VERY DISSATISFIED with this location. Our family stopped here while on vacation. Our server spat everywhere including in my daughter's meal. Server had a white substance on her mouth, teeth and on the front of her shirt. Due to the sensitive nature of the situation, I did not bring up the issue with the server and instead filled out the survey on line. No one ever contacted me so I followed up again. I received an email that someone would be in touch, but no one ever contacted me.

We found a foreign object in our soup, likely a bottle cap. Appreciate that the server and manager handled it well. But more concern of kitchen sanitation and handling with the food.

Food wasn't so bad but for the first time in long time worst service ever. Our server never checked our tables and mustard we asked for we got it pretty much same time we got our bill. Refills on our fries? Never got it. I told the server then she tells me she is busy.

This Red Robin is always busy and chaotic. Services are very slow usually. Last two times, we had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food. With that said, I really like Red Robin burgers. Used to be better in the late 90s but still very very good. I like their whiskey river BBQ and Banzai burger and I LOVE their steak fries. You can actually ask for another side of fries (in addition to the tiny serving they give you with your meal) for no extra charge. I always get honey mustard on the side as dipping sauce. Very kid friendly and all credit cards are accepted. This location isn't particularly the best but it's near me.

I've been here often for my lunch break, and it gets pretty busy during lunch time. But the staff is still friendly and attentive. There are a few times that they messed up on our order, but overall, the food is good. I do like their bottomless fries, and they are pretty good at keeping it coming over at this location. I love their sweet potato fries, better than a lot of places. I always have them add garlic on it, and then campfire sauce for the dip...so good!

I like the Factoria branch of Red Robin, and in fact, for me, it is 2nd only to the Renton Landing location in terms of service, quality, etc. (since the food is pretty standard across the chain) Others have criticized the "fake sidewalk" outdoor seating area at this location that is actually just outside the restaurant, but inside the mall, but I actually like it! The reason is that it feels roomy, especially when dining with my children, it is warm, and you can people-watch! Service at this location of RR has always been good, IMO. Everything came out quickly, and our waiter was extremely patient with us as we tried to decide how many of their many dipping sauce choices we wanted for our fries...we eventually ended up trying 5 of them! I have to say, the sweet and spicy ketchup (free) was very good, but the chipotle (for 75 cents) was phenomenal! RR is always my go-to chain restaurant that has something for everyone in the family, is reasonably priced, and relaxing after a day of shopping. Tip: This particular location always seems to have a much shorter wait time than the Bellevue Square outlet, (as well as easier parking) so if you are looking for an RR in the Bellevue area and don't need to be near any particular store, I would definitely choose this location.

Why are the reviews so low? Beats me. This place is great! Great staff, everything a red robin should be. Not as chaotic as the southcenter location. Less people at this one. They changed the garlic fries which is sad. Used to have actual garlic. Now just garlic powder. BRING IT BACK! I don't mind paying more! Also they don't have croutons on the side salads now. Which is a bummer.

Stopped by for lunch and unimpressed, service was friendly but slow, food took ages to come out and was mediocre, couldn't get refills for my soda and then took forever to get and pay the check.

Yes, it's a Red Robin. but what a horrible Red Robin. It's literally in the mall in some weird corner. The "outside" seating is in the mall corridor. It looks HORRIBLE. The bar area is small & all high seat tables (no booths). We didn't get silverware or napkins until half-way through our meal after asking three times. Also had to ask three times for drink refills & finally got our ONLY refill when we were pretty much done. Also, this was when the restaurant was 1/3 filled. Also, my veggie patty had raw ground beef stuck to one side & on some of the cheese. However, couldn't flag down a waiter and by then my boyfriend was just laughing about so he pulled it off & ate it. Usually don't rate chain restaurants but this was horrible. No excuse for staff to be so careless. YUCK!!!

I've been to this location a couple of times, and it just gets worse. When you order a burger meal their advert claims "bottomless fries" and free soda/water refills. Well, apparently if you're Asian you won't get anything unless you repeatedly ask. No, wait I should rephrase that.. You should demand it and always wave for a waiter which makes yourself (and your table) look like a complete idiot/out-of-towner/foreigner. Like, whyy are you making me do this? Not to sound like an asshole, but many times I've experienced the waiters/waitresses assisting white customers with ease. They often ask if they need more fries, need refills, if the food was up to their standards, etc etc. Just yesterday a waiter willingly gave the other table more fries with a smile, while I sat there looking like an idiot waiting for the fries I asked 10 mins ago. Most of their waiters are teens to college students.. who honestly need to get a better grip on restaurant-style customer service. Well, at least the management needs to comprehend that they are running a mid level chain-restaurant instead of a low-end fast food place like McDonalds or Burger King. Maybe I should just stick to the 148th AVE/NE 24th or Bell Square Locations. At least their service is more attentive.

Really bad food and service last time I ate there and had a cheese burger I got sick . I was sick for three days . Fries are cold drinks have no fiz in pops and service -10 the worst service ever and yes I am white . They hire dumb collage gals my cat has more brains . If you are going to go out you are better off going to Denny's for a meal read robin is really bad and I won't go back ! Plus I will tell ever one I know ! Thanks

Just has the worst service since coming here. Order was taken food service then totally ignored. I had to ask for silverware and refill on my drink. My order wasn't up to what I order. I order bugerking and fries. It came out bugerking and soup. The Manager came and was very apologetic .

Since Red Robin is a chain restaurant, it's all about their location and the specific employees at that location. Factoria Mall is a convenient location and there is plenty of parking at the mall. Red Robin is fairly central within the North section of the mall, which is nice. They have a decent amount of seating and good seating at the bar. This location is so darn busy I don't think the employees have time to do anything but work. This bodes well for customers because I believe the employees get into a good rhythm of work. I typically order to-go from this location. Sometimes it takes a little while to get my phone order in at the bar because the bartender is overloaded - understandable. Depending on who's at the bar, I've also received quick service even when it's been busy or 5-10 minutes before closing. I like being able to walk into the bar through the side gate and door; that's convenient. I believe that the kitchen is too small. When this location is busy, it can take a while to get your food...even if it's a single to-go order. They could work on that and make it better. Thanks for the extra basket of fries with to-go orders! Extra sauces is also appreciated. Overall a good location.

