I love Isabella's! I have used them multiple times for catering at our work events and they always bring us hot, delicious food that is presented artistically. I've used them for just hors d'ouevres events, full blown dinners, breakfast, you name it. It's always great! They are easy to work with too...I tell them what my budget is and what I'm looking for and they always figure it out for me. I've also called them with only a few days notice and they always rise to the occasion. Their staff is consistently professional and courteous. We always get a lot of compliments on the food and I'd recommend them for any event!

Our first time in an authentic Mexican Bakery and we are hooked! We lived the self serve feature that goes along with shopping in a Mexican bakery! The variety was outstanding. We tried 4 different sweet pastries and loved each one. My kids and I can't wait to go back and try new things. Very affordable. We bought 4items all for $3.20. Looking forward to coming back!
The puff pastry cream tart with strawberry, kiwi, and peach is delicious. The red rolled cake with coconut on it is mild in flavor and would go very nicely with tea or something like that. But since I'm not a big fan of tea, it wasn't really my 'thing'. The cream filled puff pastry was also good. So I guess, everything they do with cream is delicious. ;) I got about 5 other pastries, but haven't eaten them yet. So I'll report later. A nice selection and really inexpensive. I believe it's cash only up to $5 dollars, so be aware of that.
Delicious!! The delicious smell when you enter will make you want to eat every piece of bread there. The breads are moist and tasty. Can't go wrong with any pick and the prices are phenenal. We will be coming back here often to get sweet breads.

These doughnuts are PHENOMENAL! I take my daughter there every Saturday morning and the doughnuts are consistently great. With that said, a few points of constructive feedback: -A few of the employees there, especially one in particular, are not even trying to be friendly. They come through with their doughnut refill trays as though the customers are in their way. I tried to talk to one girl and she was really short and almost abrasive in her response. I almost wanted to apologize for trying to engage her in conversation. Watch out for that, management, because it makes the customers feel less comfortable if it seems we're in your way. -Maybe add some tables, even in the parking lot, that are just for customers. There are a couple tables at the far end of the parking lot, but I quickly learned that they're for employees. There were a couple guys smoking and cursing a few weeks ago while I was sitting there with my 4 year old daughter. I asked them to stop cursing in front of her, and they did, but I was pretty sure I was invading their break area. Other than that, excellent doughnuts and other baked goodies. We'll continue coming back.
These guys get a five star rating for the best chocolate on chocolate donut ever invented. If you are in salt lake, stop here and grab a dozen choco donuts. Mmmm good.
The first thing I noticed when exiting my car is the sweet scent of sugar and donuts. Much like the feeling of approaching the entrance of Disneyland/California Adventure. This self-serve donut 'outlet' has a local feel and the service staff reflects that in a very good way. Polite and somewhat talkative with warm and winning smiles. I got a glazed yeast donut, blueberry cake donut w/glaze on top, and a blueberry turnover. The glazed donut was nice and soft, slightly chewy and delicious. The Blueberry cake donut was inferior to the likes of Dunkin' Donuts, and Krispie Kreme. The blueberry turnover, however, was a pocket full of sweet pastry joy! It's like sin that tastes REALLY good, but you won't go to Hell as a consequence. Located in a somewhat obscure neighborhood I suggest using your GPS to find it. Like now.

It's really hard to find a decent Indian restaurant that suit my taste. I only found one here in Utah before I came to Bombay House. This is huge to me because it means my searching days are finally over!! The interior design is really exotic, but unlike any other Indian restaurants I've been to, it is more classy and modernistic. When I first saw the reception area, I thought I walked into a spa and was about to have a massage. That area really made me feel relax and happy, not sure why. The massage, wait no, the food, FOOD (I've to keep this in mind). The food was good. I've got Mango Lassi, Garlic Naan, Regular Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Briyani. Mango Lassi- Really good! Tasted like the mango ice cream my grandma used to buy me when I was little. It has a strong yogurt taste. If you are a yogurt lover or mango lover ( I happened to be both), I recommend you to try this. Garlic Naan- Finally, I found a garlic naan that actually has a garlic flavor in it. Those I've tried before tasted just like regular naan but charged more than the regular one. This one, worth the money. Chicken Tikka- OMG! Search bomb.com and this will pop up. The chicken was tender even though they almost had a full house that night. I don't know how they managed to do it. The sauce was incredible. I even asked for a box just to take the sauce away with me. That's how good it is! Lamb Briyani- My friend thinks it was kind of flavorless at first cause he is a strong-flavor kind of person. I think it had enough flavor. So I told him to took another bite. He agreed with me that it was flavorful after taking a few more bites. Overall, the interior was nice, the service was acceptable consider they almost had a full house that night, and the food was amazing. Definitely coming back for the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Lassi!
We ordered 8 different items from the menu and food came out way to fast, in fact it tasted like it was all pre-made with just adding the meat and heated up. The butter chicken and chicken tikka were barely warm. Service was great as they were very attentive and on the ball. Unfortunately the food was just average at best. Not sure I want to come back and pay a lot for mediocre food.
I live in the bay area (California) so I'm really picky about Indian food when I go elsewhere outside of the bay area. The bay area does Indian food so well that I'm spoiled! I ordered the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and regular naan. I like a little bit of spice in my food, but not too overpowering. When I asked my waiter if he suggested the mild or medium spice, he said medium was pretty spicy but that mild isn't spicy. He suggested something in the middle. When I got the chicken tikka masala, it didn't have any spiciness at all. Regardless, the flavor was still delicious. I'll just have to make sure I request for medium spicy the next time I am back. The regular naan worked well with the chicken tikka masala. The garlic naan was better by itself since you can really taste the garlic flavor. However, I ended up not really eating the garlic naan with the masala because I felt the garlic flavor changed the masala flavor and didn't really go well together.

