You are kidding me, right $27.00 for a tasteless greasy pizza. What joke of an establishment . If I hadn't gotten it to go I would have left it there an told the management. The salami reeked of unearthly old stale smells.

Took a stroll along the streets to become familiar with WA since it is now my new home. I had been craving some good pizza and was so happy that this place was just around the corner! Happy hour prices are shocking! Caprese salad (Loaded with mozzarella slices!) and a medium pizza for less than $14! The Hawaiian pizza is usually my regular, and it didn't disappoint here. The waiter recommended I try the prosciutto instead of ham, so I opted for half prosciutto and half ham - worked for me! I still prefer the ham myself though. Pineapple chunks were clearly not from a can! Love that the pizza is not ridiculously thin but not super doughy either. Crust is perfect, as is the sauce. But the BEST best besssst part is the CHEESE! They are not messing around here. Skipped on beer since this was a solo meal... didn't want people thinking I was an alkie ;) Took more than half of the pizza home for my next meal.

The food was excellent and the customer service was awesome!! I ordered the Brooklyn and it was delicious. The atmosphere was very causal and the wait staff made sure all your needs we're met. There were televisions around the place so we could watch the mariners game and plenty of seating. I will definitely be trying this place again!

My husband and I have ordered pizza for delivery several times. The service over the phone is very courteous. They honor the delivery times and we've never had to wait for too long (35 min. tops.) Unfortunately, they don't deliver before 5 pm. The Chicken Caesar salad is amazing. It's one of the best I've ever tasted. I like the sauce - it's creamy, but not too heavy at the same time. The croutons' taste is quite good too. The shredded parmesan cheese is flavorful (I suppose it's aged.) The pizzas are nice. But they should definitely put more meat (chicken, Canadian bacon, etc.) I don't particularly like the red peppers. To give you an idea - a medium specialty pizza, a medium salad and a 2 L soda cost us $47 (that includes delivery, tax and tip.) That's pretty steep. But then again - so are many other things in downtown Bellevue. And still, this is pizza we're talking about. (I guess I could argue this one back and forth lol.) The gelato could be better. (It's made by Gelatiamo.)

Very good pizza and breadsticks. Not quite the ordering format I was expecting as you counter order. Cooks and counter staff were friendly and helpful.

BOOM! Remodel completed and SMASHING on to the lunch scene in a big way. Stopped here for a by-the-slice lunch on my break. Phenom pizza, good service, well priced. 5 Stars Pagliaccciii! Keep up the good work. Now if I could only spell Pagliachii....

Been coming here since high school and the Pagliacci on the Ave at UW. Pizzas are great. Love the goat cheese primo.

Delicious. Great service. Not as expensive as I expected for the area.

Pagliacci house salad, any pizza with spicy pepperoni here is great. Fabulous pizza...grab a Thomas Kemper root beer and ENJOY! Took one star because at *this* location, you cannot purchase just slices...must buy whole pizza pie.

One word to describe this joint: "eh" So we ordered the half margherita and half parmesan chicken pizza, the margherita was pretty good although it lacked that certain "umph" in a margherita pizza. I'm giving them 4 stars for being a bit classier than Papa John's but to be honest the pizza aint all that. Have you tried Sammy's Wood Fired Pizza in San Diego? Now that's what I'm talkin 'bout!

Pagliacci Pizza is my favorite pizza restaurant! Your pizza can be custom-made or you could pick from the many varieties they offer. They also have pasta here but I highly recommend ordering a pizza instead. It's nice that it's located near the Bellevue mall so you could go on a stroll before or after you dine. The service here is great and it's pretty fancy here. It is not too pricey and I guarantee that you would get full from their servings!

Best pizza in dtown Bellevue! First time my friend took me here was 5 months ago. Since that time I eat pizza only here and I don't care that it takes 15 to get here from Bellevue College. The service is fast and awesome(but last time the serving guy was kinda annoying)! If you want something really good, I would recommend a Spicy Chicken pizza. I think it is the best one.

I ordered this pizza from my hotel room. The delivery was prompt, which was great. I ordered the margherita pizza and it may have been one of the best that I've eaten. I also ordered a house salad. That's where the issue was. The delivery girl didn't bring me any plastic wear, though I got plenty of everything else (plates, napkins, crushed red pepper, etc). When I called the back to let them know the guy working the phone talked to me as if I was an idiot for not ordering plastic wear. Isn't is common sense that if someone orders food from a hotel they are going to need a fork? Especially with a salad. He was very rude.

Had to make a quick trip to the Bellevue Square mall, picked up a couple slices at lunch and was out the door. The setup was quick and very convenient - get in, select the slices you want, ask them to be reheated, pay for your order and you can grab a table to eat there or can be on your way. They also have the Romano cheese containers and red chilli pepper packets with the napkins set aside for folks who want to just grab their food and be on the way. Prices are reasonable and the choices for pizza by the slice were pretty good too. We like and get Pagliacci pizza often - this was a good experience overall for lunch too!

Best pizza chain in the Seattle area.

  • y y.

Horrible! They changed their service tactics. Open seating, no reservations- once you step in the door, you have to fight for your table if you want to eat in. Post part of your party upstairs, some downstairs if you really want to get dibs at a spot. Most likely not good for larger groups. In my opinion, this makes it more difficult for families with young kids. The employees can't even point you to a free table! You even have to go to the cashier and order your pizza pies/slices. They don't even have trays if you have a lot of stuff to bring back to your table. Since the runners don't really know where you're sitting, the pizza arrives colder. Not worth leaving a tip- there is not much service! Hope the management reconsiders their approach. This used to be a great restaurant- this makes it unpalatable to return for anymore.

This should be a 3.5 star review, but since I can't do this I'll round up to 4 stars. We had breadsticks, vegetarian pizza, and lasagna. I really enjoyed the lasagna. It had veggies, pesto, and red sauce. It was very tasty. As others have stated this is really fork and knife pizza as it is very thin, and can't support the weight of the toppings. I'd eat here again but stick with pasta. My husband however enjoyed the pizza better.

This is the very best one of the excellent, excellent Pagliacci restaurants! This one is sit-down with fabulous service (they do have take-out as well, of course). The salads are all awesome and the soups incredible. My own standard item here is the veggie calzone -- now bigger and better than ever with the build-your-own format! Triumphant return last night for the first time since the Bellevue Kendo Club break and was literally welcomed with open arms! Veggie calzone was superb!! Roger's lager even more delicious than remembered!! Marline and Angela more outrageously beautiful than ever!! Handsome and friendly new manager-in-training Kahlil resonating perfectly with the overall happiness vibe!! Bellevue Square Pagliacci I'll never leave you again!!

