Horrible customer service, took almost 2 hrs to receive our food that we ordered. Then to top it all off they messed up our order..not worth calling to complain since we didn't want to wait until tomorrow to get our order! Food was okay, not worth the wait..won't be ordering again.

Alright, I've ordered food from here several times. The food is pretty good and prices aren't bad. But I have a big problem with the high school aged girl that takes orders over the phone and at the counter. Her attitude and tone is always unprofessional, rude and acts like she doesn't wanna be there. She actually threw up her arms and pouted when we showed up one time to pickup our order. I don't care if she's family, FIRE her and I will give you 5 stars

Food is typical fast (American) Chinese. Not grand, not revolting. Delivery is almost always quick.

We order from here often. We always get the family special which includes 4 entrees and 2 pints of rice which comes to $25 w/tax, extra for fried rice. Delivery is always fast and they have never messed up our order once (knock on wood). I used to have an issue with the person taking the order being short and a bit of an attitude but have since corrected that. Decent Chinese food. Will continue to order.

I am questioning big time WHO the Yelp reviewers were writing the reviews. First, the menu on this site and reviews enticed me to drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit this dump. Ya, I am mad. I try to always be fair minded on Yelp, but I smell a rat. Might have eaten one too. The menu brought me here was not the menu offered. In fact, NOTHING was the same. Instead, I was faced with Chinese fast food options. The sweet and sour chicken #1 was ok. Fried rice was bland and dry. The poopoo platter had both hits and misses. Love the butterfly shrimp. But the pork dumpling thing was dry and smelt like sewage. Ribs and teriyaki, one of them might have been that rat I mention. Chicken wing was rubber. The restaurant and location made me fear for my life. I hate being deceived. The reviews and attached menu lied.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
