Great food.... Low price and taxes are included in the price so my flat taco was $6.00 even that's pretty Good for me

I'd heard of this place as a concert venue for quite a few years before I finally decided to stop by and see what all the fuss was about. I was no less than astonished at what I found! At first glance, it's a divey joint. Tons of old stand-up video games and tables and chairs that seem to have been collected from 20-30 closed Denny's and Shari's restaurants. But I quickly learned the atmosphere is all intentional. The food was out-of-this-world! Think of Subway offering HUGE quesadillas and offering you whatever kind of toppings and stuffings you can think of. I got the Yard Dog - a sausage and pepperoni based stuffing selection that I paired with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno and other veggies. It was a firey kick in the pants and loved it! The prices are great. Quesadillas run $5-8 and drinks are only $1 for a 20oz soda. The one thing I wish I had time to try: Elephant Ears! I'll be back every time I visit my old home town!

When we showed up, there was a line, and only one person working. Needless to say, the wait for food was a bit long. That said, the food itself was excellent. I love the atmosphere. Lots of cool video games, also looked like the big screens in back section could be hooked up to a playStation or Xbox or something. The quesadillas themselves were fabulous. All of the ingredients seem top-notch. I can't imagine how they sell any of the delicious looking desserts by the counter. I rarely walk out of a restaurant this full. This was definitely a unique meal. I needed this, after the monotony of every fast food restaurant out there. Good food, great idea. If they franchise this and move to a bigger city, I think they will do well. Definitely worth the wait.

i am super picky, so i have never tried any of the fancy pants 'dillas, but if like me, you love a cheese 'dilla this is the place. Quick, hot and yum! Great prices. They now offer homemade cookies and treats... i am getting hungry just thinking about them :) i swing in on my way to and from Seattle-PDX

I love the Factory! It's a family friendly place-great food with great prices. As a side note, they repair video game systems reliably and with reasonable rates. Very popular among the locals - thanks for being there!

My boyfriend and I enjoy going here on the weekend and splitting a quesadilla and playing some air hockey. It has a nice atmosphere inside, which you wouldn't think but driving past it. The food is decent and plenty to share. It is worth trying. Also they make brownies and whatnot, which are delicious.

Fresh food, tasty, and friendly staff! Why are there no gluten free options, quesadillas are Mexican and corn tortillas are a staple?!! I have gotten the salads here, where are generous but awkward with finely shredded lettuce so I am always the last one left eating. Fun arcade and overall a nice time for the family.

Beware of the repair section of this business. I bought a xbox 360 from them and it broke 4 times in a month and a half first time I brought it in they fixed it no questions asked. Second time 3 weeks later it broke again I called them up they said bring it in so I did they fixed it again. Third time I called them up said look it broke again its been a week he said okay bring it in. I had my girlfriend bring it in to them on her way to work she called me and said he would not fix it and he was rude ripped it out of her hand and was very unprofessional that I should call them. I called them up and asked what was going on the guy was disoriented and did not remember what had happen 15 minutes ago I explained to him what was going on after talking with him for 30 minutes he agreed to fix it this last time but he will not fix it anymore because he says I bought it from him and not the company well he did not explain this to me in any shape or form. Now when you call a business ask them if they sell a item they say yes you walk into the business and buy the item what are you thinking? YOU BOUGHT IT FROM THE BUSINESS..... well he fixed it again last night it broke again not even a week later. So today I went into there store and talked to guy he said it looks like its time to get rid of it, I said you sold me a broken xbox 360 I just want my money back because obviously you can not fix it. He said he will not give me my money back because he sold me a as he said "AS IS" xbox I said that is not what you told me when I bought it when I bought it you said there was a warranty now a "AS IS" item does not come with a warranty....he stared to yell at me witch not I see what my girl friend was telling me. Then he stated why don't you pay me to fix it again I said why? obviously the three other times you tryed it did not work he said well I can fix it and you can sell it I said why so I can rip some one off like you ripped me of he replyed "YES"! needless to say I am going into the court house tomorrow to file a small claims of game linx witch in the state of Washington does not have a valid business license as of February 2010 as a repair or reseller as a matter of fact they don't have one at all for anything! there business license UBI# 602687483 was terminated they also had complaints on it before they lost it. Also on a side note Quesadilla Factory don't have a business license ether. I already called city hall DOL. The security of state gave me all the information on there business license. BEWARE! they are very unprofessional , and rip offs avoid this place. also they are operating a business in washington state illegally and now I see why.

The inside of Quesadilla factory is interesting. Half divey restaurant, half arcade. I am sure the booths are either second hand or they have owned them long enough have to reupholster them. I mention this because they feel odd to sit on. Anyway, this joint commits the ultimate cardinal sin in what I feel is the basic quesadilla recipe. It should be 1: Buttered tortilla, 2: Cheese. 3: Grill it. After you have those 3 factors, then do what you want with the recipe but Quesadilla Factory bakes theirs... It would be like me opening up a grilled cheese restaurant and baking all the sandwiches. For what it is, they have a lot of options and the food isn't ghastly but I felt the entire time I was eating mine that this is what I might eat if I was so poor that I could not afford butter for my tortillas.