Saturday night 8:15- no pizza on bar, lasagna sold out, new surface on concrete floor so slippery I almost fell several times. Ice machine on new soda dispenser doesn't work - ugh! Something definitely went amiss with the remodel-re-configuration!

Came here for dinner the other night. Mr C remembered them having good minestrone and he wasn't feeling well so I thought why not. The minestrone was fine but the pizza really wasn't. I ordered the spicy chicken - it was swimming in oil, literally, and it was not spicy at all. The peppers weren't cutting it. I was fairly disappointed - had to literally blot all the oil off before I could take a bite. It also wasn't that tasty, a bit sour actually. The other pizzas others ordered looked good though so I'm hoping it was just the Spicy Chicken. Overall though there are so many pizza options it's not like I have to come back...

  • Not M.

Feh. A branch crafted for the upper-crusty east side crowd. No slices available so you can't walk out of here spending less than $15 for a "personal" pie that is as big as 2 typical slices. On top of that the crust seems underdone and doughier, not like west side pies. It tasted exactly like a DiGiorno frozen pizza. Abandon all hope ye who enter.

  • Chanele B.

Pagliacci's product is too good to pass up, and we find ourselves going back despite minor speed bumps. To our pleasure, the service has really improved. We have been back a few times since, even bringing out of town guests, and we haven't had any problems. Perhaps the service issues are of the past. Turnover in restaurants is a regular issue, and hopefully they have turned the right amount of employees to make it a good experience. Besides, the pizza is TOO good. Bring back The Rocket! That was the best specialty pizza ever!

  • Amanda K.

Mama mia! Pizza is definitely an Italian staple. Pagliacci does it right, and I don't think I've ever tasted a better pizza crust! It is absolute bliss. A nice crunch on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. I also like how each pizza is drizzled with a little bit of extra virigin olive oil. It adds a fruitiness to the pie, and truly makes it Italian. I started eating Pagliacci pizza when my old cello teacher ordered it for after recital dinners. She always ordered classic pepperoni, cheese, and assorted veggies pizzas. The assorted veggies pizza is loaded with fresh veggies, and so yummy! Another pizza I like is the Hawaiian. There is the perfect ratio of pineapple to Canadian bacon. The AGOG primo is recommended for the tomato sauce haters out there: mushrooms, roasted garlic, kalamata oilves, goat cheese, fontina cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, and tomatoes. The next time I come here, which I hope is soon, I would like to try the verde primo: artichoke hearts, mushrooms, pesto, goat cheese, garlic, and mozzarella on top of tomato sauce. If you want some salad to go along with your pizza, the pagliaccio salad is a fine choice. it is lettuce, garbanzo beans, red peppers, kasseri cheese, salami, and red onion. Pagliacci doesn't take reservations, so make sure to get here early! The place can get packed during the meal hours. Happy pizza eating!

Pagliacci walks that fine line of elegant taste and sexy presentation. You can call it "elexy". Once you bite into that cheese pizza, the difference in taste will surprise you. Have got the large cheese pizza so many times, that I faced withdraw the first few weeks I was away from Bellevue. Have tried some of the other varieties of pizza and nothing is as good as cheese by itself. For one reason or another, the pizzas with toppings start to make the thin pizza wet on the underside and you start to lose flavor in place of grease and wetness. The setting at the Bellevue Square location is more upscale than a typical pizza place for sure, but just pales in comparison to other places in Bellevue. Simply put, go here for a night off where you just want to enjoy food. On other nights in Bellevue, you obviously need to put on your finest blazer, more gel than Ryan Seacrest, and have gone to the nearest sunless UV tan spot.

Finally a place of decent quality that delivers to our house!!! The crostata was good, and the meat one was good... Definitely a pizza better than the other delivery chains. Will order again soon!

My husband and I loved going to the Pagliacci in Bellevue but it was a miss this time. We ordered the usual, half brooklyn bridge and half veggie with a ceasar salad. The pizza was just ok. The crust was super thin and we couldn't even hold it like a pizza. The salad didn't have it's usual kick. Maybe we've just out grown this place :(

How to win at ordering a pizza from Pagliacci: 1) Order the grand salami primo. 2) Request substitution of Salumi's rosmarino salami instead of regular salami. 3) Request substitution of Salumi's spicy pepperoni instead of regular pepperoni. 4) Request an addition of Walla Walla onions to the pizza (if they're available). 5) Wait for pizza to arrive. 6) Nom. 7) Repeat noms. Congratulations! You have won one of the best pizzas in the Seattle area! My absolute favorite part about them is that they don't charge extra for substitutions and additions like the ones mentioned above. $24.99 gets you a large Grand Salami Primo pizza, and if you follow the above instructions, it's an even more delicious deal! You can't beat that deal. Well, technically you could, but you'd have to get a nasty pizza from one of the nationwide chain restaurants. Then I would have to question your sanity, and it wouldn't make me feel sorry enough for you to give you a slice of my pizza. Go away! It's mine!

Went to Bel Square last weekend to catch a movie, do a bit of shopping, and have lunch. I am hooked on Z' Tejas, but needed a change of pace. Went to Pagliacci for some lunch pre-movie. Going in I was determined not to compare the pizza to my beloved St. Louis style pizza so that I could give them a chance. We knew we were going to munch on popcorn, so we ordered a small chicken and artichoke pizza along with a couple of drinks. The waiter was super nice, but after about 20 minutes, and seeing food delivered to people who came in after us, he realized he had never submitted our order. Mistakes happen - we are all human - and he handled it really well. He came over, fessed up, and then told us he was comping our meal. He didn't have to do that and we told him so, but he insisted. The pizza was solid and had a nice taste. I would check them out again when I get a chance.

I have been to quite a few Pagliacci's for slices, and delivery. But this is my first visit to the Bellevue Square location. Which is unique because its an actual sit-down restaurant with table service. Plus, they have small pizzas, which is cool. I went here with a group of 9 people on a Friday night at 6 pm. We knew we were going to have to wait. We were told 40 minutes, but it ended up only being 20 minutes. We got 3 different pizzas to share: Chicken Primo, Bianca, and Brooklyn Bridge. My favorite was the Chicken Primo, but they were all good. I am boring and usually just get pepperoni at Pagliacci but I was excited to have the opportunity to try some different pizza, and I enjoyed all of them. I am super hard to please when it comes to Pizza. Sure I will eat bad pizza, but I love it when I find great pizza. This place has great pizza. They have Mac and Jacks on tap, I really enjoyed the Serengeti Hefeweizen. They also have Rogers Pilsner, and a rotating tap. I would definitely go here again.