I adore this place, the waiters/waitresses are so kind and friendly! Their food...it's heaven for me! I usually get sweet potato fries with a hamburger, and they give it to you right away almost. So, the service is amazing, how can they be so quick? The place isn't always crowded too much, which means it's popular, and the service can be quick and we can enjoy.

Service is great. Lots of mall parking. They now have gluten free burger buns. They have endless broccoli as an option instead of endless fries. All that is great. What's not so great is the burger patty. It's dry, hard, and not so fun to eat.

Not really sure why other reviews were so low. We came in at 6pm and were immediately seated. Our waitress was fast and cheerful. Our food came out fast and everything tastes great. One reviewer complained about only getting 3 fries per serving. Come on, that's not even possible to only put 3 fries in that bottomless rings. Exaggeration. Our fries refills and our drinks were refilled quickly. Great food and service.

Fabulous "Tavern"burger! Lose a star because the fries were a little undercooked. Service a bit slow but the superb burger cures all!

Wait staff is always cool here. My go to order is the Banzai Burger with 3 baskets of fries. The mint brownie shake is off the chain.

Posted pictures of the two items I ordered; artichoke dip, and clam chowder, BOTH were served with REALLY burnt bread. The thing that really upsets me, is that not only did the cook see that the bread was badly burnt, but the server did too, and they BOTH thought that it was acceptable to serve it, not to mention that the clam chowder was cold. Not a good visit at all.

Came here with a group of friends for dinner. Waited an hour for our table, but that's okay because we had a large party and there was no room, not their fault. Burger was good but small so I thought that I would just fill up on fries. We ordered fries at the beginning of our meal. Got 3 small plates with about 10 fries each for a party of 11. Each had about 3 fries so we ordered another set of fries, didn't come for 30 minutes so we asked a different server since ours disappeared. The other essentially public shames us for not being patient and said we ordered 6 plates of fries. After a while they bring out another 3 plates with 7 fries each. I mean come on we are a party of 11. Slow and unfriendly service. They were really good at giving us sauces, unfortunately we weren't really able to use them.

If you need your bigger fix, this Red Robin is very consistent on it's quality for their condiments. I've been here twice and have had exception service. The only one thing I believe they need to change is their 'Happy Hour Menu'. Their Happy Hour is whenever their doors are open and I think it's a moot point to even have one. I know they're using it for marketing purposes, but it's not a true Happy Hour. Their rewards program is a good deal if you plan on being a recurring customer to Red Robin. I will definitely come back again.

The place was horrible, I would say it's a McD instead of a RedR place. We ordered appetizer and two burgers, of course with their bottomless fries. The burgers came out first, warm burgers...and it wasn't even all the way cooked...an we asked where s the appetizer... Re waiter got it later when we finished the burger... And the fries? We asked for refill, and waited for such a long time, and only a few pieces came out...

I believe many know this male waiter as he is overly friendly and looks stoned out if his mind. When we first got to the table he decided it was okay to sit with us even though my huge purse was there. While sitting he told us that it was okay for him to do so and I told him he was getting way to comfortable. Most of the food service another guy brought out. When ready for the check he asked us how old we were I told him my friends were under age and I'm about to be married. Absolutely unprofessional on all means, red robin check your cameras and find out what your employees are really doing

This is my first restaurant review. I took my mother to Red Robin/Factoria. Food was fine. I initially ordered a purple lemonade. However, I found it was too sweet. I sent it back and the waiter tried to suggest other drinks. Instead of taking a chance on another drink, I requested ice water with lemons on the side (my usual drink). Brandon B came back with ice water with one lemon wedge IN the drink. I stopped the waiter and asked for water with lemon wedges on the side. He said "that's lemonade". I told him I didn't want lemonade. He stated if he brings more than one lemon he will charge for another drink. I declined. I explained to the lady at the front desk what the waiter had said. She said she would get me the water and lemon wedges. Unfortunately, Brandon B intercepted her and brought back water with ONE lemon wedge. Brandon B was adamant about NOT providing more than one lemon wedge. I was not going to argue with him about this issue. I had already told him I had gotten water with more than one lemon wedge many times at this very restaurant. All I got was s blank look. I subsequently asked the kind greeter if that was the restaurant's policy. She said it was not and that she had even checked with management. She offered to get me more lemon wedges. I declined and we left. Brandon was given a 15% tip on the total before taxes. A tip he did not deserve. My tip should have been BE MORE ACCOMMODATING TO CUSTOMERS and YOU DID NOT BUY RED ROBIN'S LEMONS. Your tip would have been larger if you weren't so busy trying to compare his manhood with a woman. Grow up!!! There are more important issues in this world than withholding lemons from two elderly ladies. Also, he is a prime case for not raising minimum wages.

Love their burgers but could do without the host-guy chewing gum and half-arsing his job. Everyone else offers great service while he is literally leaning against the counter. I'm not really a complainer so I'll just post this all passive-aggressively.

Good atmosphere for kids. Not to quiet, clean and tasty. We ordered the Bonsai burger and it tasted amazing. The restaurant is located inside a strip mall and pretty easy to locate. Parking was a bit difficult and we has to park at the opposite end if the mall next to a Safeway. The staff was pleasant, our waiter was a bit to nice which made it cheesy. Received our food in a timely manner, about 15 minutes. No mistakes. The cheesy waiter came by every few minutes to check on us. It wasn't super busy and about 2:30pm. 4 stars only because of location and the cheesy waiter who talked a lot.

