This place is really nothing all that special. The burger patties really don't have much flavor. It's all of the toppings that really give the flavor. I had the Burning Love burger and if it wasn't for all of the jalapeno all over the burger, it would probably have been pretty bland. You can get root beer floats as a drink here... which seems exciting at first. Then you realize it's just a "scoop" of soft serve vanilla floating in a mug of root beer. The soft serve doesn't really cream and blend with the root beer the same way your typical scoop of vanilla would. You do get bottomless steak fries with your burger...that's a plus. Buuuut, the steak fries are pretty bland too. They give you a special Red Robin blend seasoning to put on them (which is strangely a lot like Old Bay)... and they definitely need ketchup. So, I mean, the place isn't AWFUL. You're not going to leave here heaving and throwing up all the way to the car or anything like that... but it's just nothing special. They need some work in the flavor department. *shrugs*

Good food, worst service in VA. We won't be back or recommend. Location must be living off mall traffic, not repeat customers. While in the area we ate there three times. 1st time service was great, next two times got worse each time. Due to this store, Red Robin will not ever see me again.....anywhere!

Pretty amazing! My wife and I ate there three times in one week! The service was stellar, the food was well cooked and there was plenty to choose from on the menu. We ate something different each time and every time the food was great. The bathrooms were clean and the appearance of the restaurant over all was VERY CLEAN!

I am kind of indifferent to Red Robin. I actually hated it at one point because, when I was younger, my friends would always want to go here (I, personally, did not mind driving into the city to have dinner). But I am back in town and went here for the first time in years with a friend not too long ago (just for a drink) and then again with a few friends last weekend. Both times the service was great (really busy last weekend because of the power outages so that was to be expected). And the waiting area is very small/crowded but I remembered that if everyone in the party was 21 you could skip the wait and sit in the bar area as long as seats are available....which we did, haha. On my most recent visit, we got the appetizer with the three types of fries with the different dips...really good. I really liked the onion fries. For dinner I got the grilled chicken sandwich (was not in the mood for beef that day) and it was simple and actually very good (although I wish I could have gotten a different type bun). What was disappointing though was the adult milkshake I got for dessert. I do not remember the name but it was like the jungle shake with ice cream, bananas, baileys, and kahlua I think. Yeah, it was very bland. It really tasted like mushed ice with a hint of banana. Skip it. My only other problem was the restroom...very dirty. I am a clean freak (controllable form of OCD) so I will decide not to use a restroom if it is dirty (I made that decision last weekend). But that is a personal thing and others may not have that problem with that. But yeah, Red Robin is nothing spectacular but I suppose it gets the job done. And the prices are lower than what you would expect. Although I would definitely choose to go to outback or maybe even bdubs.

Love the onion ring tower with dual dipping sauce - ranch and this spicy/smoky orange colored creamy sauce. chipotle? not sure. but it's good! Decent burgers too. it was a busy night and we had to wait a while but the servers were still pleasant and attentive even though they were sweating bullets.

AHH!! I will never go to this location (Woodbridge) ever again. The fried things tasted like they were old... perhaps even fried twice to heat them up again. I got a wrap and the tortilla was hard and inedible. Gross. gross. gross.

Lately we've been calling this place In-the-Red Robin. I can't believe how much they've raised their prices. Red Robin at one time deserved five stars (in my opinion) but in no way can one justify paying $10 for a sandwich. Yes, they give refills on their fries, but I don't go for the fries. Despite the raging increase in prices (and raging complaints over this from it's biggest fans) Red Robin is a good place to eat. I've never had a meal I didn't like and have always had good service--but can no longer afford to eat here as often as I used to.

I came here last weekend with my husband and two of our kids. The service was great! We were served by a friendly waitress and the food was great. They have all you can eat fries, but the second go round the fries needed to be cooked longer. One more thing they forgot to bring out our appetizer, but that wasn't a problem because without us having to ask, the manager apologized and have us a gift card with price of our appetizer included. I never had the manager come put without us asking:)

I heard this was the place to go for a great burger, so I tried it. I thought the burgers were good, but nothing to rave about. I guess if you compare them to McDonalds or Burger King, then yes they are definitely better. For a great burger, my preference would Smokey Bones. A little known place to find an exceptional burger.

As much as I like the fries here, I have to write, in 5 visits in 2 years, I have not one time been offered more fries by the wait staff. Bottomless they may be, but apparently only if you ask for it. Besides that, I like the food. I don't love the burgers (sorry, I just don't) but my favorite is the BLTA sandwich (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Turkey & Avacado on a croissant). Buttery, rich, filling, and great leftover. The chili is also very good, rich with fresh onion and tortilla strips. My father gets the fish & chips, not as good as some other places in the area (and $2 more than most) but still pretty good. Great atmosphere.....it kind of seems as if that's what you pay for.

$10 bucks a burger, yeah it better taste good. Their burgers are huge, and it tastes pretty good. I like to get the American burger with the bacon. Another favorite is the Swiss mushrooms. I love their fries along with their special seasoning. I never really dined in at this place so I don't know what the service is like but when I go to the bar to pick up my food, it takes them forever to service me. I think you get endless fries when you dine in?

  • Katie F.

I totally agree with Larry. The bottomless steakfries, and their seasoning are great. Also the milkshakes are delicious too. I don't know why but I always order the rice bowl. It is not a burger--which is what they emphasize, but it is for some reason so comforting. The mac-and-cheese with chicken on top is also a tasty treat. This was always our go to place in high school (so long ago!) for someones "birthday".

This Red Robin is a solid place to eat lunch or dinner. The food is consistently good along with the service. I've had several items on the menu, but my favorites are the A1 peppercorn burger and the Royal burger.

This is my first Red Robin in the states. My first Red Robin was in Canada, I really don't remember how good the food was that time but the burgers are somewhat memorable this time, they were pretty good. I had the guacamole bacon cheese burger and the union rings as the appetizer. The onion rings are presented similar to the ones at the Cheese Cake Factory, but the onion rings at Red Robin are better and you get a couple of more onion rings than the ones at Cheese Cake Factory.

Just ate here and the food was good. I had the bacon guac burger. 2 stars because of the service and what seems to be some sort of tactic to limit the amount of fries you get. My burger came with 11 fries in the basket. We asked for 3 more baskets right away and it took about 10 minutes to see our waiter again. He then proceeded to give our table one basket of fries which had about 15 fries. He also made it seem as if we were asking for some big favor when we asked for more fries. Perhaps there was some big fry shortage but the waiter could have done a better job communicating with us.

