food wasn't all that great, and not all that bad considering most of it comes from a pre-packaged vacuum sealed bag. We were a larger group of 5 and each ordered something different and shared our appetizers and meals. My Argentinian fish tacos appetizer which I ordered like a meal -was dry like cotton and lacked the aioli garlic zing, a flop. The Bruchetta Flat bread was worth a double order- I think I could have eaten a batch of that alone! The Pork Osso Bucco was fall off the bone -as it should be prepared, delicious in preparation but salty, Waiter, More Water Please! We ended our meals with an order of the drunken doughnuts and meh... unique sauce flavors but the doughnut holes must have been from a hostess box.. The service: Our server was a doll, she keep our drinks coming, easy to chat with, laughed at our lame jokes and I felt like we were homies from middle school. She did a fantastic job of making up for the lack of taste. Being that this is the one spot where you can mingle with your girlfriends over drinks and appetizers aside from PF's and Bonefish, I will be back to give it an other shot!

This place is great for a date night. However I feel like their prices r definitely in the $$$ range. My husband and I spent $80 on two drinks, 1 appetizer, and two dinners. They don't get 5 stars bc if they r going to be a fine dinning they need to at least give out gourmet bread w/ oil/spread ect but they only had simple dinner role bread which I had to ask for.

$5 top shelf martinis, great people watching and our bartender was personable. Food entree was meh, and the chef lacks knife skills but it was tasty. Decent spot.

I have been to Twigs for both lunch and dinner with small groups and larger groups. The food is good with a variety to choose from. It is a great after work stop for drinks and appetizers... Try the Mojitos... But dint head to Mary's afterwards. .. It'll cost you!

[Solid 3.5 Stars with Sumara (our server) giving the extra 1/2-star for 4.] Once again it's amazing to witness how deprived and desperate we are for new restaurants in the Tri-Cities. All I've been hearing about is how Twigs is the new place to see and be seen. I naturally put off checking out this joint because of that. But finally made an appearance there recently. It was (surprise, surprise) crowded, so instead of waiting for a table, my friend and I set our destination for the bar. Luckily there were a few high tables in there, and we grabbed one. Our lovely server for the evening was Sumara. Sumara made the experience for me. Overall, I'd say Twigs was so-so and average, but it's just so good to see how a server can make an experience all the better. First up: Drinks I was surprised to see some unique drinks on the list. I'm not a huge martini fan, but yes, they do have quite a line up. I started off on the pre-prohibition tip and wanted to see their take on an old fashioned; it was decent, nothing extraordinary...meaning, I coulda made one similar or better. For a second round, I went with a huckleberry lemondrop. This was also fairly decent. I'm spoiled when it comes to cocktails (i.e. I've been to some great bars and can make a decent libation myself). Anyway, I'd say they get points for atleast offering offerings which aren't on the Tri-Cities circuit. My friend went with some beers and had a couple of what they had on tap. There tap selection was average. Next: Food I went with the ahi wrap. I had it fairly rare (as it's meant to be). This was pretty good. It wasn't super seasoned, but it was good nonetheless. Service: As I said, we lucked out with Sumara. She was funny, psychic (she knew what I wanted...or maybe she has The Force), and kept our drinks/food coming. Overall, this is an ok place. It's fancy inside. It's sort of a carbon copy of some of the other chain restaurants we have in our town. I guess this formula works because all these chain restaurants are generally packed here in the Tri-Cities. If you happen to be in the mall (kill me now), then this would be a good option.

Bad service and questionable culinary skills. We went to Twigs last year for dinner for two on a Friday evening. We waited over 45 minutes and never got seated even though we were on the list, sitting in the waiting room. We saw multiple groups of parties of 4 who arrived after us and were seated before us. We were disgusted with their poor service and apparent policy about seating parties of 2 at night. We left and went to our favorite restaurant instead. So, over this past weekend, we returned to Twigs but for lunch. We walked in and were seated immediately. After waiting 10 minutes, we had not been approached by anyone. No one brought us water. No one took our drink order. No one came over or mouthed to us from away, "be with you in a minute." My husband who is such a patient man got fed up so we moved ourselves to the bar in the hopes of receiving service. Poor service. The manager found out, came over to us immediately and offered to comp one meal or dessert. So that was cool; she tried to make up for it. My husband asked for his meal to be minus an ingredient to which the server said "of course!" Everything was fine until our meals arrived. His arrived with the ingredient in his meal to which the server said, "I hope that's ok!? Well at least they are big and you can see them and pick them off!" Not cool. Did the server forget to note his request on the order? Did the cook not remember? Either way, I did not appreciate the mistake nor the server's flippant attitude about the mistake. My meal tasted great but it had 4 pieces of crab shell in it and that was unpleasant to find in my mouth with a resounding crunch. For us, the food is not worth the poor service we received on our last 2 visits. From now on, we will stick to our favorite restaurants who get the orders right, are super friendly and chatty without being awkward and who give us heavy pours of wine.