I was just here today for lunch and got the vegetarian lasagna. The service was pretty good - they didn't get grumpy at us because we took a long time deciding what to order. The lasagna was quite good and came with a giant hunk of garlic bread that I didn't know about, so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I'm satisfied!

I so don't get it.. everyone always raves over this chain. The good: The Bellevue sit down location is a nice atmosphere and nice staff compared to other Pagliacci's. I'll admit the topping offerings are impressive to read.. such as goat cheese and pear & chantrelles... The Bad: just sadly when the final product brought out to you.. it is not really that good.. sorry. This is like the third time I've tried Pagliacci's since everyone says it's so good.. So I realize it must be a WA thing that I will never understand. I have had so much better pizza. It would be ok even 3 star.. if the price was better.. I don't agree that a 9"inch personal size pizza lunch and a glass of water(no side salad) for 15 dollars is a good deal.. Barely any sauce on a chewy dryish crust w/ weak amount of cheese. um.. me thinks not.. Travel anywhere outside this city and get pizza.. come back and try again.

read my other review of Pagliacci on Main street but I think practically all of them that I have tried is excellent. Overall, the price may be a sliver high but it really isn't. It's overall pretty much perfect in regards to all aspects. There has been a couple times (out of the uncountable total)that it was a miss when I visited Pagliacci chains. favs: I love their pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and salad. They heat it up for you, customize the salad as requested, etc. This restaurant can get busy on the weekends but usually have a shorter wait than other restaurants in the area. The service has always been excellent for the "service snobs" out there and I have no complaints. Disclaimer: I am by no means an expert in pizza but I do have a bias towards thinner pizzas, simple toppings such as Pepperoni.

I went to Pagliacci Pizza with a couple of coworkers. I was on a business trip and wanted to find the best pizza in the area. I ordered an individual pizza with salami, ham, and pineapple. It was just okay, at best. It had almost no pizza sauce, not enough cheese, and not enough toppings. I also had the minestrone soup. It was decent. (Overall grade: C- I would give 2.5 stars if I could.) I had a Domino's Pizza 3 days later and it was better than Pagliacci's. Sorry Pagliacci Pizza. I did have a great time with my coworkers!

Pagliacci is one of the finest pizza joints around. Their crust is magnificent - not too soft, not too crunchy. Their toppings are varied and scrumptious. The restaurant itself has a good amount of atmosphere, a great place to take a friend and sit and relax. The service is quick and friendly. I happily recommend Pagliacci!

surprisingly good quality food considering it's a chain restaurant. the salads and pizza STYLE reminded me of what we had in Rome (but the QUALITY is not comparable to Italy). Pagliaccio Salad was solid. Brooklyn Bridge and Spinach & Chicken pizzas were done very well and quite tasty. the pizza style here is more Italian than American so keep that in mind service was excellent and very kid friendly. a few tv's around the room showing sports. parking is easy since it is free in the mall. would definitely come back for more

YUM! Love the pizza. The service is fast (as long as they aren't packed), place is clean and price is good for the quality ingredients used. Parking can be terrible if it's a weekend or busy at all.

  • Vivacious M.

One of the best pizza and pizza joints!! Totally love this place. Ease of parking, great seating, great crust, pizza topping choices are many and the servers are polite- so nothing to complain about! Pesto primo, Goat cheese primo and tomato gorgonzola are my super favs. - I love the choices they have and fresh cheese...yumm! If you have place for desserts after the Pizza, its one of the places that won't disappoint on that either. It is not fair to compare its pricing with th likes of Pizza hut- this is a different experience and much different food- $14 for 9 inch pizza, totally worth it. I relish it!

This place is amazing. I love their pizzas and beer. However, service is kinda slow. If you arent in a rush its good. But when you are, make sure you give yourself enough time for your next appointment or inform the waiter/waitress that you are in a crunch and need food quickly.

  • Alan L.

This pizza is pretty good, the sauce is tasty and the crust was good. I just had a double pepperoni pizza, but it was yummy. The price wasn't too bad ($14 for a 9" pizza). Of all the restaurants I ate at in the area, I thought this was the best place. The service was ok, I only got offered a refill on my soda as I was getting up from the table to leave which was a little wierd. But overall, I'd come back again next time I'm in the area and looking for some good pizza.

I've been to this particular location a couple times now and must say I'm a fan. Location: Located in Bellevue Square Mall there is ample parking (yet never easy to get to) and if you're already there shopping/at the movie/etc it's a great food option. Ambience: This is a location that you can either be seated and have waiter service or order for carry out. The waiter service the times I have been there has been prompt and friendly even when very busy. I've always been seated in the downstairs portion, but the upstairs seems like it might be a little quieter. Food: I've only ordered the pizza, and all I can say is yummy! They have salami!!!!! Not always found and a nice surprise my first time there. The pizza is thin crust and the crust is a nice golden color. There are plenty of topings and overall it's a good pizza.

I've been here for 20+ years and never beento Pagliaccis. Yes, I heard couple gasps when I told people about this but hey don't hate. I had kids visiting me so I ordered the original pizza, margherita pizza, south philly pizza, all 11', and the Nonna's pasta. I thought this would be enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. But man I was wrong. The 11' are really small, I should have asked before I purchased but I think there were 5 slices in there per box; slices not being all that big. The Nonna's pasta cost me 10.00 and it was gone after 4 bites. All this for 50 bucks, forreals? Original pizza its just cheese pizza, margheritta was okay, south philly was my favorite out of what I ordered. The pasta was kind of greasy for my taste. If I'm eating these type of pizzas, I rather go to MOD pizza just couple minutes away. It's way faster; cheaper, and tastes way better.

Very solid pizza! They have a good balance of sauce to cheese to crust and the flavors are there. Crust: thin, but not cracker-thin and brittle- this is properly executed thin crust pizza. Only down point here is that it isn't the most flavorful (not enough char or something I don't know) but this is made up for by the... Toppings: All so far that I've had have been fresh and flavorful. They come in good amount too, but not so much that they overwhelm the rest of the thing (I don't like a salad on top of sauced bread and someone calling it "pizza") Sauce: Just solid. Not excellent, not horrible. Price: Fair to a bit higher than average, and a large pizza actually looks like a large pizza (not some of these "I-am-a-medium-but-let's-call-me-a-large-so-people-pay-more") Expect $20-ish for a large 17" pepperoni or margherita (my two favorites, gotta love the classics) Haven't been disappointed yet!

