Grow up my folks never took me to Red Robins , do the fact that my dad can grill any plant or animal and make taste great . So it was not until later in life that me , Lance and Bubba would to the Red Robins in Belleuve to drink and sometimes eat too . Fast forward to present day Bubba moved back to NC , Lance is gone and I live Bothell , where I enjoy some great lunches and dinners at the Red Robins in Bothell . They have great Burgers and Sandwiches , fun drinks too . They staff at that local are cheerful and very helpful . A cool thing is they are always adding new items to their menu , the only sad thing the apple crisp is done , they had the best

Star - You are close to my work. Star - You allow me to make it a Boca burger. The annoying clap clap clap clap happy happy happy birthday clap clap clap... I'm sitting in the bar to get away from that freak show! I hate Red Robin! I'll be back.

So I have this tiny little spot in my hardest of hearts for Red Robin. It may be the neverending steak fries, but I'm not sure. I've been to a lot of Red Robins in my day (many time)...Everett, Lynnwood, North Seattle, South Seattle, Seattle proper, Eastside RR, Woodinville RR....yeah I've run the RR gauntlet. I was dragged here by family this past weekend and this is the worst RR I've ever been to. Period. Too noisy, inept staff, terrible food (seriously...you haven't been open long enough to suck yet!). I will NOT NOT NOT be going back. To this one.

This was convenient because I lived so close, and I used to love RR in high school, so I ordered take out a few times. They DO NOT cook their meat all the way, and I actually throw up every time I eat a burger from here. I after three times trying that spread out over months I found fajitas on their menu, those were good... until they took them off the menu? Disgusting, I'll never be able to eat RR again.

I went here on my birthday, just because I signed up for their e-club to get a free birthday burger. (Nice perk, by the way. A $10 burger for free? Can't beat that. Seriously.) The service was pretty good, I can't complain. They did find out it was my birthday though & sang their little spiel to me. I got a free sundae out of it though. (Again, no complaints here for that.) I guess I can confess that it was nice to have my birthday recognized. Just because the older you get, the least people really give a crap. I had the Bonzai Burger. It is messy as all hell, but it was still pretty good. We also ordered the Onion Rings as an appetizer. They were good too. Nice & crispy, and i love their spicy thousand island sauce or whatever the heck it is that they serve with it. My 1 year old son came with me for this particular birthday luncheon with former coworkers. I do like the fact that Red Robin is kid friendly. They were very nice to my little guy. I appreciated that. I will definitely go back again next year for my free burger! ; )

I've never been a huge fan of Red Robin. Overall this location is clean, friendly and close to my work.

I used to work for the Bird. I read the handbook and am familiar with the service sequence. If my soda is still 3/4 full, you do not have to drop off another one. I understand the concept of bottomless soda. You do not have to demonstrate it. Thanks for the thought though. I like the burgers at Red Robin, and I love the bottomless fries and ranch. I adore their seasoning salt, but I'm a fan of MSG. This is a nice location situated in the perfect spot to welcome the urban sprawl. I hope it succeeds because there will always be a soft spot in my heart for the Bird.

The food is good but the drinks are a little weak. Great family atmosphere!

OK, it's Red Robin, so there isn't much new I can say about the food. But the fact that it is in Bothell and right down the street from work makes it worthwhile to review. The few times I have eaten here, both the food and service were fine. The burgers tasted pretty much the same as other Red Robins, with the usual bonus of bottomless fries. However, what would make this location better is a happy hour, since Canyons has a near monopoly in the area. The bar area is large, but there is only one TV, and the customers were there basically to be seated earlier or to avoid the hoards of kids that can be there.

Consistent cookie cutter experience when you go in. Food is decent if you stick to the burgers. Pr icy for what you get. I just called multiple times to try and place a to-go order, but they don't answer their phone. There are a lot better places if you are craving a great burger. One pro is that you can take crying babies here and not feel bad about it. There are plenty of other crying babies, so one more wont hurt

Overall I'd recommend this place. It's Red Robin, so if you have been to one, you've been to them all. This one in Bothell is very new. Staffing is typical younger kids, but we had decent service. I still can't figure out why sometimes it takes 5-7 minutes to get my second basket of bottomless fries, but perhaps it is a sign I shouldn't be eating them. This is a great place to take kids, which is why we sometimes hit RR. Oh, and the Blue Ribbon Burger is the best one on the menu, in my opinion.