When I come to Kennewick to see my most fabulous friend Debbie, we always make a trip to Twigs. And it is always filled with laughter, tasty food, and maybe a funny story we get to walk away with :) First time here I had some butternut squash bisque which was heavenly! I also had a greek salmon sandwich. YUM! I have also split a warm spinach salad and the fries with my friend here too which were also tasty. I know I have had other food, but my mind is failing me right now. It's trendy and cute inside. Low light and polished looking. Can be loud depending upon where you sit inside. As for drinks, I've had "The Blood Orange", "French 75" and the happy hour Classic Mojito. And I enjoyed all of them. Last time wer were there we sat in the bar, and some friendly gentlemen of the cowboy variety, were trying to be very chatty. We had a good laugh walking out to the car afterwards. For us we usually wind up with a story. Whenever I roll around into the Tri-Cities again, I'm sure we'll stop by :)

I really like the happy hour at Twigs! They have delicious martinis (obviously) but their wine selection is also pretty fair. My favorite item here is probably the flat bread with squash. The only downside here is timing; sometimes it fills up quickly and then the service gets a bit slow.

Yes! A Twigs in Kennewick! Everything is delicious and their happy hour is one of the best in town. They have a gluten free menu and take excellent care of those w/ food allergies.

As luck would have it, Alaskan Copper River salmon was in season so that's what I ordered. Cooked perfectly (just seared) - this place did its job satisfying my craving for a really good piece of salmon. If you are visiting the area and see Copper River salmon on the menu, this is a must try (you can always order beef some other time!) The gorgonzola fries are amazing too - you don't even need the gorgonzola..the fries are perfect on their own. I usually don't really care about how a restaurant looks like if they make great food, but I couldn't help noticing the effort put into making this place a fine dining location. Very nicely decorated. The patio area is a very pleasant place to hang out for dinner. An unexpectedly nice restaurant in the middle of the desert!! KPI (Key Performance Indicator) ratings (1-5, 5 - best): Quality: 5 Delivery/Service: 4 Cost: 4

I'm not of age, so all I've really had to base this place on is their food. It's not great. One poor experience in particular was with one of their steak sandwiches. I had to give up less than halfway through due its ridiculous toughness. I don't know what the cut was, but it wasn't worth any amount that we paid. I've also had their happy hour turkey sliders. Not bad, but nothing to rave about. I have a feeling that people wouldn't fall for the prices here if it were in a bigger city. Don't let the chain-restaurant (which it is, to note) "ooh" and "ahh" ambiance fool ya.

There are many things I like about Twigs and I enjoy going there. However, I have one complaint, after my lunch there today, which I think they should be aware of. First let me be positive and say the atmosphere is relaxing and nice, the service is excellent and the food is good. They have a good selection of options, both for lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable. My ONE COMPLAINT is that their soups are too spicey. Today I had a Tomato/Pepper Bisque and it was so "hot" that it burned my tongue. Totally unexpected and it ruined my taste buds for the rest of my lunch. The Fries with my fish lunch were also very spicey so the taste buds had no chance to recover. I have had this experience before; extreme (to me anyway) spiciness and it spoils the dining experience of the other delicious food they present. The donut holes with their dipping sauces are delicious! I would recommend this place but if you are sensitive to spiciness ask for a sample first to be sure you can handle the "heat".

Happy hour is everyday from 3-6 and 9-close. They have amazing food and drinks! Pork tacos and the salmon are my favorite but I've never had anything I didn't like.

Had a really enjoyable lunch here. Sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a few drinks and a meal. The drinks were okay - had a classic Margarita and a Huckleberry Lemon Drop. Nothing too special or impressive in terms of preparation or balance of flavors. Twigs Signature Burger - Really tasty and prepared extremely well. The fries were great too. Very aesthetic looking plate - and they say you eat with your eyes... Orange Chicken Salad - This one was a let down. The chicken had too much breading and the pieces were cut too big. Not as pleasing to look at, and more importantly it didn't taste very good. Would not order this salad again. The service was excellent. He was very observant and very polite. The atmosphere is awesome. Both inside and outside, Twigs is stunning to look at. I have a love/ hate relationship with all Twigs... I find their menu limited and over priced (have to pay for the cost of building such a beautiful place) I also don't agree with how they pile on so many flavors to most of their menu items. Seriously, take a look at the menu and descriptions - its flavor on top of flavor... But with all that said - I do enjoy my time at Twigs when I do go. Love? Hate?

