Fast and professional service. Restaurant was quiet and clean. They gave me more than I expected for my coupons, great deals!

They have reached out & are trying to make it up. Next time I'm in town, same meal free. Mngr supplied the meal total for me.

Is there a zero star? Waited a while because there was only one person working front and drive through at noon! Then my Burger was dry as a bone and cheese looked like it just came out of the fridge! Traded it in for tacos and felt sick all afternoon. I'll never go back!

Ugh! I'm finally done with this place! I've already complained to corporate about old food is constant at this place. Was fixed for a nano second. I got 2 tacos in drive thru yesterday & they were cold! I'm pretty sure the man that served me was the manager & not Maria who's name was on my receipt. For shame, Jack, for shame!

I've lost hope. Messy food, rude staff. I'm sure some of them are nice but the people I've talked to are somewhat inconsiderate.

They mess up on our soda every time, give us the incorrect sauce that we ask for, and if we order something with no tomato, we get tomato. And who doesn't put lettuce on the tacos? Seriously? We were ok the first couple times of mess ups since its late at night that we go, but this is like the fifth time this has happened. Step up your game, Jack in the box.

This place usually takes so freaking long! Waited 20 mins in the drive thru still waiting....Not only that they messed up my order twice! Their rice for the chicken bowl are so freaking hard!!

The food here is what you would expect from a Jack in the Box, but the reason for the 5 star review is the service! I don't want to go into details, but during our latest visit the management had an opportunity to either show my wife a) out the door grumbling or b) amazing customer service. They chose the latter, and when my wife came home tonight and told me the story, I had to make sure our that they were recognized. Thanks Jack in the Box!

Think of this as a 1-1/2 star review. Once upon a time this Jack-In-The-Box was a well oiled machine with a manager who really cared. This unit was new owners, and they don't care - at all. My second to last trip there - it took 19 minutes to get a coffee, a breakfast sandwich and some apple slices. I could have gone to IHOP and had a sit down breakfast for that time. My last trip there put up all sorts of red flags. I went inside to use the mens room. The drain for the sink was broken, so the water was just gushing all over the bathroom floor. They didn't care because, "the floor has a drain." That is just gross - and if the bathroom is like that, the kitchen become a red flag. The apple slices tossed in my bag, expired by 5 days and just brown mush. The coffee was cold. I like somethings at Jack-In-The-Box, and I use to like this one - but never again until the owners change. Stay far far away.

This is a cross between 3 star food and 5 star service. I stopped by the other morning and ordered the mini sirloin burgers meal. I went thru the drive thru and off I went. I pulled over to try these mini burgers and I think the cook had his mind somewhere else when he prepared my meal. The burgers were hot enough but the buns were dry and hardly any cheese or condiments were on them. When I think of mini burgers I think of sliders and how they slide down your throat, these got stuck in my throat. At least that jingle Jack and the minature guys sing in the commercial has left my mind. I called back to the store and ask to speak to the manager, he wasn't in till noon. I called back after noon and told him my unhappiness with that meal, he said come back any time and get a free meal and apologized for my displeasure with my meal. I said do you need my name or receipt and he said no just stop by any time and it's taken care of. I went in later that week and I tried a different meal and it was great. I have tried the taco nachos and they were some of the worst fast food I have ever tried, but I loved their fish sandwich (as fast food goes) I think their Cookie and cream shakes are awesome and most of their food is decent for fast food. This review was 4 stars because of the staff being friendly and taking care of a mistake because they wanted my business again. Is it really 4 star food of course not, but when you get people that care helping you it makes the dining experience that much better.

Okay, whoa Nelli, what happened here? This morning I resorted to dinner 102....that's takeout. Duckman wants monster tacos and a thick creamy vanilla shake. As I'm driving there I practice my beginner Spanish for the takeout window. 'Cinco monster tacos please, and diaz hot sauce por vavor.' Hey, not bad. I get up to the drive-through all pleased with myself and proudly place my order in partial Spanish. "I'm sorry, we no longer carry monster tacos" What?! I actually made her repeat this, and I'm sure I looked comical as hell on their drive through camera with my mouth gaping open, and this ridiculous dear-in-the- headlights look on my face. What have I done? My husband's has been getting monster tacos since he had a giant curly fro, and was in a rock band. I think he even said in those days there was nothing quite like getting "right" and having monster tacos. Ah-ha! That's why they tasted so good. Now they have something "NEW" called taco nachos or something equally as silly. I'm still thunderstruck by the news. I order a burger combo and...oh alright, lets try the nachos. Yuck! All it amounts to is a monster taco cut into pieces and plopped on a bed of lettuce...what's with the lettuce? Then this pathetic excuse for nachos is covered with that nasty liquid cheese you can get a 7-11. This is sad. Why after 30 years did they pull Monster tacos? Was it something I said? Monster tacos might not be for me, but they are a godsend when I don't feel like cooking at 8:00 in the morning. Sorry Jack, but you not only lost some business, but now I have to cook...Darn it.

Saturday morning the drive thru was packed, so I went inside. Same person working both registers! Seemed to be the only one there. Superstar slow, but food was cheap and decent. Didn't see the self service order kiosk in time!

Jack in the Box is Jack in the Box, right? No. Now, I'm not a fast-food advocate, but I've been known to stop in every so often... I'd say all the Box's were pretty equal in food quality, so service really stands out. I was kicked out of the Drive-Thru on my bike, which really miffed me. I asked about it because I was in my "biking gear" and had just ridden from downtown Seattle and was stopping on my way home. I explained that they didn't have a bike rack to lock up my bike and the woman at the window said there was a rack out front where bikers typically locked up. I went around and there was kind of a hokey little fence-piece which was the only thing she could have been referring to. This was an aggrevating experience for me and seriously, a bike can't go through the drive-thru? I've actually been through other drive-thru windows before on bike... What the heck?!?! Anyways, in a franchise such as this... Food quality is pretty much same as at the other locations. It's just any customer service and attention, or lack thereof, that really would make the difference. I'd give it a 3 as average otherwise... No more Jack in the Box for me, though...

Yes the dreaded Jack in the Box has one sandwich that is not gross; the ultimate breakfast sandwich does not contain any of the distinctive Jack in the Box beef product. This Jack in the Box is chronically understaffed. It has a kiosk where you can order and pay. You would be wise to do so since it will speed up getting your food a wee bit. It will still take longer than expected at a fast food joint but a two fried egg sandwich with bacon, ham and cheese with a side of has browns (semi warm) and a cup of joe for $4.48 is acceptable every now and then.

Didn't honor dollar deal that Kirkland does. Said it ended weeks ago when I had it in Kirkland yesterday!