This pizza does not disappoint. We ordered the Brooklyn Bridge with a Caprese Salad. Both were amazingly fresh and well put together. Our server was amazing, always on top of refills and making sure everything was perfect. The food was prepared and delivered quickly. We could not have been happier. The atmosphere is worth noting as well. The restaurant has an awesome industrial vibe to it and is incredibly intimate for being such a large space. There's also an awesome view from many of the tables in the dining area. Overall, a huge thumbs up!

We stopped in on our way to our son's concert at Bellevue College. I had enjoyed their delivery pizza but was not prepared for how AWESOME the fresh-out-of-the-oven crust and toppings were! We had 9" spicy salumi pepperoni pizza, salad with Macrina croutons, and a draft beer, all half priced for happy hour.

    (5)
  • Jeannette C.

Nice ambiance, very friendly staff, and good food. Pizza - I have tried several different ones, but the spicy Salumi one was my favorite. Cheesy with lots of pepperoni that had a bit of a kick. YUM! Salad - Pagliacci salad is my favorite. I was very sad, because the two kids and other adult in my party said they did not want salad so I order an individual portion. It was so good that they all wanted some, and left me with a couple of bites. I have learned -- order the family sized or refuse to share next time.

Upside its Pagliacci I never pass up a chance to eat their pie. should have been 5 stars based on that alone. One of my favorite pizza hands down I.Downside of this location was the service is SLOOOOOOWWW. service was so SLOOOOWWW that I ended up giving the server an almost 40% tip because I was tired of waiting for the server to come by and make change. I guess that's one way to milk the guest for extra tips...

Love this place! The people are friendly, the delivery is quick, and the food is yummy. I just had dinner delivered and it was amazing. The crust was perfect. I don't know what was on that pizza, but I could taste the olives and gorgonzola and that's all I need. I had a crews choice pizza, a caesar salad, orange pellegrino and their salted caramel gelato. Yes. They deliver ice cream. To your house. Heavenly! I took off one star because the salad was kind of soggy (though still good), the salted caramel wasn't as good as it could be, and it's a little expensive. That being said, if you get the panne (vanilla) gelato and skip the salad, you'll be just fine. Enjoy!

My friend insisted that we go here to try their bottomless strawberry lemonade. It actually tastes almost identical to Red Robin's bottomless strawberry lemonade. The great thing about Pagliacci's is that eight of us got this drink so they just gave us a huge pitcher of it. They even gladly gave us extra strawberries when we asked for them. Brooklyn Bridge (Pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, green peppers and onions over mozzarella, tomato sauce and spices) - We got the large size (17") for $22.99 and it was a LOT bigger than we expected. Even though there are many kinds of meats on this pizza, they didn't overdo it. The sauce was so so and the crust was a little dry & chewy. Spinach and Chicken (Chicken, mushrooms and mozzarella cover an olive oil base seasoned with minced garlic and zesty red chili pepper flakes, finished with fresh spinach) - For some reason, the crust on this pizza tasted a lot better than the crust on our Brooklyn Bridge. That's minus points for being inconsistent. Please note that the spinach on this pizza is uncooked; they place it on after the pizza is done. Very tasty though! Although it was good pizza, I didn't taste anything too unique.

This is definitely some of the better medium- high range pizza you can get. The different crust can be a turn off to people accustomed to more fluffy offerings, but its a different style of pizza and I appreciate it for just that. They do have a secret menu of sorts, and my all time favorite for the last few years has been the simple, but delicious Prosciutto primo(prosciutto di parma, red onions, and mozzarella+fontina cheese on a tomato base). Rich flavors, a thin crust and simple flavors. They have other offerings, like the ever popular Brooklyn bridge which is loaded with all kinds of toppings, but I believe that their simpler offerings are the ones that really shine.

My coworker and I were looking to find a unique Seattle restaurant to eat at prior to heading to our conference. We roamed around downtown Bellevue looking for a place to check out, and after walking around for 30mins, decided to settle with Pizza Pagliacci. The food was, eh ok, and the service was respectable. Unfortunately, for a lunch menu, I think some of the prices were a bit higher than they should be. The real disappointment, is that Pizza Pagliacci turned out to be a chain. That made me think that they jacked up the price a bit, because this particular one is located in downtown Bellevue. Medium rating for a medium deal place.

Went to eat here about a month ago when the movie at Lincoln Square was sold out. It took a few minutes for us to get seated, even though it was way less than half filled. Took about another 40 minutes for the waiter to take our order, and this was after flagging him down. Apparently, there was a staff miscommunication during the time when shifts were changing, and my table was caught in the middle. The server did apologize repeatedly, but perhaps this was because my friend asked for a comment card and some names. The manager did NOT comp our meal (it was one pizza split between 3 people, a soup, and a San Pelligrino), and gave us a dinky $5 off or something. The eating time was much less than the waiting time, when the restaurant was not even near maximum capacity. Foodwise, there is no difference between the quality of this pizza versus other Pagliacci's, and the quality here is, of course, fancier than the typical Pizza Hut or Domino's. My rating was dramatically affected by the service I received that day, and hopefully they have their service disciplined more to notice an empty table with no food for a long time. Update: The owner has responded to this Yelp review since and has offered to rectify the events that occurred this day. Going out of the conventional contact means and providing personal customer support on that level has made me update the rating I initially gave to this restaurant from 2 to 4 stars. It is nice to know that the service will be there at some level.

Two things impressed me about this place that are worth mentioning: 1) central call center for all the stores - aesthetically this makes sense, and most likely this lead to the greatness of 2 2) while we were on the phone ordering for pickup the conversation went something like this: Pagliacci: "Do you like gelato?" Us: "Sure" P: "Pistachio gelato?" U: "Sure" P: "If you order a pint of gelato with the special pizza, you not only get the gelato for free, but you save 26 cents on your pizza." U: "Ok, let's go for that" Well actually Steve said "I don't like free things", but that's not the point. The pizza was pretty good. We got the 30th anniversary special on half the pizza, because they told us it was a bit spicy, and Jum was concerned it might be too hot the baby. The other half was pepperoni and green pepper. It turns out that the pizza was not particularly spicy, and Holly would have been fine, but no matter. I have to say, I could do without the seasoned chicken on the special half, it didn't really add anything. It certainly isn't pizza worth going to Seattle for, but I'm sure you could do much worse. The gelato was delicious. Irrelevant errata - we ate the pizza in a conference room at Microsoft (where Steve works) since that was quicker than going back to their house. That somehow seemed very appropriate.

Was pretty good pizza. Not the best we've ever had, but quite tasty. We shared a Brooklyn Bridge pizza and Pagliacci Salad. Probably could have had the 9" instead of 13" with leftovers to carry through the mall.