We asked 5 times for fries never received them, but we eventually asked a guy from the bar, who wasn't in our section, and HE brought them over. Paid extra for terrible terrible bacon (it's talent to screw up bacon), and got soggy burgers! When we decided to complain we received a 'don't bother me' attitude from our waitress AND her supervisor. Im a RR regular, but not again to this particular one

I recently ate here with some co-workers for the first time since high school. I remember back in the day, Red Robin was always the go-to high school dinner spot (namely because there wasn't as much competition back then). I wasn't super hungry and since I had gone out the night prior, I wanted to order something relatively inexpensive. So, I got the Red's tavern double which was under $7. The burger was your typical burger, nothing really special about it, but it was good. The bottomless fries were just as good as I remembered and I made sure to top them off with some of the signature seasoning that sits on every table. All in all, a decent experience. But next time, I'll stick with my favorite mushroom Swiss burger.

This is your typical Red Robin establishment: burgers, beers, and bottomless fries. My standard order is the whiskey river burger, and that came on time and in good shape. However, we put in an extra order for fries, and that took twenty minutes to show up; people who arrived after us got their burgers (with fries) within the time it took them to prepare our extra order of fries. Apart from the frustratingly slow service, our experience was fine. It's a convenient place to stop for a bite after a tryst with the mall.

Worst Red Robin I have ever been to. First I get to the door and the kid working it is dumber than a post. He has a whole section that no one can sit at because he doesn't have a server for that area. There are about 10 people waiting. Half of them left to go to other places. I wish I would have taken the clue. Finally just said screw waiting for a table and went to the bar. The table was dirty so I had to have someone clean it. There were several dirty tables. My brother and I got beers they were warm. On a warm day the last thing I was hoping for was a warm beer. We had already ordered so there was no turning back from the rest of the horrible experience to come. Our waiter was about the only reason we stayed and I am still not sure why but he was actually pretty good. He should go find another job in a real place because the management at this location obviously don't care. The fries - old and cold. My bro's burger - old and cold. My burger, asked for no onions and it showed up with onions. Waited another 15 minutes. I just had them give me a box so I could take it to go because I was tired of sitting at the sticky food ridden table, with my warm beer, and my shitty experience at this Red Robin. I have been to others that have high standards this place is not one of them.

I've been to a lot of red Robins, most of which I've had pleasant experiences with. This is my first time here and my first impression was the burgers and sandwiches were soggy. All of them. The burgers were filled, which is good, however, while other red Robins have a wrap to not get your hands soaked, this was not. They weren't as generous with the bottomless fries either; we didn't get any more than what we got the first time.

I know, I know, one does not come to Red Robin for customer service, but my visit here last month was plain ridiculous. Table management was awful. I saw multiple families of five squished onto four-tops while couples lounged about in the U-shaped booths. I watched as a hostess walked a group to a table only to find it hadn't been bussed. She attempted to seat them there after it had been reset only to find that another host had already sat another group there. The food came as expected, if not a little cold. No complaints about my BLTA Croissant, but then again, it would be pretty difficult to screw up. They advertise bottomless fries but my sister and I waited so long for her fries (20+ minutes) that we were already prepared for check drop by the time our waiter told us the fries would be arriving shortly. Check arrived and at this point all I wanted to do was get going, but alas! My tower of environmentally unfriendly styrofoam boxes had no bag to be transported in. Over the span of ten minutes I asked four different people for a to-go bag with zero follow-though. Eventually I walked onto the prep line and grabbed it for myself. From the dumbfounded looks on their faces I think this was a no-no. Sue me. A note to my overly familiar waiter: Please do not refer to people as "dear" unless you are a woman over the age of 60. Also, please never again say "I like the way you smile" unless you're practicing reverse psychology and you want people to feel uncomfortable to the point of never smiling again. Ever. And now for the cherry on top of the freezer-dried chocolate cake!!! When I got home I found food all over the back of my black silk crepe jacket. I can only deduce that the waiter that spilt the entire contents of his tray somehow managed to fling some of it onto me. Brings a whole new meaning to leftovers. P.S. I am 97.3% positive that one of the requirements of the RR uniform is ill-fitting jeans.

Been at this location before but today's experience was not very pleasant. My daughter's burger was over cooked, my veggie burger seemed extra spicy. The waitress only really checked on is once and didn't refill our water. The floors are really dirty. The woman's bathroom was in dire need of attention. My kid loves Red Robin, but she asked that we don't return to this location.

It's Red Robin hahaha honestly 99% of people don't need a review. But if you are one of the people who are not familiar, it's your average family burger joint (but the menu has more than just burgers) with ABOVE AVERAGE burgers (and gotta love the unlimited fries!). Come in, bring some friends, loosen up the belt, AND GET FAT; but enjoy it ;)

Worst service I ever experienced. Had to wait 10 mins for server, was then handed over to bartender who had other priorities and mixed up our drinks and then handed us over to a new server. 20 mins until they took our order - will not come back

I do not take joy in giving a bad review. Sometimes I actually feel a bit bad about it. But this trip to Red Robin was ridiculous. It wasn't even very busy, but we waited and waited for everything. After waiting 20 minutes or more for our food, we both realized that we didn't have silverware or napkins. So we asked the server for them. He said he'd get them right away. Nope. He came back by our table two more times without silverware. Each time stating that he'd be right back with them. Meanwhile, I'm staring at my salad and wondering how many shades of green were represented on my plate. Finally, he sent someone else to bring us our silverware ... about 3 or 4 minutes after our food was served. And did we ever get our water and soda refilled? Nope. Not once. I know, I know. You don't go to Red Robin for the service. You go for the cheese sticks. I happened to be there using my free birthday burger coupon. But I'm not going back to this one. Oh, and if you were wondering ... there was only one shade of green worth noting at our table: Me. Green with envy. At all the other people who had forks and napkins and a full beverage.