Good burgers. There are a ton of eating choices around here though so I'm not sure Red Robin is my first choice, but it is one of the better diner type places I've had... The variety of sauces are great and the bbq sauce had some good smokiness.

Nothing special, not sure why everyone is such a big fan. I'd rather spend half the money and eat at Chipotle.

I love me a Red Robin Burger with endless steak fries and a thick milkshake, HOWEVER, the last few times I've eaten here, have me feeling less than satisfactory... In fact, that last time I ate here back in October (7 months ago?), I made a visit just to try out their special Oktoberfest Burger, which was actually decent, and a welcome change. But that was isolated. Despite what seems like many menu options, I don't think RR has added anything new or exciting to their food items in a while. I've been here with my family several times - 6 people - and it's been those visits that really turned me off because the customer service was horrible: LONG wait time to get a table and when we did (both times), we were set in the back corner (we're not White, nor Black, we're Asian), and then a LONG time to get our orders taken, and even after a LONG time to get our food (including our kids!), some of the stuff was given incorrectly, etc... and we had to stop the waiter/waitresses several times just to get our drinks refilled! Needless to say - I won't be returning to this RR for a while, unless they had some new promotional burger or something ... but I wonder how much that will be worth the bad service :(

It's almost a tradition to go to Red Robin after shopping at Potomac Mills. I mean, it's right across the street. And believe me, after shopping at PM, you'll need to get some energy back to drive home. The best thing about Red Robin is the bottomless steak fries. You never run out of fries at your table while dining. Plus, Red Robin has their own version of Old Bay seasoning, which goes great on steak fries. The burgers are pretty good! They're even better coming with sesame seeded buns. Don't ask me why but I just love sesame seeds on a bun. It's so chic. Uh...*ahem* Anyways, there's lots to see in this place. There are so much stuff posted on the walls, counters, ceilings and tables. So, if you're on a date, you'll never run out of things to say. Overall, good place to eat in a relaxed environment.

I was introduced to Red Robin back in 96 when it was a freestanding joint on 234. Now it's in the mall we had a couple burgers last week. Not sure the name of the one I ordered but it had pineapple and teryaki sauce. Kinda freaky but tasty. The chickie had a mushroom burger and she liked. Prices were kinda high. Ten bucks for a burger? Came with fries. For ten bucks you should include the drink. Good food HIGH PRICES. And not the ambiance of the side of the road joint in 97

  • Tony B.

Has good food. I often order fries with ranch dressing as an appetizer. Because of their bottomless fries there is no charge for this. Service is fast and what is expected from a burger joint.

  • Richard N.

Went on a Tuesday and I thought the service should have been better. I really do like the burgers here and the campfire sauce is always a good choice. I would have given them 4 stars but when the place is only 30% full I expect faster and more attentive service.

Had our post Christmahannukwanzaa dinner here last night with my guys, the nieces and nephew and the rest of our family. Let me tell you, my babies had a blast!! Our waitress was so friendly and understood that this Mommy puts in the little kids meal orders with the drink orders...my babies don't wait! She gladly put them in and they didn't have a long wait for them at all. Everyone was so excited to see each other that we didn't even open our menus before she came back for the adult orders. We finally placed our orders and let the little ones spend some time playing and laughing and being silly together. It truly warmed my heart. Our meals were perfect as always and there were no complaints. Our waitress even asked everyone to raise their hands if they wanted a MILKSHAKE...needless to say all of the little hands went flying in the air :) we took a vote and ended up sharing their massive milkshakes amongst the table. They were so excited and so pleased with their dinner treat. We tipped her well because she was worth it. Being patience and not minding the silliness that ensues at one of our family dinners is well worth it to me. We were so surprised that this restaurant was basically twice as large as most Red Robins but its right outside the mall so that does make sense. Service was great, food was great, and my babies were happy. Thanks Red Robin!

I went here a lot during high school and they are always pretty consistent. The menu has something that can please anyone so that's why I keep coming back. However, their quality has decreased significantly over the years and now the burgers and fries aren't very enjoyable. I came here this past Sunday and ordered the guacamole bacon burger. The bacon is no longer the thick cut applewood smoked bacon that they used to have--- it's just the really thin and standard flavored bacon. What really turned me off was that my burger patty was completely charred on one side. I couldn't believe they served it! Their fries were also undercooked and not very crispy. So sad =/ Food: 2 Value: 2 Service: 3 Overall: 2

I've always went to the Red Robins in Arizona. I decided to try one here.. I went ahead and sat myself in the bar section and observed the two girls were completely overwhelmed with no help whatsoever. This being said I totally understand that it was a little slow to get my drinks and food . The burger I got was meh...... Edible but definitely not the usual burger I'm used to when I go to a Red Robin. Would I give them another chance? Probably. Just a little disappointed tonight.

My party of three sat in the bar section for the first time today for food. The service was very slow- from getting drinks to getting our appetizer to getting our food. Then we had to send one burger back as it was overcooked. That took over ten minutes to get a redo. I would never sit on the bar area again for food. The meals we had were average- not as good as I remember from months ago. The chili cheese fries were the best thing we had.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars (hint hint yelp add a 0 star option). Took 10 minutes for our server to come get drink orders. By the time he arrived we already knew what we wanted to eat and even placed or appetizer order. We ordered the chili chili con queso dip. That took another 15 minutes. We sent the chili chili con queso back shortly after getting it since it was cold and absolutely disgusting. The server was nice enough to take it off our bill. Or food then took another 15 minutes for a total time of 30 minutes from when we ordered it. Both me and my friend ordered our burgers medium rare and got medium burgers that were luke warm but we did not want to return it because we were too hungry. In summation, one of the worst dining experiences ever.

I normally am a big Red Robin fan but this evening will call an exception. Our sodas were flat and it took forever for a waitress to come around to even pay attention to us. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was microwaved rather than the normal hickory smoked. I don't know if it was the waitress' first night or if she just was a bad waitress. She was nice but seemed frazzled and we had to wait for everything including our ticket. One last thing was that our fries were cold and it just was not a good experience for us this time. We will never return to that Red Robin.

  • Rawlin J.

