Went here for an afternoon snack! I was sad they didn't have strawberry frozen yogurt this time but they certainly had other good options. :) I had a mix of Blackberry, Cookies and Cream, and Milk Chocolate, which was quite good! The condiments were fully stocked and I got to pile on quite a few strawberries. We ate outside under an umbrella. The place was quite clean and had a nice feel to it. For a plus, the place had two gender neutral bathrooms that were well kept.

I found this gem on accident, we needed something sweet after a Dim Sunday feast. It was harder than necessary to find and all but deserted. The flavor combinations were...creative. I am not sure coconut and peanut butter FroYo are meant to be mixed, but to each their own. I always go for the original tart, it remains my favorite years after first taste and mixes well with every topping. Of course, I always compare it to Pinkberry, nine times out ten I am left wanting, however Peaks had it right. Perfectly tart without the artificial sweetener after taste. They do a great job of keeping the machines just above freezing temperature, so you don't get the same texture from ice crystals like you find in ice cream. I wasn't mad. They also had an impressive collection of toppings. In addition to your standard FroYo selection (cereal, brownie, candy etc.) they had boba in more than 5 flavors and several varieties of mochi, lots of fresh fruit and even baklava. Had some froyo here. They have quite a variety of frozen yogurts (10 various flavored) and all sorts of toppings to try. Some of the toppings were potato chips, chocolate covered coffee beans and cereals. All in all a great experience. Rating a four star because the tables were sticky and not very clean. Also the price is quite high, but most froyo places are. They have great outdoor seating here as well, which makes for a relaxing place to go after work on a hot day. I will definitely be back when I'm craving froyo again!

LOVE THIS PLACE. I love it more than Pinkberry and Red Mango. YUM YUM YUM! The original tart is really tart which I love. I absolutely hate sugary sweet original froyo a lot of places have. It's supposed to be a semi-healthy dessert (without the toppings, of course) so the fact a lot of places have super sweet ones is a no go in my books. Luckily that isn't an issue here. Whenever I can't find a new interesting flavor to try out, I know that falling back on the original isn't going to let me down or make me regret a visit. My favorite flavors here are original, mint and Dole Pineapple Whip. In fact, for the Dole Pineapple Whip, I don't put any toppings. I will just hold down the handle and let it ooze out in the shape of a beautiful, glorious, pineapple-y, gigantic heap in the shape of a turd. I LOVE YOU DOLE WHIP. MARRY ME? I tried the original with some fruity pebbles. It brought back some great childhood memories of my fruity pebbles obsession. No need to talk about service here because you do it yourself, pay by weight and shove copious amounts of awesomeness in your face. Kiss your worldly problems goodbye.

I was a little disappointed when I came in on Thursday due to staff members complaining to each other about work another individual didn't do. I certainly can empathize but it's not what I want to here while having a birthday treat with my 9 year old charge. We came back today and it was a different atmosphere. The yogurt is good, the toppings are good, and the store is a good size.

Let's be honest... Probably the best fro yo place around. I can be pretty picky with my frozen yogurt and this place has by far the best consistancy, quality and toppings. It isnt overwhelming like most places that have WAY too many toppings. I know it sounds silly to emphasize that other places have too many options but its reallt silly actually. The flavors here are the best! My all time favorite is the Watermelon which is season. Even though they switch out most of their flavors this one takes a long time to come around. It is sooo good! So refreshing, love it topped with mochi. My other favorites have been blackberry, original and something with pinapple in it that I cant recall the mix. Red mango originial has been my all time favorite BUT I never go out of my way for it. They have warm toppings, cereals, fresh fruit, candy and whipped topping. Everything is fresh and the atmosphere is pretty relaxing. They seem to always hire friendly staff but Ive noticed they dont stick around much. Ive been going to this place since it opened and crazy to see they have now opened a location in factoria and Issaquah, awesome!

Love the flavors and the location is super convenient, but the staff is indifferent and unwelcoming...it appears that if you're not a teenager, the staff will barely acknowledge your presence.

There was a time when I used to complain that we didn't have good fro-yo in WA. Everytime I went down to LA, which was monthly, I'd stop by one of the joints down there that do self-serve with numerous yogurt flavor options as well as topping selection, such as Yogurtland. We now have several similar options up here, with Peaks being one of the later arrivals. Still, they offer exactly what I want with the same formula of self-serve with a good variety of toppings and rotating flavors. They seem to run the occasional Groupon/LivingSocial/AmazonLocal deal, so that def makes it worth stopping in.

Delicious. Love the format because you get exactly what you want. They change up the froyo flavors and it's always clean and nice.

Nice variety in both yogurt and toppings. Loads of fruity options to choose from. Will surely be going back here.

This is the best frozen yogurt place near the Bellevue area. The place is clean and the yogurt tastes yummy and they have a wide range of topings with reasonable prices. They would be a 5 star place if: a) They are open later to cater to midnight desert cravings and b) While most employees are pretty good, a couple of employees are rude and they should be fired since they ruin the experience.

  • Nina S.

