Randy's is a diamond in the rough (you could easily drive rite by it not knowing its a great neighborhood diner) that my family frequents quite often. I rate this as 5 star due to it awesome customer service (very family orientated) and overall good consistency for producing a good tasting well made breakfast. My go to items that I alternate between are the breakfast burritos, chorizo & potato scramble, chicken fried steak & eggs and the biscuits and gravy. Their large breakfast burritos along with their home made green and red salsa make this my favorite breakfast burrito in the Tri-Cities. The chicken fried steak and biscuits & gravy are topped with a well made white gravy that has a good flavor. My daughter loves the French toast as well which is made from scratch and is flavorful. They also will cook a few things that aren't on the menu if you know to ask for them such as the chorizo, potato & egg scramble and the juevos rancheros these are two of my other choice items that I always get for breakfast. The owners are very personable and always treat all their clients as if they were their own family members.

We waited 1 1/2 hours for mediocre food. Staff was slow/unattentive. No explanation or apology for the wait. Will not be returning.

Went for breakfast for the first time last weekend and ended up going back the next day for a take out order the food was so good. Like mentioned before, don't expect anything fancy but this place is fantastic! I've only had the bacon skillet but I can image everything else is just as good. Reasonably priced for the portion I got. Will absolutely go back again soon!

Certainly a very plain looking establishment, but nonetheless it's run by nice people and the food is good (typical diner food). I go pretty regularly for lunch or breakfast food

Looks Like I am the first to review this place. Small little family shop. Met Randy while we ate. Food was good service was good. Nothing really great nothing really awful. I would eat there again.