The food is always excellent, but today we waited over a half an hour just for two burgers. The waitress claimed that the kitchen was really backed up, however, we continuously saw people getting orders that placed them significantly after us. I think she just forgot to put our order in. I highly recommend the honey mustard sauce though. And of course, the milkshakes.

Normally I like Red Robin. However the one here in Woodbridge has gone down hill. Had to wife down booth ourselves. Had to beg for water refills. They had some promotion with guacamole and salsa, and it was marginal at best. The final straw was when I asked for medium rare, and then got a hockey puck for a burger, after waiting for over 30 min just for the burgers. I recommend going to the one in Manassas off of Liberia instead.

The food is great but don't sit in the bar area because the service is really slow. Takes at least 10 minutes or more just to get a water. Get a regular table if you can.

AVOID this location!!! Food is HORRIBLE! Patronize the location in Manassas, the food is 110% better. Enough said!

I hadn't been to Red Robin in years but decided to make a visit. I had the Guacamole burger w/out mayonnaise. Burgers, much like pizza, are subjective but even with that, the burger was fine. It simply did not knock my socks off. I guess I was expecting it to be a come to Jesus moment, but sadly, it was blah. The burger was a decent size and the toppings were fresh and good but the flavor was lacking. There are better places to get burgers but for a place that sells itself as gourmet burgers, it simply was not that good. the "bottomless" steak fries were good.

This place used to be the perfect fall back when you couldn't decide what to eat. This place had been slowly going down hill for a couple of years but ever since they did a remodel it's gone to shit. On Saturday (11/8) my girlfriend and I decided to go in for dinner around 630, there was a 15 minute wait which wasn't bad except for the fact that almost every table in the bar area was not being used but 15 minutes isn't a problem. So we are waiting and other parties come in a couple of which were parties of 2 like us and then I notice they seat one party of two after the woman was loudly and repeatedly stating "I'd love to sit down, wow look at that the bars half empty" Yea lady we get it. So after they seat this couple who came in 5-10 minutes after us I say something to the hostess who gives an unintelligible line of BS. They then seat another couple before us and at this point I tell the host i want to speak to a manger. After waiting another 10 minutes (keep in mind we've now been here for 30 minutes after being told it was at most a 15 minute wait) the manager never shows. We left and went to On the Border down the street and had a great meal. I will not return to this Red Robin and when my family is trying to decide on a place to go out together I will steer the decision away from this place after this final straw

I wanted to rate it better but Red Robin is a severe disappointment to me. I've always loved cheeseburgers so a restaurant centered around burgers should be right up my alley. But the food here is really like a glorified Denny's that just happens to sell alcohol. I have been to this location about three times and I always regret going afterwards. In the most recent experience we ordered a chicken fingers kids plate for my 4 year old son and they came out with macaroni and cheese. Wrong order dude. So our waiter went back and came back later with my burger and a grilled cheese sandwich. Again, wrong order dude - my son ordered chicken fingers, and by the way? Where's my wife's order? Then I sunk my teeth into a cold cheeseburger and that was it. I was not happy and our server knew it. He apologized, and I replied that we all make mistakes and no big deal. The manager came over and took off my son's meal from the bill. I didn't complain about the burger as I wasn't about to get a new one. Finally they got the order right and my wife's meal came to the table (after I was already done with my cheeseburger). It was an experience that I am unfortunately doomed to repeat because the really tasty french fries and decent beer keeps me coming back. I keep hoping that the next experience will be better than the last.

unlike some of the other places I have reviewed. they have great service but fall short in other areas. the kitchen cannot get the food out in a timely manner. went there for lunch with my mom and she only has an hour break. I took them over 40 minutes to get us our food. you have to be able to understand that most people coming in around that time need to be able to eat and get back to work. we don't have all day to sit around and wait.

The food here is very good. The restaurant is clean it's usually not too busy. I give it 3 stars because the servers are not on point, but it seems to be because they have too many tables.

I really don't know why I decided to eat out, when I had been STARVING. It's better then fast food I thought to myself. We walked in and the host was AMAZING, his name was Gabriel he sat us at a table by a family and since I haven't ate all day I was suffering from the worst head ache EVER, and asked him if we could sit at another table & he said he would ask our server Amanda if it was fine for us to move...and he led us to a different table which helped. We got Union rings as an appetizer and it came out on time & with great presentation....now when the entrees came out is when it upset me...I never really eat red meat, I mean I rarely eat red meat so when she asked me how I wanted my meat I told her WELLDONE! she came back with the most RAW burger in my life. Refills also took awhile, the people a booth away took awhile to get service. It was horrible. I took a bite & spit it right out. It was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! The manager Eric came over & helped us out, took care of us.

There are several burgers on the menu that I absolutely love. Add the fries and shakes and I am very happy with every visit. The wait staff has always been friendly, upbeat and attentive and I have yet to have ever gotten a wrong order. I don't eat a whole lot, but I want to enjoy what I am eating. I could easily split a meal with friend and still leave stuffed.

Went here for lunch yesterday. Food was good and very tasty. Server was a nice young man. The fries were good but a little salty. I request another order of fries with out salt. A little less salt on the fries would do better. But everything was excellent.

We came for my brother's birthday party and honestly I believe this place has gone down hill. I haven't been to red robin in at least 4 years and I probably won't return. The most decent thing about this place is the portion sizes. There were two greeters whose names I can't remember unfortunately. They were nice. The table and menus were sticky which was a bit of a turn off. Our waiter while kind was terrible to our table. I'm sure it wasn't on purpose. He would go to every table around ours 3 or 4 times before he made it to ours because for some reason he kept forgetting us. It could have been because we were the only table without screaming kids. Anyways, I asked for them to do the whole birthday bit for my brother and the waiter forgot until just before he brought the check. He only remembered when they had to do it for a table near ours. He then set my brothers ice cream behind some kid who kept sticking his face up to it while the waiter sang to another table. It was gross because the kid kept coughing on it. All in all the place was loud, dirty, and while the portions were good the food was only average.

Looking for fish! And my Yelp-scan led me here. Got no complaints from the lady so they must be okay! Got great service too even though it was so close to closing time. Which is something else: why do so many of these chains close their doors at 11 or even 10pm? Oh well, they did fine for me.

