Wow soooo very bad. I understood that this location was without management for the day but you appear to have more systemic problems. The young woman who waited on our table of 7 clearly was untrained and unfamiliar with the menu. When asked about drinks she pointed to the menu. When she returned with drinks 20-25 minutes later she accidentally dumped the order on one of our guests. You must train your people. Carpets were sticky and many table were dirty. The front person or hostess appeared lost and left the front unattended for large blocks while socializing. Restroom had puddles on the floor and no paper products stocked. Food order came to the table prepared wrong for the entire table and sent back. The order finally arrived overcooked and dried out. ( So even the bad waitress wasn't getting adequate support from the kitchen). Staff eating and drinking in the dining room. Poor guy who ID'ed himself as kitchen management seemed overwhelmed and out of place. Not one person knew how to hustle and get the job done, all seemed to just drift. One more thing.. I forgot to mention that we sent the bill back to be adjusted (3) three times. Yes, we tipped because poor training and bad management is not her fault it's yours.

Wings are great, happy hour prices make me happy. Ive had the ckn sandwich, dry and left much to be desired. Burger, dry. Service sucks. Take out is always late. We go often though bc its close, wings are good, beer is cold and our bartender, Kelly, makes up for the cons. She is awesome! Customer service A+ and remebers her customers. She is the Sam from Cheers of BWW. ;)

This location frustrates me. The host/hostesses - especially the blonde guy who always gels his hair only in the front always appears to be high. the manager Joe Lee is incompetent. Always bad service, always bad food.

I love wings! And I think these guys have the best beer and wings in Woodbridge. The service has always been great, I often go around lunchtime and sit in the bar area. The 3 times I've been in the dining area, the service has also been great. The beer selection is amazing! The wings selection is amazing. I'm a traditional wing guy, but they also have boneless wings. Not a fan of the boneless wings here, they're quite breaddy. And remind you of fancy chicken nuggets. Stick with traditional and pick a sauce. They offer a-la carte sauces for your wings. I love heat, so I'm usually down the bottom of the page as the sauces get hotter and hotter. Blazin' is their hottest...but you will suffer. If you get it on the traditional wings, your fingers and lips will be on fire...and this fire lingers. If you want, try it on the boneless. I'm usually on the wild setting. Also, they have dry rubs for the wings...my favorite is the desert heat. I've also had burgers here a couple of times. They're ok...maybe a 6/10. But you shouldn't come here for burgers. Kids meals are lame, just stick with sliders if you bring kids. Most of the food, other than wings, can be accompanied by any of the sauces. Which can sometimes make or break that food! I agree with some of the other reviews regarding food coming at at "odd" times. They could work on their timing a bit, but it wasn't bad enough to deduct a star. Still sticking with 5. I've been here on game days and it's been fun to watch multiple games on the many flat screen and projection systems. Fans are fun and friendly. Good mix as usually you'll see Dallas Cowboys, NY Giants and Eagles jerseys! Fun. There are many other places around Woodbridge for wings...and some of them pretty good. But I think this is the only place that has a great atmosphere and wings and a HUGE selection of beers. There's Hooters, but that's a bit tacky. There are also tons of mom-and-pop pizza places that also offer good wings, but not for dine-in...just carry out.

I don't know why this place is getting bad reviews, I love it. The service is good, there are always specials, it's cheap, the boneless wings for 60 cents on Thursday nights? The tvs? Come on!!!

Been here twice, sent food back twice. Service was mediocre, no QC coming out of the kitchen. First time was a buffalo chicken wrap. The wrap was all crunchy fried end pieces, no tender pieces of meat. Management gave me a little attitude on the re-order. Second trip I got a cheeseburger that just plain sucked. Looked and tasted like a frozen pre-formed patty that was re-heated. This complaint to Management was met with the comment "well, you know this is a wing place"; to which I replied: then maybe you should stop making burgers! They did comp me the burger and replaced it with something marginally more mediocre. On the plus side: great place to drink beer and watch a game or play trivia. Bottom line: don't go there for great food.

Ordered carry-out last month and I wasn't to impressed with the food. Had boneless wings and ribs. Did not enjoy either, but must say a friend ate the remainder of my ribs and said they were the best. So with that I will try this place again and dine in next time. Then I will return to update my stars if necessary. Everyone's taste is different -- and carry-out can be tricky to be fair.

Service here suuuuckkkks. The only reason it got two stars is cause they have the same food as any other bww and its eh. We went on a saturday night with some big football games on, so expected it to be busy. There was a 90 min wait so we went to the bar and had some drinks. Im not even sure it really took 90 min but when we actually got to the table it became disasterous. We sat there for 30 minutes. no waiter. (which has been mentioned in several other reviews). Finally one of us got up and made someone aware and the waiter came up and apologized saying he thought since we already had drinks we were being served. We asked him to close out the bar tab for us. Took another 30 minutes. He took our order finally and we got our food after being there for like 3 hours. luckily they have beer and tvs or we never would of lasted. There were 5 people people at our table and each of us was given something to get angry about. one of us never got the drink or dessert he ordered, another's order was totally wrong, 2 bills were mixed up.DIISASTERRR. By the time we left I felt more stressed than I had when I had arrived. Def will NOT be coming back to this location.

I have always ordered carryout here. The first time, there was no ice cream included with the dessert, and the fries were... droopy. I called the manager who gave me a $10 credit toward my next visit (which turned out to be exhausting to redeem). The second time was a better experience. The multitude of sauces ensures something for everyone, but keep on your toes and pay attention to what you're leaving with.

My sweetie and I have been 2 times since they opened and I flippin' love the place. Unfortuantely our waiters both times have been ass clowns but the food is so dang good I can't be bitter. The nachos are the best I've had in a looooooooong time! I've had a burger, chicken tender wrap, and onion rings. The onion rings are realllllllly good, they're not over cooked. Fortunately not a lot of rednecks in sight. One will find military guys here so if you're a single lady prepare for that nonsense.

I think for chicken wings, it was kind of expensive but chicken wings are usually expensive. They were good chicken wings, I liked the teriyaki ones.

Little lesson learned, ask for you wings extra crispy and they will come out much better then usual.