Initial impressions.... We ate at the Quesadilla factory for lunch after finding it on Yelp. The Yelpers were right again steering us to a place that has a neat concept and delicious quesadillas! You pull up to this very nondescript strip mall and think oh no will this be any good? Armed with good reviews you head in hopeful. Inside it looks like brewery meets nightclub meets arcade. The pictures posted already are spot on except there is no couch now in the dining area but a few booths were added. No one greets you but locals know to head to the right to order. The food and drinks.... The menu also pictured already has many choices. There is a quesadilla menu and a wrap menu. Not a Mexican restaurant just a place filling a specific niche. The way it works.... You pick a dilla You pick a tortilla flavor You pick your favorite cheese You fill it up with toppings like lettuce, onion, olives, mushrooms etc You pick seasonings You pick a sauce ( all sauces come in small Packages) to top with. Pick optional cost more add ins like Extra sauce, cheese or meat, add beans And rice inside a dilla, add rice only inside Wait There are bottled 24 oz Pepsi soft drinks and Aquafina for $1.50 each. So as for $2.00. There are homemade sweet treats and chips of all kinds too. Paper towel rolls are on stands on every table to clean up as the dillas are juicy and sometimes drip so lean over. Quesadillas are served in pizza style boxes whether for here or to go. Then your food is served. The texture of the different toppings with gooey melted cheese and the crunch of the tortilla cut into pizza looking portions make for delicious bites. My personal favorite was the flat taco but the CBB, the junkyard dog and pizza were all delicious. Yummy morsels that keep you reaching for another piece. The atmosphere.... There is a movie playing on the tv screen and bar music playing in the background. No bar though. As you wait, because there is a wait if people overwhelm the two employees at the same time, you can ask your friends trivial pursuit questions that are on the tables in card holders. You can also play pool or arcade games in the sunk in arcade. Fun for all ages. The Kids especially love it. The location... It is quite a bit off fwy but good spot to spend time and have lunch. Parking is easy out front. The only downside.... The bathroom was so dirty. Not just a little but stained rings in each toilet from not being cleaned often enough. This may be due to it being a nightclub some nights but the owners need to clean in for the day business because it makes you wonder. So minus a star. A plus is there are etch-a-sketches in each stall in the bathroom. Men's bathroom was ok. The results.... Food 5 stars Bathroom 2 stars Overall 4 stars I will come back for the food as it is sooo good and hope the bathrooms are cleaner. If they are it is a five star place.

Kids loved this place, but for me the interior was too dark, maybe because it was a sunny day. Food was good. Felt I needed hand sanitizer after I touched anything.

If you haven't been here you are missing out. This is not a Mexican restaurant per say, they serve, quesadilla's, tator-tots, garlic fries and elephant ears, yes I said elephant ears. You wont find chips and salsa or beans and rice here. They also have 24 oz soda's for $1, and if you aren't a soda person they have Sobe's, ice tea and smoothies. While the menu is limited, what they do they do well. The Factory part of their name comes into play when you order, which is a step by step process. You first start with what kind of meat you want or no meat at all which is called the "Slim Pickens," did I forget to mention that the dilla's as they call them have clever names? My new favorite is the "Chicken 'n Bits" which is a chicken and bacon dilla. You next pick your shell, cheese, vegetable toppings which range from onion to pineapple, seasonings and dipping sauce. My husband always gets the "Junkyard Dog" which is ham, sausage and pepperoni. I can't eat a whole dilla myself they are 12" and come in a pizza box, you can however order a half dilla or if you are in know try a stick-a dilla which is everything rolled together kind of like a burrito/flauta. Dilla's range in price from $5 for the just cheese to $7 for the "Junkyard Dog". They just expanded their dinning space and have added a stage and seem to be having live music several times a month, they are also opening a drive thru in the next few weeks. I have been in when there have been big birthday parties going on. I like to go on Friday's when every Quesadilla is just $5 and on Tuesday's when there is a 2-$10 special.

Tasty food at very reasonable prices. Definitely need to try the elephant ears as well. Also enjoyed playing a few classic arcade games. Great place to take a family.

Cool concept with the old-school arcade games. Staff is friendly, the food is good, reasonably priced (taxes are included in the menu price) and doesn't take long for them to make. The menu is simple with just enough choices to please everyone but not so many choices that it overwhelms you. I have come here a few times when I am working in the area and have never been disappointed.

Since we were in the area...and our daughter raved about the place...we decided to give it a try. When we arrived the place was pretty dead which was surprising since we got there at 6:30 pm. There were three other tables of guests. We ordered steak and mushroom and a pepperoni ham and sausage. Both were excellent. The wait time was excessive...seemed like 20-25 minutes....but...there are lots of video games, etc. to play as well as Trivial Pursuit cards on the table so the time went fast. It appears they have special pricing on certain nights but since we are not from that area, we didn't pay too much attention. All in all, a great place to eat with food that is reasonably prices.

They make what they say they do! Choose from a 5$ 12" cheese and vegetable 'dilla with all of the veggies you want or a specialty meaty 'dilla for 7$ ! They also serve wraps and elephant ears if you desire. These are secret and tasty items which do not appear the menu BUT locals are aware of them. Have a broken xbox, wii, or ps3? They will fix that for you too in their game lynx section ! So come down and eat some lunch or dinner.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