Gourmet burgers? Who are you kidding? If the place said Great Fries, I would agree, BUT Gourmet burgers they do not make or come close to making. I read the menu and saw all the ads/promos about how good their burgers are, and decided on the Bacon Cheeseburger without the mayo, lettuce and tomato...after all, I wanted to taste this against many other burger places. So when I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger I was asked how I wanted my burger cooked. I replied "RARE" and the waiter said the closest he could get to rare was MEDIUM. That's about as close as San Francisco is to Baltimore...why the heck did you even bother to ask, AND what kind of "meat" do you have that prevents you from cooking it rare? I already knew the answer. So, my order comes out and I get two pieces of bacon that had the flavor of nothing. To add to this, it took a while for us to get our food as I noticed another couple nearby who came in after us but was served their food sooner. With that said, my Bacon Cheeseburger SUCKED. The meat was dry and not medium but well done. This is truly the worst Bacon Cheeseburger I've had. McDonald's (and this is my judgement call about what I think is the lowest burger joint) would do a better job. The only thing that is of some saving grace is that their fries are fresh, hot and very tasty. But I wasn't there to judge fries

A bit pricey for burgers/chain restaurant.. but I have to admit.. the burgers are pretty tasty. I usually like skinnier fries.. but steak fries are delicious here. plus i love that seasoning salt that you can put on it (although I'm sure it's not too healthy lol). The burgers are cooked to how you want them.. the service is fast. Everyone is nice and tries to make chit chat with you. I love their specialty non-alcoholic drinks. ALL of the burgers comes with unlimited amounts of fries and all of the speciality non-alcoholic drinks come with unlimited refills. very very tasty food. great burgers - especially for a chain restaurant. oh and some lady sitting next to us ordered a salad.. it was MASSIVE. you really do eat until you're full here.

I like Red Robin's burgers, and their steak fries are very good. I had the Red's Tavern double burger and my wife had the Whiskey BBQ chicken wrap. She also had the onion rings. The rings were a little greasy, but not bad, and we both like the meals we ordered. Kind of a neat place inside as well....as long as you stay away from the kiddie birthday parties on Saturdays!

I decided to eat at the bar because the place was busy. Big mistake. They only had one bartender working. He was to busy to run bar because his main focus was making shakes so it took awhile to get me drink and food order. What is worse the guy sitting next to me called in his order and has been sitting at here for at least an 50 minutes. This is unsatisfactory and it is not the bartender fault it is management for not helping this guy out. Oh yea the bar was a mess.

So I must have had an out of the ordinary experience (or, truthfully, I was so hungry when I came here I could've eaten the plastic thingyboppers they have all over the restaurant), but I really truly liked red robin. We had wings (buzzard? Whatever it means, I don't know but it was delish) and then spinach dip which was surprisingly good considering its not too far from being baby food. It wasn't too mushy, I could actually taste chunks of spinach and whatever else in there which was yum. The burgers were very tasty but they overloaded the onions. And I love onions. So you know they overloaded the onions. We ate a ton and the bill came out to about $40. Just like the commercial says- "red robin, yummmmmm" (YMMV- remember I did say I was very hungry when I came here!!!)

Brittany is the best bartender!! Chase is great as well. Sitting at the bar is still awesome service thanks to these two! We don't even waste time with a booth anymore. We always go home happy! Whiskey BBQ is my favorite, and follow it up with a salted caramel shake or a Guinness Shake!! Amazing.

Eh this place is okay if you need to grab something while you are near the mall or Sam's Club. The place was clean and quiet, I sat at the bar and had decent service from the bartender. I ordered the Red Tavern Double no cheese, it was okay but how badly can a person screw up a double hamburger? I also ordered the skinny lemonade, it was only okay...decent enough if your looking for alcohol and low calories. What I didn't like was how long it took for our food to come out. It was just me and a friend who ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. We were waiting about 20 minutes. I don't know maybe it means they cooked it all fresh, maybe it means the cooks were slow.

I've had horrible service twice here now. We were told to wait 10 minutes for a table and then we got pushed back after someone came in claiming they knew the person and wanted to be sitted right away. Then it took 10 minutes for a waiter to come and ask us. Then we finally got to put our order in after our appetizer. My son's pizza came out after ours. 20 minutes for a drink refill and my burger didn't have the spread it was suppose too.

I finally decided to review Red Robin. Due to my spouses obsession with this one particular burger I am constantly eating at this restaurant. My first complaint is the waiting area; it's too small. I have an issue when chain restaurants do not make enough space for the wait area. You either have to wait outside, give up your seat for the elderly (which you should do anyway) and the little ones. Second issue, I cannot stand the restrooms at this particular Red Robin. They do not keep it clean with the amount of customers coming through and it has a horrible odor all the time. Every time I have dined here I have only had to wait 10 minutes and then we are seated. Seating is faster when you ask for a booth. I always ask for a table and not booth seating; it's more comfortable for the spouse. The waiters are attentive and you don't feel rushed although you know there are others waiting to be seated. It's definitely family friendly. The food is good as I have tried several items on the menu and the shakes are wonderful - the fries are too big and the onion rings are just huge. I have always had great service. Overall, it's a good restaurant to bring family and friends and I like that they have separated the bar area from the seating area where families are dining. PS - they have these wonderful fried apple dippers for dessert. Try them, they are good.

Fun... Food is always spot on if not they fix it for you love the chicken teriyaki burger. Servers have always been friendly... hostesses need a better personality but hey they get paid minimum wage.. lol

I am a big fan of Red Robin restaurant chain, because they have a good selection of menu items and the food is a really good value for the money. We like that they can substitute any of the burgers on their menu with a Boca patty, that you can customize your burger order and that they have a great loyalty program. We eat at this RR occasionally, but will only go if we know our favorite server is on the floor and we usually will check beforehand, because of the past experiences we have had with really bad service. If our favorite server is not working, we will go to another RR or eat something else. Some of the comments about the restrooms and the waiting area I agree with, but it really depends on when you go there. This is a popular RR on the weekends, because it is in the Potomac Mills Mall area and they get a lot of mall shopping traffic.

the thing here is. the staff are SUPER nice they just can't ever seem to do their job right. i can't think of a single visit where the order wasn't messed up or the food wasn't messed up. on our last visit my father ordered a beer (i want to say it was a Bass or something, it's one that isn't a usual beer you'd order) and it came out flat, he sent it back, and it was pretty obvious the girl behind the bar just threw some salt in a new beer to try to give it some life. no one pulls one over on the old man. he bitched out the bartender and ordered a different beer all together (read bud or coors, we are after all in woodbridge.) the food is average, they do have an endless basket of fries with your meal, but really who eats that many fries? they're doing away with the veggie patties they use now to go to a "rice based patty, so that pretty much means we'll be headed to cheeseburger in paradise from here on out. I never understood why places serve veggie patties made of rice and cashews. they ain't veggies fool!

