I've been here a few times, and haven't had great experiences. Three strikes and you're out. Strike 1--I came here a few months ago and ordered a drink, and I ended up getting the wrong thing. This was after the cashier asked me twice. Strike 2--On this same visit, before I was able to place my order...the cashier basically spent several minutes talking to the guy in front of me about non-business related matters. I understand you're friends, but can't you table your convo. for a moment? Strike 3--I went there the other day to redeem my birthday drink, I used my gold card (for starbucks), and apparently falsely assumed that the award would pop up. When she rang me up to give me my total, I mentioned my birthday drink. Her response "you should have told me before hand, it doesn't automatically show up. What would you like me to do, I can void the transaction, or you have two weeks to use it?" Uuuh, you would have thought I was at the DMV. I didn't realize this was such a hassle. Yeah, I won't be going to this starbucks anymore. Thankfully there are a few others nearby. It seems like the staff at this starbucks is either put out by their customers, or they are too busy doing other things to provide quality service.

I ordered a tall iced coffee, tall hazelnut hot chocolate, and a spinach pastry square. The cashier rang it all up, charged my card, and then realized that there were no more pastry squares. "we only have ham and cheese, is that ok?" "uhh ok." "or a spinach feta wrap?" "no thanks" Out comes the iced coffee. Meanwhile the cashier is giving me a store credit for the spinach square. Which, huh? I thought I agreed to the ham. But ok. Don't charge me for items you do not have in stock would be a good business practice. Money back is a start. But as a store credit? Bullshit. Starbucks basically gave themselves a cash advance there. Oh, and that hot chocolate? Had to ask for it. Barista had no clue it had been ordered. Standard customer service at ANY OTHER STARBUCKS would have been to offer a drink voucher for the missing drink mistake alone. This is the hackiest Starbucks I have been to in a long time. I have been on hold with customer service corporate line for 20+ min though at this point. So maybe it's not just this store and Starbucks service is failing across the board.

GREAT service! Poor layout... I will still come because of staff. Just don't feel comfortable staying and sitting...

Very average Starbucks location with a bit to be desired in terms of interior, climate control, and cleanliness. Staff, however (Chris in particular on this visit), is friendly and insightful. Line control is fair-to-poor, with multiple queues bottle-necking awkwardly around one of the entrances and the cold food/drink case. Did I mention cold? Now, don't get me wrong. I enjoy modern amenities like Starbucks and refreshing A/C. However, the air-con in this joint is taking it to the extreme. Who knows? It could be subversive way of keeping patrons from loitering too long? ;) Cleanliness left a bit to be desired - napkins strewn about on the floor, cream/sugar station littered with stir sticks, straw wrappers, and a full trash can, etc. Not the best visual impression. The one saving grace was Chris, who seemed to have the customer service bit together. Not only did he address me by name and thank me by name (since he saw my Starbucks Gold card), but he spelled my name correctly (tough to spell Megan right, based on many 'Bux visits) and the drink was prepared correctly.

Been several times. A little on the hectic side and not the fastest service. Coffee was good once you get it. Not a big place so it's tough to find seating if you are looking to hang around.

This particular Starbucks is okay. I have nothing really bad or great to say about it. My drink orders always come out correct but I haven't felt anything extremely positive about this place. It's kind of small and awkward.

Omg. Probably one of the best places that makes frappes. My pumpkin spice frappe was so good. Not too liquidy and not too iced. It was just right. The barista made just the perfect mix. But the customer service was alright. Not really friendly. Didn't really give off a friendly vibe. The parking is horrible outside. Not really Starbucks fault but it does affect the environment and over all mood.

This is the worst starbucks I have been to. Staff is rude and mean and when I complained to the manager he told me that I could just leave and go to another starbucks, so I did. My issue was my drink was not made the right way and I wanted a remake. This should be done without question or at least apologize. This is a starbucks I will never go to again.

Never in my life have I experienced a more disorganized Starbucks. I came in for a coffee and panini around 11am, long after the morning rush and ended up waiting at the counter for over 5 minutes before being served. To my dismay the scrumptious panini I had set my eyes on (that was put in the refrigerator and I held in my hands) was torn away from me as I was told that it wasn't for sale yet. THEN WHY WAS IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR? Well what ever I'll have just the coffee. To bad they don't hand out receipts at this location, would have loved to include Mr. Shitty Services name. At least the coffee was good.