Flavors are a hit or miss. Although their pistachio and watermelon flavors are better than Menchies. Passion Fruit flavor is awesome! Nice alternative to ice cream. Not too fond of the toppings bar -- just don't think about sneezing kids and the plethora of unwashed hands.

Of all the yogurt shops that have popped up, we seem to find ourselves returning to Peaks more often than the others. Good selection of flavor and toppings. The yogurt itself seems a touch better than what some other shops serve. Friendly staff. Pretty good loyalty program.

Conveniently located beside restaurants and a cinema multiplex, Peaks is a great way to round off your trip to Crossroads on a sweet note. For those who live in northern Bellevue, this is a solid froyo destination of choice. I really enjoyed their salted caramel flavour (it was even low fat!) and went all in on that, and I heard people around me rave about the Georgia peach froyo ("It tastes just like real peach!"). They definitely have the flavour choices down. Toppings are extensive and well-stocked, particularly if you prefer the sugary/chocolaty options.

Nothing spectacular. Just your average frozen yogurt place. I have gone twice and both times was disappointed in the selection of flavors.

This is by far one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They've got so many flavors and toppings, staff is pretty friendly, and they have a good rewards program. In the summers they are open late which is nice during those long nights, but this location in particular does get very crowded at times. All in all this is one of my favorite hang out spots, my only advice to you is be prepared to spend some money because this froyo adds up quick with all of the toppings and big sized bowls.

  • Jeena L.

I thought this place had very similar flavors to menchies and yogurtland. I liked that you can try the flavors using sample cups and it had sorbet offerings and many toppings! My personal favorites were the salted caramel, vanillabean and cake batter. The original tart tasted too tarty and the others weren't as memorable. Their cups are humongous, you can easily become a fat kid and overload the scale. I also found it to be relatively cheap as well. If you like them on facebook, you get 10% off. This yogurt place ranks at the top with my two other favorites such as yogurtland and menchies.

My friends and I were hungry but we were cutting it close to being late for our movie at Regal, but I spotted this froyo place and we decided to get it togo. We were all intrigued by their Banana flavored frozen yogurt, because that's not a flavor you often see at frozen yogurt places. We asked for sample cups and all of us loved it so we literally filled up the whole cup with it. If you know what it is, the froyo tasted like banana milk (BOMB!!!) The interior is cute and clean, the people working there are friendly and nice. I feel like it was a little more pricey than other places like yogurtland, but I would say it's worth it!

The low rating is for the terrible customer service. The yogurt is okay (a little on the runny side for some of the flavors). We feel Yogurtland is much better and has much friendlier people. I went with my daughter and we had two expired Groupons and even though the promotional value had already expired (so I was using money I had already paid), I was told I could only use one at a time and had to pay the tax. Because one yogurt was bigger than the other, I ended up paying cash for part of one yogurt and then had credit on the other expired groupon but still had to pay the tax with cash. I just asked if there was some way to work it out to use the credit up in the two transactions. Unfortunately, no, the young woman could not help with this and made minimal eye contact and was rude about the whole situation. I haven't been treated this poorly in many years. I won't be going back but I'm sure for people who live nearby its probably just fine.

  • Kristina M.

Very clean and new. Lots of toppings, probably everything you would want to put in your froyo. Although putting tons of yogurt and toppings in your cup looks pretty the key is to only put what you can eat! Otherwise it's such a waste. I do wish their original tart was more tart-y because I'm not really a fan of pumpkin, mountain berry, blah blah you get what I'm saying here. Overall I like this place! I've been here a couple times since they first opened a couple years back and I'm glad to see it still up and with customers lol.

When I crave dairy sometimes I want to have froyo. I've been here twice in over a year and it is SUPER EXPENSIVE for what it is. Why in the world is this place so freakin' expensive? They should offer smaller cups than the two sizes they offer: Jumbo and medium jumbo. I feel wasteful when I just really want a small amount. I agree with other reviewers about the "funkyhip vibe" and friendly staff. It's a comfortable place to hang out. They have a lot of selections for the toppings but I have to say it's a Celiac's nightmare. I wished they kept all the gluten-items away from all the other non-gluten items but they have them intermingling with each other, which doesn't make me feel safe. It's already hard enough going out to eat with multiple food allergies. For me, the fact they have them interspersed means that it's like a land-mine for people with Celiac disease, like me. I could get cross-contaminated...most likely...particularly how careless small children (and some adults) are. I do really like the fact that they list (in very small print) what allergens might be contained in their frozen yogurt. That was really, really, really cool! Now if they just take another step to make sure their toppings are properly separated that would make it ultra safe and much easier for people with Celiac to navigate.

I haven't been in the mood for anything frozen lately...it being the colder, rainy season here now. But the other day, after a nice meal, I was crazing something tasty for desert so I stopped into Peaks Frozen Yogurt. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as it was my first time there, and I created a delicious treat to take on the road. It was very good. Establishment was very clean. Their toppings bar is incredible! I would definitely recommend Peaks Frozen Yogurt and I will for sure be coming back more when the weather turns warmer.