Your thighs will hate you, but your stomach doesn't care. The five star reviews are all spot on because the cinnamon rolls at Village Baker are DA BOMB. Forget Cinnabon, or any other commercial shop, these guys make the very best cinnamon roll in the valley, with the possible exception of your grandma (and then only if she's a skilled baker). They're huge, soft and pillowy, and covered in icing. Delicious. I'll go back for sure (sorry thighs).
I happened across this place while coming back into SLC after a hike. I was suddenly ravenous and hunting for food in the burbs. Fortunately, I came here. There are no tables, so be warned. When I pulled up, it looks deserted since people are always just going in and out, not staying for a meal. I had a sandwich that was the perfect amounts of all the ingredients. There are no tables, but there are a few benches off to the side. I awkwardly sit on a bench with my lap as a table and napkins, car keys, and phone on the bench, trying to fall through the cracks. A few small 2-top round tables with high chairs would do well near the windows in this shop. And then there was the bread. I had taste-tested the breads for the sandwich (do it! It's very helpful and you may sample any of the breads they currently have available for sandwiches). Yes, I would be shoving all purchases onto a plane soon, probably crushing them, but I needed the Squaw bread in my home. It's still in my freezer, btw. It did get smooshed on the plane, but I still pull it out for an awesome toast with avocado on top. The Squaw is massive and I smile at my oh-so-wise carb-selecting skills. Then my friend (who also really enjoyed her sandwich) buys a cookie. I perk up at the site of the cookie and her comments as she takes a few bites. So I go back to the cashier (my card was run 3 times here in about a 15 minute period) and get a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. The cookie is huge. It's about 2 inches tall in the center and 7 inches in diameter. I didn't end up liking the cookie as much as the other items from this bakery. Go for the bread.
Before coming here, I researched to see what everyone was raving about, so we got the cream cheese, turkey, cranberry sandwich with squaw bread. The bread was so soft and delicious, but because all the ingredients were soft, it would have been better to get the sandwich with a different kind of bread. Maybe sourdough for the next time I try this place. When I went in to pick up my order, I noticed that they had rolls of bread for sale. I was tempted to buy a baguette, but decided I would try another day.

Reviews:
I was so looking forward to coming here based on the reviews, after eating here it makes me think being from LA people in Utah don't know a good tamale. I waited at the front for a short while I thought maybe they had just opened but it was noon. I had the chips and salsa and it tasted sweet which was a little wierd but the chips were fresh. I tried the jalapeno and cheese, there was way to much mushy masa and not enough cheese. I tried the bean and cheese that had cheddar cheese and a few beans and nearly all masa...it was inedible. Overall, the ratio of masa to filling is off and the flavor is meh. If your from LA or love flavorful tamales then this might not be the place for you. On a positive note the prices are great.
Extremely friendly staff and great tamales. They also have really unique salsa that's fresh and tasty. No fancy garnishes here, but you don't need it with flavorful food.
Coming to Utah from a place in California that is less than 20 minutes away from Mexico, it took a little time to adjust to not having tons of authentic Mexican food readily available. Fast forward to today, where now I can easily fill that craving by heading over to Tamales Tita. Tamales Tita, as the name may imply, serves all kinds of tamales. The usual tamales, such as pork, chicken, chicken mole, etc. are all served here, as well as ones that are not quite as common, such as a sweat cream one and even a breakfast style tamale. I'd had all their tamales, and the pork is my favorite. She has many serving styles available for the tamales as well. You can grab them ala carte, smothered with sauce, and even have them fried. My favorite style is smothered with mole sauce, served with two eggs. The real gem for me, though, is the buffet. Each day of the week is a different rotation of items. She has familiar items like tamales, chile rellenos, soups, and other not quite as recognized items, such as chorizo with cactus, molotes, and albondigas. Her albondigas deserve a section of their own. If you're not sure what albondigas are, it is a Hispanic style meatball. The way Tamales Tita does theirs is to put an egg on the inside, and braise the whole meatball in a tomato based sauce. I love albondigas, and it was so great to find a place that does them justice. Even though they are listed as an entree on the menu, they are (as of now) only available in the buffet on a Tuesday. I can't end this review without mentioning how great the owner is. She is always nice and very receptive of suggestions. Once suggestion that was made by a friend was to have thicker chips, and that's what she serves now. Another thing I mentioned was that the horchata was better when it was a little more frothy, and that's how it's been every since. I think it goes a long way in showing that the owners care about their customers when they take the time to chat with them and also ask for suggestions (and follow through on them). If you're wanting authentic tamales, look no further, but definitely give their buffet and other menu items a try as well...you won't leave disappointed.

