Stopped by here, mostly for ice water but also got fries, on our way off the ferry. We went through the drive-thru and were pretty impressed by the excited man on the speaker! Turns out, he was the new manager, which made more sense =) However, it definitely made for a great experience! Plus our curly fries were ridiculously hot and fresh! Approved.

(4/16/2015) Went to get Jack in the Box just to say I've had it, it's infamous in my line of work. Burger was bathed in their "new" garlic butter. I venture to say it's a butter-like substitute (like what microwave popcorn is coated in) and it was certainly "bathed", everything was completely coated, bun, box and all (gotta say, it was kind of gross). Patty was thin, but expected from a chain burger, dry and gray. The Swiss cheese was near translucent (not much milk solids). That was enough of an experience for me. Google Jack in the Box and E. coli O157.

Been here 3 times, and twice we've gotten home to find that they have forgotten items in our order. Apparently, counting to four is too much effort for them. I'm done trying to eat here.

This is the antithesis of fast food. Even when there are no customers you wait for someone to show up at the counter. Food service is s-l-o-w! Food quality is good. Maybe they're understaffed or something, this is a problem every time I go there. Time to spend my money elsewhere.