Stopped here after going to a movie at the Crossroads Theater, and both my son and I thought it was disappointing. The texture was too loose; it wasn't "frozen" enough or something. Frozen yogurt just isn't as good when it's all melted and liquidy before you even get halfway through it. This was the case with all three flavors that I had - original tart, chocolate and pomegranate raspberry. They had a better selection of toppings than a lot of places and everything looked nice and clean, but that couldn't make up for the fact that it was probably the most expensive self-serve yogurt that I've had....$11 for two of the clear cups, and my son didn't even fill his up all the way! Admittedly I never pay attention to the "per ounce" price, but I tend to always get the same thing at frozen yogurt places, and this one seemed to be more expensive than even Blissberi at the Bellevue Square Mall, which has far better yogurt and a better selection of flavors. I'll skip Peaks in the future and stick with my usual suspects for fro-yo - Froyo-Tart at the Columbia Tower when I'm at work, Cherry De Pon in Renton when I'm home, and Blissberi when in Bellevue!

Mmmmmmmm....fro yo :-) Lovely store, plenty of spots to sit down (not as crowded as Yogurtland) and more toppings than I've ever seen!

4 stars for the yogurt only! The yogurt here is so yummy! I had some salted caramel frozen yogurt, topped with snickers, cinnamon sauce, caramel sauce, and marshmallow sauce, made for a perfect pre-fall treat. It's lots of fun to create your own concoctions. The store was VERY clean, and the toppings were well stocked. The service on the other hand was less than desirable. The lady working today snapped at some teenagers to stop sampling the yogurt if they were not going to buy anything, and I totally agreed with her, but her approach was very mean, and rude. There were HUNDREDS of other ways that she could have approached the situation in a less intrusive way. Everyone felt embarrassed for the boys, and for the girl to have made such a scene. In the future she could kindly say things like, "It looks like you guys have tried a lot of the yogurt, can I help you make a selection now", or "Are you guys aware that we like to limit our sampling to just a few for each person", or even just take the sample cups down, and given them to those who asked until they left, anything other than snapping, and being rude. She then being upset, and flustered didn't let it go, she was not in a good mood, and when we got to the counter I asked her if they had cool whip, and she said yes, and then in a very smart Alec tone said whip cream, and walked to the cooler, she just had the worst personality, and was not a very nice person, and for that alone, I don't think that I'd go back, or I'd make sure that she was not working, because when employees are in a bad mood, and are rude, they set a very bad atmosphere for the whole entire store, and environment, and I'm not going to pay money to be in that kind of environment. Not to mention that the way she approached the situation with the boys, left them in a defensive mode, and they left speaking rudely, there really needs to be better training on how to deal with problems.

After finishing dinner at another establishment my friends and I decided we really wanted some frozen yogurt. We found this gem on Yelp and checked it out and were we pleasantly surprised! None of us were really familiar with the fill your cup yourself and pay by the ounce business model so we were expecting this to be an expensive trip... it wasn't. I poured 3 different flavors and a heap of toppings into my large cup and I paid around $4.50. I was expecting to pay much more. The staff was super friendly, they had a great selection of flavors (and free samples), lots of toppings and fresh fruit and the place was clean. The girl working the counter said they've only been open a few weeks... I hope they keep up the good work. I'll definitely make the drive from Seattle to Peak's for more frozen goodies!

Best yogurt bar I've been to on the west coast. Quality is hands down the best. If you request a topping they may get it in inventory. They did for me any way. Always have a good flavor. They have a good frequent buyers program. Seems I always get a discount or free yogurt often .

Right as you walk in, you can experience the electric atmosphere of the room from the dance music, to the booming speakers and even the TV screens make it more lively! As for the Yogurt, it just tends to get very watery sometimes...YUCK! As with the toppings, not as delighting...The flavors of Original Tart to the Peanut Butter and my favorite the Red Velvet cake are so real and so delicious it is worth going back again to get more!!! But the toppings arent as good as they should be. If you have quite the sweet tooth, then your'e ok as most if not all of the candy toppings are straight from the company, store bought. Now if you are the one who is interested in lathering the sauces and fruit pieces onto your yogurt then you may not be as satisfied. The fruit seems to be mushy and soft and has a weird after taste to it like it was not grown on the farm. Today me and my dad had walked in to grab a quick bite when checking out the cashier ringed us up to a total of $15!!! Thats almost equal to two pounds of frozen yogurt and toppings! We eventually noticed that she had totaled the amount wrong when we actually should have paid around $10 dollars. What customer service huh? There goes an extra $5 out of the pocket! Make sure you check your reciept before leaving!!! And as for the value of what this place is selling? WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!! If your willing to pay the approximate amount of yogurt (10oz, $5) usually more expensive than what many pay for a frappichino at starbucks (12 oz, $3.75) then this is your place. Pretty pricey for what they sell!