To Moss D, who gave a review back in 2011, these folks STILL have the crappy layout and the same table right in front of the condiments area. Lord help those sitting there if someone a the condiment area spills milk or a hot drink on them or their laptops. The place is freezing. The management takes up too much room to set up crap to sell rather than using the space to be welcoming to patrons who, even though they may sit there for a long time doing work, we all pay out the A** for these damn beverages and food. The WORST organization. I think they use this location to train new hires and they are POORLY staffed. I know 5 mins isn't long to wait for an order- normally, but it IS when at all the other Starbucks you don't because there are at least 4 people behind the counter at all times. Don't know why they haven't gotten themselves straight after all this time. I go because it's nearest my home, but if I"m out and there's another one on my way home, I'll go there instead. The drinks taste differently depending on who makes them. There's one person that I always have to ask for more syrup because it isn't sweet enough. One girl gets it right all the time, AND I think she's new there. So. There are tables outside, but it's not a pleasant ambiance out there. And some folks still smoke where they are not supposed to.

I had avoided coming to this Starbucks for over a year simply because of the extremely slow service. I recently started coming back however and I will say the place has improved a bit, It's still far from my favorite Starbucks in the area. It's not as fast as some of the other ones I've been to and sometimes is a bit dirty (bathrooms were not clean). However, the staff is awesome here and incredibly friendly! They are the main reason I don't mind this location. My orders always come out right as well so I really can't complain there. Not the best Starbucks in the area, but the staff is great!

Not sure why they continue to think an Iced Latte is the same thing as an Iced Coffee. Please train your staff better.

Ugh! Sometimes I can't stand coming here...6 out 10 times I order my coffee tastes burned. My husband told me (since he used to work at Sbux) that you're suppose to clean out the filters and what not every once in a while, otherwise, the brewed espresso would taste like it's been really burnt. Sometimes we have to go back 2 more times to get the drink right. Other than that, the people there are nice, and like most other Starbucks, it has a relaxing environment to study, chat, or just hang out.

#6STARS #AngelDidGreat #AngelIsOG Hello, I would like to share my experience. Today, on memorial day, I wanted a frap. Little did I know, I was gonna get a five star experience dealt out by the masterful hands of one Starbucks employee by the name of angel. He was truly an angel, gracefully swaying from mechanism to mechanism with expert precision to make the best frap that has ever graced this glorious planet. I didn't know how to thank him, and then my heart melted as his mouth opened and he said the nicest thing I had heard all week. "Happy memorial day sir." That pretty much made my day. P.S. Brett's hair is pretty dope too.

Wow, what an experience. After a nice relaxing massage, I came to get warmed up and grab coffee since it was getting pretty chilly outside. The lady who took my order was nice and friendly and I know my drink can be complicated (Grande, decaf, vanilla, wet skim cappuccino) so I understood when she asked for me to repeat my order the second time. I assumed she got my order right. The barista on the other hand, was the complete opposite. When she called out my order, she did not say it was wet. I asked her if she could make it wet. She rudely stated to me that she made it the way it was on the cup. Instead of asking me if I had ordered it wet or not all she rudely stated was next time I want it wet, I should ask for it wet. There was no offer at that point to even fix it. When I told her I had asked for it wet, she still had a skeptical look and had the nerve to ask the girl who took my order about it. She said she could make it but at that point, I felt like I was such an inconvenience to her, that I said it's fine. But then she said it would only take a few minutes so I thought okay maybe she realized her error. However, then she again got out of it by saying it already is wet. Why bother even saying you want to fix it when you really don't. The biggest issue I had with her was the way she assumed I did not ask for my order correctly and the way she made it seem as if I'm the problem. I understand orders do get messed up but I don't expect to be treated like I was the problem when it was your employees fault. Update I did contact Starbucks customer service and they provided me with a quick, fast, nice apology for the service as well as sending me free beverage coupons. Thank you Starbucks Corporate for your sincere apology.

After lunch at Pho Vietnam today, I stopped here for a quick jolt of caffeinated-goodness, in the form of a dopio espresso machiatto. While ordering at the register, the girl working the register asked me if I'd like to try a sample of a Honey Latte. I hemmed and hawed, but then said sure. They were sitting on a tray in little tiny shot sized cups - even smaller then the size that they serve the espresso shots in. I asked how long it had been sitting on the tray. She told me 10 minutes. So I tried it. The drink was on the cool side of tepid - it had been sitting there 10 minutes, or however long it had been sitting there - but it was to long. Bleah! The drink might be good when it's fresh, but this was a crime against espresso! My drink, however, was strong, hot, and chock full of well-needed caffeinated goodness!

One of the worst Starbucks I've visited. The layout is poor, it makes you feel very cluttered and uncomfortable. To make that worse, the place was somewhat dirty. When I ordered my coffee and went over to the sugar/creamer counter to make it I had to stand over top of 2 women sitting at a table. They placed a friggin table directly in front of the counter... how stupid can you be? Since Starbucks coffee isn't good anyways, this ruins any chance of me paying for overpriced, burnt, namebrand coffee.

Townecenter Plaza Location-Quick and friendly service in the morning, always consistent! Ingress and egress from route 7 is very tricky, go slow when near the parking lot. But it's my go to, don't tell anyone!