Good atmosphere and nice food. They have good happy hour prices for drinks and appetizers until 6pm. I've been to many of their branches and have always had a good experience.

Their Food is from what I've tried pretty good, their burgers in my opinion are better then most things on the menu and the drinks are great, a little overpriced but the happy hour is awesome :-) great for a night out with girls or a date night. I've even seen bachelorette and wedding parties here.

HAVE YOU EVER HAD GORGONZOLA FRIES? Omg they were pretty much the best fries I've ever ever ever had. My partner and our gang were in the private room, which was a lot of fun. There was another party in there (about 15). It was a lot of fun. Yayay. The drinks were great. Pretty much, I was a big fan of this place. Whenever we return to TriCities from Seattle, we'll probably hit Twigs up.

So disappointing. Haven't been here for several months, and wandered over around 1 p.m. on a Saturday. The small patio out front appeared to be nearly full, causing me to think, wow, they must be slammed. But upon entering, there were only a few tables occupied in the main dining room, and in the bar there were two tables of two people each. Pros: This place makes one of the best lemon drops in the Tri-Cities. Decor - very nice. Now off to why I have demoted this place to two stars.... 1. Chose to sit in the bar. I mean, we had the pick of the place, seriously. Picked out a table and sat. Realized that this table, while devoid of dishes, still had chunks of food on it. Not crumbs, chunks. Gross. We got up and moved over one table. Dirty. Not chunks like the last table, but mega crumbs. Wondering if this was going to become a game of "Let's Keep Moving Tables," we brushed off the crumbs onto the floor. By the way, in the nearly hour we were there, no one cleaned the dirty table next to us. I know there was a busperson, because I overhead him telling a customer who came in for a quick shot of whiskey that that was his job. He was apparently too busy fiddling with tomato juice cans behind the bar to finish cleaning this table. But let's move on..... 2. What have you done to the food? My husband ordered the sausage and jalapeno pizza and I ordered the Blue Steak Sandwich, described as follows: Hand cut Culotte steak grilled medium, with tomato, crispy onions, romaine, lemon garlic aioli and melted gorgonzola cheese served on a French roll. I sure tasted the garlic aioli, but if there was gorgonzola on the sandwich, I didn't taste it. What mystified me was why the steak wasn't cut into manageable slices -- it comes in one big thick piece. Big enough where Mr. S jumped into "mother mode" and reminded me to take small bites lest I choke. Okay, the sammy wasn't that big of deal but let's move on to the pizza, a former favorite of mine. We like spicy VERY much, but what have you done to this pizza? In addition to the jalapenos, whoever cooked this beast sprinkled on a hella lot of red pepper flakes, making this sucka nearly inedible. Mr S gave me a small bite and it was ridiculous. I had to reach for my lemon drop, which takes me to #3......... 3. My lemon drop was empty. And had been for a long time. So was Mr S's beer. Turns out, the bartender (who was otherwise very nice) was our server, and although he did not appear rockin' busy, he neglected to check on us for refills OR offer us water (especially when a spicy dish was ordered). No eye contact, nuttin'. UNTIL we finished that last bite, whereupon he made eye contact (oh, hello!) and asked, you guys want another? No thanks, check please. Yeah, surprised. Maybe they save the "A" team for the evenings when the place packs out with the cool people looking for cool martinis, but in any dining situation, cleanliness, edible food, and good service are critical components of ensuring that a customer returns. Separately, these wouldn't have been such a big deal, but in combination -- it turned out to be one puzzling dining experience.

Great food service and atmosphere. Prices are fair and portions are large but not obscene. This is my second trip here this week. This town lacks decent places to eat but this one restores my faith in the food scene in eastern Washington.

