When it takes 50 minutes to get an order of Chips and Salsa, you know the service sucks!!! Went on a Monday night, and ordered 15 wings and an appetizer of Chips and Salsa. We were about to walk out when the guy brought our food. More than 50 minutes later. And the food wasn't even worth the wait. There are much better wing places in Salt Lake. I won't be back!!!

Not sure where to start. Ordered 20 wings. 30 min later I am standing in the kitchen asking what I was waiting on...3 people looked bewildered and pointed to the stove area and said " five chicken." Confused I asked again and said it's been 30 min...no one said a word. I asked the guy who originally took my order what was up and could he check because the kitchen seemed confused. He stated there was a new guy that was killing them. Orders were slow and some were "misplaced and forgotten about." By the time my last five wings came out and I drove 3.5 miles home the buffalo chips were ice cold and pretty soggy. Buzz kill already. We got apricot teriyaki...not bad. Parmesan curry...not bad. Jamaican jerk...ok. Southern honey BBQ...tasty. Nothing to rave about at all. A few pieces were tough and chewy...I was hoping for soft and juicy. The inside was dim and actually pretty cold, I sat long enough to be freezing by the time I left...40 min later. I'm pretty sure my first time here was my last. I feel like I failed my partner in even suggesting we have wings for supper.

Love this place and the staff! They have at least 6 tvs and are always willing to change it to 'your' game. They are fast and even when there is a wait they will at least tell you, which to me is a huge deal!food is great and the wings are baked and not fried so I feel much happier about this choice than a fried wing. Several beers on tap plenty of alcohol and bottled beers as well. I personally don't like going on Wednesdays because it's poker night so most of the place is organized to play poker! But Monday's are a great day with 50-70 cent (yes I said cent) wings! I like some of the monthly flavors from a few months back and they are always, always willing to make em for me!!!! Yummy! Spicy chips are a MUST! It's a LOT more quiet in here than bww. Better healthier food, cold beer, crispy hot wings, great service and decent pricing... What more could a girl ask for?

I'm not nuts about your nuts buddy! I think Bdubs by far is greater when it comes to choices and service. Their sauces are very similar to those at BWW and their wings are dry. Don't bother asking for a sample sauce bc they are stingy about it! It's just a sample guys, I didn't ask to devour the entire bottle. The servers were unfamiliar on the flavors when asked what they would recommend.

This is the best location by far! Bryce is excellent and we appreciate his great service every time! We always go for wings and think all their sauces are great! We do like the baked for a little healthier meal. Have been on busy nights and haven't had slow service, we are usually there to watch a game so we stay a little longer.

Since they decided to close the wing nutz in Sugarhouse. I just randomly get to come to other locations. Same great wings and great beer selections as always. But one thing has changed since the last time I came. They offer a pint, 19 oz, and 23 oz beers now! Finally I don't have to order a pitcher for me and my girlfriend. Just to have me drink the whole thing, because she doesn't like beer. Also because if you are not drinking beer with wings, then you aren't ordering them hot enough. Hopefully they re open a location in Sugarhouse soon. But I will keep making my way to them all over the valley.

Server was great . We came here on a sat. For lunch and it took us over an hour to get our food , all we order was 24 boneless wings chips and salsa , the two kids in the kitchen were incredible slow and didn't seen to care about people waiting for their order , several times the server had to go into the kitchen and help them get orders ready .

This place is great. I have been here a couple of times, and the food is always very good. I really like the Apricot Teriyaki sauce. The wings are crispy and taste awesome, even though they are not fries. They do have a kids menu, but it is not much. If you have little kids who don't like wings, this may not be their favorite place.

Good wings. Great service. Some of their sauces need a little more kick. This is going to be my giro wing place since The Wing Coop has gone extremely downhill.

Absolutely loved this place! Went with a couple friends of mine and was not disappointed! We have a tradition of getting wings on Sundays and we wanted to try somewhere new. I found Wing Nutz on yelp and we figured we would give it a shot. We were a little hesitant at first, but in the end we were pleasantly surprised. The prices were a little on the heavy side, but I love that their wings are baked and not fried so a little extra money for that is well worth it. We decided to try the boneless wings and the portion sizes were amazing! No skimping there at all. We got 5 different sauces to try from mild and sweet to the top two hottest. They were all so flavorful, even the purgatory, which is the spiciest you can try and it also has a challenge to go with it. My friends and I will definitely be going back on Sunday's and we are all going to try the challenge. I highly recommend trying out Wing Nutz, you won't be disappointed!!

Wing Nutz opened several years ago, and it was one of the first chain-like restaurants in Utah--focusing on chicken wings. The food is always relatively consistent and their sauces are quite diverse. The baked versus fried is a great marketing blurb and it truly makes a difference. I frequently visit Buffalo Wild Wings for a late night meal or to view that "hard to see" game AND I have to admit, the wings at Wing Nutz are superior. It seems as though frying the chicken depletes the bulk/mass of the meat. Wing Nutz wings seem more plump and full of natural juices. All in all, it is a good alternative to feed a wing craving. The service itself is always satisfactory, however often times it seems there is not enough staff to serve in a timely manner (slow service). I recommend giving Wing Nutz a try and more importantly noticing the difference they claim "Baked Wings Are Better".

