While I typically do not eat at (what I would consider) "fast food establishments", I found my experience at Great Steak to be less than the subpar level that I was expecting. Great Steak is in the food court of Chesapeake Square Mall, tucked between Mrs. Field's and Bourbon Street Grill. The place has a legitimate menu board, however, it has pieces of paper with additional specials that are taped to the bottom of it. To be honest, while it may not look like much, it's probably one of the best looking restaurants in the food court of this mall. The Philly cheesesteak is nothing to rave about. But, what else would I expect? It is the food court, not Primanti Brothers in Pittsburgh after all. I ordered some cheese fries, which were cold. The reason for my lowly review really boils down to those dang cheese fries. I would've honestly thought they would have dropped some fresh fries for me, because I was the only customer in sight. Unfortunately, no. Maybe I'll give them another shot. Maybe.