So every six weeks or so I am in the Tri Cities for business. This outfit has other operations in the Northwest, so I figured I'd try this one. The pickings near Columbia Center are the usual chains, after all. The first experience was disappointing. The peppered salmon was pan seared, all right. Raw and cold for the most part. The veggies (broccolini, as I recall) was steamed into submission. On the form provided I indicated my profound disappointment. The PIC came to see me, said she wanted me to come back and gave me a card that comped my next entrée. Fair enough. So tonight I ordered the same dish. The vegetable was squash, and it was not overdone. The "pan seared salmon" was not seared. Broiled or baked, I reckon it was, and thoroughly cooked. Both items tasted as if they had been parked in brine, however. It was the most salt I have subjected my lips to since I swam in the Pacific Ocean in SoCal. Since my server was charming and I'd had enough wine to feel compassionate, I said nothing about my damaged lips and tipped her well for her service. But I am hard-pressed to see myself going back to the place. For the price (salmon, rice, veggies $20) I think they should do better. I can also do better choosing a restaurant in the Tri Cities.. Oh, and their wine-by-the-glass prices are too high for Kennewick. The reds include two selections that are their own label (always an extra-profitable menu item.) Strikes me as a bit pretentious. For $8 their Syrah is not a deal, at a five ounce pour. They offer the Dreaming Tree Crush at $10 the glass. I can buy a bottle at retail any day of the week for $12. All in all, it's a "bistro" in a large shopping mall. No more, no less. You can do better, I am certain.

Went there with a large group of teachers. The drinks were amazing! The best mojito I've had. I also had the roasted garlic Gorgonzola burger. Fantastic food! Everyone said they enjoyed their food and drinks. I'm sure we will have more group event s there in the future.

I really do like this place, that is if I am looking for somewhere cool to have a drink with my girlfriends. It has a really awesome bar area, probably one of the best in the tri-cities, and great drink selections. Their food is, reasonably priced, but nothing that really stands out as GREAT. I get the steak salad, and it comes with a good portion of steak, and it is good, but just that......good. I had the black and blue steak, it was cooked as I ordered it, but just didn't stand out. I also have had the Osso Bucco several times, didn't really love it, it comes with a creamy sauce and I prefer my Osso Bucco in a marinara sauce. Go there on a Friday night for cocktails with friends, but not necessarily for the food (again, the food isn't terrible, just not GREAT)

Went here for lunch on a weekday @ about 11:45 and got right in. I like the spacing of the seating. There is actually room to feel like you have some relative privacy IF you get a booth. Based on the menu and my wife's order, this is another quality restaurant choice in the Tri Cities. I ordered the Cobb Salad and have to say I was disappointed. They try to fancy it up somehow, but a Cobb should just be a Cobb - they way you expect all Cobbs to be. It was decent but chuck full of fresh mushrooms, which might be great if you like mushrooms, but these were the dominant feature of the salad - yuck. My wife ordered the blackened chicken sandwich which she loved. Pros: Lots of potential - I need to go back and try something different. Cons: Pricey for lunch. Expect to pay $30+ for two.

I kept hearing that the burgers at Twigs were the best in the Tri-Cities. I couldn't believe that since we have a lot of burger joints in town. Once I found myself at Twigs ordering their "Signature Burger" and winding up in my mouth, OMG!!! No joke people, if you want the BEST BURGERS IN TOWN go to Twigs and order their "Signature Burger" It's fresh, juicy, and large! They also make a lot of other great menu items. One other note, the interior of this place is unreal! I would have to say Twigs is the best looking place in the Tri-Cities.

The happy hour prices were good, but the main entrees we got were pretty expensive. The service was very good though, but the food was too subpar to justify the cost. I think I could've gotten better food for even a dollar or two less.

I've been here for both lunch and dinner and I can say I'm very happy Tri-Cities has another great place to get drinks. The turkey BLT wrap was amazing. Typically, whenever I order a turkey sandwich it's usually bone dry and a little tough. This turkey melted in my mouth and had a great fresh taste. The crab mac and cheese had a lot of crab in it and it wasn't drenched in sauce so you could actually appreciate the taste. I wasn't too impressed by the crab and artichoke dip. It wasn't awful but it was a little spicy. Also the fries had a little bit of kick to them. As someone who doesn't like anything spicy I opted to not eat the fries. I also didn't like the taste of the bistro chicken. The chicken was nice and tender but the sauce that tasted too sweet seemed like an after thought and was dumped on the chicken making it hard to find what was and wasn't chicken. They also put the sour cream chive and mashed potatoes on top of the chicken and it was covered by the sauce instead of being separated from the chicken However, my favorite thing about this place is the martini's. They have 36 different martini's to choose from and every single one look delicious. No, I haven't tried them all but the ones I have drank are yummy with the right balance of sweetness and vodka. I wish I could do a martini lunch everyday! P.S. They have a private room in the back that you can reserve for a party.

