Unless you like being ripped off i would avoid this place at all costs. They are blatant and unapologetic about their thievery. I ordered a salad $6.89, a KIDS fries and a small fountain drink. Despite that the menu board offers to upgrade your meal witth a medium fries and medium drink for jus $.99, my bill came to more than $ 11. When i challenged them on it their excuse was that only applies to meals and a full size salad doesn't qualify (even though their offer on the menu board is right under the salads).. This Wendy's will never see another penny from me. You really should be more customer service oriented especially when you are located next to a Burger King and across from a McDonald's.

I LOVE WENDY'S. I have never been tired of eating their food. Last night I went inside this restaurant to use the restroom and to get a meal to go. I go into the bathroom and someone was in the stall next to me. They came out at the same time I did and it was a restaurant employee. She didn't even look in the direction of the sink!! Just walked right out! I thought all employees had to wash their hands? I come out of the bathroom to see where she went and she was at the register! THEN she went to put nuggets and fries in the containers and into the bags. NO GLOVES! SO GROSS. IDK what she was doing in that stall but I heard the toilet flush which tells me that your hands require some washing BEFORE returning to work. If I see her again at this wendy's I will walk right out. I never want her touching my food. EVER.

YUCKY! Saw a huge gray rat emerge from the trash can next to the drive through order board. It was disgusting, and made me wonder how many rats were on the inside of the restaurant. I drove all the way to Chantilly to get food from the one there instead.

The best garden salad ever! I cannot believe all the fresh, colorful veggies you get for $1.99. Great customer service at the drive-thru.

Leaps and bounds above the BK next door!! Fast, accurate and fresh. You can't ask for more than that with a fast food joint. I've only been through the drive through so I can't attest to the cleanliness, but it's pretty new, so it can't be that bad yet.