One of the best Thai food I've ever eaten. The Pad Thai is really really good & the staff is super nice :) Highly recommended!
Great food and service! The staff were very prompt and nice. Ordered the Pad Gra Pow with chicken and Massaman curry with chicken from the lunch special menu. Along with the main entree came with either a side salad or soup and also two fried wontons with sauce. Everything had great flavors. Would definitely order both entrees again. Although flavor and portion wise, I feel like you get more with the Massaman curry than you do the Pad Gra Pow. Definitely will be coming back to try other menu items.
I took my friend there before i dropped her off at the airport. We ordered the beef Pai-Kee-Mao and Pumpkin curry(from lunch special menu). Both tasted Excellent. They have lunch special menu which includes a main dish, steamed rice or fried nice, and one house salad or soup of the day(only $6.99). I would strongly recommand this place. I really love the friendly service there. The only thing I didnt like is that the Thai tea was a little bit over sweet. But overall it is a nice place to have lunch.

Best, best, best plain tart yogurt, EVER. I go for the simple tart yogurt at ever place I go to, mainly because I prefer extravagant fruit toppings and tart is the best combination. Lychee is offered here which is a big plus! This time I went above and beyond and also tried the Rocket Pop flavor. Probably my second favorite. It's the best part of the entire popsicle, the blue! Perfect after a dinner or movie treat!
God i love frozen yogurt! Its far superior to ice cream and im thrilled that it has become the new hotness in Salt Lake City. Until recently though, i had to drive a fair distance in order to get my beloved frozen yogurt. No longer! YogurtLand has come to Jordan Landing, yippie! YogurtLand's business model is pretty standard frozen yogurt. You have a selection of self serve frozen yogurt flavors and a variety of toppings. What sets YogurtLand apart from so many of its competitors is the breadth and quality of the selections. Everything from plain old vanilla and chocolate to a very complex chocolate coconut to the divine peach. Many of the flavors have that bizarre quality of being eerily close to the actual taste its meant to imitate. Think back to the first time you had a buttered popcorn flavored Jelly Belly. If your like me you thought "how the hell did they make a candy taste exactly like buttered popcorn?" Its kinda like that. My one complaint is their is a wall directly in front of the frozen yogurt dispensing machines. I know the point is to try and funnel customers down the line of machines, but since you are encouraged to try different flavors the linear approach breaks down and the wall designed to organize becomes a frustrating obstacle. This is a really minor complaint however and should in no way discourage you from trying their delicious frozen yogurt.
If this wasn't Yogurtland, I'd give it 3 stars. but it is Yogurtland, so yeah. If you aren't familiar with Yogurtland, it's a popular chain of frozen yogurt places. I swear there's one on every street in southern California (especially in the Orange County area). It's one of the first--and one of the best--of the self-serve yogurt places that are popping up everywhere. And it's my favorite thing in the world. Well, maybe I don't like it THAT much, but I could live off it. They have a good selection and it's pretty affordable too. However, if you could go to a location that isn't in Utah it'd probably be better. It's an average-sized location, but it's always crowded since it's right next to a movie theatre. It's also right next to a Nickelcade, so there's always a groud of loud-mouthed 12 year olds in there loading up on free sample cups. And it's a little echo-y in there, so the sounds of crying children, obnoxious 12 year olds, and clueless loudmouths of all ages is quite elevated. Plus, this location is really inconvenient. It's the only location in Salt Lake County. The other two Utah locations they have are in Bountiful and Orem. I think I'll just load up on a daily basis when I go to California, which is kind of already part of the plan when I go there.

In and out in under 5 min. Walked out with pizza, cheese bread and soda for $10. That's the same price as little Cesar's and it is way better! The place is really clean, the employees are really friendly and it was easy to get in and out. We'll be back.
The Cowboy on thin crust is my favorite. This is the only take and bake pizza place worth going to. Really fast, too. Always has a special on Tuesdays.

Food was ok but the place is a mess. Had to find a clean table to sit at. The door mat is nasty those pretty flowers some nice others wilted and dead. Disappointed to say the least. I have only been here one other time and that was through the drive thru. First impression not good.
Got a text for a free birthday meal and the only thing that I was confused about was when I ordered the meal and a cookie sundae the cashier said they don't sell them anymore. WHAT? No cookie sundaes?! So he rang it up separately and it still tasted pretty good. (See picture) I do love this location though, always friendly and fast customer service!
First time still have valentine decorations up Dead drooping flowers on tables. Breakfast burrito tortilla was soggy. Don't think I'll be back