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience! To preface the story, we are new to Woodbridge, never been to BWW, but heard good things about the food. We wanted to check it out, hopefully to discover some place to watch football during the season. We sat down at a table at the bar. It was crowded, which is cool, but we didn't have to wait for a table. It took at least 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there--which was a little disappointing after a long day at work. We ordered our drinks, and an appetizer and my meal. It took over 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and another 10 before the appetizer! So, I was sitting at a table almost a half an hour just to get a drink; horrible! When she finally came back, she asked if we wanted to order. (I had already ordered!!) So I told her what I wanted AGAIN, and ordered another drink: 15 MORE minutes for another drink and over a half an hour for food. When my food finally came, my fries were cold, and my boneless wings were so salty, I couldn't eat them; horrible! I wanted to order another drink, but she really never came back to check and see. When she finally returned, I ordered a dessert and the check. 15 minutes later, she brought me the check, with NO dessert. By this time, I am livid; she had forgotten what I said AGAIN! I sat there, with money in my hand for another 10-15 minutes--and then waited MORE for her to come with our change; horrible! By the time we left, I had been sitting there for WELL over two hours, still hungry, and pissed. The WORST part of it is we were sitting right by the kitchen entrance, with SEVERAL managers walking by us FREQUENTLY. One sloppy female manager was complaining to a server and groping the male cooks. I was literally sitting there with my hand raised with the check for 10 minutes! The bathroom had no paper towels to wipe my hands, and was really dirty. We were really hoping to make this our football spot for the season, but I will NEVER EVER go back. With all the competition in the area, I really expected more from BWW than careless sloppy management, horrible slow service on FRIED food, and dirty tables and bathrooms. They made me feel completely invisible, and as if it was a bother for me to eat there. What a waste.

Been to this location twice and have received good service. I didn't have to wait a long time for my food and once I got my food it was good. I would recommend this location as solid place to go. It wasn't overwhelmingly great during either visit but I was definitely satisfied with the service and the food.

This was my second time ever at B Wings, the last time was at beach week in Myrtle Beach. That was fun. But this time. The whole experience was God awful. We waited 10 minutes before anyone even asked us if we had been spoken to. Multiple girls who worked there had asked us and just walked past us after we said yes. Like WTF? We get seated next to the drink station and it smelled like foot/vinegar. I wanted to throw up, like was I in Chuck E. Cheese? Our waitress was awful, she was a little teenage girl with awful people skills, there were 2 of us, I ordered a water and my friend ordered a diet Coke, how can you get the drinks mixed up? Our wings were the size of my pinkie. Just everything got worse and worse. I ate there on Friday it is now Sunday night and I've been complaining about my stomach hurting since (that was the first thing I had on Friday). I'm never coming back and might just give the restaurant a call because my stomach has been hurting since.

Very busy, but plenty of room and were seated within ten minutes. Food was great, had the blazer wings (hottest) were not as hot to the taste as I was expecting which was disappointing. However my stomach appreciated this as it was turning and burning an hour later. Also had the four of the other wings and all were tasty. My server was great but tables around me were not as fortunate, which made it a little uncomfortable. Beer and wings were a little pricey which will keep me from being a frequent visitor. Family loved the wirelss trivia games while we waited for our order.

The usual BWW food but I think the prices are higher than I remember at other BWW. We've been there four or five times and the service is sporadic at best. One time it will be terrific, the next time we wait forever. Be prepared for the elevated noise level, oh and the wait. Going during off times helps. I gave it four stars as it's one of the few places my teenage kids will go with us to eat.

My husband walked in on a weeknight for a date. Even though there were no other customers at the stand, the hosts (three of them) took about two or three minutes to even acknowledge our presence. They just stared at their seating chart and goofed off amongst themselves. Seriously, how much effort is it to smile and say "hi, we'll be with you in a minute"? When they finally looked up at us, we received no smiles, no friendliness at all. They practically looked irritated that we were there. They gave us a nondescript wait time, then eventually seated us right by the restroom entrance and a very, very loud speaker. We had to yell to hear each other. We decided to leave after about two minutes at the table. The hosts treated us like crap and we couldn't even hear each other, and we had no interest in finding out what the rest of the date might turn out like. We walked across the parking lot to outback and had an awesome date with supremely better service.

The food is standard BWWs. It's your standard wings and beer joint. I will say this BWW has much better service than other BWW franchises I've been to.

We went to a wing place and DIDN'T order wings... we brought this on ourselves..... We came in on a Thursday afternoon and was told the crappy hour special was boneless buffalo wings. We ordered 20 (10 Caribbean jerk 10 mango habanero) with a basket of fries. The boneless "wings" were more like popcorn chicken because they were so small it was sad. There were some the size of a quarter, some the size of a walnut and ONE was huge. OK maybe it was regular size but compared to the others it looked huge. If they are going to make the sizes THAT different they should just weigh it instead of counting. How disappointing. We were so hungry after the carefully counted 20 pieces of popcorn that we had to order something else. So we went with the Sampler which was great. It came with ACTUAL wings soft pretzels and queso, warm pita chips with spinach artichoke dip, and bacon and cheddar stuffed jalapeno pepper bites. It was crushed. We should have just gone with that OR just wings. (cue violin) I've been going to B Dubs since 2001, other locations obviously, and it makes me sad how the quality has declined. Gone are the days of 25 cent wing night which were 21 and UP after 9pm so we had to get there at 8:30 so they wouldn't card us. Now its 60 something cent buffalo popcorn chicken night. No wonder the place had more employees than customers. I miss the good old days..... TIP: If they ask you if you want "ranch or blue cheese"? Don't say BOTH without specifying a quantity. We got the bill and part of it said: Ranch .60 Ranch .60 Ranch .60 Blue Cheese .60 Blue Cheese .60 Blue Cheese .60 We were told "when you order the sampler it automatically does that". RIIIIIIIGHT. We NEVER asked for extra ranch or blue cheese. How insane. I understand 1 or 2 BUT 6? Who wouldn't complain? The server asked us to complete an online survey which gave us $5 off so I guess it all worked out. Seriously........ what's happened to B Dubs?

I have been coming here for the past couple years and never had an issue with my orders, or waiting. I always go here with friends and family and I love it. I asked our waiter if she can change one of the TVs so I can watch my game (because every TV redskins playing and I'm and Eagles fan.) and she did it no problem. :) Its good to come to a restaurant and feel like a regular. Great place to go to hang out with friends and have a good time.