I have been into many Red Robins and this one, is one of my favorites because of how friendly the staff is. From the second I sat down in the bar we were greeted and they grabbed our drink order before the waitress even walked up to us. And not a few minutes later our waitress showed up with our drinks! We had chosen this location because we were hoping to catch the game and sure enough every TV they have was playing it. Not to mention they have a TV on the floor so if you had to wait for a table you could still watch it as you were sitting and waiting. Our waitress was great because we had mentioned that we were going to have to take some of our food home as we placed the order and as she was handing us our food a little bit later she had also brought us the takeout container we were eventually going to need. She came by several times and refilled our cups and it only took seconds to get more sauce for the fries, while at other locations it could be a good 15 minutes before you get more and by then you don't need it. I feel that they have a nice easy layout and that they have plenty of seating all around the restaurant inside and out so you never feel crowded. This is especially good if you bring your kids with you. This location is also a good place if you like people watching because it's located inside the mall.

I like this red robin. I refill a lot of fries after i finish shopping a storm at tj maxx and Nordstrom rack. The service is always good because I come here at a weird hour like 4 or 3.

Came by just to grab a beer while waiting to get a hair cut. Service in the bar area sucked, felt overlooked or ignored. They don't have. Happy Hour...what the hell! Not the Red Robin I am custom to going to or the service they normal give; won't come back to this one!

Always love their Avo-Cobb-O Salad. :) However...was very disappointed by their pretzel bites. I think it was deep-fried and it tasted of old oil. It's texture was a little tough as opposed to soft. Sadness. ALSO, they got rid of the HH appetizer menu and the prices are now more pricier for the appetizers... Won't stop me from going back for their salad though. And their $3 beers during HH. :)

It's a Red Robin, so you should already know what you're going to get when you step in here. There are TONS of RRs in the area too, and this one I generally prefer because it's near a few other shops (as it's located in the Factoria Mall) and it's not SUPER crowded like the RR at Bellevue Square. Generally, if my husband gets a craving for a Royal Red Robin burger (and bottomless fries with the RR seasoning!), I know we'll be going here within the next few weeks. There are tons of burgers on the menu, but I usually end up getting one of the sandwich options which are always as expected. The food is right in line with RR standards, and we've never felt sick afterwards. The service here is up to par, and there are a few of those "jungle gym" children (luckily though it seems the wait staff can recognize who can tolerate the loose children and we haven't ever sat immediately next to one of the jungle gyms. Overall, as the rating states, A-OK as long as you keep in mind wysiwyg!!

this visit was probably the worst of any RR visit i've had. having grown up around these parts, i have had my fair share of RR, and i usually love it. a friend and i stopped in for a bite after shopping. there were about two dozen children running around with no supervision inside, so we probably should have just left. instead, we found a seat in the bar. the service was bad, the waitress kept trying to force the RR frequent eater card on us, and when the food arrived it was really disappointing. my friend's bloody mary was undrinkable, my salad was wilted and the chicken "slices" had not even been cut through. i won't be back to this location.

My husband brought my boys to RR for lunch today and it's the worst experience. The hostess totally ignored him when he walked in while he stood right there. After he was seated, he waited ten minutes and no one came to offer him drinks or take his order. He finally walked to the kitchen area to seek help and a server from another zone said he will come and take his order but he is not his server. Like duh. He didn't even want to take their full order until my husband insist. They waited another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. They were seated next to the kitchen but was totally ignored. When their designated server finally came he did not even apologize for his negligence. He did not check back to see if they need more fries or refill their lemonade, my husband has to ask for them. We will spend our money elsewhere the next time we are in the mall.

You ask for pink in the burger and you get the same shi#t as the person who orders well done. If it's an option to have some pink in the burger, then teach your staff how to cook it. What a waste of money. Go anywhere else for a burger. For the love of god, go to the burger king out front.

Ended up eating here last night. I decided to be somewhat healthy and ended up ordering the Chicken Caprese salad (or whatever they call it) and it turned out to be pretty good. I really like the mozzarella slices and pesto sauce they put on the chicken. My wife ordered the guacamole bacon burger with cheddar instead of swiss and when she got her order there was still swiss on it. Fortunately our waiter was really fast at getting her burger fixed to the right order.

Food was fine, typical RR. Our service was AWFUL! The server paid us little attention and didn't attend to drinks, bottomless fries or anything else. All this on a slow-seeming, rainy evening!? I've heard bad things from other people about the Factoria RR, it is not a chain I typically with with just adults, but in the past it has been fine when kids are along. We've always had good luck at the Redmond/Overlake location, perhaps Factoria just has a poor manager? I won't go back to this one, but I do not hold Factoria against the entire chain.

Ugh. I know better than to eat at chain restaurants. Let alone chain restaurants in malls. I always have a bad taste in my mouth when I leave. Literally and figuratively. We stopped here after seeing a movie at the Factoria AMC/Loews with our 5-year olds. It was one of my daughter's classmates birthdays, so went to Red Robin for their kid birthday trimmings, and the kids of course LOVED it. The staff there didn't disappoint. They were SUPER nice (especially our server, who had a 4 year old daughter of her own). They sang enthusiastically. The kids got ballons and sundaes. They also got crayons and menus to color on. The place was jam packed with a typical Saturday afternoon suburbia mall crowd. A perfect reminder for why I don't choose to live in the suburbs. Just not my thing.

I hated this place! First of all, when we got there, they sent us to the bar because according to them "there were not enough servers" even though the place was almost empty... But the problem was that our ID's are expired and we haven't get the new ones (not because we don't want, but because the DMV hasn't sent them... and it's not like I got younger just for having an expired ID), so the server at the bar said that we couldn't even sit at the bar, even when we didn't want an alcoholic drink and the hostess sent us there!!!... So, suddenly they had an available table in the restaurant area... OK, we took a breath and stayed there... But then the server came to gave us the check when we were in the middle of the meal, that is so rude!!! I still had the half of my sandwich on the plate! I wanted to ordered something else just to get him make the check again!

