Ordered wings online to go for a party. It was ready when I got there. They made the fries when I was there so it's nice and hot. The wings we're quit dry and hard, below my expectation. The dipping sauce and fries were great though.

I've been ordering online for pick-up at this location for quite some time and have NEVER had any issue with my order. I place my order online, and 15-20 minutes later I drive over and my food is either ready or I'm waiting 5-10 minutes for my fries. My food has always been consistent and have yet to receive a wrong order. I haven't tried eating in here or ordering over the phone (people still do that?) but I can say their online ordering process is a breeze. I'll be back. In fact I'm craving some wings right now.

Been here quite a few times now. Service is OK, but they have put me on hold a LONG time/forgotten about me on the phone a few times. Traditional hot wings and bleu cheese dipping sauce are above-average. Boneless wings have a very thick breading that isn't to my liking. Chicken strip breading is similarly thick. Be prepared to use a knife on the strips. Sauces taste overly-flavored to me as a whole, and the Louisiana rub was incredibly salty - so much it tasted like a cool ranch dorito. I think I'd like Wingstop more if the traditional wings had more crunch and the boneless had some better breading.

I wish we had a BWW in Bellevue, but we don't, so I settle for Wing Stop. I usually eat here instead of ordering to go and let me tell you, the tables and chairs are ALWAYS super sticky. The wings are pretty small compared to most wing joints, but they are very flavorful. I've tried many flavors and I've liked them all. My favorite/go to flavor is the Garlic Parmesan. Mmmmmm! If you're going to get wings from here, order before hand because it takes them a while to cook the wings. This way you can walk in and your food will almost be done cooking.

I ordered 6 piece combo with boneless Hawaiian and teriyaki flavor. I gave up after the second bite. How is it possible to make chicken taste so terrible? One star for clean environment and one star for nice staff. If I could give the food -1 star, I really will.

Overall, Wingstop is a decent place to pick up some wings. I have always gotten my order to go, though, since it is always freezing inside the restaurant. I like the fact that you can order from their app and schedule a time to pick up your order. I normally get the 15 wing combo, where you can choose two different types of wings (easier since my wife doesn't like spicy food), two dips, fries, and two large drinks (for about $22). I have had the original hot and the mango habanero, and both weren't very spicy. Next time, I will try the atomic version. I like the fact that you can customize both your wings (flats, extra crispy, etc.) as well as your fries (seasoning, how crispy they are, etc.). If you want something quick and easy, Wingstop is a good place to get your wings.

Love wingstop! I called ahead for the order, and picked it up. As, I arrived, I told them pick up, she knew my name and told me to wait a minute. Very friendly and polite. Love my lemon pepper and louisana rub wings!!! The fries are even good! Wingstop is a good place for chicken wings!!

I went to this place a couple of weeks ago because I was craving some wings and saw the sign, turned right in. I was honestly expecting something different. I don't know why I was under the impression that it was something more than a fast food place. That being said, as soon as my friend and I walked in, the girl who helped us was all smiles. Friendly service. The food was only okay. I enjoyed it for what it was, the taste of the wings was pretty good, spicy, but the texture kind of threw me off. I was expecting the wings to be crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside like wings should be, but instead it was a flat bite throughout. The fries were good, though. A good compliment to the meal. All in all, I think I'm still on a search for a good wing place.

It's 11:14am on 7/25/15. The doors of this location is even not open on time! Even One of its workers are even waiting outside for their store manager to open its doors!! TERRIBLE! Update: as I drove off, their substitute opener forgot their keys to the shop at home . Oh well.. Doo doo happens

I love wingstop, and this is my favorite location I've been to yet. My husband and I split the Louisiana Rub and the Spicy Korean Q wings, and they balanced each other perfectly. The 15 piece combo is plenty for us, and we add a side of veggies to subdue our guilt a bit. Usually the fries are too salty at other places, but here they were great. The staff were all friendly and professional, and the wait wasn't bad. I really hope the Spicy Korean Q sauce is here to stay!

I have eaten at this location many times. I have ordered take out and enjoyed their catered events too. The service is exceptional! The food is high quality and made fresh upon order. Wings- any way you like and plenty of sauce options. My kids love to eat here! This is often our go to place on late nights after I pick up my kids from dance/football practice. As a working parent I like to be able to get something we can all enjoy. I can call in my order or order online to have it ready when I get there. The restaurant is very clean and family friendly! I love the boneless wings and the honey mustard sauce is my favorite!

So we tried another location of this chain and it was ok. This location is in a very busy area and quite small. Only a handful of tables. And there was a large work group sitting down when we arrived. I worried about the wait, but luckily their wings were almost ready when we ordered. We finally snagged a table while ordering. First, the gal got me a sample of one of the sauces when I asked. nice. I appreciated being able to taste test before ordering. The staff was friendly here, even while super busy. My kids like this place. But honestly, I don't care for the wings. First, my family likes the boneless wings. They are super heavily breaded. But I just don't care for the sauces. I have tried about half of them now, and they just don't quite meet my flavor expectations or something. I come b/c my family wants to come. But I am going to argue against this chain next time they want to stop by. I won't be back if I can help it. The wait was doable, the staff friendly, but I just do not care for the wings.

Everybody gets these cravings sometimes, and Wingstop definitely hits the spot. There is a selection of dry rub wings or sauce wings, and I tried both: garlic parmesan and hickory smoked bbq. Maybe it's just me, but I'm more of a fan of sauce wings. There's something about the messiness about it that's just missing with dry rub. Don't get me wrong though, garlic parmesan was fantastic and very garlicky and very parmesan. I'm also a pretty big fan of their seasoned fries. Will probably return for my next wing fix!!

Went there for the first time and probably won't be going back. We ordered, and were surprised that everything is 'extra' - a few sticks of celery and carrots are extra, as is any sauce; none of it is included in the mass wing orders. The wings took forever, despite the fact there were only a few orders ahead of us, and it appeared there were three people in back. When they called our name I went up, and it was half the order, (we ordered 20 wings). The guy who brought it out was about to leave and I called to him and at first he ignored me then turned around. I told him it wasn't the full order, we had 20 wings there were 10 here, he looked at the ticket on the spike, didn't even bother looking or directly addressing me and said, "There's fifteen there", and mumbled something else. I said I didn't hear what he said, and he said a little louder, "I'll get the rest." I rechecked the order, thinking some wings were hidden under the paper folds but no - it truly was only 10 wings, and since he came out with the other 10, (half of one type and half of the other again), he KNEW it was only half the order when he put it out! He was so dismissive and rude it really rubbed us the wrong way. The wings were a bit dry, and the vegetables - well for $1.41 you get five each of carrots and celery - some are decent sized pieces, others are a little thicker than a skewer. The glazes were pretty good, (original and habanero), and the fries were nice and crisp but only lightly seasoned. For $30 including 2 dipping sauces, fries, a beer and soda, it's not economical, not worth the price, especially with the surly and unhelpful kitchen guy. I always try to be nice and smile and say thank you to waitstaff, (it's not the most fun job!), but I am a customer, and the attitude was unnecessary and undeserved.

So I hit up this place ever so often but have been constantly surprised on their service and cook times. I always call in my order - and the Wing Stop employee always says "it will be ready in 14 minutes." Honestly, I've gotten into the habit of leaving the house 30 mins after the call and by the time I get there (I'm about 5 mins away) - I STILL have to wait! Plan for 45 minutes to get your food and make sure you check your order before you leave - about every other time, something is missing or even better, I get the wrong order! I'll be skipping them for a while - just can't deal with the wait times and quality check issues.

Safe to say you guys lost a lot of returning customers yesterday by how horrible your customer service was! Recovering from a c section so I decided wing stop would be great for our super bowl party since I can't stand long to cook. Called days prior to Sunday, drove in and paid cash like I was asked, and confirmed that they would definitely be ready at 2pm like I requested. Came in with my newborn to find a ridiculously packed store of very angry customers! Customers who are still there hours after their conformed pick up time!!! Finally talk to someone who works there and they rudley checked my order and said 30min. An hour goes by so I squeeze my way back up too the front only to find out my order that was being worked on an hour ago still has 40 minutes left! Request a refund which took another 20 minutes to get. Got home 1 minute before kickoff with no wings! Staff here is an absolute joke!!! It had to be very frustrating for them dealing with so many angry customers but we were angry about how poorly they were running the company! I heard one staff member say over and over again "well is not or fault so many of you ordered!" It is your fault!!! If you can't handle that many orders take less! No one got an apology or anything for the trouble we went through to not even get our food in the end. We will never go back and I'm sure the 100's of people who were also treated so poorly will not be back either!