I'm gonna round up to a 3 star cause the folks working here were pretty nice. The place looks nice, has a variety of topping options, friendly people. But, I didn't really like their froyo flavors. Just, meh. And it is more expensive than Yogurtland. Overall, I would say go to Yogurtland over this place, better prices, better flavors. P.s. They do have a lot of deals and discounts if you sign up for their texting service, I would just rather have a regular low price instead of dealing with all that.

Not bad, Peaks. Not bad at all. You know how it is when you fall in love with a certain place and then you set out to try another place and have high expectations regardless of how many times you tell yourself not to compare the two? (Run on sentence, I know.) Well, that's the mindset I had when I walked into this place. The good news, I wasn't too disappointed. Location is perfect, right by the theatre with a fair amount of parking. Lots of seating; stools by the window, tables lined up along the wall and some set up in the middle. The variety of froyo is a good amount, add a few more and it'd be great. Tons of different toppings to choose from. I wanted to review more than the original flavor so I opted for mango, strawberry-banana, angel food cake and original. The mango and original were very yummy although I would have preferred a little more tartness. Strawberry-banana was too sweet for me. I expected more tart from the strawberries to even out the sweetness from the bananas. And the angel food cake, at first taste was delicious but became overly sweet for my taste buds. I'm not big on really sweet things and they end up tasting like I ate a spoonful of sugar. For toppings, I had mochi, fresh strawberries and these fish egg looking balls that are apparently mango and lychee boba? It looked odd to have them sitting on top of my froyo but they were kinda fun because when you bite down on them, it just pops! Like really, it pops and surprises you if you're not expecting it. It would have been nice to have more choices with a tart flavor versus sweet for the froyo. The toppings are very sweet as is and for someone like me, I just can't handle it. More fresh fruit toppings would be great too. Overall, I did like it here as the environment was low key and staff were nice.

I happened to be at Crossroads and came across this yogurt bar. The weather was sooooo sunny.. perfect for some yogurt! Walked into the store and was greeted by a friendly staff.. saw a variety of yogurt with unique flavours! Happiness! Just when I thought that the interesting varieties are the BEST part of the store... the staff told me that I'm just in time for Happy Hours (Mon and Tues 11-4pm, if I didn't rem wrongly)!!! wah!! It's silly but I felt that I was in yogurt heaven! :D For happy hour, you get a cup and you can fill it up as much as you like for $1.50! it was an awesome deal for such delicious yogurt! I had some pistachios yogurt+ mango & raisin toppings.... oooo.. soooo... yummy!!! The yogurt was pretty soft though - melted as soon as it reaches my cup.. I wondered if it's because of the warmer weather? Anyway, this is my first time in the store.. and I will certainly come back again!!!

I prefer this place to Yogurtland in downtown. Less waiting and fresher toppings. I have a penchant for tart flavors and this place has the right amount of flavors to satisfy most people's palettes. They also have a nice variety of toppings. I keep it rather simple and stick to one or two toppings. So far, every flavor I did try was good. The place is on the smaller side, but there are enough seats for most groups. The pricing is comparable to any Frozen Yogurt joint.

Staff has always been genuine and kind at this fro yo. Took my papa for his first fro yo experience and he loved it. Toppings are normally the same but the fro yo changes. Saw a sorbet there this last visit and it was delicious. Definitely recommend!

  • Lydia N.

Hurray! Another fro yo bar! They're serving YoCream type froyos (like Blissberri and Yogurtland), so you can expect flavors like peach white tea, red velvet, pumpkin... etc. While the variety of flavors (8-10) is less than other places, Peaks does really well with providing plenty of topping options and sauces. Clean atmosphere - decor following smooth modern lines, bright colors, and funky lighting..it's like being transported to a space lounge. With froyo. Can't ask for much more than that! At $.42/oz, it's very reasonably priced. But you can find other discounts, so it's definitely worth stopping by if you have a froyo craving to satisfy.

After I wrote my last review, the owner of Peaks contacted me and encouraged me to try their froyo again, even offering me a freebie, all of which I thought was very nice. So, a few months later, I decided to try Peaks froyo again. But I'm sad to say, my mind wasn't changed. The froyo has a good taste. I tried a few different kinds before deciding on a mix of original (tart) and raspberry. The thing I complained about in my last review, where the froyo was kind of watery, wasn't an issue today. I grabbed a selection of different fruit toppings to go on top, paid for my froyo and left. Here's what I found: -the fruit toppings are definitely frozen at some point. Whether that's after they prepare it, or if they get it frozen, I'm not sure. But everything was mushy (again) and had a bit of a strange taste (again). -I attempted to use some of their sauces (they have a wide selection), but the lids were not screwed on, meaning the sauce dumped all over my hands and my froyo. Anyone could have loosened these, but still, it was annoying. -most disturbingly, I found a hair inside the froyo itself. It wasn't my hair, it was about 3-4" long and dark brown/black. That pretty much ended my froyo snack. This hair wasn't in the cup, didn't come from the staff working there, and didn't come from me, so I have no clue when it got incorporated into the mix.. but it was. Yuck, yuck, yuck. Overall, I want to like Peaks, but I just can't. They've got the potential to do really well, with a few minor changes. Maybe it's me, maybe other people are having better experiences there, but after giving them a second chance, I'll not be giving them a third.

