There is only one guy running this shop (there is also a woman who seems to help with the front counter sometimes too). It is almost always open (day and night) and closed rarely. The back area is viewable from the counter, it's always swept and clean. Sometimes you can't always get the donut you want because he runs out. He doesn't make a bunch of donuts for the day and let them sit out for hours on end. He'll make fresh batches throughout the day/night. I'll suffer through not being able to get exactly what I want all the time in order to get something super fresh and tasty. There is excellent variety and some of the donuts are not available anywhere else!

Horrible. We walked in as did another guy behind us, he turned around and walked out, we followed right behind him.

Terrible service, and potentially life threatening as well. We walk in and have to wait a few minutes while the only guy working there shouts on the phone with someone while sitting at one of the tables. When he was finished talking to whoever, he comes over and we ask for two donuts. We specifically ask, twice, to get them in two separate bags because my friend's donut had nuts and I have a nut allergy (note - I had asked on my previous visit and was assured the donut I was getting would have no nuts). He puts them both in one bag. I tell him no, we asked several times for two bags, I can't eat that now. He then yells at us for not asking for two bags earlier (we did), and grumpily puts them in two bags. That's not how allergies work - once it's touched nuts it's contaminated. I would have just walked out right then but my friend wanted his donut. I'm SURE, if I had walked out, he would have put the now nut-contaminated but supposedly nut-free donut back on the shelf. Do NOT come here if you have allergies. If you like being treated very rudely though, this could be the place for you! To be fair, the first time I went there someone else working and it was better, but knowing how they handle their food I won't ever go back.

Favorite place for donuts in the Everett area, love the French crullers, apple fritters and cream filled donuts there. The guy makes his donuts daily and doesn't make too much so they don't sit there for days.

I don't care what anyone says, they have my favorite donuts...ever. period. I have been getting donuts here for years!! I love me some maple bars and maple french/crullers. I personally am not a fan of cake donuts so I have never had them here. Definitely give this place a try; It looks like nothing special (it's part of a strip mall) from the outside but their donuts are not bad...at all.

Well, the last person to review this must have eaten all of the donuts at this place. All we had to choose from were maple bars, chocolate bars and apple fritters. I think there were one or two other donuts. I had my heart (it was valentines day after all) set on a chocolate cake donut but there were none to be had. So I settled for a chocolate bar. My friend had an apple fritter. We both agreed they left a greasy taste in our mouth. My friend got a bottle drink and I was going to get some coffee until I noticed there was about 1/4 inch in the bottom of the pot. When you look in the dictionary under donut it gives you Dunkin Donut and then donut a variation of doughnut. I think I like the doughnuts at Karls Bakery the best. I'm sorry but I think every time I go by this place I'm going to be giving that shiver a person does when they recall a particular creepy time.