If you like artificial tastes, like a mix of plastic and tar and spice to cover the other crap, all deep fried. I'd like to quote my friend who just said "this is where taste buds go to die." Now, to be fair, the carrots and celery are excellent ! Seriously good, crispy, crunchy and fresh tasting. The wings, however... gross, gross, gross. I tried this place twice and both times my stomach complained for hours after: "why! why did you do this ? you could have had really good food anywhere! A dumpster, or some bark off the trees, man, anything... why???"

The guy handling the register needs to go. He was rude, rushed me and didn't get my order right. The girl servicing the tables was nice and helpful. The wings are good. Counter service was terrible.

Great Chicken Wings ( I usually have the boneless ). You can mix and match the flavors ( my favorite is the serrano pepper glaze ). Order the family packs to get fries, veggies and sauces included. -1 for time taken to get food.

Not bad but nothing really great either. We ordered from the phone app which is not as clean as it could be and then called up the restaurant with the corrections that the app didn't let us make. The app however does give you 5 free wings on orders over $15. We tried 6 different types of wings, 5 original and 1 boneless. The one common factor they shared were that they were EXTREMELY greasy and unbearably salty. I love wings but after stuffing myself I felt queasy due to the grease and my tongue stung due to the salt. Also, most wings had dried out and almost seemed re-fried. Sauced Wings: Original Hot - I think these were over-rated. They were just average buffalo style wings. Chili Lime - These were limited time wings. They were tasty but unbearably salty. Had the salt been less I'd probably have liked them. Hickory Smoked BBQ - These were actually pretty tasty. Dry Wings: Louisiana Rub - This was my favorite of the lot. Perfectly spicy. Unfortunately they were very greasy and when I held a wing up and squeezed it, I could see the oil dripping out effortlessly. Lemon Pepper - These were again very flavorful with the right amount of lemon and pepper but had the same grease issue like the Louisiana Rub. Garlic Parmesan - I barely tasted any garlic in these but they did have a nice flavor of salty parmesan. Not bad if you like something mild. Coleslaw - Meh. Not worth ordering this. Overall I think the place is very affordable if you order wisely. The staff is super friendly. The main issue is the food. I don't think I'll be going back here anytime soon unless they address the grease and salt issues.

So my buddy lives nearby this spot and when we watch the Seahawks Kick A**, I'll swing by to pick up a classic order of wings to munch on while watching football. I typically order the garlic parmesan and the classic lemon pepper wings with a side of ranch and honey mustard. What? Honey mustard? Yeah give it a shot! The spot is kinda small, so seating is slim pickings, and if you plan on ordering a meal to go, I suggest calling it in.

Love the Louisiana Rub and Original Hot. I've been coming here for my wings for the last year and can say the food is good. What it lacks is a strong customer service along with technical difficulties revolving tech. I've tried ordering on the website and have sent my order online, but the store never got the order so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food - although they did give me extra wings... I was not happy overall. That only happened once, but I also observed that they do mess up a lot of people's order and although I'm lucky, I would have to say that is not a good practice. TLDR: Food was bomb. Expect some bad customer service every now and then, but you get extra wings.

My standard order is generally boneless wings with original hot and lemon pepper. We love the place and generally take out. Try the atomic flavor with EXTREME caution. It is really really hot. I have tried couple of times and both times, I ended up scraping the sauce off to reduce the heat. Good place the get wings on game days. The cashier are generally responsive batting few times.

Love love WingStop! We love the Louisiana rub and Lemon Pepper. The fries are tasty - the little bit of sugar makes them salty and sweet. I really love the sauces too - especially the ranch and honey mustard. You can't go wrong with WingStop - especially for a gathering.

  • Brent H.

Pretty good wings. I usually get the Louisana rub and Classic. The wait is what get me because I usually come when I'm super hungee. So the wait can reach up to 30 minutes depending on how big your order is. But the price is reasonable for what you get. The combo with the fries is the best way to go to get you full. I'd recommend it to people who love their wings.

  • Roy H.

Ugh. I used to love this place for some hot wings but really gone downhill. There's usually only 2 people working but the guy in the kitchen is so slow. Took them 30 minutes to fry my 10piece wings. Also the size of wings are wayyyy smaller than it used to be. 2s for fries. I love their fries.

  • Alan B.

Fresh Chicken Wings this is the place! If you like wings, you have to give this place a try. So far I had Class Wings: BBQ Atomic Garlic Parmesan Louisiana Rub Chili Lime Cajun Lemon Pepper I would have to say I like Atom, Garlic Parmesan, Lusiana Rub, Chili Lime and Lemon Pepper. Not too much with BBQ, Cajun. Their fries are very good too. Just a note, since they cook it fresh it means you could wait 15-25min on your order... Depends how busy they are. Last time I ordered from the Phone App 30min earlier before I get there, but then we still waited another 20-25min or so. But good wings make up for it!

Friendly staff and a fast service compliments their tasty wings. I am a big fan of BWW, but this place has some seriously lip smacking wings at lower prices. Will think twice before driving all the way to BWW

Very accommodating! I ordered 200 wings online for a company function with a pickup time of 1:15p last Friday. Unfortunately, they were swamped when I went to pick them up so they were running about 15 minutes behind. They were very apologetic and rushed to get my order completed for me, and they offered me a 10% discount for my troubles. The wings were fantastic - the original hot and the barbeque disappeared quickly - and everyone enjoyed them. I would use them again/

Called ahead one night for takeout dinner with friends. We ordered 50 wings with varying flavors. The order was supposed to take 45 min which was understandable. When we got to Wingstop 40 min later, we were told it would take just a bit more. While waiting we noticed they were backed up and all the orders seemed to be going out slowly. 25 min later, we got our wings... The wings themselves were delicious. I'd definitely come back, if I ever have the time to just wait...

Ahhhhh, Wingstop is so good! I love the classic wings in bbq and garlic parmesan. The wings come out hot, fresh, juicy, and meaty....just finger lickin' good! I still haven't managed to take any photos to post on Yelp because once the food lands in front of me, I gobble everything up instantly! Their rolls are also soft, warm, and buttery. And if you are still hungry, try their fresh cut fries - the seasoning is tasty. The customer service is consistently great too! They are always really friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome and happy. Give these hard-working young guys raises! :)

Middling wings. Gawd awful service. Ordered online twice, they had no order for us the first time, and only half the order the second time. Tonight, the server screwed around for 25 minutes and finally gave us the half of the food they supposedly received orders for, then said, and I quote, "Don't blame us, dude, our system sucks. Call next time." Not gonna be a next time. Dude.

This is my ideal eatery for the eff the diet and go all out mood. Does that make sense?? I couldn't eat like this every day but god if I could I would. Chicken wings, good seasoned fries, and dipping sauce is one of my FAVORITE meals, and this place NAILS it in flavor and quality. To the people ranting about it taking so long, understand two things: they make each order from scratch. Second, this isn't "fast food" I was impressed by the crispy exterior and juicy interior of the boneless wings I had. And the fries have this mysterious sweet yet salty thing going on. Mmmmm!! Lots of wing flavors to choice from, both saucy and rubbed. Can't wait to try the others.

    (4)
  • Gina C.

Uhm... No. This place is just off. The flavors are not good. The Cajun is basically just chilling powder with no flavor. The ranch and blue cheese taste watered down and they must have been out of celery and carrot because we didn't get any. The chicken tenders are not tender and to heavily breaded. The fries taste to salty with a sweetness to them that's just off and they give you enough in the 2 person meal for 6 people which is just wasteful. It's overpriced to. Next time Wing Dome for sure. We paid $29 for 15 wings, fries and 4 chicken "tenders" yikes!

Came to Wingstop on a Monday afternoon for lunch. It was not busy but our order still took a little bit, which I will take as the wings being fresh. I split 20 wings and a coleslaw with a friend and it was plenty. We got Parmesan, Louisiana rub and Regular Hot. I will say the the Regular Hot, which is supposedly one of the spicier ones, was not spicy at all. The Louisiana rub and the Parmesan were dry flavors and the Regular Hots were not saucy at all compared to Wingdome or Buffalo Wild Wings. However the wings were of good size and they were meaty. The coleslaw taste and size were decent as well. The place is more of a fast food style for wings so it's good for a quick meal. Very clean.

  • Gopal N.

I placed an order online, and was promised a specific time for pick up. However, when I got there and made the payment, THATs when they even started making my order. I ended up waiting there for the entire order. The food is good - So, will recommend.

    (3)
  • Danielle E.

What's wrong with the inconsistency! Some day I order Louisiana rub it's perfect seasoned, another day it taste like nothing but salt. Salty salty salty! Is the salty really free?