Two words: You must eat the oink and cluck basket! This place is fantastical. I'm loving baked wings. I was very skeptical about the whole idea, as I'm a "fried food is the best food" believer. But Wing Nutz has converted me. These babies are great! I can't tell the difference between the baked and fried, but I'm assuming my health can. The mini-pig-rib thingys (the oink portion of the afore mentioned basket) are a relevation. Wow! You MUST try these things... with the Carolina Honey sauce, if you know what's good for you. The buffalo chips are wonderful. They have all the decadence of french fries, with only the guilt of a baked potato. FYI: This IS NOT diet food! It doens't taste like diet food and I'm sure it packs a buncha fat and calories. Wing Nutz just manages to eliminate some of the totally unnceccesary fat grams and calories, without sacrificing the deliciousocity. I've never had a problem with the service here, either. It's always been friendly, helpful useful, funny and cool. I loves me some Wing Nutz!

Great food, but service could be improved. We don't expect five star service, but it could be better. We have been going there more often since they started serving liquor and not only beer.

Tasty chili garlic and jamaican jerk wings. I also loved the buffalo chips. Good place to hang out and watch sports games. Best of all: everything is baked!

I use to like this place and this location but I will never be back again! I went yesterday and paid 60.00$ for food- half was to go,and half me and a co worker ate there. Ours took close to an hour to get because of poker night I guess. Last night I told other manager hey any word on our food and he got snippy and said we have a full house bud -we only ordered had 8 wings and 1/2 nachos to share and it was before it got real busy for poker night! . Ok perfect no tip for you. So after getting order to go which was 1/2 nachos and 20 wings (all flappers) specifically I told server/ manager-so I drive drive to bountiful to give to my brother, come to find out they were all drum sticks! Call manager (if that's what they are calling idiots) like that these days and he says he will take good care of me. So go in today and order 1/2 nachos chicken and 8 wings . Bryce is there and I talk to him and says he will take care of it. He leaves we go to check out and he discounts bill 4.49$. I tell server unacceptable - I don't plan on a free meal just something better than 4$ when I have 20 drumsticks in my fridge cuz my brother won't eat em. He argues with me saying he was drinking and therefore can't go behind bar to change anymore and I have to pay amount of 18$ and some change. I paid and left zack a 5$ tip cause he had always been a good kid with us and told him I'll never be back. So congrats to douche bag Bryce on loosing me and co workers as customers for peanuts. Horrible manager and horrible customer service.

I was so excited to try Wing Nutz. But...the kitchen was soooooooo slow. I think he cooked one order at a time. Had to ask for a drink refill. And the food...well, the wings were good, the buffalo chips were soggy and not crisp and some had seasoning others didn't, the nachos were horrid - burnt to a crisp, the chicken had no flavor, and the salsa was bland. Overall - not a place I'd choose to spend my money at again!

A group of me and my friends were looking for somewhere close by to get something to eat. Some of us wanting wings and others a burger. We've heard about wing nuts none of us going there before decided it was time to try something new. That turned out to be a big mistake. The menu was really focused on chicken and to most of our dismay they only had turkey burger. Then we were told they were out of cheese ruining any chance to get a quesadilla. By the time we sat down we waited 15 mins for the waiter to take our order then we waited 40 mins to receive our food. A slow Friday night shouldn't take this long to receive barely warm food. The table we sat at gave us a good look and the kitchen who's staff was young who was more focused on having a good time than cooking our food. Which the portion size is something you'd be kicking yourself for spending $6 on 5 boneless wings. You'd be happier getting a ten piece mcnuggets. We asked our waiter before we order if there was an military discount and we were informed that there is one. When getting our checks from someone else and was not given the discount. We asked the guy who gave us the checks and he replied with a rude tone there isn't one. The only thing that they did right was the drinks like they wanted us to wait so long to buy more. From a hour of waiting, to cold food and bad price for portion size. This was my first and certainly last time at wing nutz.

Growing franchise with over 10 locations across the city. 50 wing platter was about $40 tried 4 sauces and "traditional" was the better of the 4. A bit on the pricy side. I like the bake healthy choice but a little breading would make the wings taste better. Poker night is on Wed and they also make their own beer, pitchers are around $12 . I saw 4 TVs for sports games.

Alex was amazing last night.... Called in, spoke with the "manager".... he was rude & of course didn't disclose his name. Disrespectful & should never be in the hospitality business. (Go sell used cars) Since he was so clear to tell me that he doesn't understand... here's my same question #AGAIN... (X3 MF) why did you tell me over the phone that I am too hammered 2 understand & why did you refuse my business? Shame on you.... yet I am "too hammered" to write a post!? You're scum.
