Love, love, love the food here! This would have been a 5 star review but for the service. There was a little wait just for someone to come to the register but that was ok. The problem was the wait to get my food. The bigger problem, customers were having to bus a table just to have a table to eat at. During the time I was waiting and eating, many customers went to the counter to ask where their food was. It was almost 1 pm so the majority of the rush should have been over. A couple of eat in customers had to go change their order to take out because it was taking so long. This is my first visit to this location so I will be returning to try again! I love Noodles & Co!!

We went here for lunch today. We ordered, then sat outside waiting for our food. After about 20 minutes passed, a member of our group went to check on our food - no update. They offer us free drinks, but we already paid for drinks. About 35 minutes after ordering, we checked again - no update. After 45 minutes of waiting, we finally asked for refunds (which they gave us), and we left. I heard the manager saying, "Don't start on orders XX," which tells me they hadn't even started preparing our meals yet. What's worse - they didn't look that busy. And people who came in after us had their meals (although they were also forced to wait way too long for what is essentially fast food). They offered no explanation other than "we're swamped," and offered no compensation except free drinks and the eventual refund. At least if they had given us free meal vouchers, I might return. But at this rate, no way. Avoid at lunch time.

Another place I wanted to like but ultimately did not. Who makes flat potstickers? Was this intentional? If you're some kind of master chef & you chose to do some artsy fartsy "interpretation" or "de-construction" of a potstickers with "big, bold flavors" I can get down with it but I'm sorry these just sucked. Got the udon noodles & pad Thai noodles. Boring. Flavorless. Souless. Empty. 5600 West between 2100 & 3100 South has become a street full of crappy frozen processed food chains. Seems alluring at first glance when you're hungry until you realize you're eating at a crappy frozen processed food chain.

I ordered the Indonesian peanut saute noodle bowl. Awful. Not enough sauce and the noodles are way over cooked.

I really like this franchise for the spicy and bbq dishes and always like to bring my 4 year old. Always had great service and consistent food at this particular one. I wish it was open a bit later. But I know that's asking a lot!

Way to expensive for what you get. Flavor was good, but dishes where not executed well. Bbq pork sandwich is a rip off.

Beyond the "greeter" at the front instructing me how to use a menu. Which I still found humorously helpful. This location was clean and the food is just as tasty as any other noodles & co. Great that they are in West Valley finally.

I like their food, but I feel like they should have more to choose from. The restaurant is always clean and the service is pretty fast.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