My daughter and I went here for lunch a couple of weeks ago..she really enjoys RR-loves their Garden Burger-it was straight up noon, and I wasn't going to try to get into the one by Everett Mall or Alderwood, so we decided to try this one, thinking it wouldn't be as crowded. We were right. The food was ok...the service ok..but the noise level was over the top..LOTs and LOTs of little kids...I mean toddlers, and younger, probably all fussy cuz it's lunch time...it was just really distracting, and took away from the whole experience. It was a great commercial for Birth Control...couldn't wait to get outta there.

It's been about 10 years since I've been to a Red Robin. It use to be my usual weekly go to place and I actually liked going there. I went with a party of 9 and it took forever to get the order taken, to get our food and finally to get the bill! We were there for 1 1/2 hrs and were exhausted by the time we left! Service sucked, the food was OK. I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was not as good as what I can get at my favorite burger place- Shake-N-Go by the Lynnwood Convention center.

we had been to Red Robin couple of times. The food was average but the service was bad! the last time we were there, we could not stay for long as our one year old was cranky and we had to leave without eating. We put the food in boxes and left. As we got into the car, we realised that we forgot the boxes at the table where we were seated. We went back and the table was cleared and on asking the hostess, we are 'informed' that the policy is to dispose everything on the table once the customer leaves! Surprising! it took us 2minutes to return! So we had to pay for all that food and have nothing to eat! we vowed never to return and had to have some lunch elsewhere! Bye Bye Red Robin - never flying your way again.. I wish there was option for rating 'zero' star- red robin would get that from me for their service!

It just opened this week. Arrive with our child. We were told 10 -15 minutes within 5 minutes we were seated. It was around 1 :00 pm and the place was packed. It is kid friendly. Our waitress was very nice and fast taking orders, napkins, etc. Our drinks were served fast and the food also. I just found out that burgers have bottomless steak fries. I was full and no need of more , but all the time I have been in other Red Robins and today in this new place they never ask you" Do you want more fires'?. Next time I will ask for more fries. So that is why I am giving one star, they should remind you about the bottomless steak fries.

  • Rebecca O.

Not impressed. The food is fine-but the service sucked. We saw our server twice the whole night. The place is too new to have such crappy service, and all the servers tonight were bad. Obviously a sign of poor management. And yeah-still out of balloons for the kids.

After a brief wait, my cousin and I were seated at a cozy booth! We were promptly visited by our waitress who got our drink orders going. Food came out perfectly delicious, and left happy! Very good Red Robin experience.

This was supposed to be a quick lunch out with a new hire. Welcome aboard, get to know you kind of thing. We were seated promptly, got our menus and waited. After about 5 minutes a server stopped by to say someone would be with us shortly. No worries. 10 minutes later someone else came back to take our drink order. No, we're ready. We ordered a couple of Cobb salads, not an exotic item. Apparently there is an egg shortage so the hard boiled egg is $1 extra. Fine, no problem. No cukes though please. Then we find out there are no hard boiled eggs at all, but they'll hard fry one hard for us. No thanks. Food comes out with extra cukes and no blue cheese on one, no dressing with the other. Not what we ordered. To their credit the manager came by to check on us and we explained the problems with our orders. He agreed it wasn't that complicated and promptly brought out the missing items. Beginning to end was 75 minutes on a not very busy lunch day. The food itself was fine, but service and execution in the kitchen were problems.

It is always busy when I come here, so expect to wait 10-20min on a busy night. Everybody that works here is really nice and always seem to treat us great. I always like to see what new items they have on their menu. I have never had a bad meal at this location. They usually have 1-2 rotating beer selections that I like to try as well. Usually local beers!