This is the still the best pizza (I've had) in Seattle...don't matter that it's in Bellevue! At Paggliacci's in Bell Square the pizza is delish and the wait staff friendly and prompt. You may be waitin' for a table on weekends 'round 6pm or so, but it's usually no longer than 10 or 15 minutes. Only thing that stinks is Pagliacci still doesn't deliver to the Sammamish plateau.

Alli: Whoa! There's such a thing as a sit-down Pagliacci?! Voice From Above: This is Bellevue, son! COME on! I didn't know that Pagliacci could get any better, but when it comes direct from the oven to your face, skipping the car trip in between, it does. And everything tastes better when it's sitting on a little pedestal in the middle of your table, am I right? We had the Spinach Chicken--olive oil-based sauce with mushrooms and chicken and probably some other stuff, plus fresh spinach on top, and the Brooklyn Bridge--more of your standard combo with meats and veggies. The toppings were noticeably high-quality, and the crust is divine. And although they didn't have ranch dressing to dip said crust in, our waiter hooked us up with ramekins of marinara and some special Pagliacci Super Secret Sauce that was way better than ranch anyway. (This is Bellevue, son! COME on!) There were enough leftovers for at least 2 more meals for me, so for $15 it was a great deal. Service was friendly and attentive (the hostess even paused mid-text to seat us!), atmosphere was OK (like a classy Pizza Hut), and they even had lemon wedges in the water! Cause, ya know, that's how they do in Bellevue.

I've come here several times, it's always packed as most other Pagliacci's don't have dine in. But at least they'll give you beer as you're waiting 30 mins for a table. They will seat big groups, but the place is so loud and echo-y you really can't hear more than the person next to. Their rotating selection of seasonal soups and salad are very good, so don't skip them to make room for more pizza. They have a simple margarita pizza that's my favorite, but the other pizzas are good too. Don't pass this place up if you're looking for high-end New York style pizza.

The place was packed on a Friday night, but the staff was very friendly and was chatting with all the customers waiting. The waitress was also pretty nice-but the pizza definitely took a long time getting to the table, almost to the point where I doubted myself if I even asked the waitress in the first place. The pizza was pretty good but I had to knock it down one star because I waited over 30 minutes for the pizza. Time passed by quickly because I was with my friends, but it was around 8 o'clock when the pizza came. Anyway, it depends on if I would come again, but the ambience was very nice and I am thankful for the friendly employees!

Best pizza in the Bellevue/Seattle. The crust is the perfect combination of crispy and chewiness. They have a large selection of premium ingredients. You can't go wrong with Salumi pepperoni and salami as toppers. Deliver is quick and the pizza always shows up piping hot,

What can I say...it was a day of disaster for Pagliacci's Pizza. I rated this one star..,not for the food...but for the disrespect and nastiness I got from the manager. I can't say much about the food... I didn't eat any of it. My entire order was messed up. We ordered and waited about 40 minutes for our order for 2 people to come out. My friend's order was fine. Mine was wrong. By the time the disappearing server reappeared, my friend was almost finished with her lunch and I had yet to begin mine. I told the server the order was wrong and he said he would rush out my correct order. I agreed. So.. my friend finished her lunch as I waited...and waited...and waited...(so much for rushing it)...I asked for a manager. The manager came out and I explained the situation. The manager sent the server out to offer a complimentary dessert for me. When the bill came, he had charged me for the incorrect pizza, the correct pizza and my soft drink. He graciously didn't charge me for the dessert. When I pointed that out, he said that I could take the second pizza home. So I counter offered him the deal that he keeps the food, I keep my money. I left everything at the table, uneaten and left..with 3.00 on the table for the soda. The management behaved like a mindless tightwad with no customer service/people skills whatsoever. I will never return to that location again.

This is probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We tried the Salumi's Spicy Pepperoni...omg...delicious. Really not much more to say. I ate every last bit of my pizza, that says a lot because I NEVER eat my crust. This one, I did. I can't wait to go back and try more.

Be forewarned, this is a sit down Pagliacci, which to this Seattleite was all kinds of confusing. Upon walking in, my man and I appeared to be rudely surpassing the hostess near the door because our eyes were on the prep area. She had to say hello about 4 times until we saw her. I had no idea they had stores that were more traditional restaurant style. We were seated upstairs with an awkward view of the game, but good to have the tv nonetheless. We also had an interesting view of a suspicious man in the parking lot behind the mall which entertained us for a good while. I already knew that I enjoyed pagliacci from many past experiences. The pesto pizza is delish except for the odd gigantic clumps of ricotta near the crust. If you don't like ricotta A LOT, then I would suggest asking to nix it. We got the chicken primo at this location and it was very good. Caesar salad was really good too, lighter caesar dressing which was nice. Always love their croutons. Some annoying teens because of the mall but hey, this place is cheaper than going to the Bellevue Subway! So if you're looking for a good cheap lunch, you found it!

Went there with the family last night and the place was packed with a waiting line. I can see why. We didn't wait too long and the staff is fantastic. Food is good and reasonably priced. Good draft beer selection for Dad (me). Service was top notch with friendly and obviously well managed staff.

The only way I'd stuff nine inches in me and swallow hot gooey cheese is if I'm dining alone at this Pagliacci. Or if I was in prison. They don't serve single slices here. You want some pizza, you gotta order the nine incher. I dare you to try to resist not eating it all. If you'd like to secretly call it Bubba, go ahead. Artichokes. Mushrooms. Pepperoni. And the king of kings, the nuggets of black gold, the single tastiest natural invention god put on this earth, besides me, of course: Black Olives. I did make it all the way home before I caved and crammed the last slice in my hole. For those of you blushing, I'm talking about my mouth. Prices are steep. But dammit Pagliacci's never fails to deliver, unlike some other NON-CHAIN pizza places. Go search my review for "pissed on their table," and you'll get what I'm talking about. Anyway, this Pagliacci's was a great place to start reading my next Stephen King book while waiting for traffic to die down. Cripes I hate the bEastSide.