We come to this Red Robin a lot as it is close to our home. Typically the food is done well and the service is great. They are usually very attentive and things come quickly. We were here last on 10/12/13 and the service and food were great as usual. The waitress was very helpful and nice. Great place at the mall.

OK, so, it's a Red Robin. You pretty much know walking in what you'll be getting. They might rearrange the James Dean and Marilyn Monroe wall art a little bit. They might put a tiny bit of garlic, more or less, on the garlic fries. But when Friday hits, a co-worker gets a new job, and the whole office gang strikes up the motorcade to head down the hill for a farewell feast, any one RR location is exactly as likely as the next to be a-bob-bob-bobbin' along. This one delivers on expectations. There are booths. There's a bar. There are TVs. Lots of TVs, actually. For variety, there is at least one TV in the floor. Whoa. TV in the floor. OK, your table's ready, folks. All 20 something of us got sat "outside" in the mall concourse behind prefab bistro fencing. Kind of a Paris sidewalk cafe ambiance, if Paris were all enclosed in a gigantic mall with lots of vacancies. And lots of kids. Kids who each ate a kilogram apiece of raw uncut granulated crack sugar for lunch. Presumably, sugar was served after they finished their chicken strips, or some similarly healthful entree. And they then proceeded to run shrieking around the concourse and use the bistro fencing as a jungle gym. Look, kid. Do I come eat burgers and drink coffee on your swing set? No, I do not. Is this what "kid-friendly" in restaurant marketing-ese really means? "All behavioral temperaments welcome"? 'Cause that's kinda how it looked from our table today. Now, I fully understand that children are our future. And so it's safe to say that our future's lookin' mighty peppy, as long as the cane sugar harvest holds out. Might be I could take a lesson from that peppiness. As soon as you hyperactive little no-neck monsters get off my lawn. Anyway, the service is always the same. I think I have had the same friendly 20-year old server at every Red Robin I've eaten at for the last 20 years, or however long I've been ending up in these places. She never ages. Her enthusiasm never flags. Her level of service is always competent to say the least. There were two of her today, since there were so many of us, but if there were fewer of us, there would probably be concomitantly fewer of her as well. She might be relational that way. And, speaking of the service here, you can say what you will about the level of culinary invention represented by the RR menu. But, man, they sure do pull that burger trigger down and keep firing until they cover the whole battlefield. The first person to be served today waited no more than 2-3 minutes before the last person was served and we could all start eating. And this was all just 10 minutes, maybe, after we ordered. The kitchen was on it. Honestly, for the price and the dependability, it's hard to find fault with Red Robin. Memorable? No. Especially interesting? No. But very well done within the parameters they define for themselves. And those parameters have been well communicated to you by now. You woulda gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for those darn meddling kids.

I am a huge fan of red robin but it seems everytime I go to this one I get horrible service. I live in the area so I generally visit this location. They have messed up several orders, accidently overcharged me before, and left me alone at my table for up to an hr once, while another time they rushed us by bringing the check in the middle of us eating...so much for desert...if the food wasnt so good n prices so low I would neeeeverr visit this location Ever!!

Ok, I get it. We have little kids. A lot of them. We're a bit of a challenge to serve. BUT THAT'S WHY WE CAME TO RED ROBIN not a nicer place that caters to adults with perfect manners. We walked in the door and were promptly ignored for several minutes before anyone said so much as "Welcome." When we were greeted, we indicated our need for 2 highchairs. After scanning the restaurant, the hostess said, "I have a table for you but it needs to be cleared." (Ok, understandable that not every table in the restaurant can accomodate 2 highchairs, but still a little ticked that there wasn't a single one available...the restaurant was 80% empty and it was NOT a busy night). Now, I saw her talking to a co-worker and naively assumed she asked her to help her clear said table. Nope. As she walked past us to seat a family that showed up AFTER us (what?), she said, "I'm just going to seat these folks and then get your table ready, ok?" Um, no, it's not ok. And if you're asking if it's ok, it's because you already know that it's not ok and you're trying to cover your butt ("I ASKED them if it was ok!"). We finally got seated with our 2 highchairs and waited for a server to greet us and take our drink orders. We were also rather hungry and wanted to get food started right away. After getting settled in, I left for the restroom for a few minutes. When I came back, I asked my wife if anyone had been by to help. Nope. At this point we had been at the table for a good 4 or 5 minutes. Now, I know for a FACT that Red Robin teaches servers they MUST greet a new table in 60 seconds or less so this was gross negligence. I said, "Forget it -- I don't want to give these guys our money" and we unbuckled and unloaded our three little kids and headed for the doors. Right as we were getting up, the server finally showed up...TO TELL US SHE WOULD BE RIGHT WITH US. Really? You ignore us for 5 minutes and when you finally come by our table it's to tell us you're not ready to take our order yet? Huge fail. If this was a restaurant we expected more from and not a kid-friendly family magnet, this experience would easily be 1 star, but I'm trying to be realistic because I realize The Bird is entry level restaurant work. We're not coming back to THIS Red Robin for a long, long time. In my experience, the Bellevue Square Red Robin does significantly better.

Did you know that they have a mascot? Some freak in a Red Robin suit wanders around the restaurant scaring babies (great, MORE screaming) and groping soccer moms (great, MORE cackling). Anyhow, The burgers are mediocre. It's just a burger. The ambiance is chaotic and nerve-stripping. I'd rather have my teeth drilled. But, they do serve liquor to dull the pain.

Red Robin just might work for you if you are looking for a late morning meal option in Factoria on the weekend and don't want to wait for a table where breakfast food is served. I've had the hot beef dip at the Overlake Red Robin and it was excellent, but here it was salty. Patty and JP had turkey burgers and they really liked them. Little Gigi just drank the bottle of formula we brought with us. Chocolate shake was, as they say at Yelp, "meh".