I was debating whether to give this a a 3 star or a 4 star... because really, it's a great place to have in Kennewick. It really caters to the younger 21-35 age range. The ambience is good and the menu sounds delicious. The drinks were amazing! We came here for a girls night out as the 4 of us were reuniting after SUCH a long time. In the end I decided on 2, because after writing this review, I just realized how poorly the restaurant handled us... Our server, Heather, was super aloof and kept bringing us wrong drinks, was ridiculously slow, and we hardly got any attention from her. She was too busy with the men's table behind us. We got to the point where if we wanted another drink, we needed to order it as soon as she brought one round because it takes 20-30 minutes for each round to come. We were really understanding when we arrived because it was packed and busy. But around 8:00 or so, the place cleared out and we were one of the only tables still there. Finally, later on we decided to close the tab at our table and move to the bar so that we'd get more attention, only to order one drink and then have last call be announced... Twigs lost another star for the food. Now the menu looks amazing and there were a lot of things we wanted to order. We ordered the chicken satay with pineapple salsa and it was delicious! It came down to the last skewer and my friend and my sister decided to share it so they split it down the middle lengthwise only to discover it was completely RAW in the center! We of course sent it back and they comped us on an appetizer. The manager came by once to make sure we were raging about the raw chicken... which we weren't. We handled it pretty well. We come from the hospitality industry--our whole table-- so we knew customer cases where they basically start kicking and screaming when you don't get their order right. We didn't do that. And yet, they still gave us crappy service. That was a major disappointment. And finally, this was my fault for not reading the menu carefully, but the Margherita Pizza wasn't tasty... it was overly garlicky from spreading minced garlic all over the crust. There was no tomato sauce, but instead tomato slices on top. I went to Naples so I assumed it would be like it should be--tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil. This version is not good at all. The best thing I can say for this place is that the drinks are amazing and the bartender was great. Other than that, Twigs needs to work a little harder to please its female customers.

Great restaurant and martini bar, although they also serve other drinks as well. I think the service, food, and drink quality was superb here. The bar is lively, as well as the restaurant area. I seen a few of my friends there and everyone was having a good time with other friends. It also seems like a great place to hold a business meeting or to meet new clients. Well done Twigs!

So first off, the food is DELICIOUS. We had the Under the Sun pizza, perfecto! Finished with the Drunken Donuts, and let me just say we don't normally splurge for dessert, but it was well worth the $6. Especially the amaretto creme. The service was really good. Drinks stayed filled, wasn't too long or too much interruption. The only thing here service wise that I found sort of intimidating was our waiter walked up to our table and just looked at me without even asking a question. Like it took me a moment to realize why he was standing there - I was getting low on my drink. Nothing major, and I didn't deduct anything for it. Was just a little uncomfortable. So why the 3/5? 1 - the drinks were really, really strong. I can handle my liquor. But when you pay $8+ per drink, it's hard to swallow when it tastes like rubbing alcohol with a hint of raspberry instead of raspberry with that bitter aftertaste, you know? 1 - The prices. The food is great, but for two people we spent $60, and I really think that some price cuts (there was a pork dish for 21.99) would benefit them a bit. Otherwise, probably new every-so-often favorite for me! EDIT: Went back, and going to go ahead and up this to a 4/5 stars, but still -1 due to price.

Gorgeous bar, which is half the size of the entire space. Decor is very appealing & makes you want to go home & redecorate. Have been there 2 times now, once for happy hour & once for dinner. Both times the place was PACKED, which only goes to show how desperate Tri-Cities is for some good dining options. Trip #1 = happy hour. Half a dozen appetizers to choose from, chose 4 & none impressive. Nachos actually were pretty terrible. Their drink selection is extensive however & VERY reasonably priced. Tons of martinis, each one more tempting than the next. Trip #2 = So busy that the service was lacking. Friendly, just MIA. Tried calamari, artichoke dip & fish tacos. All were tasty, especially dip which had a great hint of spice to it. The downside is it seems like they are trying too hard to be kitschy and mod and the execution leaves the dish lacking. Drunken donuts however were warm & tasty! Overall = Will be trying again, great place for some post work relaxation. It's like a bite of Seattle transplanted into the mall ;) As tacky as that sounds, I'm sure come Christmas shopping, this place will be packed to the gills.

I'd been a fan of Twigs after several visits to one of their Spokane locations and was thrilled when I heard they were venturing down here. If you've tried to get in to this place during the evening, I think you'll see exactly why they "branched out" (hah hah) to our area: the place is PACKED. The TC's obviously needed this place. Since opening, I've been three times. Once for cocktails, once for lunch and once for dinner. The first two were five-star experiences. I highly suggest the Gimlet with the Elderflower and muddled cucumber. My third experience at dinner wasn't as satisfying. The service was lacking and the toasted pecan Caesar salad I'd ordered earlier lacked the same amount of dressing, pecans and cheese which made it taste flat in comparison to the one I'd ordered at lunch... which is how I landed at the 4-star. Other things I'd suggest: the steak sandwich is amazing; the pizzas are great; the pulled pork sandwich is delicious, and everything on the happy hour menu is also great. Also, the dessert menu is awesome. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I'll probably just avoid the dinner hour until things have calmed down.