Iordered a pie to see what the buzz was about. Did it live up to the hype? Not-so-much. It was a simple order of a 13" half cheese half pepperoni and a thing of gelato. An order that should be pretty tough to mess up, one would think. They didn't have the flavor of gelato that I ordered after they just offered it to me and the crust was really thick and tough. The center of the pizza was thin and greasy as well. Blah

We walked and walked and walked looking for a place that we all could agree on. We finally ended up in the mall and looked at the menu on the outside of Pagliacci and decided to give it a try. Very very cool place inside. They have two levels and we chose to sit next to a window with a street view. Instead of ordering a bunch of things, we went with a large 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, one side veggie and the other pepperoni. First, the service. Armand was our waiter. A terrific young man. Friendly and attentive. Seems like most people in the PNW are very friendly. Now the food. I began with a cup of minestrone. Quite tasty, lots of vegetables. We also ordered a large Caeser Salad that was excellent. The pizza: Excellent presentation. We added artichoke and sun-dried tomatoes to the veggie side. Absoultely fantastic pizza. Nice medium-sized crust, seemed more NY than Chicago. Good sauce and the veggies were fresh and tasty. In fact, since we didn't finish it all, I took the last four pieces to go. I munched on a piece while driving back to the airport. Got to the airport and, knowing I probably didn't want to take it through security, I shoveled the rest down outside the terminal near a trash bin. I just couldn't throw out good food. My nephew said I looked like I was homeless eating near the trash. Funny! At least I didn't have to pay for food on the plane. Dang, I wish they had this place where I live.

Everyone saying the price is decent, what do you guys consider cheap and expensive? I paid $23 for a large pepperoni and sausage. I was taken aback when the guy gave me the total. Maybe I'm just too used to paying $10 for a whole large. The prices for slices aren't bad. The pizza was pretty good, and I keep trying to tell myself that it's worth the $23.

Good pizza and service. I liked watching them make the pizza as well. I was seated at the top of the stairs looking down on the kitchen/front area. Great family oriented place. It is a bit loud in there and can get a little crowded but overall good pizza.

If you're at Bellevue Square with kids, Pagliacci is the place to eat. They have a good, inexpensive kids menu and the requisite coloring books with crayons. The food is decent enough. The pizza is okay as Seattle pizza places go. The salads are decent. The service is usually pretty good at the this location. My kids love to sit upstairs so they can watch the pizza being made in the kitchen. Prices for individual adult pizzas are kind of high. I usually get a salad and mooch off the kids (they can't eat a whole 9" pizza by themselves). Also this location does not do slices. You have to order pizza by the pie. If you don't have time to wait, call ahead and get your pizza to go.

Most of my friends gush over this place. "Best pizza EVER!" "this pizza is AMAZING!" So I went off to try it for myself. And wow, it is good. Maybe not the "BEST PIZZA EVER!!!!" but its very close. I've tried many pizza's in my short lifetime, some with waaaay too much sauce, some no sauce at all (pogacha.. ech). Some crust was burned, some had no crust at all. And from eating here, I have to say that this pizza is a great example of what a pizza should be. They don't try to be "hip" or "different," not taking things off or putting things on. Just good, old fasioned New York style pizza. This place had the right balance of everything.

This place was only average for me. The waitress was nice but the pizza didn't seem that special. I only got the cheese pizza but it was a little greasy and the crust was tough. Nothing too special but it wasn't terrible either.

Twenty-one dollars and forty-nine cents for a medium pizza. Greasy and the little high school children servers are not very friendly. Definitely the most expensive pizza I ever had, and not worth the price. I won't be back.

Had lunch there on Saturday, probably our 50th visit. Also the 50th time we've just ordered the large original and two diet cokes. Simply put, it's just good pizza! Excellent balance of spices in the sauce and crust that is always perfect. Service was fine, nice touch adding the lemon wedge to the diet cokes. If you're looking for a great NY pie, this is one of the best in the NW. Price-wise, it's more than fair, $16.49 for the large original is very competitive, especially since every slice gets eaten. I've never had any toppings here, (I'm a cheese only person), so I can speak for any of the other pies.

Best pizza in the area, with with salads that are delicious too. My favorite location is on Mercer downtown. I love stopping in to get a beer after work, I eat here once a week.

I went here a few weeks ago for the first time and it was ok. I would classify it as a not so chainy California Pizza Kitchen. The pizza was ok but I did not enjoy the breadsticks. They were extremely dry and did not have much taste to them. It does get busy during dinner time so be prepared to wait.

One of the better options for pizza on the Eastside. The Margherita pizza is my favorite, as the others are a bit "top-heavy" for my taste. A decent place to grab a bite with friends, although it does get a bit crowded sometimes.

I remember when this place opened years ago, and it was a fun place to go and grab a pizza and a beer. Now, sadly, it's Chuck-E-Cheese. I'm not just talking about the mobs of kids there, that's O.K., it's the poorly trained staff. We were just there on a Friday night, date night, and sat at the first small booth closest to the parking garage. Five minutes after we sat down, one of the workers thought it would be a good time to clean all the baby high chairs and booster seats, right next to us. She was crouched down, not two feet away, spraying some kind of cleaning fluid and scraping off food chunks. REALLY? We had to ask her to do her cleaning chores somewhere else. Then, when we were about half way through our pizza, our waiter came over and asked it there was anything else he could get us for the evening, dessert? No, we're still trying to enjoy our pizza. So then he brings us our check, and wanders back and forth asking us if we're ready to settle up. STILL EATING. Really, I get it that it's not these kids' fault, the manager needs to train them better. Crossing this restaurant off our list.

Mmm, I heart pizza. Especially Pagliacci. I'm choosing to review Bellevue Square's because that's where we had dinner tonight, but all locations I've sampled seem equally tasty. If you're dining at this particular location, just hope it's not lunchtime on a weekend as it can get pretty crowded (tables are too close together). I'd recommend either the Brooklyn Bridge (their "supreme" pizza) or their only-slightly-greasy pepperoni. There's something oh-so-right about how the flavors of cheese and pep do a little culinary dance on your pallet, along with a perfectly balanced crunchy/chewy crust. Burp.

This was some good pizza. Thanks Cara and Josh! This was the Bell Square location. Our fellow diners said the Seattle location they frequent was a bit better, but our pizza was excellent. The staff was really friendly and they even gave us a free Pagliacci's glass (though don't expect it...our friend was moving from the area and it took some convincing). They are wonderfully patient. There are a lot of pizza options. Good beer on tap. Take your East Coast Pizza Snob friends here and show em what Seattle has to offer.

Not a lot of the food options in Bellevue/Lincoln Square appeal to me very much and I am not trying to wait 30-45 mins for a table at one of the sit down restaurants. So Pagliacci it is! I do like this location a lot, its very convienient for me if I need to get something at the mall or if I am seeing a movie. There's never really a line the times I've been and always had seating for us. Easy process.....order when you walk in, they are quick to get your pizza in the little oven warmer, easy to order a salad or other menu items, pay your bill and find a table to sit down. Dining room has a good amount of tables with a few larger community tables, an upstairs area, hi-top tables etc. They also have the neat soda dispenser machine too. (didnt know Coke made all these different flavors). Pizza has been good each time, we usually just get a few whatever slices they have available and order a salad. It does take a few extra minutes for them to make the salads and they will bring it out to you. My favorite is the spicy chicken salad, love the spicy peppers they put in it with a good amount of chicken and a light dressing. Remember to bus your own table! Service has been friendly up front, they are quick to wipe down tables, pick up the bus tub bin if it gets too full and all that. Overall, I really like this place.