Red Robin is always good for a fun environment and generally quick seating. Though it's not my favorite restaurant it is the one I go to most often because of the wide variety of food. I can get the wonderful Banzai Burger, Cob Salad or just share the chicken quesadillas with a friend.

Disappointed tonight. We were ignored by our server. We asked for more fries twice from two different servers and never got any. Our server saw us leaving and had two basket of fries in his hands. He asked if we wanted them to go. I said no as I was done. A two hour meal at Red Robin is way too long, especially when you're ignored.

Standard food. Standard menu. Perfect if you're in Factoria mall and need a quick bite to eat! On the continuation of our Christmas shopping, the bf and I stopped by here for some grub. I always get the half soup/half sandwich combo here, even though it's nothing to write home about. I suppose I could venture out and try something new...but I always know it will be the same so I generally just stick with it. I had the chicken caesar wrap with the tortilla soup. The tortilla soup is extremely good while the chicken caesar wrap is just okay - it doesn't have a lot of dressing on it like I would like...but it's still decent. The hamburgers are always a hit here...they always look good, but I'm not a huge hamburger person...so I never am really craving one. They also have bottomless fries...although the fries aren't that great so I don't know why people would want a ton of them anyway. The red robin seasoning is really good though! I love it! Service is hit or miss. Today it was really good and they were very attentive, despite the crowd. In fact, it may have even been overly attentive - the manager was lurking around, checking on people and we had a number of servers come up to us, asking if we were okay. Still, it's better to have too much service than none at all!

Had dinner here tonight, very poor experience A tray of beers were spilled on myself, my husband, and soaked our 4 month old baby. The server who dropped these beers apologized immediately, however we never saw a manager. We were all soaked in beer, luckily we had a change of clothes for our infant. We dont need any of our meal for free, but an apology/acknowledgement from a manager would have been nice. Very disappointed with the management at this location.

I dislike Red Robin. Their food is blah and they always seem to mess something up. The last time I visited a Red Robin was at this location. I ordered a Sauteed Mushroom Burger, our waitress asked how I wanted my burger and I said 'well done'--I ain't eating a burger any other way unless I personally ground the beef. Blech. Anyway, so our food arrives and my burger is really pink inside. Totally grossed out, I returned the burger and they came back with a free side of fries... which we didn't even really touch since everyone had fries already. So 5-10 minutes later my (hopefully new) non-pink burger arrives, but by that time I didn't have much of an appetite anymore. I took a few bites, but it was not good--it was tasteless despite there being mushrooms and cheese on the burger.

This location has excellent service: the waiters/waitresses are fast, friendly, and there making sure you have refills before you even know you need one. They are there to answer any questions and get you anything you need as soon as you need it. MUCH better than the downtown Bellevue location at Bell Square. Also, the food is great and it's a fun family atmosphere.

I have to give four stars to Red Robin because of the EXCELLENT service my sister and I received from Saim. He was our server and he was the best server I have ever had. This includes places like: Lawry's, Ruth Chris, Maggiano's, Dolce, Stinking Rose, etc. He didn't bother us by interrupting conversations, brought our food out promptly, got our drinks right every time, brought things without us having to ask him (because he just figured we would want it) etc. When we told him that we will be splitting the salad and burger, he put each half on different plates/baskets without us having to ask him to do that. He does his job so wonderfully that he deserves a great review. five stars for saim three star for the food. If you ever go to Red Robin in Factoria, ask if he's working and try to get his table. He's awesome.

Its Red Robin, what can you say? You get what you get, but the kids love it, so we go. Not so into 10,000 calorie burgers so I always go for the Turkey Burger or Grilled Salmon Burger. Both are okay and I don't feel like I need to run a half marathon to shed the pounds put on. The bottomless fries are just that for a reason: mediocre. It's a great place for the kids night out, but otherwise I'm going somewhere else.

Faves: Royal Red Robin Burger, Mushroom Burger, bottomless fries, kids menu/crayons/coloring page, fun atmosphere, parking Last night we came here with a party of 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant. Our server was fantastic. She was attentive and patient. She started us right off with 4 baskets of fries. When we asked for ranch and honey mustard, she brought out 3 containers of each. When one of the kids knocked over her drink, she brought us extra napkins, kept her smile on, and got her a refill. After our meal, she got the Red Robin mascot and team to sing happy birthday to the two birthday boys in our group along with 3 ice cream sundaes. This has got to be our best experience yet at a RR. Thank you for making my little boy's evening!!! Can't wait to come back!

It's a Red Robin. They are the same the world over. But the service at this one earns it an extra star. After a kid swim meet, several families came here, as one party. There were 17 of us in total - 1 lucky me, a bunch of moms and a ton of kids. Okay, it was like 11 kids, they couldn't weigh that much. We got one gigantor table built for us and mixed all the kids up, so none were sitting by their parents and were assigned Chris as a waiter. He was good! He took orders from parents and then from the matching kids for the things that the parents didn't know about. He kept brining refills and fry refills for the table. Usually, with a party that size, you get lost in the shuffle. And then, he split the check - with out any errors! Needless to say, he got a great tip. The burgers are pretty good at Red Robin and they have enough of a menu that I can always try something different. I'm a big fan of strawberry lemonade (I'm a light weight drinker), but my wife likes their margaritas. This isn't the kind of place you'd take a date, if you are out of high school, but once you've got kids - it is a pretty good place.

Ordered a basic bacon burger, well done, and a doulbe rum and coke. The burger was pink, and the double rum and coke was a waste of my time. They did offer to replace the drink, so in the interest of how stupd could it get, I took them up on it. The 2nd one was as weak as the first. Consistently bad, is all I can say. My friends had similar experience at the table. The only thing worse than having eaten there was sitting down just now remembering it.