Oh Tri-Cities, always so excited over a new place...even when it's anticipating the opening of Texas Roadhouse. If you can't find an entree you like at Twig's then you don't like food. I had the Jamaican Ahi Tuna, my co-worker had Mac and Cheese with Bacon and Crab - both were great. Appetizers were good too - I loved the bruschetta. A good place for interesting cocktails that seem to rotate as well. The waitstaff seem new and are still getting used to the menu and getting experience with serving, so I think us and our common restaurant goer and joking/sarcastic attitudes were a little off-putting for our waiter. Also, there is consistently a wait during dinner any day of the week that I've seen since this place is still new and exciting to many. Worth a try but not a place I make a point of going to every time I'm in the Tri-Cities. Also, twice when I've been here a co-worker has ordered virgin drinks because she actually likes them but can't really handle the alcohol. When asking for a virgin mojito she was told "we don't do virgins." Interpret that how you will. She got an iced tea instead.

Nice atmosphere. The food was overpriced. The crab mac n cheese was more greasy than creamy. The pesto chicken was a confusing conglomeration. Overall it seemed like a nice place for a drink, except we don't drink. Oh well, we probably won't return.

Decided to give Twig's a second chance today. This time I ordered the steak salad and was served rotten lettuce. And I don't mean that it was a little brown...I mean it was decaying and mushy. Goodbye, Twigs...it's been real. Real gross.

We took a group of 11 to Twigs in Kennewick for a business dinner. I was worried since the restaurant had only been open for few days. The atmosphere is great with a lovely, modern decor. We arrived a bit early, but our table was ready for us. Great, friendly service. The food was very good as well. I had Pepper Salmon. Hubby had a steak with gorgonzola sauce. Others at our table ordered Tuna, salads and stirfry - all which received great reviews. Desert was yummy. Overall, a very nice, causal yet upscale dining experience. Their menu offers everything from hummus and pizzas to burgers, steaks, pasta & seafood. Prices are very reasonable, around $12-30 for Entrees.

I hope the Tri Cities can sustain a non national chain venue like Twigs. I'm pretty tired of seeing restaurants close their doors while Applebee's and the Olive Garden have lines out the door. Rant over. I brought my wife to Twigs the other night for dinner, both of us eager to find a new joint in town to spend our money in. We were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, the full tables and booths, the very attentive servers, tasty food and reasonable prices. We will be back.

I've been here a few time and will definitely be back. Unfortunately the food and service is inconsistent. One every 5-7 visits a server will forget me or the food will come out horrible. They're quick to fix it... usually. I would come back more often but the chance of a bad experience is just too high. So instead one every other month with a group of friends is fine.

I went when they first opened and everything was terrible- the service, the food, and the martinis. Went back again recently and unfortunately still the same. I have many friends who say they enjoyed it, so I suppose give it a try for yourself. For me, it's a no.

food was good, small portions for the price. service was typical for Washington...fair. For the price they charge they need better and more refined and experianced wait staff. Hard to find but if you dont it will cost you in the long run. This is na typical shopping mall type of restaurant..very franchisey feeling. Bar was out of Jamison Irish. My daughter love the place but she is 25 and doesnt eat much. It is sort of a I want to feel good about myself place rather than I want great food and service place. For the Tri Cities it is probably a 4 star place. Food sits for a long time waiting for a waitress to pick it up. Owner: Any waitress should be able to deliver food. Use a team aproach and not a thats not my table aproach. There are vibrating pagers you can get wait staff. You get what you pay for in wait staff.

The service was bad from start to finish. From taking to long to get our orders, forgetting drinks, coleslaw did not have any dressing and when a different dish was served it was like nothing was on it anyway, crab mac & cheese was tasteless and used blue crab,,, hello we are in the northwest what happened to Dungeness, seating was very cafeteria style with not really any privacy without hearing the next tables conversation, fish & chips was good but nothing special, the pit ham and pulled pork was terrible and to top it off my husband spent the rest of our evening in the bathroom; coincidence maybe. I would not waste my money here again.

Ambience: 5 stars Food: 3.5 stars Service: 2 stars We have tried Twigs 3 times...the rating is the same. I think because there are not many trendy restaurants in Tri-cities, that helps keep Twigs in business...wish they would better train their staff! 1. Greet your table within a few minutes of being seated. This includes bar area also. 2. Be attentive to your guests and their needs. 3. Smile and be friendly. 4. Hostess: quit visiting with each other so much and pay attention to customers...with a smile, greet customers as soon as they walk in. If not busy, open door for customers.