Can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet! If you like wings, you should definitely check out this place. It is small and quaint, but offers delicious wings. There are a variety of flavors, at all different spiciness levels to customize them to your particular liking. The fries are excellent. The cole slaw is a nice refreshing break from the greasiness (not saying this as a criticism...all wings are greasy). I've always found the service to be friendly and quick. I'm a huge wing nut, and this is one of my go-tos when I'm craving good wings. They also provide various meal options if you want some of this and some of that, and some sides too. When I'm in the neighborhood, Kukai Ramen is no longer the automatic go-to...this says a lot about Wing Stop.

    (4)
  • David D.

First off, this is a 4 simply because that's the highest score a Wing Stop will ever get from me due to their small selection of sauces...considering they're a wing place, you'd expect more options. Anyways, this place is just as good as any Wing Stop I've been to in SC, CO, OR, and WA. Personally, I think the Atomic sauce is the bees knees and is probably one of the most unique wing sauces around because it doesn't taste like a "sauce" so much as it tastes like a really spicy and powerful shotgun of black pepper almost. It's fantastic. Most wing places have the red-sauces that are based on common peppers that are more salty and sour, so the Atomic sauce is a nice departure from that. What could Wing Stop as a company do to get that elusive 5-star from me? Get some kind of Habanero sauce. Like REAL habanero. That would be perfect. But also adding 2-3 other flavors would be desirable too. UPDATE: Wingstop, I don't know if you happened to be paying attention to my review by some long shot, but I noted the Habanero Mango flavor you added soon after my review. So, thinking my dream came true, I tried it... I was severely disappointed. It's more mango than it is habanero - I could barely even feel a burn or taste the habanero. Sad really, because you guys list it as just below the Atomic, and anywhere near Atomic, this is not. McDonald's Habanero Ranch burger had more burn than your Mango Habanero wings. Try again, Wingstop. Try again. REAL habanero, please!

I thoroughly enjoyed their lemon pepper wings! Service was really slow, but the wings were so worth it. They're the perfect size, perfect flavor (not too sour), and perfectly cooked. The meat was so moist! The garlic parmesan were not as tasty -- there was plenty of parmesan but I couldn't taste any garlic. It's too bad that I don't live closer, or I'd probably be here more often than I should!

The name of this place is Wingstop Express. Express is not what I would call this place. It is more like the WingSTOP! It took 15 mins for 6 boneless wings and fries. I got my order to go. That usually means in most places that you are getting things a little faster. I went here at 830pm. So its not like the place was packed. There were 4 orders in front of me. On to the food. It looked good but taste wise not great. The wings were covered in salt. They were so salty it blew my mind. I got the Louisiana Rub. Maybe that one is saltier than the norm I am not sure but I felt like I opened a pack of salt and ate it. The fries were odd as well. They weren't as salty as the wings which I was expecting but I noticed something odd about them. I think they had sugar on them. I swear. I would never come back here.

Pro: wings are good. Cons: very rude cashier! Poor customer service. He did not even talk to me or greet me as I ordered. Also, he did not say anything to me as he handed me the receipt. Cashier was not wearing a name tag, but has glasses, looks about 20, chin strap awful facial hair, and tacky arm tattoo. Name on receipt says "sahand." I would have just canceled my order if he had not already swiped my card. He smiled and greeted everyone else. My last time coming here!

Was really looking forward to this place, but I was highly disappointed. Ordered the family combo. 30 wings /w fries, a beer and a soft drink. Came up to about $35. Had the Louisiana Rub, Garlic\ Parmesan and the one lower then the hottest wing they had (they ran out of wing sauce or something like that.) All I can say is wow SALT. For whatever reason, all I tasted was salt. Fries were pretty bad, not sure if they were old or just in general they were bad. I got the rub based on another yelpers review I seen here, was highly disappointed. The Garlic\Parmesan was just pretty bad, I had about 3 then stopped eating it. I didn't try the spicy wings because I didn't feel like spice that night. Not sure what to really say other then by the end of it, I felt like I just threw $35 in the garbage bin. Gets two stars because the server\cashier was pretty nice.

Love their Cajun, Louisiana Rub, and Lemmon pepper flavors! We've never eaten in, always ordered to go, and haven't had any problems with our orders. Was able to order online via an app once but never again after that, which was too bad.

30 minutes and still waiting for our order of 8 wings and French fries. Out of control slow we are requesting our money back. No wings are worth this wait!!!

As an avid wing lover, I wanted to love wingstop. Tons of options for flavors and great bundled packages. Unfortunately, I had a terrible customer service experience so I never even got to taste the food! Came in on a Sunday afternoon, a couple of tables with empty baskets but nobody waiting for food or eating. Ordered thinking I could get some quick wings while the family had yogurt next door. "14 minutes and it'll be ready" the counter person said. A little shocked at how long it would take to drop a few wings in some hot oil, and told her my family was waiting. 25 minutes later, with me standing and waitng, no wings. Now she has a line of people and said they'd be out shortly. 5 more minutes, food is delivered for the two groups who ordered after me. I asked where mine was and the cooks said they didn't have any other orders. My family is now waiting in the lobby with me, squirly and ready to go home. The counter help tells me it'll be 14 more minutes to make my food as they may have lost the order. Terrible. I asked for a credit and she said i had to wait in line (7 people long at this point.) I requested her to issue the credit and left the building. 35 minutes, no wings, extremely frustrated. Guess I'll let Bank of America go get the credit.

With the namesake and mantra of this place being the "wing experts" I was expecting very big things. I mean, these guys specialize in Chicken Wings. Right? Meh. I ask for my wings extra extra crispy (it's an online order, so you can't really mince those kind of words). They still managed to flub it. I've had wings at 3 other joints locally and all are better. Good if you have no other options.

I gave Wingstop #645 in Bellevue 3 stars. Do you want to know why? I'll break it down for ye. I had the 10 piece combo. BBQ & Louisiana Rub were the favors I chose for the wings. I opted for bone out today. The meal also comes with fries and a pop. The Louisiana Rub was really salty. There was way too much seasoning used. This was not just my opinion, but my homies from work also agreed. One of them has had this kind before, and he said it wasn't nearly as salty. So, a consistency issue. Hopefully, this can get fixed. The BBQ wings were tangy and enjoyable. I didn't have any issue with these. The portion of fries given was plentiful, and I really liked the Honey Mustard that I paired them up with. Overall, I will come back and try this place again to see how things went. The staff was really friendly, and they had ESPN running on the two TV's inside. I know that will really attract a lot of female clientele.

Hands down, the best wings in town. We haven't dined at their spot, but we've picked up wings at least 10 times. The consistency is pretty good, always freshly fried and seasoned/sauced. Call ahead about 10-14 minutes before picking up. Our favorite flavors are original hot, Louisiana rub and garlic parmesan. Original hot is a classic buffalo style sauce. Lousiana rub is a dry rub that has some heat but not too much, but the spices all work well together. Garlic parmesan is more parmesan than garlic, which makes it very tasty and creamy. Dunk them in their buttery milky ranch. Not to be ignored: Seasoned fries. Cannot go wrong!

This has to be the best wing place on the Eastside! The Louisiana rub and fries are amazing, highly recommend it! The places always nicely kept and even when it's busy the employees do a good job of getting the food out in a timely pace.

My family and I order wings from this place at least once every two weeks. Can you tell we really like wings? Which is why I think I have pretty good credibility when it comes to wings. I order them everywhere. American restaurants, Vietnamese restaurants, Japanese, Chinese. If they have wings, I may or may not order them. Which is why I can't believe this place doesn't have better reviews... That said, it's not like our experience is perfect every time. We've had a couple of mishaps, but s*** happens and they've had great customer service when it has. I've already written a review on my favorite flavors, but one thing I haven't emphasized yet is their price (spoiled by parents). 20 wings for $14.99? Is this real life? At The Ram (and a lot of other places) it's practically $1/wing and at Buffalo Wild Wings it was $1+ per wing. Uhhh no thank you. I love my wings, but there's a certain point where the wings really can't get any better and I don't think they could be "$1+ per wing" good. Also, their customer service. Every time I've come here, the employees have always been really courteous and helpful (have all the tips!). Their wings are bomb with great prices to match. Unbeatable.

The wings were awesome and the employees were very friendly. The restaurant definitely surpassed my expectations. Totally recommend stopping here.

Ordered on the phone for pick up at 1:30pm arrived and told that they don't start making until you "ARRIVED" and paid. Someone in the corporate does not have an understanding of what it means by ordering over the phone. Hilarious business practice. This place is shit! There I said it. Enough said.

I've been to a lot of wing stop locations. This one is probably the best at customer service because of one employee. If the guy who helped me (Angel) isn't the manager he should be. Seriously he was very professional and really helped out my big group of friends. I will be back because of him.