Really good burgers, fries and onion rings. This location is located just outside Potomac Mills, by Walmart and Sam's Club. Parking is hard and traffic is horrendous.

My wife and I have been to Red Robin several times over the past several months. We stopped going because service had really gone down hill. It looks like new management has corrected that issue. The food and service has been excellent since we started visiting again. The staff has asked if we would like extra fries each visit and they are very swift with drink refills. The last several times a floor manager has visited and inquired about the service and food. Nice to see some quality control. I have noticed that there is most often a wait before seating again. I guess that is a sign that others have noticed the good old Red Robin is back. PS - I know it's a burger joint but try the Fish and Chips...

I haven't been to a Red Robin in over a decade. I'm giving this place 4 stars because of one reason and one reason only.....THEIR BOTTOMLESS FRIES! That, to me, is worth it! You can choose between regular fries, sweet potato fries, or if you want to empty out your colon, bottomless broccoli! Good luck with that if you go buck wild on them bottomless broccoli. The burgers itself were just OK. I am NOT a burger snob so they all are the same to me. You can get your burger done anyway you want it. I love when places can actually make it rare. We ordered the Royal Red Robin which came with bacon and a fried egg and the Red Robin Gourmet Burger without cheese. Told you we aren't burger snobs. We came for the fries. I like to eat my fries with mayo instead of ketchup or a wacky mixture of both. TRY IT! For HAPPY HOUR check out my pictures. The best part about their HAPPY HOUR is it's ALL DAY LONG!!!!! WHHHAAAAAT? That's insane! In my opinion the only reason I would come here is for their bottomless fries and HAPPY HOUR. So if you want to get tanked and stuff your face with endless starch then come on down to REEEEEED ROBIN, YUMMMM!

The service was so bad we literally spent the whole time laughing and making fun of it. Our server Noah didn't smile once and it was so difficult to hear what he was saying because he wouldnt speak above almost a whisper. It looked like he was labotomized by his job. Drinks took forever. The manager was friendly and served our food while two other employees were standing right next to us talking about the good old days of highschool. When we asked for the check our server suggested that we use just the tablet at our table and almost walked away until he realized we might have wanted to pay cash. Do better.

  • David F.

I really enjoy being ignored. I've been sitting at the bar area for 5 minutes while 3 employees looked at me and kept going. I'm here because my wife likes the burgers. That's the only reason why I am staying. It's been ten minutes since the serve said a compile of minutes.

I have had the pleasure of dining here a couple of times and lucked up and got a server named Ronnal both times. Not only does he have the perfect smile but his professionalism is outstanding. I guess we always picked the perfect nights to dine because our food was cooked perfectly, the service was outstanding and the fries kept coming and were fresh and HOT!! My whole family was happy. Thank you Ronnal for making our night our great.

Burger was average but I expected a lot more for my money. Sat a long time before anyone bothered to say hi or ask about even a drink order. Server was nice but could not multi task. Would have had better meal at Five Guys. Would have been tastier at McDonalds.

I ordered a seasonal burger (the southern charmer) it was pretty flavorless. The bun was rock hard and the burger wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese. I do not recommend it. My kid ordered the Mac n cheese with broccoli. We never got the broccoli. I ordered a coke to drink and it didn't taste right- too much carbonation. Our waitress was nice and apologetic. She's the only reason I'm giving it two over one stars. Buttons it doesn't make up for the high prices and subpar food.

  • Kiaira B.

This location is huge and our waiter Ronnel was AWESOME!! The kitchen was going through some stuff by the time we sat down at the end of the dinner rush. All of our orders came out a bit funky but luckily our waiter caught the mistakes and was able to fix hem promptly. I have the Genysis (?) burger, my aunt had bacon cheeseburger. Who can go wrong with the bottomless sides. The first order of fries that came out were a bit old but the 2nd and 3rd order were hot and ready. The order of broccoli was not seasoned and a bit old as well but hey...the kitchen was having an off night. The Hawaiian sunset smoothie was SOOOO good, the strawberry lemonade left much to the imagination. The drink menu seemed liek it had a lot of good concoctions on it but I didn't try anything. Overall the food once it came out was decent, I would give this place 3.5 stars because our waiter was super awesome but the food was just normal..it's a burger spot what can you say?

Okay, I'll start this review off by saying that I am a fan of Red Robin. I eat there frequently when I'm at home (normally the Chesapeake, VA location) and often when I travel as well because you can't beat their burgers on a gluten free bun. Most places don't offer the GF option, and their buns are so good that you can't tell it is GF! Service is usually pretty good, and everything is fairly predictable. I will say that the location is pristine looking; clean and fresh and the decor was nice. The signal wasn't as obvious as most locations but that wasn't a big deal. We were sat promptly upon entering and our server was extremely personable and friendly. Service was not super prompt, which was surprising because it wasn't all that busy, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. We ordered our food and it was out about 30 minutes later. Everything looked great on the plates, and presentation was fantastic. My husband's "Burnin' Love" was topped with a roasted jalapeño, which was a nice touch. The girl who dropped our food off let us know that the green chile aioli we ordered was no longer available and that it would be removed from the check. This was no big deal, we had never seen it on the menu before and wanted to try it but didn't feel we missed out on anything. When I picked up my burger to eat, the first thing I noticed was that my bun was ROCK SOLID, which was unusual based on my experiences at other locations. It was also cut very close to the bottom. The bottom part of the bun mostly disintegrated when I picked it up, as the thinly sliced bottom piece was very soggy. I mentioned how the bun didn't seem like their GF bun at other stores but I ate it anyway. The burger itself was good, although the bun did leave a lot to be desired. We finished our food and asked for the check. When the check came, the aioli was still in it, and I brought it up to the server and she promptly had it removed. We paid the bill and left. Doesn't sound too bad, eh? Deserving of maybe 3 stars instead of 1? Well, it gets worse. Those of us with food allergies have to be careful of what we eat. Eating wheat, for me, is a big no-no. I was sick almost immediately after leaving the store and currently have been awake sick all night. That's right, I haven't been to bed. I am almost certain now that the bun I was served was not gluten free at all, which has never happened to me at any other RR before. I cannot digest wheat like most people and eating it always leaves me with long lasting stomach pain and indigestion. It can last anywhere from one day to three. Needless to say, I'm not thrilled. Under other circumstances, I'd have given this location 3 or 4 stars, but this issue is a BIG one. I hope that they can get their act together so as not to sicken future customers.