Food is typical of a bar/restaurant the service is normally good sometimes they have an issue with cleanliness pricing isnt to bad and its all ways a plus when there is many different game and sports to watch

Love the bww chain in general but this one seems to lack, we got to the place close to seven took a while to be seated even though the place was empty by the time waiter got to us it was 708 ( happy hour ends at seven) "nothing could be done" My friend ordered a drink the waiter suggested later was told the bar tender didn't actually know how to make it so he switched it out for some other bright blue drink without asking he didn't like it and sent it back, it went on from there. My suggestion would be try the happy hour and you might feel less ripped off if you can stick to that menu otherwise i will pass next time

For those who know me, you would know that my favorite NFL team is the San Diego Chargers. So when they made it to the playoffs, I wanted to be obnoxious and go out and watch the game somewhere in my Philip Rivers jersey, even though it was playing on national TV so I could've watched it at home. We sat at a table by the bar where we were surrounded by TVs. The service was OK throughout our meal, it was a little slow at times but it was busy because of the game so I didn't mind so much. On the other hand, the food was underwhelming. We ordered the spicy garlic wings, loaded potatoes, mac and cheese, and jalapeno bites. For a wing place, their wings were mediocre. They were extremely dry and had little taste to it. The loaded potatoes were pretty much potato wedges with a slice of pepperjack cheese melted on it and the mac and cheese was worse than the Velveeta boxed cheese. However, the jalapeno bites were tasty and I could eat those again. BWW was a great place to watch the game, but I would probably consider another place with better food to watch football the next time around.

  • Matt M.

I am into buffalo wings bigtime, and the wings were surprisingly disappointing. With how soggy the wings were, they had to have excessively broiled the wings during the cooking process. If they want the wings moist, there's no substitute for cooking and marinating the wings properly to achieve that. If you eat a lot of wings like I do, the wings cool down as you are finishing eating. The only thing worse than a soggy warm buffalo wing is a soggy cold buffalo wing. You want a minimum of crispiness even if you don't like them crispy per se.

  • Brittany A.

I wish there were negative stars. I seriously feel like I have entered the twilight zone of workers who are high, don't care and lazy as eff! The whole place was like some slow motion bad dream. The hostesses were God awful. We sat waiting with a 30 MINUTE WAIT TIME, as three of the hostesses stood there jabbering away, with 4, let me say that again, 4 tables waiting to be cleaned. Once we finally were sat, our waitress was semi decent. Got us our drinks in "buffalo time", after being sat for 20 min. As long as we were polite to her, I felt like I wasn't going to be shanked by her. I didn't even have the courage to ask for anything extra. Got our food after an hour, it was decent dipped in enough ranch. Waited another half hour for outer check. I will never, let me repeat NEVER EVER EVEN IF THEY WERE THE ONLY FOOD SOURCE ON EARTH, ever go back. Only reason they get one star is because there is nothing less to give.

  • Brandi R.

Let me start by saying something nice. There were plenty of seats and the didn't run out of chicken. Now that I've gotten that out of the way. Where do I start... 1. The server was nice, but clearly wasn't a fan of her job. As a customer I should never know that you didn't want anymore customers because you want to go home. However, I gave her a pass because it was $.65 wing night. I'm sure she was over it by the time I got there. But I thought it was pretty bad that she dropped the check off, never came back. After 15mins I had to find another server to run the card. But I would have been in the wrong if I walked out right.... 2. It's the end (10:30pm) of the wing special night and a restaurant that sells wings. Why in the world does it take 35 minutes to make chicken wings? Why did it take 10mins to get a beer at the bar? How to you have 4 special sauces advertised at the table and only have 1 available? 3. The music was loud as hell. No other way to put it. Diners were yelling at their tables just to hear one another. 4. Towards the end of the night ALL of the servers were huddled up talking to one another near the front door. GET OUT OF THE WAY! When I needed one to close out my tab you were no where to be found. Stop acting as if your cars were going to turn into pumpkins if you didn't leave by midnight. I was going to give 2 stars but after reading what I just wrote.... I need to change that.

    (1)
  • Augusta W.

The food is the same pretty much any one you go to but the hostesses not so much if I could go in and not have to deal with them and wait forever to get my cold food I would go but I can't so I don't. I gave it a few different tries and I gave up

    (1)
  • HR W.

Extremely slow wait staff. Constant screwing up orders. Overcooked /undercooked food. Been here 3 times, same issues each time. Not family friendly. Manager took care of bill. That's the only reason I gave 1 star.

    (1)
  • John G.

I used to go here all the time. But three things will stop me from ever going again. 1) Menu change. Once again, they have changed the menu to the benefit of their bottom line and the detriment of customers. Choices have been eliminated--fewer sauce selections, the Asian Zing salad, etc. A few years back when they switched the way wings were ordered, I rolled with it, but this is too far. 2) Price hikes. Yet again, the prices are up. It now costs $11-12 for a 10-piece (small) order of wings. Not too long ago, a dozen traditional wings would have run you less than $10. I'm sure their prices are up, and that's fine, but I no longer feel like it's a good value. 3) Food quality. Maybe it was a fluke, or maybe related to #1 above, but the food was awful this time. I had boneless wings (only because they were now CHEAPER than the traditional for some reason), and I don't think they could possibly have been harder and more over cooked. My wife had a bland burger (they got rid of the salad she liked). The place was empty at lunch on a Friday, so I assume I'm not the first one to experience a seriously diminished experience at this location. Fortunately, there will soon be 2 new wings/sports bar options in the area when the new location on Rte 1 opens near the Home Depot, and then the Dave and Busters in the Springfield Mall. Good riddance to this one.

Went here on a Friday night part of a 10 person group. Our waitress was friendly and professional. They had plenty of room for our medium sized group and plenty of staff to tend to our needs. They have a full bar and great wings.

This place is awful. The worst bdubs I've ever been to. The service is terrible, the servers are slow and rude, and the manager is the most ignorant person I've ever met. I came in with three friends for the worst dining-in experience I've ever encountered. Each drink refill took 20-30 minutes and the food took an hour and a half to get. When I asked to speak with the manager he came over and proceeded to tell me that we've only sat down for the past ten minutes when it was actually an hour and ten minutes into our wait. I told him that we were there for much longer than that and the waitress printed out our receipt which had the time stamp telling the manager he was wrong. After arguing with the manager about what time I arrived at the restaurant, he then told me that there was no way he was going to comp any of our terrible meal. I emailed corporate for some sort of response and received nothing. Will never be going to bdubs again.

wings were tasty. Wait staff not attentive. Had to ask to get table cleaned. One female server was chatting up with young male friends by cashier area the entire time we spent dining (1 hour) while a fee of the other staff looking disgruntled worked around her.