It has been a long time since I had wings. I love chicken. Fried chicken, Chinese chicken, and BBQ chicken. I had wingspread at Northwestern and I loved them the first time I tried them. However, like all food, you get kind of sick of it. I thought it would be good to try this place out since I never had wings in Washington. Not talking about your happy hour wings at applebees. Talking about the restaurants that focus only on wings. I was a little disappointed by the wings. I got garlic parmesan wings and it just looks like cheese was sprayed all over it. The service was a bit slow for very few people there. I would go here if I was hungry and had nothing else but overall, it was ok and made me kind of miss wingsover in evanston.

This is our go-to spot for wings! My husband is a big chicken wings fanatic so of course we had to stop by after work and try some. I really like their garlic parm and he prefers their spicy wings. We both really want to try their lemon pepper as well but that'll be for another trip. I heard there's one opening at the Landing which is closer to our home. Hopefully it'll be just as good! :)

Wings are not bad, I'm from Texas and wing stops there are so much better run, but the customer service is very slow here. Average wait is at least half an hour with absolutely nobody in the restaurant.

Put in a large order for the Superbowl a few days on advance. Asked them multiple times when putting my order in if they would be able to have it ready by the time I asked for. "Yes, you can walk in at 2:30, pick up your wings and be on your way." I show up at 2:20 to a packed store and a huge line to "check in." 20 minutes later to get to the front of the line and ask if my order is ready. "Your wings will be out in about an hour." Ridiculous! I'll miss most of the first quarter! I ask for a refund and find out there's a separate line for that. After waiting 10 minutes in the refund line I give up and head to my Superbowl party without any food. Guess we'll fill up on chips... As for my refund? I'm on the line to issue a charge back as I type this.

Ruined Super Bowl Sunday! I ordered wings on Friday for a Sunday pick up at 1:00. When I arrived at 1 I had to stand in line for 10 minutes. When I got to the register I was rudely told I was in the wrong line for pickups. And that they had been making announcements (not since I walked in). I watched this conversation happen over and over again as they continued to fail to make announcements and send angry people to another line. I stood in line again and was told that my order wouldn't START until I paid! Everyone in front and behind me thought their orders would be ready when they got there. I thought I would be walking out with wings at 1:00, but was told now it would be 2:30. At 2:30 (30 mins before game time) I was told it would be another half hour. It's 15 minutes to game time and I still don't have my food. The only silver lining is that the extra time waiting has given me enough time to savage them in this review. Despicable.

This place is sort of a mystery to me. When it opened up awhile back, it just seemed odd. A wing spot that seemed very unassuming and unattractive. I mean, the sign is green. On the exterior, it looks like it should be selling work boots and jean jackets. So every time I went to the gym or the Starbucks, I'd wonder how long the place would stay in business. Little did I know this place was a chain. Whilst visiting LA, looking for some work boots and jean jackets, I saw the same unassuming, unaatractive store and had a little mind-blowage. Couple of Sundays ago, my gal and a friend of mine joined me in trying this place out and was met with the hands-down worst cashier I had ever encountered. Homeboy literally stared at us as we 1. walked in the store, 2. greeted him, 3. greeted him again because we found it a litte jarring that someone would reply to a 'hello' with a 'i could give two farts for how much i care about you' stare, and 4. ordered. I was taken aback. I've met some rude mofos before, but this fool made me want to introduce my fist to his Buddha belly. Anyway, through some miracle, we ordered our food: forty wings, fries, and coleslaw. We got the Lemon Pepper, Mild, Garlic Parm, and Cajun. I must declare that all four and the sides we got were excellent! I won't try to claim that I know two-pips about wings, but if my aunt Shin So Young came to the States and asked me where to eat some good wings, I'd point to this work boot store. It's good. Overall, if you don't have high cholesterol and do have a high tolerance for some mind-numbingly bad service, this is your place to get fat and happy.

I haven't had Wingstop in quite a while - since I lived in Southern California. I remember liking it, so I gave this location a shot. We tried ordering with the app, but it crashed on Galaxy S3 and it didn't let me re-open the app after that. Weird. So, I just called and ordered. It was painless and quick with a 14 minute (or less) estimate. I got there about 12 minutes later. The restaurant itself is really clean, in a newer shopping center. I was pleasantly surprised. The person at the front registers was on the phone (maybe with technical support?) and didn't even acknowledge me for a solid minute - which feels like forever when you are awkwardly standing right in front of someone. I have a history in customer service in various venues and this was not only annoying but just felt substandard. Anyway, she called back to someone else at some point, and I was helped. My wings had just come out, so they were fresh, and I had perfectly timed my arrival. I had ordered boneless wings - 20 original hot, 5 cajun, and a large blue cheese for my wife and I. The blue cheese was WAY too much for this order. They gave it to us in 6 little containers and we ended up using 1.5 of them, haha. BUT... I have to say, that blue cheese is REALLY good. It is truly the star at Wingstop. The wings are big and meaty (unlike Pizza Hut's mostly-breading-with-hardly-any-meat wings. However, one disappointing thing is that the wings didn't feel SAUCED at all. They were definitely buffalo wing flavored (and tasty), they just weren't dripping with delicious sauce - it was like the sauce soaked into the coating or something. This could just be the deal, and if you want really saucy wings, you need to order sauce on the side (which I definitely will next time). The hot were good - standard, spicy buffalo wing flavor. The cajun spiced ones were extremely delicious to me - extra spicy with cajun-type spices rubbed right on the outside of the wing: paprika, oregano, thyme, cayenne . They were a bit too spicy for my wife, but she conceded the flavor was good, none-the-less. Anyway, we ended up eating about 15 of them. Between the meaty, big wings and the blue cheese, they were pretty filling. Other than the customer service faux pas at the beginning of my visit, I would definitely suggest this place. Compared to other wing places, Wingstop ranks in the top for sure. -- Buffalo Wild Wings wings are smaller and more bready, but their sauces are superior. -- Pizza Hut definitely has good sauce, but their wings are TOO bready. -- Wing Dome has really good sauce, too, but I've never had their boneless wings. Their bone-in wings are kind of small (and I prefer boneless). -- Wingstop definitely wins the blue cheese dip contest. It is great. Additionally, they have the biggest, meatiest, seemingly highest quality wing with a smaller covering compared to BWW and Pizza Hut. Though they lack in sauciness by default.

the wings are ok but you can't imagine how bad the customer service is!! he hung up the phone even before I finished my words. and this same guy (maybe?) refused to give us happy hour deal. " we don't give happy hour deal unless you ask for it."--- direct quote. Not to mention how rude he is!!!!!

Ugh. I have a very difficult time admitting that Walmart is classing up my neighborhood. Now that the anchor building in the Kelsey Creek Shopping Center is no longer a vacant K-Mart building... lots of new franchises are moving in. Case in point: Wingstop. Driving down 148th this early afternoon, we saw a dancing sign waver with a "Now Open" sign... which meant we had to go. I very infrequently eat chicken strips or boneless wings -- my stance is generally that I want meat, and I want lots of it, so bone-in is my favorite. However, I only eat non-veggie carbs on Saturdays [when I'm being good, at least...] so when I went to Wingstop on Saturday [their first day open] I opted for chicken strips. Regretfully, as this was their first day open, they didn't have credit card readers up yet... but fortunately, they put in our order and let us go grab cash. After discussing it with the cashier, we ended up with atomic [their hottest flavor -- it came complete with an "have you tried this sauce before? it's pretty spicy..."] and the BBQ for our sauce options. We ended up with... a little too much food. The 10 piece chicken strips combo-for-two left us with a boat of fries, two soda pops and of course the strips... but seeing as they had cheese sauce AND yeast rolls, we got a small cheese and a six pack of yeast rolls on the side [told you we only eat carbs once a week, so we eat... a lot]. Two strips and two rolls in, I was super full, but the food was so good it compelled me to keep going. The atomic wasn't really spicy, by my standards, but it was flavorful. The BBQ sauce was pretty much identical to a BBQ sauce that Denny's used to have [the sweet & tangy BBQ] -- it was really tasty, and also kind of nostalgic for me. They make their blue cheese dressing in house, and it is REALLY freakin' good. Their fries are also cut in store -- when they were fresh out of the fryer, they were amazing. The strips and their respective sauces were delicious... but I'm mostly in love with the blue cheese. The guy who took our order was really helpful and friendly -- he seemed like he may be a staff trainer/manager/future manager?, but the second guy who helped us [when we came back with cash to pay] seemed a little startled -- I totally understand why -- he was just learning the system under fire. I guess they didn't expect their opening day to be so busy! With the exception of the card reader being down, everything was flawless! My only disappointment is that they didn't have as much sauce variety on the spicy end of the scale as I'm used to :[ I'll still be taking care of my spice cravings at Wing Central, but Wingstop is a nice wing place to have close to home! I can't legitimately give Wingstop a five without trying their bone-in wings, but seeing as they're open 'til midnight [which is rare in these parts] I'm sure I'll be back to give them a try in the not-too-distant future.