So I have two young boys and I go to Red Robin because of the surroundings, not the food. The food is a step above Denny's at best. Service is ok but be prepared to have your ears ringing when you leave because of the all the screaming kids

One of my fav locations for Red Robin. Always easy to get in and out of. Staff is super friendly and food is consistent and good. I love the new Smoke & Pepper well it's been around for a year nearly but still my fav. Really good burger and flavors. I really don't have any complaints. I love the way this one is layed out and really open. It's great! I'll be back for sure whenever I'm in the area and have a mood for a burger. Their other food at all locations is sub-par in my opinion except for the chicken wraps and soup. I've had seafood basket, fish & chips, and other things that just seem really microwaved and 2 star, but their burgers are really good with rare exception depending on location. This location just has an extra edge on service and food. Not sure why but highly recommend. Thanks

Just love this place, no really! We come in after a rather wretched meeting and are treated like long-lost friends. To say that Doreen and Mikaela are a delight would be an understatement! The place is rocking (and it's Thursday, who knew?) and yet they treat everyone quickly and with great smiles, hurray! The food is terrific, of course! But the service? Fabulous! If I owned a restaurant I would steal these gals away in a minute!

Did not take much time to seat us. But service was slow. No Wi-Fi. They have new Ziosk on table. Please avoid clicking games on it. If you click on it by mistake, they charge $4.99. Don't they know that there is something called cell phone for that? Also there is no way to login using loyalty account. You can only Register. Good part of it was paying the check. Food was nice. I liked their salad.

    (3)
  • Linda J.

Microwaved bacon on the bacon burger. Pitiful serving of fries...especially considering the up charge for sweet potato fries. At least at McDonald's the product is consistent. Service was lackluster to say the least. Definite downhill from the RR of yesteryear.

  • Nevin H.

My husband had been looking forward to bottomless rootbeer floats for weeks, however service was so slow that bottomless = 1 refill. We also had issues checking out, as we had been charged an entertainment fee, which was still on our bill after the waitress told us she removed it. The waitress was nice, but overall this experience at Red Robin was my worst Red Robin experience ever. It was plagued with subpar food and an inability to refill just about anything without waiting at least 5 to 10 minutes (assuming they even ask).

  • Angie H.

It's Red Robin...it's a chain, and so - it's consistent. I love their fries...they are the BIG cut fries, and they are crispy on the outside! You can also request a number of different dipping sauces to try with the fries...and get ready...the best part is they are BOTTOMLESS!! That's right, you can just tell your server - to "keep 'em comin'" I don't generally stray too much from my regular items, I love the French Onion Soup (it has melted provolone & parmesan, and is served with garlic focaccia), If I order the soup, I always get a side of fries...because well...ya know, I like fries. The other item I order is the A1 Peppercorn Burger (bacon, melted Pepper-Jack, A.1.® Peppercorn Spread, tomatoes and crispy onion straws on an onion bun). - $10.99 and it comes with BOTTOMLESS fries. :) Here are some pics, of the fries, French Onion Soup, and the Chicken Strips Kids Meal. :) Not hungry? Just pop in for a cocktail - They have a number of them on the menu, some of them even contain ice cream. Ya know,... like a boozy milkshake!! Hello? - perfect for HOT summer days!

I've been to a lot of different red robins. This one is decent, I got the mushroom burger without a bun. They also made a fresh batch of fries to make sure there was no cross contamination. Service was pretty good too.

They're one of the better franchise restaurants. I'm satisfied with their food and the prices are just right. Yummy place and I'll be back!!

Usually our experiences at Red Robin are the same...quick service, decent food, great place for kids. This was my first time back since the recent fire and I can say it will be a long time before I come back. All but my husband's food was cold....as in the kids both got grilled cheese and the cheese was not melted. It was very odd and not like usual. Not sure if a new cook or what but it felt like it was made and sat out for a long time (which jives with how long we had to wait). Even getting our server to our table initially took a good 15 mins so maybe they just have new staff or something but it was disappointing :(

I have ordered take-out twice at the Bothell location and the food is NOT GOOD!! The first time I order the BLTA croissant. The sandwich was smaller then what I have normally gotten and the croissant was DRY and STALE!! A month later I give it another try and order a BBQ Chix wrap. Once again smaller portion and really skimpy on the serving of fries!! The chix wrap needed more way more filling. I felt like all I was getting bites of was the spinach tortilla!! Uggg never going to this one again!! Alderwood Mall is way better!