I have ordered a number of pizzas from Pagliacci which are normally great and today i tried the new improved Lasagna and the Sicilian salad. The salad was so heavily seasoned with pepper I only took a few bites and threw it away. The new lasagna reminded me of a microwave dinner. It was just kind of like something you might get from the grocery store for $5. For $17 I guess I was expecting something else. Seriously bummed. Pizza 4 stars...they would be 5 if they weren't so expensive. A small 1 star for new lasagna and 0 stars for the Sicilian salad. One of the worst things I have ever ordered. .

Maybe it's because I'm a tourist in Bellevue, but this place was hard to find! Did anyone else have this problem?! We had 2 adults and 1 kid, and got the cheesy garlic flatbread app (don't know the actual name) and 2 small pizzas: the brooklyn bridge and super pepperoni. Surprisingly, the brooklyn bridge was the winner here. The super pepperoni was tasty, but too oily and ultimately got too salty. The cheesy bread was good too. Extra points for the coke freestyle machine and playing the Warriors playoff game!

Ordered The Original, a cheese pizza and a Brooklyn Bridge, a combination with pretty much everything. The pizza is a thin pizza with a thick chewy crust on the edge. I like all types of pizza but a crispy thin pizza and crust is my preference. That being said, I enjoyed this pizza. The Brooklyn Bridge pizza has plenty of toppings and tastes wonderful. The cheese pizza was terrific and the sweet and saltiness of the cheese came out. As I said earlier, I prefer a thin crust; but I enjoyed alternating bites of the chewy crust with bites of the topping filled center of the pizza.

So happy this location started serving slices! So easy and convenient to grab a slice and go! I wish they had more white sauce options made at all times. The one in University district almost always has a white sauce option made at all times. They don't offer ranch but the Pagliacci dressing is a great substitute!

Hm. I had no idea there were THAT many Pagliacci Pizzas in Seattle/Bellevue. Insane. The one I went to was in Bellevue Square and had an interesting entrance off of the mall in the parking garage. The way this works is they have pizza in a display for slices and you get in line and order that or you can order a whole pizza and whatever else on their menu you want. They give you a number and bring the food to you after you sit down. The pizza is incredibly greasy but good. Thin crust.

I have to write this as two different reviews. I live in Chicago and work in Redmond. As a person who has lived here 4 days per week for the last 2.5 years, I would say this is a good pizza place. Fresh ingredients and made with quality. Reasonable prices for the area. Nice place. As a lifelong Chicago resident, it probably would not survive the competition out there due to many reasons. In Chicago when you are handed your pizza, you don't have to look inside the box or feel like you need to shake it to determine if there is any food inside especially for these Seattle prices. You can feel the weight of the pie. The Chicago pizza is a meal in every sense. That's why we call them pies. The pizzas in Chicago are not only composed of many different combinations of ingredients but also the styles of pizza vary greatly. Thick, stuffed, pan, thin, calabrese...Now you get it. Within driving distance of Wisconsin where you have the best cheese on the planet and now you start building a winning combination that cannot be matched anywhere. Back to the ingredients. The Chicago pizza sauces are more predominately sweet, some savory though. Not watery. When you say the word crust, you think light, airy and crunchy. CRUST. Not chewy and dense like rubber. The crunchiness of a Chicago pie crust is the opposite texture of cheese. Your mind is seduced by this subliminal sensation. My point is the taste of Chicago ingredients, variations of the type of pie, textures, and a focus on hearty servings of ingredients is much different than in the pacific northwest. I feel sorry for the reviewer that says Pagliacci the best pizza they ever had. In the end, if you live in the Seattle area you should go to Pagliacci's. But that's because you don't have my choices Fri through Sun every week! Enjoy.

Every time I walk into this place, there is a line of people waiting to order slices, salads, or whatever it is they want to eat. This is by no means a complaint as its always great to see one of my favorite pizza restaurants doing well and in a prime location. If you're doing any kind of shopping in Bellevue Square or Lincoln Square and you just need a quick moment with a slice of pizza, then this is where you want to go. There's a couple other nearby options where you can get pizza but none of them come close to what these guys have to offer. Sure, if you've been to one Pagliacci, you've been to them all ,but again, that is definitely a good thing. Its somehow comforting to know that no matter where I am, from Capitol Hill to Queen Anne, to Bellevue Square and back again, I will have the ability of getting one of their signature slices or a freshly made salad and they will always be precisely and perfectly prepared. Sure, this is more fast food than any type of gourmet, but that's also kind of the point. All these guys do is make a good, quality product that keeps you coming back for more and is perfect for when you just need to make a quick stop to refuel and then get back on your way to whatever adventure might be waiting down the road...or at least on the next floor down in the parking garage.

I dined here few times and I always find their quality of food and the service very pleasant. I wish they advertised that I can order two different pizzas for half the size of each because I would have done that from my first visit. Once you taste the pizza here it's hard to go back to cheaply mass produced pizzas elsewhere. I once had a pickup order at this location for half and half pizza with different flavors. When I got here on time for pickup, they told me that one of the employees there dropped one of the pizza before they cut half and put it in the box. So they were in process of baking the same pizza and I had to wait 15 minutes or so in the store. They offered me a whole pizza of the flavor they dropped earlier at no additional cost. So at least they know how to make it up for their mistakes.

don't come to the bellevue one. their staff is not as attentive as they should be. walking around like zombies and don't acknowledge customers that walks in. i just hate the idea of a sit in restaurant and you have to walk up to the register and order. especially if you're sitting upstairs. i'm only giving it 3 stars because of the service. but the pizza itself is always gonna be 5 stars! i love their pepperoni pizza. definitely on my favorite list.

Cheese pizza slice = delicious Caesar salad = very yummy Breadsticks = horrible Overall I was pretty satisfied with the food but do with the breadsticks had been better! It also would have been nice if they'd been handing out ranch dressing - that pizza was meant for ranch dressing! We went on Friday night about 6pm and it was really busy, we had trouble finding a place to sit to eat, but we did find one! All of the servers were very nice, but it did take an especially long time for my salad to come out. Overall though, I really did enjoy it! The pizza and salad were yummy :). And it was very affordable!