This afternoon, we went to red robins to grab some lunch. Usually we have good experiences with customer service. However, today's customer service was awful. Our waiter, Jessica, made us wait 45 minutes for a tray of fries. Her excuse was that "the chefs were being mean" to her. After her excuses, she went up to the greeter and talked to her about how all we ordered was fries so we were insignificant. Little did they know, we wanted to reserve seats for 15 people for Saturday. We changed our minds and left, and they were sassy as we were leaving and said "uhm, your fries are here, but oh well." If she had said that 30 minutes earlier, we would have been fine.

So this RR has had very consistent food and competent waitstaff over the years, but the last few times I have been here it's been hit and miss. Like they ask how well done you want your burger, and I am not sure why (at least when they mixed it up, I discovered their burgers taste much better when pink in the middle!) They often overcook the burgers and let the food sit too long before serving it... when they get it right, the food tastes pretty great though. Just wish they'd bring the consistency back, that is kind of the appeal of a chain restaurant.

I love Red Robin! Well, their Guacamole Bacon Burgers are delish. When I lived in California for 5 years, my friends in LA and I would laugh about how we missed Red Robin...and the one in Glendale just doesn't taste the same... Anyway, came to Factoria location around 9PM on a Friday night after a wedding with my 4 year old nephew and some friends... Greeted by an overenthusiastic host, and muscle man server who was busy chatting with his co-workers the entire time and neglected us quite a bit...luckily we all had a lot to catch up on and didn't mind that it took awhile to even order food... Our 4 year old wasn't as patient though. We ordered: Steak Sliders (disgusting) My guac.burger (delish!) Spicy Wings (huge portion) Cobb salad (we told the server we were all going to split this, and out came the huge salad on 3 plates..excellent!) I think I gained 5 lbs. from Friday night. No wonder why America is full of fat asses. Portions are huge!

OY! The servers need to tone it down. The last two times my husband and I visited, we nearly vomited from the sheer Disney-quality faux-chippiness of the waitstaff. Their vapid friendliness was fine but they stuck around for way too long and stopped by way too often. Just giggle if we say something funny. Don't share a five minute story. Ask if the food is good a few minutes after serving it. Don't stop by every two minutes to ask "Is everything ok? Are you sure? Are you really sure? Ok great!" I will fucking stab you with the onion ring tower. Speaking of which, their onion rings are fantastic. The batter is crisp, sturdy, and sticks well to the onion. The onions are tender and flavorful. One of the sauces they provided was surprisingly awesome. It looked like "fry sauce" but it had a lovely smokiness to it. The burgers are fine. I used to love their Whiskey River BBQ burger, but the recipe seems to have changed. The sauce isn't nearly smoky enough, had a tinge of sourness (whiskey?), and the burger wasn't seasoned at all. The fries are dependably good. I love thick and tender steak fries. I did appreciate the fact that they served the burger already split into two neat baskets after we mentioned we planned on sharing.

We've been to this Red Robin about a billion times because it's easy and it used to be really close to where we lived. The service is uniformly good for mostly-teenagers, with plenty of good cheer and friendly attitudes towards kids especially. They'll always blow up a balloon in a special color if my daughter asks nicely, which makes her very happy. The food is the same at all Red Robins. The bartenders here pour a reasonably generous drink and unless the place is completely mobbed, the bar area is a little bit quieter than the rest of it. This is NOT a place to go if you suffer easily from sensory overload. The walls and decor are very colorful, there are TVs everywhere, the entire universe will be having a birthday the day you're there, so you'll get to hear their birthday song four or five times, and the sound level of talking and music is a bit much except early on most weeknights. I've been in there a few times where the level of sensory stimulation was so high that I could only hear the music if it was music that I knew, unless I concentrated really hard and listened for it! Insane. And how can we EAT in that environment?? If you want a quieter place to dine with your friends, you can go across the hallway in the mall to Goldberg's Famous Deli... it's much quieter, the food is really good, and the prices are roughly comparable (you'll spend a few bucks more at Goldberg's, but it's worth it to keep your sanity). yelp.com/biz/ghevOlsDkOS…

There's a blueberry and vanilla milkshake on their menu right now that is worth every calorie! Go now! Your usual burger suspects, prepared the way you expect. They have steak fries at this location. Technically, there is no "outside" seating, but they do have a little railed area outside the main restaurant. That could be useful if you want to hear yourself and your companion talking...or it could be a nightmare as you have to listen to folks drifting by constantly as they shop. It's one of the better, consistently good Red Robins in the area.

I discovered a new phenomenon last night: Getting Clucked Up. (aka Feel Like A Chicken Is Trying To Peck Its Way Out Of Your Stomach). Here's how to do it in 3 easy steps. 1. Go to Red Robin. 2. Order Clucks and Fries. 3. Eat them. At least, for the first time ever at Red Robin, the service was actually good and we didn't have to endure that ridiculous Birthday Bizness. (Hence, 2 stars instead of 1).

I'm giving this 1.5 stars. When I rate restaurants, I base most of my rating on the food. And the food wasn't great at all. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas and the tortillas were tough to chew. I did not enjoy this at all. Minus 1 star for poor service - did not get us enough plates and silverware. We asked for a egg-free menu (one of us had an egg allergy) and they took forever to get the menu (and the restaurant wasn't busy - this was 2:30 PM on a Sunday). Then when our Chicken Fajitas came, they were not the way we'd ordered (they came with the one ingredient that had egg in it which we'd asked them to not bring). +1/2 star for having a allergen-free menu in the first place.

I love Red Robin! I've been to one's all over the US. For some reason I have the hardest time getting them to cook my burger well done. It always comes out pink or medium. If it's done right it's so good though. I love the Royal Red Robin burger with the egg inside. YUM!

3.5 stars - we didn't eat but only had beer. We were the first customers as we got them to open at 11am. The bartender is a young boy, just 21! He was very nice and we enjoyed his friendliness. The beer on draft was nice and cold - the young bartender was also good about giving us "samples" to make sure we get the ones we wanted. They have a great 22 oz - yummy. The place appears clean.