Well it has been a week since I got sick. No call from Red Robin. The owner reached out last week over yelp and told me they'd reach out to me. I thought there was a chance of redemption, but nothing...

I usually don't give out 5 stars on any review, but this restaurant earned it. Our waitress was excellent. All food for our party of 7 was great! Service was both fast and friendly, even when we added other items to our original order more than 5 minutes after it was put in. Instead of anyone giving is that "oh please" look, they gladly added what we wanted. Only little slip up was that they accidentally gave us the wrong check, but that was easily fixed. Good food + good service + a friendly staff = a good review.

When this location first opened, it was the RR that time forgot. Loved it. No lines, great service, food that you expect. Now it is popular - I'm okay with that. We have been eating here often, and the quality of servers has degraded to the point that we will not be going back to this location again. We wait too long to put in an order. We wait WAY too long for food. The table service - water beverage refills - is good. It might be the kitchen is slow? The food is fine - but I don't want to spend two hours there ever. Management is responsive - they always try to make things right. But three of the last three visits? I don't need that much apologizing. We love the RR for life - but not this location.

Besides the rude tall female waitress who didn't believe my drivers license was me & kicking me out of the bar!! The burger I had later was good.

  • Jack R.

This location gets a 5/5. The waitstaff was very nice, the food was delicious, and the milkshake was spot on. Red Robin as a franchise is a bit overpriced for me. 10-15 for a burger, 6 for a milkshake, and a good tip is a bit much for me. That is why they are only getting 4 stars. If you disagree with my second part and love red robin, then head to this location. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

Server took exceedingly long to come to our table and the food took twice as long. Hostess and management did nothing about an obvious homeless man that came in a went straight to the bathroom. Very loud.

Every Red Robin has the same menu but this one has the best bar staff for takeout. They always get our order correct, they all remember me and they always offer some way to make sure we are happy. I come here at least once a week and they are awesome. Other Red Robins in the area really need to come here to see how it's done.

  • Kayleen U.

I've literally never done a review before but this Red Robin is AWFUL. We live super close to this red robin so we've come here about 10 times. Every single time we have had to wait minimum 20-30 minutes for our food to come whether it's slow or busy. You can never track down your server and tonight was the 2nd time I've found food in my hair. Half the time they forget to put a gluten free bun on my daughters burger, and they never discount us for their mistakes. We are never coming here again.

It's Red Robin so it's a chain restaurant but still decent food. We were here for. Late night dinner so wanted something quick and fresh. Mike B was awesome, very friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Mike!

I rarely give a 1 star review. This was an occasion were I was in the process of it. The manager actually seemed sincere when apologizing and owning it, so I am giving a 2. I seriously go to Red Robin aat least 4 times a month in my current work schedule. This was by far the worst visit. I have had many recent great visits, in Portland and Tacoma. It took 9 minutes from when we sat down to be acknowledged, which then we would have had to look at menu and spend more time before eating. Fortunately we have come enough that we knew what we wanted and just ordered then.... 27 minutes later (and after seeing others get their food) my wife asked wth was going on. We were told they had computer issues, and it was coming right out (computer issues I guess only impacted some)... Then the food comes out and my wife's is messed up (bun instead of lettuce wraps). They leave the fries which she eats prior to getting her burger (only took like 5 minutes or so). My avo-cobb-o salad was great as always and the cup of chili was decent. However waiting 45 late at night, when we are already hungry, for a salad and a simple burger was horrible. The manager came and apologized (he knew we were pissed) and my wife's burger was comped. That was nice of them, but seriously it is the time that was the issue. Due to the principal of ruining my night, I do not think we will go back there, or we will at least try not to. We will still go back to Red Robin as there food is always good and they are usually consistent. It is just too bad this is the most convenient location for us, and never really busy.

