This is the worst Starbucks in Lewis county. Idk how this location can be so much worse than the others in this area but it is. There is always a line that runs at a snails pace. Even the drive thru is slow. I order a regular drip coffee with soy milk and I wait 10 minutes for it???? Really??. Oh yeah and they charge extra for the soy when no other Starbucks does. I've been here 8 years and it's always like that here idk why that is. My suggestion is blow the entire thing up and build a Dutch brothers or something else.

Most disappointing experience at a Starbucks. Ordered my frappaccino, I kid you not 8-10 customers get there order befor I do, I go up and ask them about it and they lost the cup and order. And then made it feel like it was my fault. Suckful suckful suckful

Keeping awake on long road trips is always a good idea, and the drive through was a great option here as the baby was asleep. The drinks were good and that works for me, glad they were there.

Spent the weekend at the Dog show on May 30th . Went to here twice, both times there was an issue. Saturday at the drive thru, was presented with the wrong drink and the barista told me I ordered it iced, and I said NO, there was an attitude having to remake my drink. I told them no shot glasses, which means to run the shots directly into my cup, so I witnessed the barista making my drink , pour them into a cup them pouring them into my cup, well I guess she did not use shot glasses..lol. Sunday morning, the drive-thru , barista hands me my drink holding the lid , the lid came off, I spilled 1/4 of my drink down my car, on my electric buttons in my car and myself...omg, he handed me one napkin and said I am sorry, he put a new lid on the drink and handed it back to me without remaking my drink... I report this to corporate and was given two free drinks, it was sent to the regional manager and I hope they have taken care of this issue... there clearly needs to be some customer service lessons...

She was extremely rude and asked I wait for a few more orders are completed and see if they were mine. Still no coffee and no apology for the delay. Not going to stop by this place on my trips up and down I5.

We stopped in here on our way back from portland. This locations is good due to the vast parking lot, drive through, clean interior/bathrooms, and nice staff. My drink tasted as it should. No complaints.

Crazy busy Starbucks on the way to Oregon. It is large and they are fast and friendly. Got my drinks fast and was back on the road quickly. No complaints about this Starbucks!

This review is just for this location is Chehalis, not for Starbucks as a whole which I often enjoy. I have a real problem with establishments that make up arbitrary rules that make their customer service worse. I was on a business trip, driving from Seattle south to Oregon. I stopped at this location and ordered a coffee via the drive-thru, that went fine, I got my coffee, also fine. When I asked the girl at the window if she could throw away my empty cup from my morning coffee she told me that it was her stores policy that they couldn't do that. When I asked why she said for sanitary reasons. I was flabbergasted since in all my years of using drive-thrus I had never heard such a thing. I asked her what they did if a customer left an empty cup on a table inside and she conceded that they did throw them away. Although I didn't ask, I am sure that they also change the trash, wash dirty dishes, and handle money (which is one of the dirtiest things we touch on a regular basis). This just simply involves washing your hands afterwords. If you are in the service industry, you don't deny simple customer requests. If this is an actual regulation for the city of Chehalis I apologize, but either way I will not be stopping here again.

This Starbucks is a regular stop as we drive to and from the Seattle-Tacoma area. It does the expected: it sells coffee and tea and has a pleasant staff serving the customers. Restrooms are clean. It is conveniently located at a freeway exit. Parking is good.

Back again on my way down to Portland. Roughly halfway to Portland, easy off/easy on. It seems to be a popular cop stop. A couple Staters were on break here. Beware the plain-wrap red Ford Expedition.

Consistency is king! Good coffee, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Seems like there should be more seating... But then again maybe some of the people who were using it as there office should buy more then one coffee or move so others could enjoy then venue.

The drinks was just like other starbucks nothing special. The staff were fast and friendly... the only downfall is that they have their table set up wrong. 3 tables are together and if someone got there before you, you cannot use the other table anymore... for some reason most of their customers are seating their bags on the other table or the other chairs... just like yesterday, we got there @ 8 am, 3 tables that seat 2 each have 2 customers, one of the customer have her bag in the other tables chair, the other customer have her bag in other table...if they are good people they see that we are looking at the empty table they will take their staff so we can use the table but they didnt...same goes to the other couple on the other 3 tables so we end up sitting in our car... I know we can ask them but my husband just said lets just go. If the staff arranged the table not like that they can sit more people, i know the place is not that big but even if they have plenty of table its useless the way they set it up. We will still come back .

I stop at this Starbucks approximately 2x a week and have for the past several years. It is a pretty good Starbucks. The drive thru is pretty quick - inside, not so much. Typically friendly employees but there seems to be a lot of turnover. Clean on the inside and outside.

They don't even ask your name when you order so you have to hope no one steals your drinks when they are called out. Almost anywhere else is better than this overpriced, unfriendly coffee shop.
