*Breakfast Review* I came here because hardees stopped serving 2/3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Well. Needless to say they don't even come close. The bo rounds suck! Only reason its 2 stars is because of the bo berry biscuits.

ugh. Bojangles really does have yummmmmmmmmy chicken and their biscuits are a religious experience. BUT- I have never....seriously never.....been to any location that hasn't messed up my order. I feel it must be a standard with Bojangles. Like maybe I shouldn't even expect what I order but rather think of it like a fun Christmas gift and open the box to see what is inside! .......me thinks not. This particular location got is SO wrong that I'm pretty sure they gave me someone else's order. Or just don't care. I got the wrong type of chicken. No slaw. no extra biscuit and a coke instead of sweet tea. When I went inside they wouldn't switch my order because they said I had already left....(I had been in the drive-thru). They were super rude and there was so much confusion as to whether or not I got what I ordered that I ended up leaving my food (the wrong stuff) on the counter and walked out to my car having no got the correct food nor my money back. It wasn't worth the ten bucks to deal with them. THAT is how crappy this locale is. Having said that....I am almost always willing to try again but I will most likely wait until my beefy husband is with me in case we need to fix something again. bummer.

I've avoided this chain for years as I've never really heard anything good about them. However recently a friend of mine and I had a discussion about who makes the best breakfast biscuits. I said Hardee's and she said Bojangles. So knowing she has good taste I decided to give it a try. She was right. The steak egg & cheese biscuit here is outstanding. Then the icing on the cake is their hash browns called Bo-Tato rounds. They're round medallions about the size of an old silver dollar that have minced onions in them. I would kill for these things. They're that damn good. So better late to the show rather than missing the boat entirely.

First, let me be clear about something: I LOVE ME SOME BOJANGLES CHICKEN Now, this location was a big letdown. I was in town on vacation with my wife and 12 other Filipinos. They all think they know good fried chicken because of Jollibee, which actually just opened in Virginia Beach, but NOTHING compares to BOJANGLES (seriously). So, we chipped in on like 40 pieces or something crazy in the drive through. The person running the window asked us to pull out and wait because they had to cook it. All the better--fresh cooked is the only way to make it better in my experience and we had a little drive back to the hotel, so no problem. I told the rest of our crew to go ahead and drive back and my wife and I would just meet them back with the chicken in a while... So, we waited. And we waited. We kept waiting... and waiting (and waiting). I noticed they were serving people at the drive through line after we waited more than 15 minutes, so I got out of the car and walked up to the window with a bit of an expression on my face (and my hands up on each side--like WTF). The lady gave me huge attitude, which would have been fine if she was handing me the chicken, but we STILL waited another 5 minutes after that scene. I still love Bojangles. I go all the time back home, but if I'm ever in Virginia Beach with my Filipino family, I'm guessing I'll be stuck at Jollibee after that treatment.

Loved it! cashier was so friendly and she helped me order bc I was lost. Chicken was finger lickin good. Mac n Cheese was saucyyy Biscuits were huggggeee Coleslaw was disgusting tho couldn't swallow haha swallow