Best burger and fish place around. At Red Robin by Everett Mall. You know food will be delicious and the service awesome. I really love this place.

This is an interesting Red Robin to say the least. The store has a very small layout to it and really does not have the energy most Red Robins have. It is located next to a Fred Meyer's but not much else is nearby that would draw traffic. The service was quick and personable but the checkout process was slow. The serving size of french fries was way to small (granted they are bottomless, but you have to wait to have them cook them and deliver them--- aka a money maker as many will order more drinks--). Overall I would skip this Red Robin in the future, way to many dining choices near by that are a better value, but if your in the mood for Red Robin, go to Woodinville.

As as the red robins everywhere, pbviously. This one is well kept (clean) and the staff are friendly and up to date on menu changes. We visit a couple times a month or so.

I have to start by saying I love burgers and I can eat them everyday and anywhere , red robin is the place to go when craving a big filling , tasty and yet affordable , you can't beat the bottomless fries , service is decent but it can take a while to get the fries sometimes , if they can greet you with a basket of fries it would be my favorite place for sure

This is our favorite location in the area, there rarely over crowded, the bartenders are great and the service is always awesome! Josh is our favorite server, he always has great recommendations and always makes sure we get to take advantage of our Royal Rewards card deals when we're there!

My wife thought this would be a safe bet because the location in Bellingham is pretty OK. Unfortunately this is not the case here. Waitress brought me the first flat coke I have had in 10 years, I asked her if other drinks might have more carbonation in tank, she told me they have more than one coke dispenser. Promised to return with carbonated coke from a different machine, moments later she came back with another flat coke? - I gave up and drank it. Ketchup bottle on table was empty - wife had to retrieve one for us. No forks, spoon or knives were on table - none were offered. After eating half my meal and I was able to wave the waitress down with my sticky hands and have her bring us napkins that were never provided. The fry's which were listed as BOTTOMLESS, were provided in very very skimpy proportions, after we were already done eating, my wife managed to get the disinterested waitress to bring us another serving, I guess she thought we should split one and came back with what looked like 12 french fry's, by design we felt like we would look like pigs for requesting yet another serving so we cut our losses and asked for the bill. We won't be going back to this location, but I wouldn't throw out Red Robin as a whole, it appears to be a location problem.

Night and day with this place. Went there last week and it was good. Went today and left after sitting in a booth for 15 min with no one saying a word to us. Good luck with the service here.

Service was prompt, friendly and clean. They messed up my order and fixed the problem seamlessly. Josh is an amazing charismatic server. Food was great, environment was great, and it was clear they worked on keeping everything clean. I have been to many RR restaurants and this is by far my favorite.

Normally we have had a very good experience with the Red Robin in Bothell, but not last night. Our server showed us that he could care less about us. Our food took a long time to get to us and was below the normal standards. Our server was a young man who it appeared was covering a lot more than one section and it appeared that the whole staff was not happy and it showed in the poor service.

    (2)
  • Steve P.

Why am I waiting 15 minutes for a table when there are literally 10 empty tables? Weak. I'm editing this because our server was great. Mike was his name and he was really, really good. kids loved him and he really redeemed poor management of the flow of people.

I do enjoy this place. In fact I enjoy just about every RR I have ever visited. However this place in particular is the joint. Always hopping, the game is always on, staff is super friendly and helpful. Like all RR it's a little on the pricy side, like 15-20 bucks for a burger, but at least it's a good burger. Would recommend for families, groups of friends , or just to kick back and enjoy a beer by ones self.