Picked up takeout, an 8-piece combo of Original Hot wings around lunch on a Friday. The wings are fine, and the fries are good, but my order was complete and sitting on a counter for about 5 minutes while I waited and watched everyone doing anything else but handing me my food so I could leave. Come on guys, pay attention to details! And, they forgot the bleu cheese for dipping, which is almost unforgiveable in my book.

If I could give it less I would. Stopped in after working out to pick up some wings. I ordered the Lemon pepper and another (obviously unforgettable). They were horrible! These fried wings were so dry they could have been chicken jerky and as others have mentioned very salty. Fried wings? Really? My homemade wings are so much better and I'll never buy wings here again.

I'm from California where wing-stop has been around for years. It was one of my favorite places to grab some grub with friends after school. So naturally I was insanely excited to hear they'd be (FINALLY) opening one here.. Except.. It's not the Wing Stop I remember. Now, The service was wonderful, the staff was knowledge for just being open a few days. They were also very friendly. But, the food... was a sad resemblance of the Wing Stop I knew & loved. The wings for me.. was just okay. They seemed rather greasy and the marinade scraped off rather easily. I have hopes for this place. Since it was the opening week, I'm hoping they'll work out their kinks and live up to my memories of wing stop in California.

Oh my goodness, this place is great. My husband still has not stopped thanking me for taking him here tonight. He is not a "wing" person, but he loves chicken strips, so he was excited to try these. I was excited to have some wings. This is the first Wingstop in Washington State and I'm glad it's only a few blocks from our house. Since I didn't have much to go on, I looked up reviews from the many Wingstop's in Southern California. It was hit and miss on those reviews, but all in all, it seems the Californians really liked the food but the service was not so good in many SoCal locations (not all of them). They seemed to have it down to a science: call your order in and wait for about 10 minutes longer than you were told to come in, and then your order would be ready at just about the time you showed up. The Californians also were very specific as to what flavors of wings they liked and why, and I found that also very helpful. Let me tell you, even on a busy Friday evening, and they were busy! We had good service and great food. Our cashier, Hayden, was very knowledgeable about the many combinations that you can choose from and when he didn't know the answer to our questions, he asked someone who did. That was helpful. My husband got an order of seven chicken strips in Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan. He LOVED them both, super tasty! There is a sign on the wall that helps you figure out which type of "heat" that you may want to try. Louisiana Rub, although not the hottest, was pretty darn close. It was not too much heat even for me (and I don't like super hot food that much). I had the six wing combo which included three Lemon Pepper and three Original Hot wings, a drink and fries. We also ordered an extra dip, ranch dressing. The blue cheese came with my meal combination and was very tasty. It seems though that one dip would have been enough for the two of us, because they give you a pretty good serving. We also tried one of their fluffy rolls, which was also good. The fries were okay. They seemed a little old so were not super crunchy anymore, probably had been sitting for awhile. Definitely coming back here soon! (if my husband doesn't stop by again this evening for some more tasty chicken stips to go!)

Wings were okay. I got the 30 with three different flavors. The three flavors were lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian wasn't that flavorful and some of the wings were a little too fried and dry. The better wings were the Louisiana rub as other yelp reviews say as well. It's a little bit of a wait if you make a large order so plan on waiting a little bit. Parking is a little annoying so plan ahead after 5pm on a weekday.

Admittedly, I'm a little spoiled when it comes to wings. Chicken is certainly my favorite meat and I will try just about any wing place at least once. Wingstop has a decent selection of sauces and rubs, excellent fries and I do love the hot buttered rolls. But the sauces and rubs are only satisfactory and the service is slow. Even when I put in orders online for pickup and show up after the specified time, I wind up waiting for my food.

I was so excited when I found out a Wingstop was opening in the area. I love my buffalo wings. My BF likes Wing Dome better, but I disagree. Wingstop all the way! My favorite flavors are their original hot and lemon pepper. I tried their garlic parmesan but I wasn't too crazy about it. But their original hot is where it's at! Just the right amount of heat. Yummmmmmmm.

Ok let start off by saying I hate bones in wings...that is until now!!!(note: I know boneless wings don't even exist). The point is I devoured these babies so close to the bone I almost ate the marrow. So anyway, let's just say that the simple smell if these will carry away to an amazing land of enchantment. I had the Louisianna style and OMG they were fantastic. They're just the right amount of spicy, paired with the ranch. And did I mention the smell? Heavenly. Also, they open til 11 during the week. You simply can't go wrong coming here. Do it!

Wingstop was a welcome addition to the food landscape. As a kid Extra Cripsy from the Colonel was hard to beat. Now the Colonel is a last option when it comes to chicken. The service here was super friendly. I was however shocked to hear that my order would take 10 minutes, but satisfied to find out that this was due to the fact that ever order is made fresh, to order. The chicken was hot, crispy and tender inside. The atomic sauce was nasty. The girl warned me of the heat, I told her I love heat as long as it's good, but this was just an amped up Tabasco. Way too much vinegar and not enough flavor. When I go back, I'll try another sauce, but I hope they get the message that it's possible to make hot sauces that are tasty without making them bitter.

The BEST chicken wings. I am from California and I was so glad to see that they finally opened one up here! I am a fan of their classic wings. They have tons of flavor. Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper are my favorite flavors. If you like crispy wings that don't have a lot of fat, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I hate crewy wings with tons of skin. Wingstop don't disappoint! They do wings right!

I am a avid fan of chicken wings. My favorite here is the Louisiana rub! I'm not a big fan of the garlic Parmesan, because it too garlicky. Wingstop has better flavor for your taste buds, then the others that are out there. It's worth going here then Buffalo Wild Wings! Good down to earth people and they also remember your name if you go here as often as I do!

I wish I could really like this place, but i have tried better chicken wings. When we walked in, we were greeted right away. You order as if you are at a fast food restaurant and then wait for them to call your name. The wings were smaller than I thought. We ordered the Louisiana rub and garlic Parmesan. They are not saucy, so don't order those if you love saucy wings. I preferred the Louisiana rub as the spices tasted good together and they weren't salty as the garlic Parmesan. We also got french fries and the baked beans. They were just decent. Nothing memorable about this place, it was just...okay.

Out of the blue I had a craving for hot wings, well at first, Korean hot wings because for some reason Koreans really know how to make damn good hot chicken wings. The next thing I thought of was Wingstop. When I used to live in California, Wingstop felt like a staple that you just had to visit if you liked hot wings, or even if you just were craving for some late night food (I remember Wingstop's used to close around 11-12pm-ish) Anyway, I discovered that there was in fact a Wingstop in Bellevue, and it was the only one AND first one in Washington! What the hell, I haven't been here in ages, I have to visit! We came here immediately after an errand at Target and grabbed a 40 piece family meal. With a double of order of fries. It was funny because we came in acting like champions and ended up defeated and not even coming close to eating all of the 40 pieces of wings. Nevertheless, the whole experience was nostalgic, and all I really need up here now is just an In-n-out. As a note, even if your cheeks sweat like mine while eating Atomic wings, don't rub them. I've made a mistake of rubbing them once. I think out of all the of the selections, the Louisiana rub and the honey ones are the flavors I like the most.

I was pretty excited to find out a new wing place opened up on the Eastside, and from all the photos and raves from friends, I couldn't wait to give this place a try. Wingstop is inside the Kelsey Creek shopping center, a place I haven't visited for a while, and I was surprised how it changed from an empty strip mall to a crowded place with Walmart, LA fitness, and numerous new restaurants (including the soon-to-be-open Kukai Ramen!) Anyway, the menu had a lot of different combos with all kinds of flavors. We tried the regular wings in Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper, both were about medium spicy, but not spicy enough for me. Next time I'd try the Atomic (spiciest on the menu) to see how that compares. Flavor-wise these wings hit the spot, but the size was on the small side, I was actually disappointed to see how little the wings were, hence only 3 stars. On the plus side, their fries were really good and sells beer, which is awesome with the wings. Give this place a try if you haven't yet, it's sort of a cult for some people. Although for me I'd come back more often if the wings were bigger.

I went there for "happy hour" this past Friday after 4:00. The cashier was super helpful, asked if it was our first time in, which it was. He walked us through the menu, and told us politely that it would be about 13 minutes for our order because everything is made fresh. I ordered the boneless Louisiana Rub and my wife ordered the traditional "hot" with bone in. I have to say WOW, these were some awesome wings. The Louisiana Rub was our favorite out of the two. We are definitely going back! In fact I am picking some more up for today's big NFC Championship Game, Go Hawks!!!

I love chicken but Wingstop does not meet my standards at all. I had the boneless wings with teriyaki (too salty and only vaguely teriyaki flavored, more like a bad stereotype of teriyaki) and Hawaiian (too sweet). The potato salad lacked tang. Overall, my meal was bland and underwhelming, and I chucked most of it into the compost. My first and definitely only visit to Wingstop.