I've been to a couple of BWW but not this one since it opened. I was surprised how quickly my family and I were seated though. They told us it would be about 45 mins before we got a table but within 5 mins or so we were seated and that was during the NFL Playoffs. We ordered a couple of appetizers.. Mini corndogs which are always good, spinach &artichoke dip decent a bit on the salty side portion was a bit smaller then most restaurants, soft pretzels, nice crunchy exterior and a nice soft center, basket of French fries ' can't really mess up fries. Wings: Spicy Garlic(my fave flavor),Jammin Jalapeño( a newer flavor wasn't really as spicy as I wanted it was a bit of a sweeter glaze), Hot BBQ and Honey BBQ both good flavors one is more tangy and the typical honey bbq both I be live to be tomato based. Wing size was decent I've had large ones in Richmond,va. Our server was decent at first but she kept disappearing because she had multiple tables. She didn't seem to know how to multitask but lucky for us it gave us time to watch the game. Overall BWW still has really good wings. However try to avoid the appetizers most are a bit over priced and aren't worth it since your their to eat wings.

Food is great don't get me wrong but service SUCKS! The bartender that is, I'm not sure how the seating service is but sitting at the bar is pretty painful!! Are there specials, it's Tuesday and I think they call that wing Tuesday so what does that include??? Do carrots and celery come with my wings?? Just freaking explain what's going on, I'm clueless and would probably buy more if I knew the happy hour options.....don't come here and sit at the bar fyi!!

It's crowd for the last game of the World Cup. But when I'm paying for something I expect it to come out right. As part of our order we got a garden plate which states it comes with veggies flat bread and hummus. One would think that it would come with a enough to cover at least enough to cover all the bread but there is not. To bad would have been good other than that. So just ordered the nachos after halftime it came without the chicken and had more lettuce than cheese. I'm just saying they are suppose to be covered in cheese other wise it's chips and salsa.

Saturday afternoon, across from Potomac Mills Mall and an empty parking lot, this should have been a red flag. We sat down to a dirty table. It took ten minutes to get our drinks. We finally had our order taken. Took 45 minutes to get two salads, a burger, and two orders of wings. The wings were beyond gross, they looked and tasted like they had been sitting in the window for hours. The server never came back to refill drinks, check the order, or get condiments. The server never came back to bring us the check. We literally had to get up, go to the hostess stand, and ask to please pay our bill there since our server had vanished. With all the places around this area... one would think they would try a little better. I'll stick to the BBW in Manassas from now on.

I came here around 10:30 on a Friday night with a group of friends. Reasonable prices for the food. Its very loud because they blast audio. The NBA playoffs were on and they chose to play the hockey playoffs audio instead, very disappointing. Not a place for family, definitely somewhere you go out with your friends who like to drink. Wouldn't come back to dine in, not because of the food but because the customer service was horrid. Waiters standing around. Didn't get a refill on my water all night.

I go to BWW 3-4 times a week, and love this location. Always have great service, qnd all of the staff have been great. This is by far my favorite place to go in Woodbridge. I've been to BWW in MD, BY, and others in VA, but this one is home. The food is consistently good, and bartenders and waitresses are great. Between all the TV's and trivia, there's always something to do.

Among THE WORST wait staffs I have ever had the displeasure of being served by. This place just does not know how to handle groups, or lots of people... I went there once and was so disgusted I never went back. Even the food didn't taste like the B-Dubs in Manassas which is where I usually go. Wil definitely not be going back.

My boyfriend and I ordered wings for movie night, as we normally did when we lived in Manassas. I bit into the first few wings, and they tasted alright, but I picked another up and it felt funny, almost.. furry. I wiped the sauce off, and to my horror, THERE WERE FEATHERS ON THE WING. Not a few feathers, either. Half the wing had all of the feathers on it. We called the manager, who gave us a free wings comp (which my boyfriend used, since I was not about to eat there again) while apologizing, explaining that their chickens come whole and the manufacturer sometimes misses a few feathers. I understand that. BUT, what kind of bumbler do you have to be to butcher, season, fry, and sauce wings without noticing that it has feathers? It was one of the lamest excuses I'd ever heard. I wish I could give a negative star. Go to the one in Manassas.

I will say that if it were not for Kevin the server I would have probably rated this place a two star. I was in on Friday night and the place was packed. Kevin was on top of things from the get, took our order, and was very friendly. When the food was delivered, it was apparent that the kitchen staff wasn't good at math. Somehow ten (5 of two different sauces) equated to 7 (4/3). I informed Kevin, who want the one who brought out the order, and he took it back. When I got it again it was eight (5/3). Kevin took care of it again and got the problem solved without needing a manager to intervene. Recommendations for owner: promote Kevin, teach kitchen math.

Seriously, how do you have WINGS in the name of your establishment and them same wangs (yes, I said WANGS) don't even taste good!?!! The service was AWESOME. It really was - the lady that waited on us was attentive, friendly and not overbearing. I gave her a nice (deserved) tip. The wings. Oh boy, the wings. I ordered medium buffalo wings. They came dry. Uhhh.. I wasn't told this via the menu. AND on top of that, I think this place got a huge batch of midget chickens with midget wings - and some were broke too. Just ugh. My daughter got the teriyaki wings and she said they weren't good either. I tasted my son's lemon pepper boneless wings and uhhhh NO! Don't even waste your time. Not going back.

I go here for the wings and the Ketel One/Red Bull. I review the menu, simply to quoue up my list of flavors. This is one of the few places, the food is better than the wait staff. I asked for a drink. Response from waitress, "I can't order drinks for you, I'm underage." ...silence...more silence...finally I ask her, do I really have to go to the bar to get a drink. She responds, she "thinks" another waiter can get my drink. Next waitress was responded, there was no Ketel One. Later, a bottle of Kettle One was magically found...Wings were great. Waitresses were more of a hindrance. Any other Buffalo Wild Wings would receive 4 stars. Manager needs to do more training with his folks.