My friends and I stopped by here for dinner this evening. I ordered the Garden Burger with a Boca patty (because I dislike Gardenburgers), and we asked for our bill to be split two ways. The waitress said okay, and took our order. When the food arrived, I noticed my burger had a Gardenburger patty, not a Boca. We had all ordered sauces on the side, and we only got one of them and ranch dressing (We didn't ask for Ranch.). They sent it back, and I received my Boca patty and we got our sauces. Not only was I unaware that it was a Boca because it looked exactly the same as the previous burger(Boca burgers are typically a dark brown), but it was very cold and oddly watery when I took a bite, so I sent it back again. I declined their offer to remake it or get me anything else since I have a bit of food-related anxiety and wanted to stick with something meatless. I was going to eat the fries, but they took those away as well as the burgers both times. From then on, the waitress ignored me and my other female friend. She brought a small basket of fries to the gentlemen at our table, and refilled only their water, despite me and my friend having less than half a glass each and theirs being nearly full. It seemed as if she knew she wouldn't get a tip from me and my friend (who was kindly covering my tab), so she was trying to get on our boyfriends' good sides. My friends noticed this, and we discussed it afterward. I always feel bad when I'm unable to tip, but I didn't feel as bad this time. She also did not split our tab as we had requested. We gave up, and just asked her to split it evenly between two of my friends, who were treating my boyfriend and me to dinner. The star for the manager who was kind enough to inform me that they changed their patties a few months back and removed it from my friend's tab. Had I known they changed the patties, I would've stuck with an appetizer instead.

Been here a couple times; last visit the service was interstellar, if fact might have been over the top squeeky nice, but we guys love that :) Burgers made to order (love the mushroom burger), endless steak-cut fries, servers on top of drink refills, quick service, did I say friendly waitresses?, tasty, reasonable price for quality. Wonderfull shakes and innovative drinks (freckled lemonade is my fav) Big screen color TVs scattered around, lots of bling, brass railings, good looking place to eat. Hard for me to give a chain 5-stars, but I might if they keep it up.

Great food and servers but the slowest kitchen in the world! I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are in a hurry.

So this place is clean, friendly, has very attentive staff, and the food is good. I went with a group of friends after Sunday service and we were treated very kindly. I especially enjoyed the service we got. You don't imagine a fast food restaurant to be so nice to you but this place was. Overall the place is very casual. Come as you are, eat whatever, watch some sports and relax with a beer. The food it tasty but its just a simple burger and fries kind of place. Great for summer break or a veg-out kind of day. Nothing too extraordinary though. I enjoy the jalopeno burger and the chicken veggie wrap. TIP: Ask for garlic fries. Otherwise, you'll just get regular side dish of fries. TIP: Upgrade from the root beer float, to a BEER-float, yum!

One of my top choices for places to eat! Always good food! Always great service! The one weird thing that I have is the consistency of some of their dishes. Ordered the wings they have on their appetizer menu and have received different items with it each time... This isn't huge just kind of weird! Still amazing food!

Mediocre at best. Small restaurant; slow waiters, seated right next to a loud ass table. Waiters name is Lisa. Too small of a dining area.

Every time I have ate here my soda tasted really weird like really watery and barely any flavor. Don't know what is up with that, but it kind of bugs me a lot.

I went to Red Robin for lunch. I have a soft spot for Red Robin but I'm not sure I'll be going back to this location. It took more than 5 minutes for the server to come over to me after I was seated. I kept looking around and there were consistently 2-3 ppl standing over by the kitchen talking and not doing anything. Food was pretty good. I get the California Chicken Burger whenever I go. The chicken breast was verging on under cooked though I think. It had that texture that seemed like it was just barely cooked enough. It made me a little nervous but I ate it anyway as the chicken was hot all way way through and the taste was pretty good. In hindsight I probably should have said something but I really didn't want a "special surprise" in my sandwich. :/ The fries are always good so I enjoyed those. I don't think I'll be back to this location but now I know!

Haven't been to a red robin in a while since it has proven very disappointing in past years. This experience turned that around. Out waitress Jasmine was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable. Everything came out fast and perfect. I went with her suggestions and will most definitely be back to sit in her section and see what else the new menu has to offer!! Good job in turning things around and you better do what you can to keep her around!

My last experience in here wasn't the greatest considering we literally waited almost an HOUR for our food and the waiter did nothing about it. Not even taking our drinks off. very disappointing...