I love this place! It's always clean, same staff that are friendly and remember me. I know it's a minimum wage job, but when the staff is steady that means that they are treated right, which in turn means good customer service. I love the variety of frozen yogurt flavors and the rotation. Great selection of toppings too!

Self service froyo is super dangerous for me. I try everything and then I end up filling up my entire cup. They had some great flavors. The machines were clean and they assertively handed out little taster cups which was very sweet. I love anything sweet with coffee. Which they also have there!! :) You'll be impressed with their flavors and their toppings. I went there on a Friday night at about 730pm and it was jam packed with kids and parents. It was the place to be. We had a hard time finding a table. The employees there were quick in cleaning and getting the tables ready for the next customers.

I'm liking this place. Flavor rotation only OK this visit. Guess I'll have to come back! Peanut butter, chocolate, banana, graham cracker topped with hot fudge. I can die now. Clean and crisp with outdoor seating.

My family and I are totally sold on this place! It beats Red Mango and Blissberri hands-down for variety and price. Each time I've been in this shop, it's been immaculate (not an easy feat, for a self-serve yogurt bar wtih a gazillion vats of toppings!). They always have fresh and new flavors of fro-yo. I love the cappuccino, but my kids love the cheesecake and angel food cake flavors. Hubby likes anything chocolate. They also have a lot of fruit flavors. But , man oh man, the toppings! I have never seen so many choices anywhere! From crushed cookies and candy bars to cereals to cheescake cubes, from 3 kinds of fruit bobos (leechi, strawberry and mango), tons of gorgeous fresh sliced strawberries and big fat blackberries and blueberrie and raspberries, gummy candies, pretzels (plain or yogurt covered), sunflower seeds... I could go on and on and on. Oh, and the sauces! There are tons of fruit and chocolate and caramel sauce toppings, too! And all sorts of sprinkles! ANd whipped cream! And hot fudge or hot caramel toppings! It's kinda overwhelming. They have a punch card, so after 9 purchases, your tenth one is free. The prices are lower than the other fro-yo places we've been to, too. And the lady that works here is super-nice. The decor is cute, too, with brightly-colored chairs and a bright interior. Did I mention the place is always spotless? All in all, I don't see how a fro-yo joint can get better than this.

Super yum, although a little confusing. I'm used to the Red Mango/Pinkberry type fro-yo places where you point out the yogurt flavours and toppings you want to the staff behind the counter, so when I walked in and saw the many fro-yo taps on the wall, the multiple TABLES of toppings and it was self-serve, I was discombobulated. I didn't see any prices or store hours posted anywhere... did I miss them completely? The cups are humongous - my husband and I shared the smallest size with half coffee and half vanilla and leveled off with toppings like waffle cones, almonds, Reese's peanut butter cups and it was still a bit too much for us! Bonus, the yogurt isn't tart like other places and is so ice-creamy. The shop is super neat with no drips or stepped-on toppings on the floor and no sticky spots on the seats and tables... and I love the colourful chairs and spoons (which seems too sturdy/cute/good to just toss out when you're done with your fro-yo). The staff are awesome, I wanted to tip the girls at the register for accommodating my LivingSocial coupon but there was no tip jar. I redeemed a LivingSocial coupon here but I would have come in anyway. I'll be back when it's a bit warmer to try the fruitier side of the yogurt spectrum.

I am so glad Crossroads has opened a self serve frozen yogurt place! I like this place, sometimes they don't have my favorite flavors on tap but they are still good and they have a nice toppings bar and friendly staff. They have punch cards they give you and once you buy your 10th frozen yogurt, you get a free 8 ounces! If you have an iPhone, get the pirq app and you can get up to 40% off on your yogurt!

I have walked by Peaks almost every other day and its always crowded! the store itself has a very refreshing atmosphere and frozen yogurt in here is tooo good. its a buffet frozen yogurt...so you can choose your flavour, amount of frozen yogurt...toppings!!! yogurt itself is very light and easy to finish! :) I would say its a must go place for a nice walk and light dessert.

Amazing yogurt, amazing toppings! Oh, Peaks, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways: 1 Self-serve. Get as much or as little as you want! 2 Super friendly staff 3 Extremely fresh ingredients 4 Clean store! The toppings bar is always well-stocked and clean! 5 Funkyhip vibe 6 Reasonable price 7 Delicious yogurt 8 Delicious yogurt 9 Delicious yogurt 10 Have I said delicious yogurt yet? The yogurt is addictive! So creamy and, well, delicious! My favorite is the Original Tart. Perfect balance of creamy, sweet and tart with a subtle flavor of actual yogurt. I love it with a drizzle of warm caramel or simply plain. The staff (embarrassingly) recognizes me and the ones who know it call me by my name. They are always friendly and willing to help. If you haven't been to a self-serve yogurt bar just tell them and they'll happily explain the process. They also have sample cups to try out any flavor you're not sure of. Location is great! In the Crossroads Mall center, in a separate building, plenty of parking, close to Barnes & Nobel, cinema, shopping.. Woo!