Wings were ok, but not the same as I remember them from Texas. Would have gotten just a 3 star based on the ok wings and the fact that they serve beer, but the actual restaurant setup kinda blows. The resty is small, not a good place to hang out to watch games, had slow service, and the portion size for sides (veggie sticks) were tiny. Not to mention they didn't even have a garbage can to throw away things in...you just throw your crap away in the tray and give it back to the same place where others pickup there freshly made food... Might be good for take out, but if you want to have an awesome time, I suggest you find a BWW.

Best wings in the Seattle area, hands down. I am shocked at how many people are complaining that the food is not fast. Your food is made when you order it, not hours before. This isn't McDonald's. Also you don't get boneless wings here. If you like boneless wings, what you really like is chicken nuggets (and I'm not bashing that.. I love me some Chick-Fil-A), so go to a place that specializes in that. The main attraction here is the classic wings.

    (5)
  • Miae A.

They serve some great wings and fries here. The wings are juicy, flavorful and affordable. The fries had so much flavor that you can't stop eating them until they are gone. We took pur order to go and they were still warm when we got home. This is an affordable place to pick up a family dinner for football night. I like my wings straight but my family enjoyed the honey mustard and ranch sauces. Can't wait to try the other flavor of wings.

I honestly am unsure about wingstop. I love their bbq wings, and their atomics (spiciest) are particularly fiery. In addition their fries are quite tasty, and the 50 cent wing deal is amazing. However, whenever I go here their service disappoints. Personally I think it has to do with the way they make each order separately, rather than having tons of wings already made. Whatever it is, they are extremely slow and get really bogged down when there are lots of orders. At these times, the service becomes extremely inconsistent and I've often had my orders messed up, or seemingly forgotten until I remind them. Overall, the best thing to do with wingstop is to go at off times, and you'll be rewarded with a wing experience that is unique in Bellevue (as Wingstop remains the only true wing place here that I've found).

We came for lunch today and got the Hawaiian, Louisiana rub and BBQ flavored wings. The Louisiana rub and BBQ were very good but the Hawaiian was just ok. The chicken was super moist. Definitely one of the best wings I've had in a long time. However, the service was one of the worst that I've ever experienced. The cashier was cold and looked like he was having the worst day of his life. I stood there getting ready to order and he didn't even say hi or can I take your order. He stood there like a zombie. He kept repeating for here or to go before I could finish my order. He didn't even say thank you after the transaction completed. He didn't have his name tag so i didn't catch his name but he wore glasses and had this nasty beard. If I can have his work schedule to see when he's not working then I might come back in the future.

Unsafe food handling practices. I was waiting for my order yesterday afternoon and saw one of the employees go into the bathroom with latex gloves on, the same employee exited the bathroom with latex gloves still on and then proceeded to the kitchen to mix the wings in one of the round metal bowls they use on the wings. I went to the cashier and cancelled my order. I pointed out the employee to the cashier and the cashier explained that the employee was the manager so she couldn't really direct me to speak to the manager.

I'll comment on the food first. The wings are decent, but not great. They're a bit salty for my taste and, overall, they were better than average, but nothing spectacular. My gripes are with the weird pricing and the long wait. First on the pricing of the boneless combination. Why does the price from 6-piece to 8-piece go up $1.00, but the price from 8-piece to 10-piece go up $2.00? Second, I was there on a random Wednesday night past 8pm and waited for over 20 minutes on a regular combo. The restaurant was nearly empty, so it's not because of traffic.

I've only been once & everything was so salty I've been afraid to try again. Even had a bad report from a coworker. I really wanted to like this place since chicken wings are up there with pizza on my food crave list, but oh well. Maybe one day I'll be brave enough to try again & just in case I'll bring some sodium nitroprusside (yes I looked that one up) :op

This place is terrible. I went in about 2:00 in the afternoon and ordered 8 wings for 9 bucks. After what seemed like a long time, I inquired about my order and was told they take 14 minutes to fry. Does anything take 14 minutes to fry save for maybe a whole turkey? Anyway, after 15+ minutes I got my wings, ugh, overcooked and dry. (Hint: don't cook them for 14 minutes.) The Louisiana Rub ones were salty and dry, the BBQ ones were drenched in bad, bottled bbq sauce. (Do you know how ridiculously easy it is to make better bbq sauce?) Searching around for napkins I found a community roll of super-crispy, industrial paper towels at the front counter. Speaking of paper towels, the holder in the men's bathroom is perfectly setup for Oompa-Loompas. Seriously, the TOP of it comes up to the level of my hips. As I left and looked for a garbage can to throw the paper towels in, I was told they don't have any because they bus the tables themselves. Won't be going back.

They were pretty busy when I went in. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food, but I did notice a couple extra boneless wings in my meal after receiving it. I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't a deal to me. To me, their fries are definitely worth passing on. But I do enjoy their boneless wings and buffalo strips.

I was looking forward to trying this place when it just opened. The wait was super long, small portions and pricey. Taste was just ok. Customer service was good though.

I'll be honest - my expectations were low. I've had a lot of wings in my life from a lot of places and have just gotten used to these kinds of regional chains underdelivering, so Wingstop was a pleasant surprise. The wings were flavorful, crisp, cooked well, not too salty (Noticed a lot of complaints here about that but I honestly didn't notice at all), pretty much just a hair below BWW for quality if we're doing wing chain comparisons. Overall, good. Tried original, Cajun, Louisiana Rub, and Lemon Pepper and all were fantastic (Lemon Pepper definitely my favorite of the bunch). Have to ding them one star, though - placed an order online and when I arrived the system was down and they hadn't gotten nor even started my order. No fault of the staff's, though, and they handled it extremely well and got my order started asap with no questions asked and got it to me as quickly as they were able, so that saved WingStop from taking a bigger hit for the unexpected wait. Great service.

I had to re-evaluate this review. I have been there more than 10 times now after my first review and I have not had a problem. The guys at the front counter are great and the wings come out well. My favs are Louisiana rub and Cajun.

Absolutely disgusting. Fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, we gave it a try. Food was greasy and super salty. Took forever to get food and the place was in dire need of being cleaned up after a rush but no one seemed interested in doing it.

In my search of new wings spots in the Seattle area I found out that Wingstop was opening soon in Bellevue and from the many comments I was reading from those who used to live in places where a Wingstop was THE place to get wings, I knew I had to convince my boyfriend to drive into the depths of Bellevue and eat here with me. First off, this place really is deep. I'd never been to this area of Bellevue before but it looked like a new shopping corner with a Wal Mart grocery store, menchies, and big LA Fitness. The place itself, is tiny. I didn't realize that it is more of a takeout joint and was expecting more of a Buffalo Wild Wings experience - and that, it is not. We came probably a week or two after the grand opening and the employees at the counter seemed to be pretty well versed in the offerings and the menu. I got a boneless combo, which comes like a meal at a fast food restaurant - with a choice of side and drink. After placing out order we found that people either a) don't clean up after themselves or b) the employees are supposed to bus the tables but were behind. I assumed people are just slobs seeing as it didn't strike me as a full service restaurant, but at one point someone did come out and start bussing the tables - not sure if that's because it's their job or because they were cleaning up after slobs. My main piece of advice is: be prepared to wait. The employee explained that they are make to order so that it would take about 20 minutes for our food to come out. Ok. I appreciate that they are made to order, but then do not understand why my chicken pieces were luke warm, at best when they arrived in front of me. Seriously, I don't understand why I just waited nearly 30 minutes for food that isn't even piping hot. I did notice that there was quite a bit more chicken in my basket than I ordered. I don't know if that was just as a "sorry it took so long" or if they just decided to throw that many in there for funsies. There were also a lot of fries, but I wasn't quite sold on the seasoning. It was ok, but it had a hint of sweetness which threw me off. Overall, I would probably return if I lived in the order and would just do the take out, but I probably won't be driving that far into Bellevue anytime soon to have a sit down meal there.

Service was great but wings were way overcooked. How could you overcook wings in a wing place?

This place is delicious! I was so excited when I saw it building and couldn't wait for a wing place to go to. I have now gone 3 times and I love it. The employees are friendly too. I recommend going here if you want nice crispy bone in wings that aren't breaded...classic delicious wings.

Yummy! I am totally addicted to the garlic parmesan wings and the bbq. In addition to the wings being good, fresh, and filling the service was great. The staff was very friendly and the manager came out to chat with people to make sure they were enjoying their food and just chatting with us. I'm having a get together soon and will be using their catering to go. Great food at a great price!