I went to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. We had two children and two toddlers in the party. As expected, there are televisions covering the walls and all playing sports. The food was good, though I thought the burger was kind of small. I usually enjoy large portions so that may just be a me problem. The service was great when we first showed up. Everything you'd expect. Timely drink refills, occasional checking in, etc. After the food was delivered, however, the service got shockingly worse. The restaurant was very empty. Maybe three other tables were seated. Once we had our food we would have to flag down our server to get service. Not all of us had silverware or napkins, we had to ask for those. Then if we wanted drinks we'd have to flag down the server. Most were drinking beer and mixed drinks, so we weren't seeking refills on free drinks either. Once we decided to leave it was a full 45 minutes before we could walk out the door. We had to track down the server, as for checks, wait and wait for the checks. We had wallets out and ready to pay when she dropped them off but she turned and left before we could hand her the ready cash or cards. Wash, rinse, repeat for each step. We had to get her attention we wanted to pay, then it was several minutes before she returned with change/cards/ I would suggest this establishment had the service been in reverse. Started slow and ended strong, but the longer we were there spending money the more disinterested the server became. She even commented on how slow her day was going. Do not recommend.

I got my togo order yesterday and it looked like they had a lot of staff there and not a lot of customers. All the staff was hanging out on the customer side of the togo area. The togo employee did win me back some with her great manners being polite and also smile.

Glad to see Shaq become shift leader. Her customer service skills as an A+ server will be an asset as she moves up the ladder. Great move, BWW!

Extremely slow service here and the waitstaff is composed of mainly high school students. It just erks me when you have to flag down your waitress because they are chit chatting with their friends in the corner. The food is like any other location so if you can put up with the lack in service, you'll be just fine. Food: 3 Value (wing night): 3 Service: 0 Overall: 2

This place is horrible! The wait time is long and servers are slow. If you want better service and a place worth your time go to the bdubs on Garrisonville road!

When you want flavor and variety, this is the place to hit. Carry out wings with a variety of flavors: mild to blazin! You definitely should try the Mango Habenero flavor. WOW! Don't let the name scare you. :) Service has a bunch of young people working at the carry out, but no problems like you see at some fast food spots. Bunch of TV's with different sports stations, though I have never sat for meal. Strictly carry out.

It's a B Dubs so you know what you're getting. But what you're getting includes the best wings in town at the best place to watch sports in town. Seriously, the boneless wings here are so delicious, which makes Boneless Thursdays a must every once in a while (boneless wings are 60 cents each). Tuesdays offer an even cheaper price for traditional wings. The beer selection is pretty solid for such a big chain restaurant and affordable. One negative - sometimes my beer glass smells like a dirty wash rag like it was just cleaned with one. Ick! Don't expect high quality dining here, but if you're looking for a place to watch the game, you can't go wrong with B Dubs. There are TVs everywhere - it'd be a challenge not to find what you want!

First off, we LOVE BWW but this location is the worst location I have ever been to. Servers are slow, your wings come out cold or so badly fried that they are completely dehydrated to a crisp, and the manager is awful. We went in there on a non Tuesday/Thursday special day and were charged for ranch, celery, and carrots (.60 each) even though the menu clearly states that on non-special days these things are included at no extra charge. When I told my sever that we were charged incorrectly she just said that we weren't and that she couldn't take it off, even after I showed her what the menu said. I asked for the manager who never came and I had to go look for and he literally fought with me over $1.60 and that the menu and I were wrong. I don't know why we keep coming back because they keep doing the same thing. We went again tonight and instead of getting the 4 ranches that come with a large order of traditional wings we got only 2 so we asked for a few more. The girl comes back with 3 and never said a thing about charging extra until I got the bill and was charged for 3 again! Mind you I had to wait 20 extra minutes for 5 wings because they were completely dry! I'm not even going to fight it anymore, good bye ratchet BWW of Woodbridge. You won't be getting our business anymore.

I would like to first start this review out by saying that I love BW3's. I've been going for years and i've been to the Fairfield, OH location, Hagerstown, MD location, and Gainsville, VA. This BW3 in Woodbridge is TERRIBLE. Every time I've gone the service has been awful. The wait staff are very slow and even the managers are unresponsive. They just pretend like they don't see you. One time I nearly slipped on the greasy floor and fell. I think they are using the same mop water from the kitchen in the dining/bar area. The portable game systems never work. I tried to feed bills into it so my daughter could play. The machine wouldn't accept the money..it acted sluggish and noisy as if it were full. So I took the game system to the table. By this time my daughter is super excited. I tried the credit card swipe. "Could not connect to credit terminal" or something to that effect it displayed. So then I had to put the game system back. (which was filthy I might add) I decided to just get her one of those flimsy crown hats they have for free and some paper and the 4 crayons they have for kids to color. They were out of the hats. hahahaha Amazing. My waitress must have been new at my most recent visit. She was taking forever and another waitress took our drink orders. The place wasn't even crowded. It took forever to get our check, we never got any refills and at this point I didn't even ask for a to-go box. I was totally fed up. I'm never visiting this location again.

An awesome alternative to Hooters especially on game days. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. More TVs. Serves a wide variety of wings. Huge fan of their seasoned fries.

Wings are just typical wings nothing special (they were tasty), but waiter service was top notch. Took great care of our loud crazy group all night and even let us change channel on big screen. I didn't get why everyone's complaining about this place, we had awesome time.

When you have Wild Wings in your name you expect good delicious wings no matter which format you choose. Whether they are traditional or your boneless, they should be well executed. I can say that this is not the case with BWW. I decided to give the boneless wings a try and wow, a huge mistake. Overcooked, stale wings that probably had been sitting all day or from last night. My friend had an appetizer that was passable. Nothing stood out and it was just meh. The only positive thing I can say about BWW is that they have a decent beer selection on tap. A big plus in that department, but overall I will probably skip this place for any future wing cravings. This is definitely a great place to catch games on game day. Plenty of TVs throughout the dinning/bar area. Oh and the heat levels of sauces are a nice touch. The sauces come as dipping sauces rather than smothered over the wings as most other establishments do. If you're into spicy stuff, I would say go one level above the level you think is your threshold. The spice level was still low when I selected a sauce that I thought would be a my threshold. Buen Provecho!