Peaks is the best. No, no, I know every time I go to a new froyo place I have a brief love affair with it... but Peaks is the best. It also is the closest to my apartment... you can imagine the trouble this poses. It's always clean. The flavors always taste the same [at Yogurtland, one day a flavor will taste fabulous, the next it'll taste like it wasn't mixed properly... I don't understand!]. The staff there recognizes me [ohsnap!] and it's big enough you can actually sit down and eat your froyo in peace. They also have THE best froyo rewards card... you give them your phone number and they'll text you updates... you can get free froyo for referring your friend to their Summit Club [PM me if you want my referral code! haha] and you get a free 10oz cup for every 8 cups purchased. As far as toppings go, they have all the standards along with lots of extra dessert sauces and popping boba! My favorite flavor so far is their dulce de leche -- to the point I bought a 32oz to go cup for just $6 [steal of a deal!!]... I love you can opt to soft pack your own froyo without toppings for a lower rate or buy one of their prepacked ones and it ends up being cheaper. I've had my dulce de leche in my freezer for upwards of two weeks and it still tastes awesome and has wonderful soft-serve consistency straight out of the freezer!

My favorite fro-yo spot. Although their selection of flavors isn't as huge as Yogurtland, it also isn't the chaos and mess of Yogurtland. I liked how much cleaner it felt and they have my favorite topping - smashed up waffle cones! Their peach froyo is really, really good. And, they are open to suggestions. I think their prices are really the same as Yogurtland - not sure what the other reviewer was comparing to. And, I do like their freebie offering. Have taken advantage of it several times. Parking is in a lot just across from the shop.

I headed over to Crossroads to see a man about a squirrel..or..see a squirrel about a man..or..have frozen yogurt with a man-squirrel. One of those is right. Also, Chris came too. I'm not the biggest frozen treat fan. You'll never find me elbowing past 5 year olds for a Popsicle or chasing a Molly Moon truck down the street. It has a time, a place and requires a "craving", most of the time, as far as I'm generally concerned. This was a time, as it was my first time here and in the company of two of my favorite guys*. I kept it simple and small with a little cappuccino yogurt with a sprinkle of slivered almonds. It was good! It actually tasted like a cappuccino! I was happy with the small portion size I chose (otherwise I'd have been freezing to death) but I was pleased enough to be interested enough to want to go back when mood and opportunity strike. The ridiculous number of toppings was overwhelming, to say the least. I rarely traverse to Crossroads, for a myriad of reasons, but I think it's high time I reclaim some real estate and start enjoying more of my Eastside Living (and Eastside Working) pals and now there's one more place on the list to try again and meet up at. And, don't tell the kids *yet*, but I think a ramble through Barnes and Noble and a nice, sweet treat night is coming their way pretty quick. *= mammals

My obsession with self-serve froyo began when my husband and I were in San Diego for our honeymoon in 2010. It's everywhere down there and I craved and craved and CRAVED it when we came back to Seattle. I've gotten by on Menchie's (Queen Anne) and Yogurtland (Capitol Hill), but recently found out about Peaks through a Groupon deal. I bought 5 Groupons because I had a hunch that this place would be good... AND YES IT IS!!!!! Their flavors are excellent. They go from plain tart to cheesecake to blackberry to strawberry banana to chocolate. My favorites are the plan tart, NY cheesecake, and angel food cake. We've visited twice so far and their toppings have been nice and fresh both times - no dried-out fruit, no near-empty bowls of candy or cereal. Everyone at Peaks has been super kind to us. Genuinely nice folks. Last week when we visited Peaks, something was wrong with the machine that held their plain tart flavor (my #1 fav). I didn't complain about it, I just asked if it might be back up and running within the next few minutes. We proceeded to load up our bowls with other flavors, paid, and sat down to enjoy the delicious creations we'd made. The man who was fixing the plain tart worked for Peaks. He came out to us and told us the plain tart was back up and running, and to help ourselves to some on the house. Above and beyond! Not only do I love their froyo, but I think I love their people, too. Yaaay.

If you know me, you know I love self-serve fro-yo. Peaks has a good selection of yogurt flavors and toppings (though the selection of fruit was a little slim the night that I went). However, the price might be slightly higher than I'm used to, but their location is great, so I'm not really complaining.

Hip hip hooray! A froyo place in the Crossroads area! It's about time! I've heard about this place for a few months now but always forgot about it whenever I went to Crossroads mall! Ah... it's too early for me to have granny moments. ANYWAY: I regained my youthful memory when a friend and I were at Crossroads AND I remembered the place existed! Well I didn't know exactly where it was... that's when Yelp came to the rescue! Not only did it give us the address, it had a PROMOTION!! $5 for $10 worth of froyo? Yes! That was like a private invitation to Fatty Kingdom. So off we went on our venture! The cups are HUGE! I was actually reminded of that FRIENDS episode where Pheobe's psychologist boyfriend said the cups were so big they should have nipples... anyway: we filled up our cups to the brim with frozen yogurt and toppings. I got Cake batter, some orange flavor, and gingerbread. Interesting choice you might be thinking-- Yes it was. But I still enjoyed it! I also added all the fruits, cookie bits, yogurt pretzels, mochi pieces, and everything else I could fit in the cup... with a drizzle of honey to throw it onto the healthier side. We ended up paying an extra $2 because of our overzealousness but that's not bad at all! Fun place indeed.