Really nice place with a fantastic atmosphere! The food is also very good and the martinis are quite nice too. It's a little pricey, but that's to be expected from an upscale place like this. We like it... once in a while when we have a little money to blow. ;)

Twigs has great atmosphere, good food, and a great vibe. Prices seem a little steep (for Kennewick at least!), but I guess that's what you pay to NOT go to Applebee's or Olive Garden. My husband and I will be coming back to try the happy hour!!

One of the few places I miss in the Tri-Cities, amazing food and I only wish they had come to town sooner so I could have visited more than three times. All three visits I ordered something different and each was more amazing than the next. I read a lot of reviews about bad service, but I never had a problem other than it was very busy the first time I came right after they opened on a Saturday night-totally understandable. When are you going to further your expansion to the west side of the state? I miss this place!!!

Went over for a company Christmas lunch and had one of the worst dining experiences in my life. The wait staff was slow and rude. Waited over an hour for the salads, which mine was given to another person at the table. When I pointed it out they took another 15 to get another out which was 5 minutes before my main course. I got it with ten minutes left to eat before I had go. I wolfed down a third of the crab Mac&cheese. It super hot that I really couldn't taste it. I was sick the rest of the afternoon. I called the next day just to let them know that it made someone sick. The manager wouldn't even talk to me, she pasted me off to the chef. The chef called me a liar. Tried to tell him that the leftovers smelled fishy but he wouldn't listen. I would give zero stars if I could, they missed on every level of customer service.

Been to Twigs lots...have to sadly say service and quality have gone downhill a bit. We were there around 3pm so it wasn't busy...don't get me wrong out server was nice and very helpful when my food came out cold (when it finally did). Was with the family. Ordered two appetizers, one didn't come out until our meal. Had our server asked if we wanted another beverage - I would have ordered one. I like their menu and I wish I could rate them higher.

I will start with the good and say that I have always enjoyed the food and drinks at Twig's and I guess that is why I have gone back a few times. However, from the very first time I visited, I found the service to be pretty awful! The bartenders acted arrogant and ignored me for long periods of time. I asked for recommendations from the martini menu and the bartender very brusquely gave 2 ideas. Neither sounded very good to me and when I chose something else he seemed offended and was very short with me the rest of the time I was there. My second experience was much better as my friend and I sat in the dining area instead of at the bar. The waitress was very friendly but seemed a bit unprofessional. On yet another instance I sat alone at the bar again and the bartender, a woman this time, seemed genuinely annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted to order immediately upon sitting down. She walked away and I sat for another 10 minutes before being waited on. Later as I was eating my dinner she came and leaned on the bar in front of me and proceeded to gossip about another customer sitting further down the bar. I found this to be EXTREMELY unprofessional! Lastly, and after writing all this I don't know why I ever wanted to go to Twig's on Christmas, but being alone and away from family this holiday I wanted a good drink. Well, I was irritated to find that there was nothing posted on the website about holiday hours and when I called there was not even a recorded message to let me know when they would reopen. Once again, very unprofessional!

I finally got around to trying Twigs (I had been hearing about it from so many people), and I have been back twice in the last month for happy hour with friends. One night the four of us tried all the small plates on the happy hour menu. The bistro nachos were my favorite. A fun twist on a familiar staple. The martini menu is vast (and expensive). I have tried the bellini-tini and the blood orange martini. The blood orange martini is delicious! Next time I'm going to try the pomegranate martini, as I have heard it is good, as well. On both visits, the service was prompt and attentive. Very nice. Fun atmosphere. Pretty upscale for the Tri-Cities! During both visits, the restaurant and bar were both packed. Some time soon, I need to go back and try a meal.

Took my Wife here for her Birthday. We had lunch and decided to both order Pizzas and share them. She went for the Bacon Jam, and I for the Pear Gorgonzola. Both were excellent, and we had enough left over to have for dinner. Menu prices seem to be all over, but you can eat well for reasonable if you want. Interior is nice, love the fire in the center. This place is BUSY, even in the afternoon. Service was average. I will come back to try their Happy Hour special of Kahlua Pork tacos and Classic Mojito. Love me a good Mojito!