Red Robin consistently delivers excellent service and really great food. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they have two different types of veggie burgers (garden and Boca) and that you can add any of the huge selection of toppings you want. I am a fan of the 5 alarm and the whiskey river styles. The onion straws are delicious as are the fried jalapenos. They recently added hummus and sweet potato fries to their menu, which is a great touch. I give Red Robin a 5 because it reaches this standard: If anyone recommends Red Robin for lunch or dinner, I never say, "no" and always look forward to the meal. And Red Robin has never dissapointed. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food received.

Had a lovely meal there recently - tried "The Berzerker", which initially seemed a little small, but didn't fail to satisfy in the end. You could actually taste the beef in the burger, which was a nice change from a sauce-slathered patty from questionable origins. This tasted like BEEF! And who doesn't love those yummy stringy caramelized onions? I would have liked a few more of them, like the advertisement shows, but oh well. The ambiance was predictable, the service was adequate, but not memorable, the beer was cold and good. 'Nuff said. Will be back again, since we've gone twice now and thoroughly enjoyed the food both times.

The food is very predictable but the whole concept seems contrived right out of the movie 'Officespace' where the waiter doesn't have enough flair on. But the real downside here is the noise. Especially evenings and weekends. The Boeing Field runway is quieter. On the flipside, this might be ideal for taking that person you really don't like but are obligated to and you won't have to listen to their yammering.

It's Saturday night, we called ahead because we were a large party of 8 with 5 kids. "we don't do reservations" they said, but took down our name, for a heads up a guess.. We got to the restaurant and was told there would be a half hour wait, not surprising being Saturday night, while waiting you can't escape the noise of this place it is annoyingly loud and very crammed the waiting area is way to small, it's standing room only. We waited 35 minutes, went to check they said they were waiting for the folks at the large table to leave and that if we wanted they would set up two tables for us, one for the kids and one for the adults, rather than continuing to wait we opted for this option, sofar so good this is working our great the kids can fend for themselves!! Btw ages 12,10,8 and 2 the 8 month old Is with us. Just finished dinner, the service was good, food tasted great and came out fast, I tried a new burger the "loveburger" has fried jalapeños that add a nice spice! We all had full bellies, the price was fair, and the kids had fun. Overall 4 star experience!

really disappointing service. The wait staff here is slower than molasses going up hill on a cold day. They can be very friendly, then can be as warm and inviting as a wet blanket. The food is the same quality you expect from Red Robin anywhere, when the servers can punch in your order correctly. On four separate occasions I have spoken to managers and everytime they have bent over backwards and sent me out a gift card. How many gift cards must they send out for crappy service before they realize their wait staff are idiots?

  • Judy L.

Service is slow - mixed drinks taste watered down and I usually have to send them back to have them redone. The music is so dang loud, you can't carry on a conversation with the people at your table.

I've been to Red Robins before, but this was my first time to this one. My friend and I both ordered (bottomless) root beer floats and we split an order of buffalo clucks n' fries. Our server kept our floats coming, brought extra napkins and wet wipes for the buffalo sauce, and was just helpful all around. The food itself was delicious and I was stuffed at the end. Just a tip: if you get a bottomless root beer float, avoid eating a heavy meal!

I love Red Robin and so does my Fiance but this place 99% of the time has terrible service and especially in the bar. I now refuse to sit in the bar, everytime we have our food was wrong and the service was terrible. Now the dining area is starting to get bad as well. We went a couple days ago and it took 10 minutes for the waiter to come to the table just to greet us even though they ALL saw us sitting there. Our drinks were never refilled and overall just not good. We wil be going to Alderwood Mall for the future Red Robin dinners.

the loudest and worst of all the red robins I have ever been too. Food is what you expect from Red Robin, Good but not great but inexpensive. I don't like going to this one during the dinner time, as it's been designed like Century Link stadium... IT'S TOO LOUD!!!!!!!! Way Way too loud for some reason. I don't know... I go to this one cuz of the convenience of it's locale and that is the only reason.

Red Robin is certainly not gourmet, but it can get the job done. I never really feel satisfied afterwards though. The service here is great, but the food is greasy and not fresh tasting. I'm being generous with 3 stars today.