  • Zach J.

Maybe I'm late to the understanding of what "bottomless" means. You have the option of bottomless, but I assure you, no such idea exists. Service is high quality and your server is ultra attentive, until you get your food. Then poof, never again to be seen until it's time for the check. I had about 1/2 my burger left and finally chased down our server and requested more fries for 3 of our 8 guests. We waited 15 minutes for these fries and every single person at our table was done. They get ya with the bottomless hook, but trust me, they know how to work this system. The burgers are good and it's certainly kid friendly. Location is nice and has lots of parking in this busy area. I'm sure return at some point, but I am annoyed by the gimmicks.

Food was great, server was socially awkward. Once she brought us our food, she told us that she had hurt her arm and was high on pain killers, and then just stood there staring at us. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, holy workman's comp liability. We went to pay on the tablet (thats what its there for right?) and the waitress continued to stand there and watch us, which we found odd again. 3 stars are for the food. 1 star for the weird serve, empty drinks and lurking server.

We had a fairy negative experience here a few months ago but the waitress was a rock star and really salvaged the entire dinner for the family. We're huge RR fans and have been for years so we opted to give it another shot today and it was outstanding. The kid working our section was on point, the food was prepared to perfection, and there was zero wait for our party of six (they were obviously ready for the post church rush). We'll be going to this location again.

Always great service and burgers. Inviting atmosphere along with large flat screen TVs to watch the games. Red Robin is a gold mine when it comes to their selection of fancy drinks! See attached pics of drink menu Can't beat bottomless fries, strawberry lemonade, or root beer float. Drinks and entrees are all at a very reasonable price

Quick bite. We sat at the bar top. The food was good - our waiter was good. The onion rings were not good this visit Seems frozen and not cooked all the way. I ordered a turkey burger. The sauce was a little spicy and just warm. I will select something else next time

Totally disappointed by this location. They skipped our names when seating and then put us in a closed (and dirty) section. The service was okay but the food was lukewarm at best- our appetizer clearly sat out for a bit before being served to us. Our entrées were nothing special and not super yummy. The only reason I have two stars is because they gave my son birthday ice cream which made him happy. Probably won't go back considering it's a half-hour drive from our house.

This is an update to a poor review written several weeks ago. We had a couple of pretty bad experiences at this Red Robin location. But we visited again over the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. The management here has really stepped up its game! Service was prompt, drinks refilled, consistent service -- everything we did not get on previous visits. The food quality has also improved. I had a Bonsai burger -- a favorite of mine -- and it was cooked to perfection. I was about ready to give up on Red Robin, but this visit has put it back in the rotation. Good job!

"RED ROBIN IN WOODBRIDGE SUCKS" We haven't been there in about 2 years. It used to be good but this place is now the most poorly managed restaurant I have ever seen. The hostess was lost and MIA, our waitress sucked and was lazy and completely not interested in doing anything but wandering around and socializing and the food was below average. Like I said, it used to good but RED ROBIN IN WOODBRIDGE SUCKS. Now.

Reading some the other Yelp reviews for this location made me a little nervous. However, tonight our family's dining experience was wonderful. Our server, Toy, was on top of her game! We never had to ask for a refill or extra fries. She was also kind and very personable. The food came out fast and was very good. As an added bonus, all three of our kids enjoyed their food. That almost never happens.

It's like what Five Guys would be like if they actually tried to have ambiance, table service and a bar. This location recently underwent a thorough renovation inside that dressed up the place. If you just want a good burger cheap, save some coin and hit Five Guys. You want to sit down and have some beer, atmosphere beyond classic rock and peanut shells, and endless fries and see some sports with your burger, this is the place. Food came quickly, though not all at once. The wait staff was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Facilities were top notch cleanliness when we went.

Absolutely Horrible. Went to red robin at 2pm on a Monday and had to wait about 15 minutes. The service is incredibly poor. The food was very disgusting and revolting. My sister had a rib dish that was very fatty and her mac and cheese had pieces of shredded lettuce at the bottom. Our sides were delayed and we got them AFTER we had finished our entrées. Also we ordered the donuts to go and we were supposed to get 5 but only got 4. The only thing I regret doing is paying for our meal.

I wouldn't even want to rate this 1 star!!! I don't recommend anyone coming to this location! The worst service, understaffed , rude service, no management on the floor! Waited 1hr to get seated, waited another hour for our drinks that never made it to our table smfh... No one came to check on us to say anything or apologies. Terrible very dirty inside and out, staff very unprofessional: We waited to be seated, hoping that the inside was not as bad as the outside. We had to complain to management when we realized others coming in after us were being seated before us. The staff realizes that they never put our name on the list and then seats us next without any explanation or apology. While walking through the restaurant to be seated we noticed it was just as filthy on the inside as the out and that's when we said "we"re out". If we could have given it 0 stars we would have.

Bottomless fries my behind! Our waitress didn't bother asking us and not giving us drink refills. Didn't bother asking the waitress since it was the same waitress that served as bad last Veterans Day. Her name is Amanda and she gets plastered quick or maybe she just have too much table. Service is always terrible in this place. Burgers was served alright. Again, not enough fries and the side of aioli dipping sauce was insufficient and it cost extra!

This place knows burgers. They get a bit cocky with it if you ask me what with their shirts bragging about it but they can back it up. Customer service is always spot on, the place is clean, the atmosphere is good (minus the birthday singing). But, one of the things I always look forward to is tasting whatever new burger it is they have or my class favorite "The Royal Robin" (a burger topped with a fried egg just like in back home in Hawaii!) They have burgers with bleu cheese, bacon, onion straws, mushrooms, double meat, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, the works. It really is a smorgsaboard of choices for burgers. They also have ENDLESS fries, yes you read that right. All the fries you can eat. I'm sad to say they have cut their initial fry portion down. It use to come in a basket but now you only get 11 fries in this new contraption (yes I counted). This is actually annoying seeing as how you have to constantly keep asking the waiter/waitress for my fries. I think it would be a smart business practice to make the first set of fries out a huge impressive pile because most people wouldn't eat through it to ask for more but that's just me. One last thing, skip out on that make-pretend "Old Bay" seasoning at the tables, it's just a lot of salt mixed in and nothing beats the real thing.