First off, let me say that I'm a huge Red Robin fan. I've been them in many different states, and I love them for their food, service and, yes even the atmosphere. This review is about only THIS particular Red Robin. Specifically about its management. Super short version: Took 20 minutes to get my order taken while being ignored by servers around me. Finally order, then server asks Manager to talk to me. Manager tells her that he will, but he just lied to her and never did. Long version: Since I was alone I went towards the bar area. It was moderately busy, but not super busy. There was a decent chunk of free seats - but all of them were full of dirty dishes. So instead I opted to sit on the little patio attached to the bar where there were quite a few free seats. This is where the problems began. I quickly noticed that there was nobody assigned to the patio and all 3 other tables out there each had a separate server - and worse, none of the servers were helping the others. So I had my menu which they gave to me when I walked in and headed towards the bar, and I sat.. and waited.. And waited.. and waited. Unfortunately I suppose I was in a bad spot, there was a door to my left and one to my right, and I was the only table in between. So not once did a server ever walk past my table. After nearly 20 minutes had passed I finally got up and flagged one down. I kept putting it off, growing amused as I watched servers help tables on either side of me and not one single time check up on me. I actually had an hour to kill, so I wasn't getting too pissed off or stressed about it. This was really kind of the odd thing. EVERY other Red Robin I've been to if I was sitting there for more than a minute without at least a glass of water on my table I'd have been swarmed by 5 other random servers asking if I'd been helped. Not here! The server apologized profusely and said that it is the host/hostess's responsibility to let them know when someone sits in the patio (what? Almost every Red Robin that has a patio attached specifically to the bar has a server specifically assigned to watch it - or the bar servers do. It is, after all, part of the bar even if it is family friend). But she was nice, and did apologize and immediately took my order. My burger took another 15 minutes to arrive. It was delivered by the manage who simply dropped it off and left. This is where it gets good. The waitress comes back a few moments letter to check on me, and she also wanted to ask if the manager had helped make things right. Turns out she had asked him to come check on me and apologize for the wait. He told her he would, and I guess that means he'd just drop off my meal and scurry off. What? Yeah. Out of all of this I would have been fine. The wait was annoying, but I had time to kill. My server (Keli) was totally nice and made up for it. A good server makes up for the long wait and going the extra mile to get me taken care of was great. But the snake of a manager who tells his employee that he'll go make it right to a customer, then does nothing, not even offering one word? He should not be a manager. Heck, he shouldn't be a server until he grows some balls and learns some people skills.

The whiskey river BBQ burger w. an egg is really good. Actually, this is the best Red Robin in the Seattle area. It's clean, it's fast, the atmosphere is friendly and the Staffs are nicer than the other red robins, especially the one by UW.

Food here is consistent and good. I've found the service to be excellent. I have a toddler who drops more food on the floor than gets into her mouth and they are always polite about the mess. One word of caution...avoid on Wednesday lunch. Newport High students get out early and take it over.

i dont care what anyone says, i LOVE RED ROBIN!!! it's my restaurant equivalent to disneyland. it's the happiest place in the world!! I've loved it since high school. so good. And sure.... i guess i understand the crazy creepy chippiness of the servers... but it's supposed to be a family restaurant, not a fancy restaurant, so what else do you expect? ANYWAY, my favorite burgers are... california chicken burger (their guacamole is sooo good) and teriyaki chicken burger. ANd of course, no complaint to the bottomless fries. keep the fries coming!

It's Red Robin. It's not rocket science. It took forever to get seated for lunch at 1:30 when there was quite obviously open tables on the "outside" (out in the mall) part, and it was myself, my friend, and her lil munchkin. Our service was attentive, and actually borderline annoying. My friend and I spent sometime catching up and were slow eating and our server was trying to rush us out by asking us if we needed boxes etc. The place was emptying out quickly so I don't know if we were her last table, but it was annoying! The food was fine, but I always order the same thing. The lack of stars is also due to the fact that the bathroom was disgusting and my friend needed to use the changing table and couldn't because it looked like a child used it as their diaper. Gross!

It's pretty hard to go wrong with burgers and fries. My only complaint with the food is that I always ask for my burger well done, no pink and most often it comes to me very pink or it looks like they just killed the cow. As for the service, the staff could definately use some lessons in service. It shouldn't matter what age the staff is, they work in a restaurant. Customer service is their work! Here are some of the things that have happened in the 7 years that we've dined at the Factoria RR: 1. Opening week 7 years ago - We are seated and the place is maybe 20% occupied. 10 minutes later, waitress brings water and takes our beverage and food order. 5 minutes later, waitress brings drinks. 20 minutes later, waitress comes back with no food and asks if we're done yet. This chick still works there 7 years later! 2. One month ago - Took my daughter to the women's rest room. No TP in either stall. Found one but it was sitting in something suspiciously brown. Manager took care of our tab that night. 3. 3 days ago - Hostess led us to a table. We politely ask if we could have a booth. Hostess sighs, tells us it'll be 15 minutes. We look around and see quite a few booths available. Hmmm. 4. So there is one consistently positive we had at the Factoria RR. There was a waiter there for about a year named Kyle. We always asked to be seated in his section and waited for an opening if we had to. He always remembered our orders, always friendly and was quick. We really wish that he still worked there. And yeah, we keep going back. What can I say? It's kid friendly and they've got great milkshakes!

For a chain restaurant, Red Robin is pretty good. This RR is always full of small children, so it's loud. The mall location means plenty of parking, but it's not as nice as the new Red Robin at the Landing in Renton.

Red Robin? In my opinion one of the most mediocorest restaurants in the history of mankind. Noted by it's trying to be interesting but in all actuality fairly boring menu, obnoxious decor, and typically awful service. In any event the only reason I'm reviewing this one is because we actually got really good service here. I'm still super surprised. Now if they could only do something about the food. Thus far the only thing they have gotten right in my opinion is the honey mustard, and one cannot dine on honey mustard alone.
