FroYo was spot on but please toss some of those gimmicky flavors and hook up the blueberry or Acai.

I give 1 out of 5 for the following reasons: 1. I care about my froyo's taste so first and main reason is the nasty taste of sweet frog. I take Ice berry, Pink berry, Tutti Frutti or Zinga over their tasteless (well it does have lots of sugar) froyo anytime. 2. did I mention tasteless? . 3. so many toppings but mostly cereals and gummy candies and no bursting bubbles? 4. FOAM CUPS?? Now that everyone knows foam cups can cause cancer, why don't you switch to paper cups like everyone else? it's more earthy ("God" would like it) and your customer's won't exchange cancer for losing fat. i'm sure you are using them because they are much cheaper than paper cups which other respected froyos use but when you go cheap on cups, toppings, flavors and even store design you end up with a cheap establishment which is distant to fail. you might make money for the time that no competition is around but eventually other non religious feeding companies will come to Ashburn.

Tried out Sweet Frog for the first time since we moved to Ashburn about 3 months ago. I like the self service idea a lot and they have a ton of flavors to choose from (Mango was my fav) but the quality of the fro-yo is lacking a creamy consistency. I also think that the price tag is just too cheap...no wonder they are so busy! If you're looking for quality fro-yo try Ice Berry in Reston Town Center.

We just tried Sweet Frog and Pinkberry for the very time, within the past 72 hours. Conclusion: Both are quite good. For the Price, and the Experience, Sweet Frog wins. For the quality of the frozen yogurt itself, Pinkberry is the winner (though it doesn't have as many flavors). The Pinkberry frozen yogurt just seems more substantial, vaguely healthier. The toppings at both places are about on par with one another, though Sweet Frog may have just a few more. Prices: We got 2 reasonably large adult bowls and 1 child bowl for $10.50 at Sweet Frog. At Pinkberry, it was $14 for somewhat smaller bowls.

I would take PinkBerry, TangySweet, Fro-Yo, basically any yogurt place over this place. I'm not a fan of this yogurt, it had no flavor for me. I definitely prefer TangySweet over this soft serve style yogurt wanna be icrecream with no real sweetness. I think people who go here really don't know what frozen yogurt is suppose to taste like and are just "wowed" by the toppings. Definitely had better.

Dirty. I could hardly stand sitting to eat a delightful treat. Workers unprofessional and have mentioned how dirty this place is? The floors could use a good scrub and the chairs look like they been there for years when they should look brand new. I know it wasn't just me because I watched a lady try to wipe the bench off before she sat down. Her date wondered why She was sitting so far away! Totally put a damper on their date night and ours!

awesome yogurt and concept! Way cheaper than Coldstone. Has a million help yourself toppings; fruit, candy, cereals, whipped cream, etc. The staff was also friendly.

I am just luke warm on this place, you get a bowl, get in line to fill it with any flavors of yogurt. then you get in line to put toppings on, then they weight it up to price it. its better than cold stone as the other posted stated but still not a place I need to stop back at. I think its more of a families with little kids place and teen place. since I was really looking for just really good frozen yogurt, and not interested in stuff like gumi bears on it... for the $ spent on two bowls, I think I could pass this one up.