Wingdome has nothing to fear from this place. I saw that they Open in Bellevue and I was excited to give them a try. I went for lunch and found that they are looking like a fast food restaurant but it is not fast. Be paired to wait for your order to be cooked which is not bad but don't think it is going to be fast. I tried the original and the garlic Parmesan. The originals have the flavor of Durkeys red-hot sauce. The garlic Parmesan was simply a naked wing that was encrusted with Kraft Parmesan cheese. There was no flavor of garlic whatsoever but her over powering flavor of dried off-the-shelf Parmesan. The blue cheese dressing then accompanied my order and very little flavor at all. The restaurant is the fries were good but oversalted. I was reading on the review that there has been problems with their app and ordering this was illustrated while I was there as it seems that when you order on the app it just simply sends a fax to the restaurant this requires someone to find the fax and start preparing the order. While I was there a customer showed up to pick up their order from the app and that is when they found the fax apologizing for not having it prepared. This place might be fine if you're taking the wings home but if you're going to the restaurant be prepared to be waiting for a while for your order to be prepared. I also found that the menu Lacking any salads. Try it while you can I don't expect this place to be around long.

I love this place. You can expect to wait at least 15 minutes for your order so I recommend you call in your order. But since Colorado I have LOVED this place, their fries and lemon pepper wings are great. If you are counting calories, I don't know what to tell you....eat the celery and carrot sticks but otherwise get a beer, some wings and dig in!! Love the rolls too yummy Service is ok, not amazing but not bad.

I'm not much of a wing eater but since it's near my work i went to go try it. I tried both the boneless and the regular wings. Both are good but I think I prefer the regular wings. The fries are really good I can't compare with other wing spots but if you're in the area give em a try. I will recommend to call in your order since they make their food to order. It could be a 10 -15 min wait.

The wings were great, I especially like that they have a good selection of boneless wings. I wish however that it weren't so much like a fast food restaurant where you could sit, have some beer, watch tv and eat wings. Instead you have to get up and pay each time you want a beer or something else on the menu. If they would wait on tables I would give it 4 stars. If you like wings this is a great spot and very affordable!

You all have no idea how excited I was when I made a quick lunch trip to WalMart and saw that there is finally a Wing Stop in Washington state. When I lived in SoCal, Wing Stop was our work lunch joint. Their chicken was amazing, tasty and the sauces are unbelievable. So the very next day my coworkers and I put in a pick up order. This place hadn't even been open a week and was PACKED. What a testament to how delicious the wings here are. There are suffering a bit from the new opening adjustments. They could stand to have two more people staffed during the lunch rush, and they're still learning the computer system. We've been twice and each time minor things went wrong but they handled the problems amazingly. This is for sure our new lunch work spot!

I was the only one there and it took 15 minutes, yeah I know they are cooked fresh but it is still a long time to wait. I ordered 6 wings fries and a drink for $9.00. They cut each wing into two pieces so I received three wings that they call 6 pieces. I was going to call them on it but I was not mad enough. There is so much sauce on the meat that all you can taste is the sauce. The fries are not McDonald's or Wendy's quality, they are that roadhouse fried in old oil style with skin on most pieces, that is why they give you a dip for the fries. So they basically take good food and slather it with sauces to make it seem special. I was not impressed, I can do better at home myself.

I love this place!! definitely my go too on my way home from work. it's really hard to find a place to eat that is open past 9 that actually services good food. not only is the food great but the customer service is amazing and unique. everytime my boyfriend and I come here we are greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who provide recommendations and actually talk to us. I feel at home when we come here because the staff actually remembers us and interacts with us. the new manager here is great she is so friendly and came out of the back to talk to my boyfriend and I and interact with is. coming from another restaurant manager I know the importance of providing such service and it's great to see that there are other managers who embody that same culture in their store. I have already recommended this place to all of my employees, friends and family. a great place to eat for fast service, great food and a fun and memorable experience!

I have previously loved this place. Their service may be slow, but it was always good and consistent. Yesterday I ordered wings online at noon to be picked up at 5PM for the NFL season opener -- Seahawks vs. Greenbay -- because I knew it was going to be crazy busy in there. When it was time to pick up the wings, I walked into the restaurant and the boy at the cash register simply told the girl in front of me "oh yeah, online ordering is down. Nothing comes through to the store so yeah. I can give you a discount, but its gonna be...AWHILE." I asked why there is nothing on the website that would notify customers that it was down and he responded with "uh, its been down for a couple weeks now". The customer service was terrible. I had an email in my inbox that said my order had been transferred to the store and would be ready for pick up at 5:00PM. They didn't offer to make my order right then, they just said it would be "awhile". I will never buy wings from here again until they take a step up in their customer service. So disappointed that yet another good restaurant falls victim to terrible customer service.

Worst service ever. Was told my order will be ready in 30 min but after waiting for 2 hours, the lady still didn't even want to check how long the order will take. Waiting was not the problem, the order management was. I saw many people who ordered after me get their orders before me. I waited politely and the lady on counter was really rude. Got my refund and left.

I was soooo excited when I heard last week on facebook that there was finally a Wingstop in the Puget Sound area. When time permitted, my hubby and I had to check it out. We ordered our favorite wings - Lemon Pepper (and some Original Hot). The wings were as I remembered them...very tasty! We waited a little while for our order but they've only been open for a week and it was a little busy so I understand the wait. I was first introduced to Wingstop when I lived in the Bay Area and always wished we had one in Washington. Now I can stop wishing and make a trek to Bellevue if I need my Wingstop fix.

If you feel like chicken wings, you might want to consider giving this place a try. Major tip: call in your order ahead, otherwise you'll probably have to wait half an hour to get your food. They've always had supply issues, and they still don't handle the mealtime rush all that well. Even ordering ahead to pick up by a specific time I still end up waiting an additional 10 minutes sometimes. After trying almost every kind of chicken they offer, I'm a fan of the habanero chicken (warning: it's VERY VERY spicy) and the sweeter glazed chickens. The other ones are basically too salty. Actually, all the chicken wings here are crazy salty, so you might want to ask them if they can tone down the salt in your order. I'm also not a fan of eating in there because it feels like eating at a McD or something. Ordering for takeout is definitely the way to go.

I haven't had wingstop since I lived in Los Angeles, and when I saw this place on my way to walmart -- I had to have it!! Lemon pepper and bbq are still my favoriate. Go on their website -- they have coupons :)

I really enjoy the wings. The classic wings are large and they fry them. I like the Louisiana rub and their bbq. I haven't tried others, but I suspect I'd like them too. The fries are amazing. The service is usually fine. It isn't a dining type place so my expectations aren't too high there anyway. The only thing I'd say is that they don't value cleanliness. The roll of towel as the choice for a napkin is a little cheap. Mix in some wet wipes maybe. The bathroom is usually out of soap too and sometimes they just have the crappy roll of towel that are the napkins. I love the food so I keep coming back. Also, get a trash can for the dining area!

This place sucks. Terrible customer service. I ordered wings, drove twenty minutes to go get them, and then was told they didn't make the order because they were too busy. No other explanation, no apology, no offer to somehow make it up to me. Never going here again.

I've only been here twice. The first time I ordered to-go and it was almost an hour drive back to Lake Stevens so I wasn't sure what to make of it though the flavors were good and I loved nibbling on the fries in the car. Of course by the time we got home we had to reheat the wings a bit. I came here a second time with my husband after being disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings. It really was a treat to finally have decent wings! I don't mind coming all the way out to Bellevue for them. I would love to give this place 5 stars, but I have to agree with other yelpers that it's pretty salty. We ordered the 30 piece meal (Cajun, original, and garlic parmesan). I love the heat of the Cajun wings but I think I prefer original just because it's slightly less salty. For our side we had fries and I love them here. Everywhere else I've been lately has served me soggy fries but not Wingstop!

This review is basically about the horrible customer service and not the food. I used to love this place and would pick up wings to satisfy my random craving for wings. There isn't any other place that could compare. However, one experience had completely turned me off from walking in there again. It was around 6:45pm that I called in to make an order for pick-up (a family pack with 50 wings), the lady on the phone said it would be ready in 14 minutes. I got there at 7pm and let them know I was there/paid for the order. I was in a group of 4 and we wanted to split the check evenly. We've done it in the past and they've never told us that it was troublesome, but this time, the guy running the machine said that halfway through, two of the transactions were canceled and it ended up adding those two charges onto the third card. This was after we had already signed. Anyways, we figured we would just pay him back in cash later (there's more to this later). The guy was so flustered that he took a break and walked out. My friends and I continued to wait another HALF HOUR, watching the staff walk back and forth from the cash register to handling food (not always with gloves either). They were understaffed and it was obvious. Plus, every order of food that we thought was ours was just going to people who had ordered after we had arrived. After another 15 minutes or so, my name was called and I went up as if my food was ready. The lady then says to the staff, "...Okay, ***** is here!" as they start preparing my food. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****. By the time we finally got our food, the person just slid the bag over the counter and said "here you go." with a half smile. Not even an apology or a "thanks for waiting." Oh, and I checked my credit card statement later and found out that my card WAS charged. FML.