I've been here three times (seems to be a trend!) for lunch, with different combinations of friends and family. The "Pros" - awesome decor (cross 1964 cocktail lounge with a little NASA space-age chic), zero wait (at least at lunch), and a staff that is enthusiastic and seems genuinely happy to be there. Cons - none really, except that the hostess the third time tried to seat us at the table nearest the entrance, even though there were plenty of other tables available - why do they do that?!) Kudos to Eric the Waiter - just the right amount of attention, humor, and professionalism. The food has been consistently tasty and well presented. The portions are decent-sized, and the menu is so diverse it's hard to decide what to try next. One suggestion; more mahi mahi on the Argentinian Fish Tacos. I concur with a fellow reviewer - the "drunken donuts" are out of this world. Twigs - thanks for coming to the Tri-Cities. Now you just need to build a second location out in the Richland Queensgate area. Most importantly, I promise never to use the word "yummy" in any of my reviews.

It seems as though dining options are becoming a little more upscale here in Tri-Cities! Having options is always a good thing, and Twigs is a great one. We dined here the night before Valentines Day, knowing that we stood a much better chance of a nice evening than if we waited until the craziness that the actual day would bring. Our food was absolutely wonderful. Hubby had the Mango Curry Shrimp, I had the pepper Salmon and we split a Smore's dessert. Everything was perfectly cooked and presented. The drink selection was more than adequate as well. Service was a little slow, but competent and friendly. They were quite busy so the lack of promptness was understandable. The facility itself is beautiful which is kind of ironic because the noise level is a drawback to the overall ambiance. It could be a great place for a romantic meal were it not for the acoustics.

Got there at 5:00 pm on a Thursday - always nervous going to a new restaurant in town because you can never get a table! We were seated right away on the restaurant side. Martinis were great - can't wait to work my way through the extensive selection! Just had appetizers but they were good too, chicken satay and hummus with pita bread. By 6:00 it was full, by 6:30 people were lined up at the hostess area. Service was great - even when they got swamped. I'll definitely be back! Decor was upscale and classy, prices average for this area - very nice all around.

Pretty legit happy hour! Pomegranite Margaritas are delish. I absolutley love the Berry Salad! It's sooo great. The service is always great and are usually pretty good about getting people in. The only thing that deducted a star was the price.

The Bistro chicken was very good. The rice was way too salty and the veggies were under cooked. Not overly impressed.

My wife and I had dinner tonight (Sunday) at Twigs. After reading the mixed reviews of that place, we were wondering if we should risk it. But we had a year old gift certificate from her daughter and we decided to risk it. As you can see by my 5 star review, we were impressed. The place was very clean, the décor was peaceful and trendy. We sat near the beautiful fireplace. The waiter came right to us with water and silverware and menues. He explained the nights specials and left us to make our selections. About the time we had selected our choices he was right there again to take our order. We ordered the bruchetta appetizer and my wife ordered a bowl of soup and the fried cod. I ordered the roast beet and pear salad, and the pepper salmon. My wife's dish had coleslaw and fries with it. My salad had mixed greens, pecans and gorgonzola cheese in a perfect dressing. My entre came on rice pilaf with a corn and roasted red pepper chutney on top. I wanted to taste the fabulous fries that everyone here at Yelp was raving about so I asked the waiter if I could substitute some for the rice and he said no problem. I asked for the chef to hold all salt on my fries and that was no problem too. When The appetizer took a bit to arrive but not too long. We were just finishing the bruchetta when the salad and soup arrived. My 1/2 portion was enormous, filled a dinner plate over an inch deep. My wife had ordered only a cup of soup and received a small bowl, but plenty for her. Both were absolutely delicious. As we were just finishing, the entrees arrived. Again, enormous portions. I didn't want cod so I can only say my wife was happy. I could see it was battered and deep fried, like fish and chips. I have had better looking fish and chips in my long life but I won't hold that against them. My salmon was the best prepared salmon I have ever eaten. A very thick filet was cooked perfectly for me. The chutney was great as were the mixed vegetables and fries. When we left I told the waiter so and tipped him generously. We had watched and overheard him serving a large family at the next table. He to care to serve the martini one had ordered and did a fine wine service as well. They all looked pleased. We will return!

This was our second time in, both times for lunch, and happy hour. Our servers name was Eric, nice guy and on the ball. Food was also good. Today we had some of the Happy Hour food specials, the Nachos, and pork tacos, I would recommend both. For lunch had the pork sandwich, very good, my wife had a salad that she said was alright. Not that there was anything wrong with it, but compared to my pulled pork not so great. We'll be back for sure.

I have tried 3 of their drinks and so far they have all been a let down. The cherry limeade tasted like I was sucking on an actual lime. Had to send it back it was that bad. Not worth the $8 a drink!!!
