Okay so i don't know who rated this restaurant five stars so maybe I caught them on a night when the chef just didn't give a damn about my chicken and broccoli. I just spent the better half of my night flushing my life down the toilet after I ate the tasteless chicken and broccoli and very very dry boneless spare rib tips. It all started with the bubble guts... No literally my I had a full convo with my stomach and had to cut the beginning of the football preseason game to run to the rest room. Save yourself the stomachache and go to Mandarin Court in Dumfries. It has to be the best I've had since I been in VA.

This place is great! Food delivered 30 mins earlier than the estimated time. Family is full and happy! Drunken Noodles are awesome here.

Who would have known that the best Chinese food in Stafford would come out of the same parking lot as Fast Mart? Delivery with a 12.00 minimum (not 25.00) and it was here in no more than 20 minutes on a Sunday night! General Tso's is awesome with the perfect combination of spicy/sweet and shrimp fried rice with huge shrimp in it! This is the place for your Chinese food! This place has consistently served awesome food for the past 12 years that I have been in Stafford.

Well I really don't like to give bad reviews, but I am hoping the owner sees this and steps it up! I liked Hunan chef and after reading other reviews it looked like they've changed ownership. Currently the food can be good, or it can be really BAD! Unfortunately the bad food days, rudeness when I complained, just ruined it for me. I'm moving on now.

This restaurant used to have some of the best Chinese food in Stafford, until the ownership changed. I ordered General Tso shrimp from the current owners. It was more like general tso bread. I thought maybe this was due to unfamiliarity with the recipe, so I ordered again with my family on a later date. Every dish was very poorly done and I will never order from this establishment under the current management. They may be nice people, but the food needs a ton of work. Beef and broccoli, which I didn't think you could mess up, was horrble. General Tso's chicken, horrible. I hope they make changes soon.

I'm so excited that I decided to try this place! I ordered spring rolls, egg drop soup and Taiwanese Noodle. This was the only egg drop soup since moving to NOVA that I haven't had to season to my liking. The spring rolls were really good too. The noodles, awesome. Food arrived in 20 minutes. NO complaints, new fan!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