Red robin is red robin. It's straight to the point. Hit or miss with this place honestly all they care about is money. Eat you're food and get out. My boyfriend and I went to have lunch and I came in 1st to get a table while he was finding a parking spot. While he was doing that I got a table quickly. I saw my server once! She got our drinks and by the time he came in we had our drinks. (Note he never met our server). So after looking at the menu I had to find a server or someone to take our order. They didn't know where I server went. We ate and someone else brought us the check. We paid and left $1 tip (shouldn't left anything). I forgot our receipt so I went back literally we just left the tip was gone but our receipt was still there. I was so pissed. The worst customer service ever!!

Simply stated...The new Tavern 6.99 burger is complete garbage. All of the Fast food restaurants around the area are better. Even DQueen. Lackluster, Bland, Missing toppings, Small, crappy.. Very disappointed. VERY!

Two-blocks from my house, and I love Red Robin... I find the nearest Red Robin when I want a burger because it's soo good. This Red Robin location opened up not to long ago and I hate to say this, but the customer service isn't as good as the Bellevue or the Lynnwood location. I would rather take the drive to Lynnwood or even Bellevue then going to the Bothell location. Food is still good though...

We went back a couple of times after and the service people were nice but somewhat slow in getting our food still. What's up? The kitchen/cooks need to work on the speed.

Ouiet Sunday night. I ordered the clam strips Very healthy portions. My wife had lettuce wrapped burger (cuts down on the bread she eats) and the bottomless root beer float. Service was a little slow (had to get my own ice tea from a pitcher by the bar). No real complaints.

This location has been struggling for good service for a while now and it seems to be getting worse instead of better. The food is always good, but it's hit or miss if you get a good server and timely attention. This time, our server was okay but not great; she was polite but not that attentive. The real problem was the kitchen. It took so long for them to get our food ready, that even the server came over and said, "it's been sitting for so long it was cold, so I'm having them remake it..." Thanks for your consideration, but that begs the question, why was it sitting for long and not brought to my table? We were in a unique position to be at the one table where we could look straight into the prep area and I saw lots and lots of food sitting for extended periods of time and not brought to the table. The reason for the 3 stars was the manager, turns out the actual store manager was there, not just the person in charge at the time. I didn't have a chance to complain before he personally brought our food out and comped the entire bill, all without my asking. He obviously could tell that he was having a problem getting peoples food out on time and he was working hard to try and fix it. I saw him in the prep area trying to direct things and trying to speed people along. So overall, good food, sloooooowwwwww service, but excellent response by management. I'll give them another try

Pros: -Clean -Good Service -Cheap drinks -Good Salads Cons: -Burgers are sub par (isn't that the point of the place) Drive to Ranch, Blooming Onion, or hell, even Micky D's.

I'm obsessed with the chilli-con-queso dip. Infact when I go there, that's all I really need. They serve these giant fried-pita-esque chips with it... only comes with 4 and the rest are plain jane tortilla chips. Asked the nice bartender for more of the giant ones, ask and you shall receive! Yum! Go here for happy hour, decent cheap appetizers (my queso dip drops to like $3 [regular $5]).

Highs: Service (Rebecca was her name, excellent waitperson!) Space (the bar, size-wise, much better layout than Everett) Happy Hour drink prices Lows: Not enough TVs and fairly small screens Can't seem to get "well done" no matter how you ask Coming from the north, tough to get into the parking lot whether you are manuevering through Freddies or entering from B/E Hwy.

I'm not a fan of RR, but occasionally my wife desires big greasy burgers... RR has big greasy burgers, so it meets my needs.

I've always been a fan of the awesome food RR has! I've been coming to the Bothell location since it opened and have had amazing service in the bar each time! I can't speak for the restaurant itself, but for the bar - STAFF IS AMAZING! Love coming in on a weekend and not having to wait for a table usually. I always order the same thing: RR gourmet cheeseburger and is always pink at this location. Whenever I visit another location it is well-done. Though it is loud all the time, it has great staff, food, and service! The restroom and restaurant is always clean.
