The Awful Arthurs in downtown Roanoke is not half bad. This place is just a bar. Seems like eating food here would be like licking a hospital floor. The bar is separated and allows smoking. The "eatin" section still smells like smoke. The carpet looks like it was pulled from a morgue in New Orleans after Katrina and smells like it too. If you smoke, this is your place. For grown ups, not so much.
