Madison is my favorite dive bar to go to. Free parking can be found in a private parking lot or on the street. Discover is an accepted form of payment. The staff is always friendly. The food is consistently satisfying bar grub. Portions are large. Prices are fair. Brew is always cold. I love witnessing the working class who haunt this bar. Steel toed boots, calloused hands, make-up free faces, rough language, honest conversations and serious drinking. Madison is a great reminder to never forget where one has come from. Happy hour is offered Monday-Friday from 2pm-6pm. A pounder of Mac & Jack or Manny's costs $4 (hh). My wife and I just shared the Pub Club $10.95: A Triple-Decker Sandwich piled with ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on wheat bread. We substituted the fries for tator tots ($1.25 extra). The tots were hot and crispy. The sandwhich was delicious and filling. Thank you Madison for providing an unpretentious environment for us to fill our bellies and whet our whistles.

8/1/15. Huge Hugh portion, great food selections, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Did I mention that the portions are huge and big enough for 2 normal grown-ups or 1 hungry teenager. Lots of sports on TV. About 86 screens I think. Fresh food too!

My husband and I find ourselves here at least a couple of times a week. The deals on food are fantastic and they have the service to match. Love this place!

I was looking for a good luch place in Everett, (HARD TO FIND ONE!) saw the reviews and tried it out. AMAZING! the food is great huge portions and taste great. One of the best Ruebens in the state! lots of TV's and yes it looks like a Sports bar from the 90's, thats ok, and im sure its a 40 something rocker place on weekend nights. Thats ok too. Go there for lunch leave your Bellevue attitude at the door and enjoy some great food!

Ok this was the last straw for me and I will never spend another dime at this place. There is a particular bartender there who is terrible at her job. She rocks a purple buzz cut and is fucking rude every time to me and my party. For the second consecutive time I've been here with four or more people, she has cut off one of my friends before we even ordered a drink. We try to tell her we are taking cabs and doing the responsible thing about not driving but she goes on a power trip and refuses to serve a person in our group regardless if it's warranted or not. And I can assure you it wasn't. So after taking a cab from a decent distance away to sing karaoke and spend a good amount of money there she has refused our group for reasons I cannot explain. I also didn't appreciate her attitude when it came to wearing a hat and hoodie that didn't coincide with her rooting interest in sports telling me that I shouldn't be wearing what I was. It's unfortunate because the other bartender was great and was not sure why we were asked to leave. Like I said, there are plenty of other places in the Everett area that treats their customers with respect and doesn't refuse service for no reason. If your looking to unwind with a group and cut loose my advice would be to find a different place.

The good ol' Madison Pub Grill. King of Blues music every Wednesday night. Rob Bramblett is the cool sound man who does everything at this place-works his ass off 6 days a week. Karaoke on certain nghts is pretty good for the most part. Pool tables, pull tabs...and the food here is OFF THE HOOK! My favorite is the french dip sandwich. The bartenders are super nice and very quick to get orders filled. My only main concern with this place is this...a lot of 40 and over folks who hang out as regulars during the week...who think this is THEIR place. And if you don't go in every day or spend a bunch of money, they are super snobby to you about it. Oh yes, had a few confrontations with folks on that issue. Must be nice to be able to come 3-7 times a week, waste half a day and $300 while talking bullshit to everyone you know while you are getting more drunk. Um, yeah. I stick to Wednesday nights only, and I stay for 2 hours, that's it.

I've been here several times but only ate here for the first time last night. Their menu is HUGE - they even serve breakfast. The food was delicious, the portions were very large & the service was excellent. I can't wait to try more menu items (I had the French Dip and it was so good).

This place has charm but I found the drinks to be weak. I liked the fact that they had a full menu but I'm not trying to listen to depressing songs being sung on kareoke for four hours. I probably won't go back. I liked the trash cans but they're 14 bucks a peice.... so that's lame.

Some friends and I came here because she recently moved in down the street so we wanted to check out the local pub. It had a wide variety of patrons but primarily and older crowd. The drinks were reasonably price but what stood out the most was how HUGE the portions were for the food. There were 5 of us and we ordered two apps and each an entree. Let's just say we would've been good with just the apps! Friendly service and fun time. Karaoke and live music too!

I have been going on Wednesdays off and on since last Oct. I have read all the negative remarks and yes the parking lot and where playing pool is small, but really that is those are the only things I have found negative about the Madison. The staff is always friendly, the food portions are huge, not to mention tasty. The music is great with Rob running the sound. For those that complain,. this is not the 4 seasons. It is a small dive bar that has a great atmosphere and the people are friendly. It probably is not that way all the time but it sure is when I go on Wednesday nights.

I have been here 4 times trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt because our mutual friends like it. (For some unknown reasons, they say they make the drinks strong. I say they make the drinks taste like fecal matter) NO! Never again! Only older locals and a strange gathering of people TERRIBLE drinks, I have ordered bloody mary's, simple vodka drinks, etc all taste like S**T and the bartenders arent that attractive so I am not sure why they still have a job... The people who work there are RUDE if you are not over the age of 40 and a daily visitor to this crap hole Good luck trying to play pool in a tiny section without being unintentionally molested all night by the people trying to play at the table next to you. This place just sucks all around, the "karaoke" sucks, drinks suck, employees suck, parking sucks, BOOO! That is all.

Most people know the Madison is great for live music and karaoke, but the food's great too! Right now I'm enjoying an excellent New York steak, and my wife is having what she said is one of the best Reubens she's ever had.

Great place, amazing food good beer and spirit selection. Food portions are huge, sweet potato fries, and half price burgers on tuesday. Local crowd a bit odd but hey its a local bar.

it's a bar in Everett not El Gaucho. (wood panelling, pull tabs, karaoke, etc.) Second best bar food in town. Lotsa fried options. Many TVs. I hear people exclaim the virtues of their "Trash Cans". (seems kinda girly. i drink whiskey). Good specials. Breakfast is good as well. Heidi is awesome!

Great band in a very empty venue. Drinks (tangeray and tonic) were fine. Wait staff were aging attention. Diverse crowd...yes, older,

Lord, help me... I convinced my BF to take me here last Friday for a drink. I heard through the grapevine that they do karaoke up here on Friday. So, we walked up from our humble abode and mosy-ed on in. Fist of all, it looks even worse inside than it does out. The place is dingy and dark. Second, I was really pumped for karaoke... until I heard the type of music people were singing Ragin rock punk metal fusion? Not one person sand anything remotely melodic. It made my stomach churn. Not that i dont love rage metal death metal rock punk and all things noisy, but it doesnt sound natural coming out in karaoke form. Third, the drinks were the same price as many bars in Seattle. 8 bucks for a Grape Nehi that was sour as f**K ('scuse the explitives) I could barely choke it down. Me and my honey played like 20 bucks in pulltabs, and then when some weirdo girl got up there and started to sing "sweet dreams" I knew id had just about enough. Dont think ill be going back there. My quest for a new karaoke spot up here in the bleak North End continues...

Yeah, this place isnt for the faintys... great karaoke on the weekends, especially if you like to sing tool, or system of a down, etc. The crowd is all everett, so it gets a little crazy sometimes. Tons of great beer on tap (20 taps i believe, lots of locals) and the food is actually really good, and very reasonably priced. Full bar, witha really good selection of top, top shelf's. 3 pool tables, darts, and a ridiculous array of pulltabs. (one half of the bar is pull tabs..) I love this place. Alot of fun.

Not a bad little joint. Good music on Wednesdays, they pour a stiffer drink and have better service than sportys. I'll be back. Especially on Wednesdays.