Totally disgusted!!!! I went to the bar and my bartender was excellent. I ordered food to go and when I arrived home,it was EXTREMELY SALTY! When I called back, the "GM" said that it was made it EXACTLY the way it was supposed to be! BS! I've had that meal several times! I will only go for the drinks! NOT for the food!!!!

I've been to this location twice. I had the same waitress (can't remember her name but she rocks). They are sort of skimpy on the sauces, but the quality of food and service makes up for it.

I went here to watch the Thunder beat the Spurs last night and ordered some wings. Now at a WING place you would assume that the WINGS were pretty good, right? Well, I was wrong. The best thing we ordered was the chicken spinich artichoke flatbread. That was money. The 18-piece wings - cooked naked with sauce on the side was MEH at best. They were puny and dried out and had little meat. HOW DO YOU MESS UP WINGS?! I was hoping since I loved the Bdub's back at my VT days this would have been a nostalgic experience. I will be going back only if the wings are free. Even then I might not waste my time. Wait staff was good at least - shrugs.

The restaurant is dirty. The staff is lazy and leadership non-existent. Avoid this place. If you want top notch service, cleanliness and superior customer service, go to their location in Stafford.

  • Amber Z.

I ordered the mango habanero wings. They were too sweet for my liking. I also ordered the fires with the desert rub. At first they came out without it on mistake, but I should have kept that batch instead of having them fix it, because they put too much rub on it and it dried out the already thin fries. If they say "hand cut" fries on the menu then I expect a fry no thinner than a 5 guys fry, and this wasn't the case. Overall, the waitress made a lot of mistakes and the food was mediocre. At least the wings are very meaty, which is why I gave 2 stars instead f one.

  • Smith S.

Terrible to go service. I ordered two nachos one no pico. On the normal one nearly had cheese or lettuce. Found a hair in the other one so 'puppy' got that . Meh I have had better. Have been inside multiple times .. Just don't

  • Blake C.

Was here on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy. I just wish this place would have pitchers and better value on their wings. This is just like every other BWWs that I have been to, besides the fact that they don't have pitchers of beer.

    (3)
  • Angel M.

A little less busy than the Stafford location but the service is about the same. Wings never change. Beer is always cold.

    (4)
  • Christine N.

Wings are okay pretty good. specialty drinks are good are decently priced. I rated them lower because their service is just god awful. Its takes them longer to take the order, get the order, than the actual time it takes us to consume them. They never really checked to see if we needed anything and scouting for them for refills is just annoying.

    (2)
  • Michele C.

The good...my husband seemed to enjoy his wings. Decent beer selection. The bad: food (mine...ordered the veggie burger and fried pickle app - meh), it was also crowded and noisy The ugly: The place....just plain dirty

  • DeeDee M.

I never been a fan of buffalo wild wings any way because I believe they are over rated with their wings that aren't all that great anyway, so when I went of course I would get something different. I went with my friend and got some Mexican fiesta burger, that was suppose to have tortilla chips, chipotle mayo, lettuce, bacon, and I believe ranch dressing. It sounded amazing but when I got my food it looked and tasted horrible!!! It pretty much was a regular burger and I had to ask for my tortilla chips and the chipotle mayo which she brought on the side when it was already suppose to come on my burger. My burger was sooooooooooo dry and the bread was old! I went through may two or three drinks to help get this down!!! The bacon was more than just crispy, it was burnt. The lettuce wasn't even crispy at all!!! Yeah, you don't have to worry about me going back to this place again. If I do, it probably will be just to go get drunk because of the environment.

  • Connie D.

The service was lacking, attention... I had to wait 15 mins to get a refill of water... She was nice, but I think between all of her other tables and responsibilities made it difficult to remember little things like refills... Don't get the boneless wings... they are like little chicken nuggets...!!!! And the carrots/celery boat is wicked tiny...! Also, the place is so noisy, you definately have to project your conversation to be heard... keep that in mind! I will give it another chance... maybe a bit earlier in the night (non-rush)...

    (2)
  • Hannah A.

It's a 3.5 but I rounded down. Hubs and I normally like to come on Sundays around lunch after he gets his haircut. I've only ever gotten the chicken tenders, which are awesome, Joe has gotten the wings and he always enjoys them. Our servers are normally very slow on Sundays. We've come in on other days before and were out in a jiffy. Maybe it's just because it's Sunday, and Sundays are to be cherished as the last day of the weekend. Nothing to outstanding, but nothing terrible either. Just, eh.

  • Trong N.

Average wings with below average service: Sprite was just soda water (which they took care of), not very quick on refills, and server forgot the pens when giving back the checks. Server was nice but not very attentive.

Every time I come by this place it is insanely busy. I never knew so many people lived in Woodbridge, or that teenagers hung out anywhere besides the mall. I'm not a huge wing person - I generally try to avoid them, but I have to admit I am particularly fond of the Mango Habanero** wings. Good local place to watch the caps and eat some wings (every inch doused in sauce). Tuesday night .45 wings is a good deal, but the beer is a bit pricey. **May cause explosive diarrhea

If I could give it negative stars, I would. My family and I walked in, were given a buzzer and sat at the bar waiting to be seated. We were TOLD it would be fifteen minutes, but 40 or so minutes later, we find that the hostesses had crossed off our names and thought we had left! What?! Then we finally do sit down after hassling the hostesses twice, and we are pushed aside again by the waitress. She says she'll be a minute...so we wait about 10 and try to flag somebody, anybody down...and everybody just passes us by. Finally, still without service and starving, we just leave and tell the manager how poorly we were treated. He was apologizing, but due to our frustration we didn't really care. We went to Hard Times instead, where we were actually treated like...oohh what's the word....CUSTOMERS! Needless to say I won't be giving them my business ever again. And I can't even rate the food, because after being there for over an hour, I never had a taste!

