In town visiting and ordered delivery to my hotel. Delivery took an hour and ten mins. Guy didn't have a pen for me to sign my check with. Which was fine since I had one in the room. I didn't get any silverware..I am in a hotel so a bit difficult there. I also did not get the parmesean cheese I specifically asked for. The chicken parm is OK. However more like slices of chicken with cheese on it. Pasta dumped on top and then sauce on that. Very interesting. Sauce is really sweet. Likely wouldn't order from here again. Just not my cup of tea.

It's not unusual for Marcos to be delivering several orders to our building simultaneously around lunch time on any given day. Their 2 slice deal with a soda for 5$ and their 6$ small (HUGE) subs are as tasty as they are a great deal. The ciabatta is good enough to eat plain. I know this because I've done it. I love Marcos food and only wish I had more time to stay for a pint when I arrange for pick up instead of delivery.

To start, the tables and chairs were all damaged and looked greasy. The tables were dirty and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a while. We started with a salad and it was okay, typical pizza place salad, nothing special. But the pizza was a disappointment, the crust was undercooked and soggy. The sauce was flavorless and the toppings were undercooked as well. We were given plates with our pizza but didn't use them because they looked as though they hadn't been washed since they had been used last.

I'm torn between one star and two. On the one hand, I get pizza here because the location is convenient, and it's fine (two stars). On the other hand, my order is rarely ready when I arrive, and twice they've forgotten to make it (zero stars). The pizza place forgot to make my pizza. Sigh.

Wow, Wasn't very impressed with an overly abundant order of grease filled attempts at classic American food. My wife ordered a canoli and received a runny chocolate colored disgusting mess to be honest. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this restaurant.

Sorry, the pizza at Marcos is TERRIBLE. No taste, crust soggy, veggies undercooked. Plus, it seems dirty at the place.

Food was ok. Service was abhorrent. I tried to order an eggplant parmesan calzone for take out. The guy had to ask his coworker if that was an option. I tried to tell him that was fine, I'd just order something else, and asked him to list the actual toppings. He didn't listen, eventually him and his coworker figure out that it's not an option. I try to ask him to list the toppings again. He goes back to talking to his coworker about my request. I try to ask him to list the toppings again. They determine that it's not an option, but they can do it anyway. I once again say it's fine, and ask him to list the toppings. They determine that if I order eggplant parmesan I won't get sauce. I tell them, no, I want sauce. I ask them to list the toppings again, finally he asks me "are you sure, there are a lot of them." I say yes, I'm sure, I'll just interrupt when I hear something I want. They begin to list the toppings, they get to eggplant, and I say that's what I want. They tell me my order will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I show up after 15 minutes to pick up my order. The place is empty, but my order takes another 10-15 minutes to be ready. I get home, and start to eat my calzone. There's no sauce.

Gave this a try today after a friend raved about the cheap sub they had yesterday. Guess I should have kept it to a cold sandwich in-house because I decided to try them tonight and it was regrettable at best. Delivery took over an hour (we live five minutes away from the Williston location). The pizza was warm but soggy, and the eggplant parmesan sub was inedible. $5.50 sounded like a great price and it was a generous sized sub for a "small" but a total waste of money and food in the end. It's like they started to cook the eggplant, THEN decided "oh we should bread this", tossed it in some raw bread crumbs decided "eh, we don't need to keep coking this" slapped it on a roll with some sauce and cheese and called it a day. I'm willing to try them again but only for pizza or a cold sandwich and definitely NOT for delivery.

Best new york style pizza around. If u want a cheap corporate constructed pizza, go to dominos. Marcos is a comfortable environment with regular customers, making u feel right at home. Great food, great customers, and friendly employees. 5 stars.

Good wings. Good beer on tap. What's not to like?

I thought the pizza here was pretty good, I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni, it was good. But the pepperoni was a little greasy. If you are in the area I would check this place out.

I've always been a fan of Marco's since I lived in Shelburne since this was the only snob-free and reasonably priced place to eat there. Their ciabatta bread is some of the best I've ever had. Perfection out of the oven. I just had a warm sandwich from here today on ciabatta and can't complain. It was exactly what I needed for a stressful day. They also serve garlic mayo which is always a plus in my book. I only gave them 4 stars because for being a pizza place, their pizza isn't my cup of tea. I'm a pizza snob, though.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
