They have recently changed the interior a little bit so it definitely looks way better! I've ordered food here before but never got around to writing a review but since the last time I've been here my usual order of pork fried rice and chicken wings have definitely been upgraded! I'm so glad they are putting more effort and ingredients in their fried rice and the chicken is made when ordered and extremely crispy! However in exchange for the quantity, there was quality. The people that are at the cash register are way nice and we even got an extra can of soda because they messed up our order and had us wait a little longer. Overall I'm glad they upgraded, making me more likely to come back and try some of the newer items they have added to the menu.

Ive tried about 5-7 other Chinese food restaurants in the Richmond area. All have had a bit of peculiarity about them. As soon as i saw the slightly cheesy menu i decided that this would be a good opportunity to try them. I always use General Tso's Chicken(extra spicy) as my litmus test. This is, imo, one of the best down here. Its not excellent, but their combination platter is ACTUALLY a platter. Its not the chicken in one container(small) and the rice in another(smaller). Solid food, will probably be my go-to place for now.

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. We ordered the honey chicken and general Tao's chicken. The honey chicken was loaded with dark meat and the general Tso's only had chicken in 1 out of 3 pieces. I actually threw up after eating this garbage. Order at your own risk.

If you're going into the restaurant to eat, you should be fine. People who want delivery... ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE! They have messed up my delivery order multiple times and consistently arrived 1.5 hours after the order was placed. Anytime they've forgotten something, they just try to give me a credit for next time. They forgot an entire dinner in one of our orders, and because it was close to closing time refused to make what we paid for and bring it to us. They instead wanted to give us a credit for next time. There will be no more next times. I've started ordering from elsewhere.

Mr. Wong Chinese II is located right across the street from my current apartment. I have gone there several times and have always been pleased. The food is excellent and it does not take too long to make. The staff is always friendly and I will continue to make this my #1 place for Chinese food in Richmond. They are also open later than some restaurants which makes them convenient for a late night meal. Their menu has everything you would expect from a chinese restaurant so I give them a 4 out of 5.

This place is where we get all our Chinese food delivered. Got the same value and quality food as the other Mr. Wong(pick up only). Always delivered our food to us in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