I decided to visit this restaurant a few times after my abysmal first visit to give it a chance since I went on opening week the first time. Well they have gotten their act together for the most part. My first visit was terrible, one of the worst I've ever had, managers were running all over the place buying food that had been 45 minutes to an hour to come out. And this was with a half full restaurant. I tried something other than the wings, "The Screamin Nacho Burger". This was a mistake. The burgers are shipped in pre-cooked and frozen at a Med-Well temperature, therefore you cannot get anything under that temp. This along with being cooked and frozen before hand made the burger patty dry and rather tasteless. I was disappointed... About a month later I gave them another shot. The next two times I went I stuck to what they are known for and what they do well, wings. First of all I love wings so it's not hard to get me excited for them. I've tried the Hot, Honey BBQ, and Asian Zing wings. All of which were quite good. I prefered the classic Hot over the others. It has great heat and good flavor, the texture is just okay. Portions are nice for the price and the wings both times came out consistently hot and with the same texture. The draft beer selection is also a plus for this establishment, it is very good. All in all, just stick to what they do best and you'll be in for some good eats, stray away from that and it could be a gamble.

I am done with this location and all other BWW. The last 2 times I have watched them change their main TV from 1st the Olympics and now the first college football game of the year. I can't tell you how mind numbing it is to watch a "manager" change the TV to Green Bay/Kansa City in the DC metro area. I asked him if we were in the Green Bay or KC region no response. I watched them take off the Nats game to put this game on. Obviously the "manager" is geographically challenged or really loves Green Bay or KC. I wrote BWW about them taking the Olympics off in favor of the NFL Hall of Fame inductions with no response. I guess they don't care they have an incompetent "manager" running the show at night. I would rather go to Bungalow alehouse or Hooters than ever step foot into this BWW.

Get the wings and/or beer. I highly recommend the Mango Habanero. DO NOT GET A SALAD! If you do, be prepared for an overpriced pile of disappointment. I mean, seriously, if I wanted crap salad-in-a-bag with cold Perdue pre-cooked chicken strips (I am NOT kidding you), then I would have rolled to the grocery store and hooked myself up for $5. I still cringe at the thought of the limp nastiness they served me. Oh, and their onion rings are rockin' but their garlic mushrooms are just so-so.

  • Jesus B.

Nice decor, flat screen TVs piping sports on all four walls and good location. Unacceptably slow service considering we walked in minutes to 4PM - over twenty minutes waiting for order. The place was scarcely populated! Asian chicken salad was good - very similar to Panera Bread's chicken salad! Overall, bathrooms and restaurant were very clean - sanitizing gel dispenser located outside of restrooms. Still, it was a pleasant enough experience! Disclaimer - we didn't drink alcoholic beverages which, in all likelihood , would have enhanced the experience and, hence, rating!

Been here a few times. Each time my order is usually messed up and the potato wedges are rarely warm enough. Love the wing flavors but don't really go here anymore because it seems they can't get an order right and everything seems to take forever. The food is great when it is actually hot and cooked the way you ordered it.

Finally, a REAL wing place in Woodbridge! Yes, they are insanely busy most of the time but if you love wings, this is the place to go and worth the wait. A place that's always busy like this is going to have some issues with the wait staff, that's to be expected anywhere you go. The food was great. I did order a half dozen of their blaze wings (hottest of the hot) and wow they were hot. As soon as you put them near your mouth you can smell the habanero in them. I split them with one other person and was able to eat 2 of them (but also drank a 22 oz beer in less than 5 minutes). After that, I ordered 18 wings, half hot and half garlic parm. When the order came, the handed me 18 hot and 2 minutes later showed up with 9 hot and 9 garlic parm. They handed me the 9 garlic parm and told me to keep the 18 hot wings for no charge. I ate all but like 5 of them. What I don't understand is how you can come to a wing place and order a sandwich or a wrap. Seriously? Go somewhere else. If you go to BWW your meal should be wings. The wings are 100x better than Hooters. I'm so glad they put one in, I just wish they would have worked out parking better or put BWW is a better location; but it's good because HHGregg never has anybody there so BWW customers can fill the lot.

As far as Buffalo Wild Wings go, I love 'em. But man is this place way short of the mark. The food is generally hit or miss, doesn't seem to matter if it's lunch, dinner, crowded or not. It's not uncommon to get cold food, for sure. Add the intermittent service to that and you have an epic fail. At first I though it was because they were new and overwhelmed with customers. I have seen a noticeable decline in numbers, which is too bad. The place itself is great, plenty of space, huge bar and tons of televisions. It is, however, extremely loud. Even tried the take-out, figuring I could bypass all that and just get some tasty wings...not so much. It took over 40 minutes. Yeah, that's right, 40 minutes for take-out! What the hell's the point?

  • Leah B.

I love B Dubs but will NOT be returning to this one. This location was not clean, was out of three things ordered and my waitress was seemed more interested in her fake nails than in taking our order. The table wasn't wiped off properly after the last folks left, the bathrooms were filthy and our table was not stocked with wipes or ketchup. Forget trying to get a refill. I can understand if it was on a Friday night during rush, but not on a dead Monday night.

Finally, a decent place to eat wings and watch sports! Unlike the local Hard Times Cafe (my former choice for wings, beer, and multiple televisions) BWW is bright, clean, and friendly. The bar area is surrounded by what seems like hundreds of TVs with various events on and is very open. A buddy and I sat at a table at the bar on a crowded Saturday night, and were immediately greeted by a friendly waiter. He may have been a little too good of a salesman- seeing we were buzzed from some previous events during the night he quickly reccomended fries with our wings and took off before we could say no. He also did the same with a few drinks at the table next to us which upset the female patrons, but no big deal. I was glad to see a decent selection of draft beer on the menu, including Stella. Our food and drinks came fairly quickly and were great. The only drawback from this place other than the overly zealous waiter is that they don't serve pitchers of any type. Really, a bar with no pitchers?! One word of advice: the "blazin" wings are BLAZIN! Not your typical bar hot wings by any measure- thank god for those unwanted fries in the end. Try the twelve wing six minute challenge if you want your photo on the wall. Four stars for BWW. If the waiter were less of a swindler and/or I could get a pitcher it would be a solid five.