I have to say I'm disappointed. Came in for an early lunch, and by early I mean 11:05, to grab a couple slices. I should've gone somewhere, frankly, anywhere, else. The pizza tasted stale, like it'd been sitting out overnight. It was a totally uninspiring experience, and given all the great reviews, I expected better. When asked, I did mention my lackluster experience to the store, and no one did anything. Why ask the question if you don't want to do anything to improve your customers next potential experience? Bad form Pagliacci, once what started on a sweet note has now completely soured.

Service was great, the restaurant itself was great, but the pizzas are bland... Namely, the Chicken Primo has very little flavor aside from what the artichoke hearts offered. I needed to sprinkled a lot of chili flakes for it to work. Other than that, the Pagliaccio (sp?) chopped salad was tasty, as was the minestrone soup!

This is seriously one of my favorite places in Bellevue and the best Pagliacci out of all of their Seattle locations. I'm not sure why but I actually know why. It's the fact that this building is so clean, so easy on the eyes, service is great, and with great natural lighting from the huge windows that overlooks the QFC across the street. It's also because when I am finished with the pizza here, I can walk a couple of meters until I hit my ultimate favorite store, Crate & Barrel. I can set up my grave right in the middle and be forever content. I can't even begin to explain how spectacular I think their Margherita is. It's more satisfying than having a "cheat day" Saturday filled with strawberry Pop-Tarts for breakfast, taking turns taking naps on the floor of the kitchen, and then eating raw cookie dough for dinner. There aren't enough exclamation points, asterisks, and tildes that can fully illustrate my love for their Margherita. God invented the Margherita to act as a buffer for all of the wrongs he allowed mankind to invent like turtlenecks, black licorice, and Gucci Mane. The crust is thin yet it holds up amazingly well with the tomato sauce and cheese. They always make it with the perfect ratio of cheese, tomato sauce, basil, with a nice olive oil drizzled over it. The sauce alone is what magic carpet rides are made of with a nice hint of garlic, salt, and sugar. It's a light, delicious pizza and its simplicity is of another level. I wouldn't get anything else. Last time I had half Margherita and half Chicken Primo. The Chicken Primo is pretty tasteless and a waste of stomach room, don't order it. I'd also recommend their breadsticks. Sounds a little overkill, I know, but it's pull-apart good and cheesy and full of garlic. They serve it to you right out of the oven. You don't even need to dip it in the marinara sauce they give to you because it's already good on its own. Pagliacci is your standard pizza joint offering standard options but they do it very well in this downtown Bellevue location. It's not like their tomatoes are grown in a grotte by some pizza aficionado in Spain nor are their cheeses crafted by a moustache-rubbing, sultry Italian, but my god, does it hit the spot. Now excuse me while I go make love to their breadsticks and Margherita pizza simultaneously.

Occasion: Dinner on 12-Oct My wife and I are recurring customers here as we believe Pagliacci's has THE BEST Margherita pizza in the state of Washington. I would say the continental United States, but I lived in New York City and not too many can compete with the restaurants there. Interesting enough, we were quite surprised that Saturday was self-service night. To no surprise Bellevue Pagliacci's was pretty happening. So before we ordered, we managed to grab a seat as a family was leaving and I ordered some breadsticks and a large Margherita pizza. The soda machine located there is pretty neat as you can choose up to probably 100 sodas straight or mix the soda's for an infinite combination. I try not to drink soda to you, because soda is bad for you! Sorry, rambling on here. The breadsticks came out fairly quick. After eating our breadsticks, we waited about 10 minutes for our Margherita pizza. One of the waitresses, Maraline (Marline?), came up and asked us what we ordered. We weren't sure if anything was wrong, but she looked concern. She went to the kitchen and came out to apologize that our pizza was not made. She said it would be another 10 minutes and we agreed. We probably would have waited almost any amount of time, but even though we thanked Maraline Saturday Night, my wife and I want to think her again for her observation and assisting us before it became too timely that our food wasn't going to come out.

I ordered the Pagliacci salad while my friends ordered two different types of pizzas. I enjoyed my salad, and I think my friends thought their pizzas were fine. The restaurant now has a format where you order and pay at the counter, gather your own silverware and drinks, and then the food's delivered to your table. When we came, it was the second week that they had rolled out with this new format and things seemed to be a little shaky. It took about 30 minutes to get the pizzas on a slow Saturday night. Additionally, the food all came out at different times. I'm actually a fan of the new format, but the kinks still need to be worked out. I like the idea of this being more of an "express" type of restaurant where you can get in and out relatively quickly. They just need to work on shortening the wait time for food.

We came for dinner before Snowflake Lane this year... and while I expect every restaurant in Bell Square to be busy, Pagliacci was grossly unprepared and could not keep up. By the time my husband came up to order, they didn't have much in the way of pizza to even offer. All that was available was there cheese and arugula which thankfully we were able to pass off to our kids after pulling off all of the toppings. The salads were off, and didn't taste like their normal recipe and both of their soda machines were out of carbonation. Also, One of the two toilets in the women's bathroom was overflowing. I won't return any time soon as there are plenty of other places nearby who seem to be able to keep up with holiday demand.

They have a great happy hour deal. Buy two slices of pizza, or a slice and a salad, get a free fountain drink. There's a second story, cool soda machine, and the service was great.

Pizza was a staple food stuff in college so of course I'm an expert. bombarded this otherwise not so busy pizza parlor with a 14 top. Figured they weren't busy anyways right? they did accommodate us pretty quickly. I wish we got more menus. They only gave us 5 menus for 14 people. Perhaps most of us didn't notice because of the great conversation but the service was relatively slow. We did have pretty much the whole second level to ourselves. Optimal situation for a waiter. Everyone at my table had to ask several times for refills and it took a while to get our bill. Lucky we had cash as it probably would have been a train wreck getting credit cards processed. I gave the guy a break though because it seemed like he had just started and got our huge party on a whim. I ordered the only suitable appetizer for the table. Several orders of breadsticks (that turned out better than expected). The pizza was not bad. The slices were pretty good but it did not stand out compared to other places. I am not saying it has to be like deep dish pizza in Chicago or those slices so huge you gotta fold it like in NYC. It felt like I could have ordered this same thing at my local spot in Houston.

This review is for a crazy busy holiday Sat night visit at Bel Square. Probably the only eats around here with minimal wait for food and table. Decent slices but got nasty greeting & service from Celestia (sp?); however the evening was saved by cheerful service from Arnie and the bus staff. Props to those guys!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