Redeemed my Yelp deal here, $5 for $10 of froyo, and yummmm! (: I walked in, grabbed my bowl, started visualizing the creation that was about to be consumed, and away I went! I chose a mixture of Peach Mango, Coconut, and Banana, and then a ton of fruit, those popping boba(?) things, and of course some chocolate! While the mixture sounded great in my mind, depending on which flavor of the yogurt I was eating, it varied. But that's my own darn fault for getting so creative! The girl at the register was very friendly, and the place itself was very clean and decorated nicely. If i'm ever in Bellevue again, I will return!

This place is always CLEAN and the staff is EXTREMELY friendly. Self Serve yogurt is a pretty independent process but it's always nice to have great service. They didn't have a tip jar :(

Yumm!! We love frozen yogurt! We eat at a lot of different frozen yogurt places... I really enjoyed this one and liked all of their toppings. The girls who worked there were really friendly the last 2 times we have been in. I love great customer service and they definitely have that! I also love a good deal and they have had coupons the last 2 times I have gone! Yay!

I have been to a few of these places now, and Peaks is one of the best. The topping selection is excellent, and the yogurt flavors are all usually good.

Wonderful Customer Service & AMAZING Fro Yo! This is one of those places where you feel VERY welcome once you enter the doors. The owners truly care about their customers & the fro yo! I really don't think this place is just in it for the money :). The place is always spotless (which is nice because it is a self-serve fro yo), the staff is always smiling and laughing. Peaks Fro Yo also do fun things during the week, weekends and when the sun is shining. There is seating outdoors for those beautiful (not often) days we get here! Often times when I go, I go alone and it is so peaceful that I just sit down and eat my frozen yogurt. I really love everything about this place. It is a fun place to meet my girlfriends at, as well and just chill out while enjoying some delish fro yo! Some of my favorite flavors are: milk chocolate, red velvet, cake batter & so much more. You can't go wrong with some mochi on any flavor of yogurt and some choc chip cookie dough. You can really go crazy with all of the amazing flavors here at Peaks :) ENJOY and watch out 'cause it's addicting! WOOT! Thanks!

We returned to Peaks excited to get back to our new favorite frozen yogurt place only to find that our favorite flavors had been rotated out and replaced with much less appealing flavors. Sure, there are old standbys like chocolate and vanilla, but we were all disappointed with the change. From now on, we'll have to call in to make sure out flavors are available. That kind planning ahead takes some of the fun out of the experience and is sure to be a letdown if we have to wait months for our favorites to return. Minus one star for inconsistency. - but I'm putting it back because this place tries so hard to be awesome (plus my flavor is back!)

Not sure what the big hype was. The bowls were ridiculously huge and there were tons of toppings.. It kinda caused a traffic jam, especially when the kids were running back and forth with their little fingers in the mix. It's not my style of place I guess. There was a few good flavors but and the idea is great but I'm more of a cold stone kinda girl.

This is the best yogurt place around. I've never been a frozen yogurt person until I started going here...now, I love it!

Not bad.. But this is a pretty typical fro-yo place. Nothing too special about this. But what was pretty cool was right behind the counter was a staff member cutting up some more FRESH fruit. Plus, they had a little more toppings than others and lots of dessert sauce. So if its a hot day and you want something sweet..this isnt a bad stop!

They have the best toppings, love the fruit strawberries and such! Didn't like that I had to wait behind hoodrate HS kids NOT paying for yoguart, eating out of the little cups with a spoon....

I've been here I'd say at least 20 or more time since they opened. I've always been super happy. I love that the flavors rotate so I can always try something new and am not stuck with the same old flavors. The staff is always friendly, the place is very clean. My only complaint is the customers. They hover over the yogurt and toppings while talking so no one can get though. Other than that this place is always amazing. Check out their facebook for % off deals for random events. We love you Peaks!! :D

Peaks is just about my favorite place for froyo. The variety of yogurt and toppings just awesome. I buy their groupons every now and then and come there any time I see a movie at the theater across the street.

yay for yelp deals!!! we came here craving frozen yogurt, and definitely left having our cravings satisfied! it was really clean: the toppings weren't scattered everywhere like i've seen at other self-serve frozen yogurt places. and i lovedddd that the color of the spoons matched with their chairs!

