We stopped here for breakfast and ordered one sausage and one bacon bagel without cheese. The bacon bagel was good, but the sausage one was dry and near tasteless.

This review is not only for the restaurant itself but for an employee that has stood out among the rest. This employee goes above and beyond on a constant basis to please customers and he truly enjoys his job. I only wish all the other employees could take a little bit of his enthusiasm and put it into their work ethic. Brando. He greets customers every morning with the most bright and sunshiny voice. The constant observance to customer care order and loyalty is most usually above and beyond. He speaks so highly of this establishment not only in work but out, and it is very very refreshing. I truly believe that's where you get the true "rating"of ones work environment. Always good BV food..

I've been here a couple times... 1.) I got burgers for a bunch of friends... and they were average, boring even... maybe a little dry. 2.) Tried some Walla Walla Onion rings... and they were heavenly. So, I'm really torn on this place... I'd rather go across the street and get Dairy Queen for a burger... I'd rather go to Top Burger for onion rings, but when they have Walla Wallas, I'd rather be at Burgerville.

Two stars are for the friendly employee in the drive through. Bathrooms had not been cleaned all day. The trash was over flowing and the floors were sticky, gross. Burgers were comparable to BK or Wendy's. The fries tasted like they had been cooked long before we had arrived. The cherry chocolate shake was good. Tried once but would not return.

Stopped by this restaurant for a quick burger/ fish sandwich. I wish we had kept driving as my girlfriend suggested. The burger was dry as a hockey puck topped with bacon brittle and sawdust style bun. The fish sandwich was the smallest fish in the ocean ever seen on a bun. The oversized Walla Walla onion rings were tasty but had to drench the grease on the napkins. The ease of making a good burger is so ridiculous I wonder how people fail at this! So for 25 dollars.....yes $$$25 dollars it was an experience in failure! Staff very nice!

Barely warm, mass produced style burger patty accompanied by barely warm fries. Chili cheese waffle fries were OK, but then what isn't when it is covered in chili and cheese. 2 stars because the customer service was great. We won't be back. My wife says its the worst burger she's ever eaten.

My child (9 girl) and I had lunch it should NOT cost $15 for fish and chips with a kids burger and fries. Fish was greasy!!! Fries over cooked or over shelved! even my little girl said we could of had ___ ___ and that would have been better!

You know it's good when I can order up a raspberry smoothie and suck that baby down by the time I make it back to the house. And it is only 4.2 miles away. Bring on the blackberries.

Local burger joint! What more could you ask for? I know a lot of people are very picky about their hamburgers. I thought theirs was pretty good. I didn't have a bun due to my gluten intolerance, but I did add cheese and ketchup to the patty. Yum! I also had their regular french fries which were very good. I tried someone else's sweet potato fries and enjoyed those as well. Great local place to support!

We REALLY wanted to like this place. We saw them everywhere when we moved to the area and thought it had to be good.... I will say that the service was fast and friendly, and we loved that they support local and sustainable food along with biodegradable cups, straws, napkins, etc. The local ranchers who raise the beef even came to our table to introduce themselves and thank us for buying. However the food was mediocre, my husband said that the Tillamook cheeseburger was dry and that the beef wasn't very good. His standards are pretty high though as he is from Argentina. I had the Halibut sandwich and it was pretty overcooked, dry and relatively uninteresting. Reminded me of a school lunch and made a Filet-of Fish seem like a moister alternative. We didn't even finish the fries.... Coming from CA, our hearts still belong to In-N-Out! *Sigh*

Literally the only "fast food" I'll eat. Great staff (they know I like lemons in my drink without having to ask) and seasonally fresh food. I may be easy to please but as far as quick food goes you won't find a more diverse and nutritious menu.

I LOVE Burgerville but this has to be the WORST Burgerville I have ever gone too. Between not getting my order right (two separate times) at the drive thru their fries are soggy and the grease has a funky taste. I think they are using the same fryer for their fish as their fries. Definitely not remotely close to the standards of any Burgerville I have been in. Drive the extra distance if you really want Burgerville and head up to 164th in Fishers Landing - or hit Top Burger across from Crown Park.

When we're not getting the local take on pizza during our travels, we end up checking out the buger offerings until we locate that floating restaurant that makes my little heart go pitter pat. Burgerville is unexpectedly wonderful. Everything we had was great, and we waddled back to our car blissed out on our high-quality fast-food fix. Very repeatable. Check it out!

Try the fish 'n chips. They are the best, and always will be. I love this place for all things, but especially the fish 'n chips. Sorry to live in CA, but when I see a Burgerville, USA sign I know it's going to be good.