I am a huge fan of this red robins; however, the service not so much.. Service at the top area (near the bar) is not so good.. The service is better When you are away from the bar ... The food is great.. I absolutely love the honey mustard with fries.

Today I was visiting my dad, we were going to have a movie night and decided that we should pick up some red robin. The food is good as usual and I do understand that it was a Saturday night and it was very busy that's why I called ahead. I called at 5:30, they told me it would be 25-30m. We got here and had to wait by the door and by the time we spoke to someone and they printed the receipt it was 6:08, which is completely fine. It is now 6:30, an hour after I called and I am still sitting at the bar waiting for the food. Again I know it is busy but waiting 30m extra after the order was supposed to be complete for take out is a little excessive. Update: they did not charge us for the food and dos apologize about the wait.

  • Siobhan M.

There was a twenty minute wait at five pm, so I figured the food must be awesome. It took awhile for the food to come, I'm assuming because it was so busy. On the plus side, my burger was prepared perfectly (Bleu Ribbon). The beer selection could be extended to include a few more craft beers, in my opinion. We asked what they had for beer and the waitress said she would get us a menu, so I figured there were too many to remember, but there were a dozen at most. Anyway we ordered the only craft beer offered, Sam Adams IPA. She came back and told us they didn't have that kind of beer, and a few minutes later we saw it being served to a man a few tables down from us. It's a very kid friendly place, as well. My 5 yo son was thrilled with the kid's menu choices.

So conflicted. I love their food. OTHER red robins are wonderful. This one just isn't. The past two times we've been here the service has been slow, the fries cold, and they got several members of our party's orders just wrong. To their credit the manager this last time comped us dessert and took the worst offending burger off the bill. We will come back, but they have to work on getting better.

Where do i start? As my son and I were in the area we decided to give this place a try. Big mistake! We were promptly seated near the bar area just after the lunch rush. I noticed a little bit of food on my seat but didn't make a big deal of it; chalking it up to a minor oversight of the bus boy. However, I and the customers next to us had to ask for the area to be cleaned once we looked under the table. With my eye now on the look out, i noticed the table kept sliding toward my son every time i rested my forearms on it... this was because the floor was so greasy and explaind why i had to keep adjusting in my seat. But alas, the drinks came and we placed our orders. As we waited for our main course, we were began eating some onion rings as our appitizer with no utensils or napkins given... although asked for. I will say the onion rings were pretty good... ... that is until I noticed they had served it to us on a RUSTY onion ring platform. As i told my son not to take another bite, i also noted that they also forgot to clean the food SMEARED on the upholstery behind my son when they forgot to bus our table. Not wanting to cause a scene, i descretely told the waitress of the numerous issues, ask her to cancel my order and to please bring me a check for the drinks. To which she promptly told me that she would get her manager. Not what i wanted, but fine. So the manager comes out with no introduction and simply asks what the problem was. After giving him the play by play and using a napkin to rub some of the rust off for demonstration, he basically stood there with his mouth open not knowing what to say. I told him this didnt happen over night. If this was what his staff was comfortable serving me, I could only imagine what they were comfortable with doing to my food where I can't see. He apologized and covered my drinks... although we didnt come close to finishing it. I did offer him a word of advice... inventory your gear and check for this stuff regularly because someone saw this and im sure this isnt the only item like it. So if you want a tetanis shot, lock jaw or some neurological issue cause by the ingestion of rust or enjoy dirty, slippery floors and general poor service with a smile... you've come to the right place. And by the way... my son woke up today with severe stomach aches and has had it coming out of both ends. Coincidence? I think not! Off to Urgent Care we go!

I haven't been here in over 2 years and my expectations were low to begin with. Food is the same as it's ever been and they weren't very busy for a Friday night. We only ordered entrees, chicken fingers and a cheeseburger, they came out about a half hour later. I wasn't wowed and I wasn't disappointed; I would have liked to had our waitress check-in more than once. She only checked on us once the food was delivered and as soon as I took the last sip of my drink she turned around with the check.

Always a good time at this Red Robin. The server showed up late so another server came and initiated the ordering process. So kudos for that young man with initiative, bad responsibility for the young lady who owned our table. The food came out quickly, despite the 30 boy soccer team which entered right before us. Our server did not come back and refill our drinks. Bad job there.

This place has honestly gone downhill... They have like zero servers, some of the staff is very rude, only one bar tender working and the women's bathroom, two out of the three stalls had zero toilet paper, there was trash everywhere.. Not an appetizing visit.. I wish for the best of this place but right now, I'm very disappointed in a place that I could always count on as my families go to place if we couldn't decide..

  • David H.

Not amazing but not bad either. They have some interesting burger combinations but remember you're getting a burger at a big chain so don't expect to be amazed. I had the banzai burger, which is teriyaki sauce, grilled pineapple, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It has a strong teriyaki flavor which I enjoyed and the pineapple complemented it well. They include bottomless steak fries as a side so be sure and try some of their old bay type seasoning on the fries. The service was friendly and fast. This place is a good respite after fighting the mall and Ikea crowds.

Service was awful at this location. My party of two waited over 35 minutes for our burgers to come out. We even asked for fries to hold us over until our food came which should have been a big flag. Then, when out food came out it was cold. Even worse was when the sever took our food off our table before we were finished! This experience was just awful.

This place used to be really good. I've been going to this location for 10+ years but I am finally ready to surrender to the fact that something has gone terribly horribly wrong with this place from the disinterested and incompetent waiters/waitresses to the barely cooked fries. I went there recently and when our waitress came over to ask what we'd like, we went right to the fries. We get really excited about the fries and all those dipping sauces, it's one of the main reasons we go here. The waitress looked at us blankly did not acknowledge our fry order and instead asked us what we wanted to drink. Yes I know it is the custom to get the drink order first but we were hungry and only fried could help us. I felt like she was irritated that we wanted to order fries before drinks, which is stupid because it can all be done at the same time. Our drink orders from the bar took a really long time to get to us that was also annoying considering the place looked pretty empty. I think about 15-ish minutes. This also happened the last time we were here when it took about 30 minutes to get a drink order in an empty looking bar. The worst thing is when the fries came they were undercooked. Not golden brown like you would expect from red robin but very raw tasting. Not good at all and this has been happening for awhile at this Red Robin so I am not sure what is going on. Since this pretty much is why we go there and is a continual problem I don't think we need to keep giving them chances to figure out whatever their problems are since they don't seem to care and think raw fries are an acceptable thing to serve. I will say that the burgers are consistently good. The wraps are good too.