This is a perfectly acceptable stop for FroYo while at Crossroads. I tried a bunch of different flavors, and none of them were really screaming at me. I tried chocolate, vanilla, cheesecake and pumpkin. They all tasted a little off. I ended up just going with my standard Peanut Butter, and even that wasn't the best. The people were really nice though, and the prices seemed reasonable. I would go here again if I am at Crossroads, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. I'm definitely willing to try more flavors though some other time. Plus, they have a good toppings bar, it was clean and the staff was friendly.

We are regulars since the frozen yogurt is so good. It tastes EXACTLY like the flavor it says. Many flavors to choose from including non-dairy. Lots of candy and fruit topping choices. Fruit so good my hubby often only gets a bowl of fruit with chocolate sauce on it. EVERY person I have taken LOVES it. Super clean and great rewards program.

Whoa Cowboys CONFUSING!!! This in NOT PEAKS FROZEN CUSTARD- There's an amazing frozen custard shop in Seattle that's been there for years named Peaks. www, peaksfrozencustard.com Why this place took thier name is super confusing- know that Frozen Custard is the frozen dessert of the Gods and not some Fro-joke. People- there's plenty of other names out there.. let's see.. how about "Yummies Frozen Yogurt" or anything but "Peaks". Anyone got a new name idea for this place?? Let's give 'em some suggestions. BTW the yogurt was fine, if you like yogurt- but one star for the extreme unoriginality of the name!

Great selection of flavors and toppings with a super friendly staff! During the holidays they had peppermint and gingerbread. LOVED the peppermint, but might skip the gingerbread next time. Overall a great place and conveniently located near the Crossroads movie theater for a pre- or post- movie sweet treat!

This place is awesome! Lots of flavors to select from, and don't forget the huge selections on toppings too! Even when you mixed up all different flavors and different toppings to make a huge cup, it's still less than $5! Wow! I love it!

This is the first froyo bar I know of in the Bellevue area and it's quite good. However, after visiting Phoenix, where they're all over the place, it doesn't stand out quite as much. The prices in Phoenix tend to be a little lower, but they all get the mix from the same place...

I went into the store today and had a fantastic experience. Fantastic #1 The one of the owners noticed the yogurt was coming out of the machine a little slow. He immediately came over and fixed the speed of the machine. Fantastic #2 They have a great price for yogurt bought in bulk. This is something I have never seen at any yogurt store, fantastic! Fantastic #3 I was using the Groupon and was unable to use the full amount. The owner figured out how to make sure I got my full Groupon value. Fantastic #4 I was already a repeat customer because of their nice employees and yummy tasting yogurts. And I will be back again. Thanks Peaks for knowing the customer is who keeps you in business!

Pretty good! The fresh fruit toppings all looked extremely fresh and beautiful. The place was clean and there were a ton of options for stuff to put on your froyo. The only thing keeping them from a 5th star in my mind was the chocolate fro-yo needed a little more creaminess and tang, the dominant flavor was just cocoa powder not bad but not perfect.

I frequent Peak's weekly. The yogurt is really good compared to other chains, and though there isn't a huge variety, the staple flavors do it for me. Plus there is a membership program and you can earn free yogurts. Awesome!

I love the froyo here. I have been coming here often but my experience today was kind of bad. I stopped by the bar today to get some yogurt at about 1:45pm. The bar wasn't busy. Both trays of fruit flavor boba were out and the cashier was just standing there, pulled up her shirt and scratched her back. I asked her nicely to refill the topping. She seemed upset and open the jar of boba in slow motion. When she's done refilling, she tossed the tray back like giving me some attitude. I hope the store owner could read this and have some action. Today date is 08/06/12

Went to Peaks with my family for first time tonight. This place blew the other fro-yo shop in Redmond Town Center out of the water! Great customer service, they showed me exactly how their process works. You can taste the 10 flavors of fro-yo with mini cups. Once you chose a flavor (or two) you want put desired amount into your dish, next add any amount of toppings you want. They had it all: chocolate chips, gummies, fruit, cone pieces, cookies, candy. Plus they had syrups and hot fudge too. Just so many choices we will have to go back again soon. Finally you go get it weighed and pay by the ounce (42 cents/oz), we came under $15 for us four. This is they way it was supposed to be. My daughter got a lot, I got medium and the boys got a little with lots of toppings. My son who hates frozen yogurt is begging to go back again this weekend. Yes, he loved it! We all did. Must try this place.

Peaks is in a great location, which I love about it. The decoration is colorful and fun, which is also nice. The reason why I give it three stars is because the frozen yogurt isn't AMAZING (granted, it's still good) but it's really pricey as you get more and more frozen yogurt. And the bad thing is that they don't tell you the price per ounce! I know people don't really care about that, but I do. I don't really think it's a good value, yes it's yummy, but is it worth the price? However, I do sign up for the Frozen Yogurt text alerts, and they do have some good deals, like free 10 ounces for members of your family's birthdays. The staff is pretty friendly, but when there's a lot of people it does tend to get messy, things run out, etc. I have only come here twice, but I don't really recommend in the early summer months because they don't have very interesting flavors. Like them on facebook to check out the different flavors. I will come again if I have a good coupon or I go with a friend, but otherwise not.
