There needs to be a negative star option. 1 star is too good for this location. Worst service at a drive thru without fail. At least they are consistent! Appears to be some racist issues with employees, all black. My mixed family (black/white) has issues every single visit and other customers do not receive the same bad treatment. Worst visit, which was our last: told to pull forward at drive thru to wait for fries to cook. After, no joke, 20 minutes finally went inside and our food was sitting on the counter, already getting cold, and no one had bothered to bring it out. Asked why it had not been brought out and was told "they were busy and had not got around to it." This was just the worst example. They always got the order wrong after it being repeated multiple times. Always something incorrect. Always! We now drive 20 minutes to a different location.