Came here with the fiancé and our toddler for lunch. I don't know if it is their policy to serve wings this way or if it was just the cashier. We ordered 8 classic wings (2 flavors included) and the 10 strip chicken tenders meal (2 flavors and 2 dips included). I chose the Louisiana rub and the garlic Parmesan for my classic wings and she said I couldn't have the flavoring sauces on the side and it would have to come mixed. Fine. When we got around to ordering the tenders my fiancé and our toddler were going to share, they wouldn't allow him to choose 2 flavors of his liking and a few plain for our daughter. They said all the flavorings are mixed in before they are served and that plain would count as a flavoring (even though it is not listed on their flavoring menu). So disappointed, we got half the order plain and my fiancé was only able to choose 1 flavoring for his tenders (original hot). Our food took 30mins to come out. The server apologized. Food was good but a bit too salty for our palates. We still prefer Buffalo Wild Wings but nice try.

Someone on my team at work set up a potluck one day, so I made it my reason to try Wingstop for the first time. This is a chicken wings franchise out of Texas that recently opened up a location at Kelsey Creek Shopping Center in Bellevue. This is the same complex in which Walmart Neighborhood Market opened up earlier this year. As a result of Walmart's opening, a bunch of eateries have opened up nearby. The restaurant has dine in tables, but it has a fast casual feel to it. Though don't confuse this place as being a fast food joint. The chicken wings do take time to make, so it can't be considered that. If you decide to takeout, there is a bench to the side that you can sit and wait. They have a boneless wings promotion on Mondays and Tuesdays for 50 cent wings. It is not explicitly advertised at the restaurant, but I found about it while checking out their website. You must buy at least 5 which is pretty easy to do. The number of flavors you can choose from depends on how many wings you order. There are 10 flavors to choose from overall. Decided to get 20 boneless wings to bring to the potluck. Since I ordered 20, I was able to choose three flavors. Decided on the original hot, mild and Hawaiian. The boneless wings are an okay size, but they are maybe just slightly larger than chicken nugget size. These wings are not chicken wings, but actually chicken breast meat. Flavor wise, I liked these wings fine. I would say the original hot was my favorite. Hawaiian on the other hand is a sweet flavor that is teriyakiesque and like something you would find at Panda Express. I don't think I would pay the regular price for these, but would seriously consider getting boneless wings for dinner if it was a Monday or Tuesday night and I did not feel like cooking.

FInally, we have found some amazing wings! My husband and I love this place! The wings are always crispy and wet, and the service is excellent. Ernie/Ernest helped place our order for 100piece lemon pepper wings for an event and he deserves some recognition for outstanding service. Lemon pepper is our favorite flavor, but we also love the lousiana style and atomic. Get extra dipping sauce for those atomic wings though! Amazing flavor but hooot. The ranch and blue cheese dipping sauces taste like they are fresh-made and so good you want to drink them.

The chicken here is amazing and I love the fries. My only complaint is that no matter how I order my food, whether it's in person or online they always get my order wrong. Every single time. Please be sure to check your food before you leave if you order to go.

Absolutely disappointed! Haven't been in for a couple months. Used to have great experiences but went in this last time, food wasn't done when they said it was supposed to be done online and The lady at the front desk, looked high as a kite. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food resteraunt. This store as changed and for the worst. So sad. Will not be going back!

If you want wings, good crispy wings, you will want to hit Wingstop at some point. Its hard because I went here with a group of friends (5 people in total) expecting an experience similar to Wingdome or Buffalo Wild Wings and I was a little disappointed. The atmosphere is definitely more like a fast food establishment, where you order at the counter, and sit in a cold cafeteria like setting with linoleum floors and florescent lighting. Mondays and Tuesdays boneless wings are $.50 each (10 minimum) but I caution against these! The classic, bone in wings are WAY better. I will be back, but maybe for lunch or for take out orders...are wings good to go?! Pros: Good wings (classic) Good prices $3.75 for Mac & Jacks 2 TV's for sports Cons: Atmosphere is horrible Counter service only

I am a wing fanatic and I didn't enjoy this place. I have came here a total of two times. The first time I got the original hot wings and it wasn't spicy and just tasted like chicken in vinegary sauce. The fries were sweet. I did not like my food but decided to give the place another chance. This time I got the Louisiana Rub since I saw that it was the most popular. I also got boneless wings since they were 50 cents on Mondays and Tuesdays. Still wasn't impressed. Also the boneless wings should not be called wings. They are like popcorn chicken. The Louisiana Rub was salty and the wings were so small. If I am going to indulge in fried food it sure better taste good. Wingstop just didn't do it for me. I prefer the wings from the wing bar at Albertsons. I will not be returning.

When they are busy, they basically ignore online orders, so if you've ordered ahead and are expecting a quick pickup, be prepared to wait since they don't start making your order until you show up and pay.

Twice in a row (2 weeks apart) I have shown up to find out they never received my online order and end up waiting an extra half hour. The wings are tasty but the owner and management clearly have no idea what they are doing. Will take my business elsewhere where the management actually cares to fix ongoing issues.

Wingstop has been my favorite place to go when I am craving for some good wings and it was definitely the place I missed the most after moving from CA to Seattle. I had been telling my friends in Seattle that they hadn't tasted the best wings yet while we just settled for less. I got too crazy when I first knew about the Wingstop location in WA and yes, it has been my favorite place to go when I crave for wings. They fresh make the order so all the wings are very crispy. My all time favorite is Lemon Peppy and my second choice is Garlic Parmesan. But being honest, I only go to Wingstop for classic wings and I don't care about the sides too much including fries. But for wings, they are just as good as it gets!!! Just the wings themselves can earn my 5 stars rating already!

    (5)
  • Connie C.

Came for lunch with coworkers, and we all enjoyed it! The wings were good, they allowed the option to choose just flats (I don't like drumsticks as much). I got the 6pc combo, and they let you choose two sauces, whereas other wing places only let you get 1 usually for that few # of wings. We also had the 50pc family deal, so overall we were able to try 6 different sauces. I had Teriyaki, Hawaiian, and BBQ (I'm a wimp w/spice, so I didn't have the Louisiana Rub, which is what all the others liked best, and they also tried Original Hot and Cajun). The fries there are awesome! We ate way more than we needed. :P Will definitely return. Only downside was they don't have those wipes to clean up after the big mess!

Decent wAngs... but I prefer the wings at Applebee's to be honest... PROs: * Plenty of parking all around the building * They serve a small variety of beers! That's a nice twist for a "fast food" joint * Service is always kind. Usually a couple of chill dude-bros * If you check out their website you can place your order ONLINE for pick up! * The wings themselves are pretty decent. They have a variety of flavors so there should certainly be something for everyone. * Flavors include: ATOMIC, CAJUN, ORIGINAL HOT, LOUISIANA RUB, MILD, HICKORY SMOKED BBQ, LEMON PEPPER, GARLIC PARMESAN, HAWAIIAN and TERIYAKI CONs: * Slow... it may look like a fast food joint, but it sure isn't all that fast * Fries are forgettable. Needs more crisp * Pay EXTRA for ADDITIONAL dipping sauce. I saw a dude ask for extra sauce and freaked out that he had to pay extra for more ranch hahaha RECOMMENDATION: * I preferred boneless! I felt like I got more meat overall * I enjoyed the Parmesan and the Louisiana Rub. These 2 flavors aren't overly saucy, and will leave your chicken with a nice crisp. FINAL THOUGHTS: Quite frankly if you wanted some "fast" wings this is a solid place to go to. Fries are forgettable and the wings aren't great but they'll probably fix a craving.

0 star if I can choose. .... This is the worst wing stop location I have ever been to. Their customer service is the worst and extremely unorganized and unprofessional!!!!!! I pre-ordered a day before and came in to pay and pick up my order today. However, they told me that they will not start making until you arrived and paid and the wait time is 1 hour. So We decided to wait patiently. After 1 hour, we don't receive our order yet. So, I asked about my order. They told us to wait another 20 minutes. However, after 1.5 hour passed and our order is still not ready yet. Then I asked again. They told us to wait another 40 more minutes, which is over 2 hours. Although we waited over 1.5 hour in the store, we decided to cancel our order and requested for refund because we could not believe their words any more. They told us "sure, you can cancel your order. So you want your money Or not?????? " "you want money or still want to wait???" No apology from the staff at all! Horrible customer service! I can't believe how bad the staff at this wing stop location treating their customers. I can feel they don't care about customers... I wonder if the company aware of the staff at this location.... I will never go to this location...