.It's brand new just opened over a week ago. We went on the first Saturday it was open. It wasn't too much of a wait for two people. When we got sat the hostess brought us no menus and we waited 15 minutes to even be greeted. We weren't sure who our waitress was. One waitress saw us sitting there and came up and told us she was going to find our waitress. Our waitress pretended to not be our waitress and she was flaky. Finally, this girl just decided to pick us up because she felt bad that we had been waiting for so long. So you are wondering why 5 stars. I had to wait for my food for about 15 minutes and people that came in after us were leaving before we got our food. We got our food and my husband got ribs in sweet bbq and he loved them. He got spicy garlic traditional wings and he liked them. I got parmansan garlic traditional wings and boneless teriyaki wings. I think the boneless were too crispy for my liking. The price wasn't too bad. We asked for the manager. He came 10 minutes later. He apologized and acted very professional. He handled us very well and kept saying sorry. As well as the waitress was great once we figure out who our waitress was. He was great and helped us out. We promise to come back because the food was good. So we went back the next day and had the same things especially my husband had a burger. He loved it as well. Also the mushrooms are great! A lot of games, noise, and trivia was going on. Trivia was a lot of fun except made it hard for me to see it being so far away on the screen. I love it and would go back. So that is why the get 5 stars because I believe if you try to fix things than you deserve another chance and 5 stars :]

This was my second visit to BWW and most definitely my last. We were craving wings after spending the day shopping so we thought we'd drop in. Big mistake should have just gone to Hooters! We were seated right away (5 stars) but that's were it ended. It took about 10 minutes to meet our server. Don't quite know why, the place wasn't even half full. We ordered apps at the same time we ordered our drinks thinking it would help getting food to us faster...WRONG! Took another 15 minutes before we placed our actual order. We ordered the sampler for apps, 18 wings & the spinach artichoke flatbread for our meal. It took over 25 minutes to get the sampler, another 20 minutes to get the 18 wings and as for the artichoke spinach flat bread... I'm still waiting. The waitstaff couldn't get their stories straight. Our server said that they had to make the flatbread from scratch and it would take 20 minutes. Another server came out and said they ran out and would I like to switch to artichoke & spinach dip w/ either pita chips or tortilla chips. I said the dip would be fine w/ pita chips. After we finished the sampler & wings, the dip hadn't come out to us. When I inquired, the second server said it was on it's way. 10 minutes later she came out w/ spinach & artichoke dip w/ tortilla chips. The dip looked like it had sat out and looked nasty and on top of it. When I finally got a hold of my server I sent it back. Not a word of apology from anyone or a visit from management. I hope the suits in corporate read this... SERVICE STINKS, FACILITIES STINK (LITERALLY!), MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE TRAINED, EMPLOYEES NEED PEOPLE SKILLS AND THE KITCHEN STAFF NEED TO LEARN HOW TO COOK IN A TIMELY MANNER. I can say this because I come from a Hospitality & Tourism background and I can straight up tell you... don't waste your time or money on this place. Drive the extra mile and go to Hooters. Better food, better service even though I can live w/out the tight tops & short shorts...

One of the better BW3's I've been to. Fast service and the chicken doesnt taste like it's three days old(Waikiki). Billions of televisions playing every sport you can think of, and plenty of space to watch them. My only complaint is the door placement, tryna get out of this place sucked. 4 stars.

    (4)
  • Calvin S.

The kitchen sucks at cooking food, They can't even cook chicken wings and any restaurant you go to can at least do that and this place is a wing place! They definitely need to hire some new kitchen staff. But if you want to just go out and have a few drinks and watch some sports it's OK. My kids like the little video games things you can rent there too.

We ate here one night after our move, since we didn't have TV yet and we wanted to watch the baseball game. They have tons of TVs, but only one tiny one was playing the game - all the rest were basketball. Who really watches basketball and do you really need it on every screen? Anyway, I wasn't impressed with the place. It was WAY too cold in there and even after asking the waiter if they could turn off the air - I just froze. They never turned it down - even though he told me they did. The food was okay, but nothing I'd crave. I ordered the regular hot wings, but they were EXTRA hot, making them a little less enjoyable. Our refills were hard to come by as well. Overall, the menu was okay, but a little pricey for what they offer. It won't be my choice to ever go back here, but I won't complain too much if it's a group decision.

Perfect place for the sports fans! Of which, unfortunately, am not lol ... I usually pick up an order to go - Parmesan Garlic Wings are my fave here. Otherwise, I've tried little else which impressed me: Sour Cream & Onion Taters, Chicken Quesadillas, Soft Pretzels... I ate lunch at BWW in another location with my family once, and the place was LOUD! Albeit, we were in the middle of the dining area, surrounded by flat screen TVs along the walls. I guess if you weren't planning on talking to anyone in your party, and just wanted to watch sports all day and eat wings - this is your perfect spot lol

Finally - a B-Dubs close to home! I went to school down at JMU, and one of things I miss most is Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant is now open in the strip mall where Outback and HH Greggs (formerly Circuit City) are located. BWW is in a free standing building that has been rennovated (formerly Sports Zone). The food is great. A few of the mixed reviews thus far are understandable, as staff is just getting up to speed, and the place has been packed daily. The wings are great - they have many flavors to choose from, all of which are available to view on their website, buffalowildwings.com . I especially like the Sweet BBQ and Asian Zing. The restaurant is decorated with a bunch of local sports flavor - framed jerseys from all the local professional teams, and even many college and high school's football/basketball jerseys. Be conscious of waits at peak hours. The first time I went was a Friday night, and there was a substantial wait. We managed to snag a table by the bar. Although it was a bit of a zoo, the service was still friendly and the food was great. I've also walked in and tried the carry out, and it took only about 15 minutes wait time. This place is going to steal a lot of business from some of the other long time sports bars in the area (Glory Days, Hard Times, etc). Certainly worth a try, but if you hate crowds, I'd recommend off peak hours.

Everywhere that I looked, I saw great flat screen and projected TV's. I think this would be a great place to watch a game while drinking a beer and eating some wings. That is, as long as you really aren't concerned about getting good service. I visited with my daughter and we were initially looking forward to our dinner. That soon changed as we waited over 10 minutes before a waitress even stopped by to take our drink orders. It went downhill from there. We ordered chips and salsa appetizers (which the chips were nice and warm) which we eagerly consumed, but we waited another 40 minutes for my daughters 6 wings and a small fry and my grilled chicken salad. Most everyone around us came in after us, ordered and received their meals even before our waitress came to our table to refill our drinks that ran out long ago. She did come by several times thereafter to say the food would be out soon, but never offered an explanation why we weren't receiving our food. The food did finally arrive, again with no explanation as to the delay- even when I said it was unacceptable. No apology, no manager visit, nothing. The food was good, but the service ruined the experience. Oh, and the restaurant was not busy but contained a half filled, Thursday evening dinner crowd.