Stopped in for my free birthday burger. Meal was worth every penny. Burger was over cooked, buns were cold and service was very slow. Waiter was nice but that's about the only compliment I can give them. Complained and manager didn't bother to stop by. Will not return. Yuck

This location in woodbridge was terrible. I went on a Thursday night and clearly they were understaffed. Waited 20 to 30 minutes to eat as long as other guests. Some lady had to yell and threaten to leave to be seated. You could tell there wasn't much staff and the manager had an attitude problem. Food was great but the customer service was crap. I think I'll stick to a different location.

This was a awful place. Do not visit. We arrived and the table and seats were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and there were no paper towels. The waitress was snail slow with our drinks and food. We had to get the things we needed from other waitresses. The food was mediocre at best and we wish we could get out money back. Red Robin came highly recommended by a friend and we were VASTLY dissatisfied and disappointed.

I'm a big fan of Red Robin. This Red Robin is absolutely horrid. What's worst is that I took my family here, claiming that this place was pretty good for a chain, and served bottomless fries/salad/etc. It was dinner on a Saturday, and the wait was only about 3 minutes. Everything up to this point was great, with our waiter coming over almost immediately and giving us our waters and subsequently taking our orders. All of us ordered our burgers done medium. They came out after a decent wait (around 20 minutes). Our server then proceeded to disappear completely and forever. We discovered that despite having ordered our burgers done medium, someone in the kitchen thought it would be fun to cook our burgers according to a random doneness generator. My banzai burger was completely cooked all the way through, and my brother's chili burger was just barely pink (I counted about 3 crumbs of pink). We wanted to find our server to complain, but as I noted before, he must have wandered into another dimension. Since our burgers were getting cold, we then proceeded to eat them (they were okay, but mine was the type of dry that no amount of teriyaki sauce could fix - and trust me, they tried...there was about a gallon of teriyaki sauce on my burger). The bottomless fries were, as the menu promised, bottomless (as in, presented in a cup without a bottom) and numbered about 7 a person. At this point, I had no fears, knowing that at Red Robin, bottomless equated to unlimited. Or so I thought. We finished our overcooked burgers and sparse fries, and then waited for the server to come over to check on us so we could get more fries. We waited, and waited, and waited...other servers came by, and I made some intense eye contact, but they completely ignored us. And then, finally I spotted our server. He pointedly ignored our table, and basically ran away. Maybe it was my fault for not running after him, but I just don't think that's something I should have to do at a restaurant. After about 40 minutes ( I kid you not, we waited from 6:37 - 7:15) of our complete nonexistence to the servers, I got completely fed up and went to the front to find the host. I told him that we'd been waiting forever for our server just to come by and check on our table. The host said he'd have our waiter come by immediately. Apparently, immediately means about 15 minutes. And even then, we watched our server cheerfully go to other tables, take their orders, and finally make his way over to us. Yes, we ended up getting 2 more bottomless fries (which is strange, because all 4 people at the table should have gotten another serving - we all ordered bottomless fries) and the check, but we didn't think it was worth spending any more time in this horrible establishment. Apparently Red Robin thought otherwise, as it took our server another 20 minutes to return for the signed check, and another 10 to return with the slip for us to sign. The place wasn't even that busy - 4 empty tables to our left, 3 in front of us, and two to our right (trust me, I had the extra time to count during my endless wait). Now if it were up to me, I would have left zero tip PERIOD. The fact that as a server, your customers have to literally go up and find the host in order for you just to return to a table is simply atrocious. Additionally terrible is for a place that serves burgers not to know that the doneness a customer orders is the doneness that they prefer, and thus the doneness that you should cook the food to. Terrible service, untrained/apathetic waiters, burgers cooked completely randomly...what a nightmare. Never coming back here again. EVER. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you want a nice family dinner ruined.

I love red robin... Well I loved it before my last two visits to the Potomac mills one. In spite of its recent makeover, it's still really dirty. Everything from menus to tables is sticky. We were seated by the kitchen doors and let me tell you - NASTY! Our food took forever to arrive and they forgot my onion rings. Also, the last two visits my daughter's usual- a corn dog -has had literally liquid batter around the dog in the middle which was cold. 15 minutes later after the rest of us had finished eating and we're ready to leave, they brought her the second dish we had to order for her (Bc of the raw corn dog). Poor kid had lost her appetite by that time. We weren't comped anything. Twice this happened. Lord help you if you order a French dip - fatty and gristley. This dirty bird ruined R/R for us all together.

OH NO! I have been to a few Red Robin restaurants while traveling but this was our first visit to this particular Red Robin. Having a 15 minute wait on a Sunday late afternoon is not unexpected. Unexpected was a foyer that needed to be swept and the same for the area in which we were seated. Seated...five minutes later no one has checked on us. Finally the waitress shows up, talks about membership in RR's program, and takes our order. We get our water and lemonade a few minutes later. My husband has to send his drink back because the glass is dirty. We proceed to wait for our food. Meanwhile, a staff person comes by and eyes our area and asks was it this dirty when we were seated. We inform her it has actually been cleaned up. Oh my. An hour goes by before the food shows up! Houston, we have a problem; no silverware and therefore cannot eat. My husband has to get up and go find her so we can get our silverware. She asks where are we seated. Really? We start to eat our food and the waitress checks on us. When we are done, she is not to be found. We had to ask someone else for a box to pack a leftover. She then decides to show up about 10 minutes later and proceeds to get our check. Five minutes later she shows up with the check and stands there waiting for payment. I DON'T THINK SO! I just looked at her. She left. I proceeded to fill out the credit slip...and, no, I did not tip. We will not be back. Save yourself the time, taking a chance, and/or both an unpleasant experience. Oh, I also took the time to fill out the survey on their website. You can probably figure out what rating was given.

If fries are bottomless, why won't they give you any once you've ordered your burger? Was told that I couldn't get fries before my burger. Doesn't seem right.
