I love this location. The workers are always friendly fast. The few times they have made a mistake they were quick to rectify it. Yesterday afternoon I decided to stop before work and they were unusually slow. When we got up to the window they upgraded my drink and it was on the house! Perfect start to my work day. Even sitting in is nice. There is a nice separation between the registers and the during area so you don't feel like your in a fish bowl. While this isn't the easiest location to access is well worth it.

This is washington..this is starbucks..its never going to be your get to know you kinda place...its all about numbers for this company..employees are polite but not chatty how r u kinda people.drinks choices the same at all locations. Never had "bad" service just robotic.. I dont frequent starbucks too much anymore..found coffee stands that serve DILLANOS COFFEE BRAND BEANS...NEVER BURNT OR BITTER. For a warm welcome try 2 sisters, kellys lattes,java garden espresso..no sit down inside cafe type..but coffee here is awesome..such a big difference in taste. When in seattle srarbucks will do...after all...theres one on every block..the original one is tourist packed...its the one at pike place market.

This is my go-to location, as it's right down the hook from me. The staff is friendly and personable. However, service trends to be slow - and I should know. I've been coming here frequently ever since this location opened several years ago. Great drinks and food.

I go to Starbucks a lot. I have never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks as I did yesterday. My dad is in a Skilled nursing home nearby and I went in to pick him up a Latte. I went into the Starbucks and ordered my beverage, and there was 1 Barista, and I was the only one inside the store. He made at least a dozen drinks for people going through the drive though and I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. My drink was an Iced Caramel Machiato and it was not good. But the main reason I am giving this a 1 star review is the conversation that another employee had with the Barista.... Starbucks Employee: Wow it smells really bad back here... Barista: And what does that have to do with me? Starbucks Employee: It smells like moldy liquid back here... Barista: And What does that have to do with me? Not exactly appetizing is it? I think I will drive to the Supermall Starbucks to pick up my dads next drink.
