I am giving Wing Nutz a 5 star rating because of the great service from Courtney who was working today. She was very friendly and helpful, even after I found out I went to the wrong Wing Nutz to pick up my phone order. (That is Yelp's fault, they have two locations in Sandy with two different numbers but there is only one Sandy location.) I ordered the Chipotle Lime and the Jamaican Jerk bone in wings. Both where very tasty and loved that they are oven baked and not deep fried. I didn't stay long but the place looked like a fun place to catch a game. I am diffently going back the next time I am in town.

Freezing. Wait for a spot. 15 minutes before we got a menu. Food took an hour. Cold chicken. Portion sizes small. Very expensive for what you get.

By default, I've been here multiple times after a softball game. The service is never consistent. Sometimes fair, sometimes poor. The wings are basic and do not, I repeat do not get a salad. It sounds like a nice alternative, but somehow they manage to make a salad bad. Beer and wings. Don't expect too much.

This place isn't as hyped up as Buffalo Wild Wings. What I do like about BWW is their fried pickles and cheese curds. The choice is, do you like BWW fried wings or do you like Wing Nutz baked wings? Both are good, for me it all comes down to the sauces. So I like both places for different things. This place had great hog wings, they were tender and juicy and the parmesan curry had a nice touch to it. The zesty orange, and mango pom chipotle were just okay while the Carolina mustard were great tasting loaded with flavor. What I didn't like about this location was that the service was horrible, didn't come and check on us, didn't fill our drinks. and I had to chase them down to give us the check. The good thing about this place vs BWW are the music and the tv's do not have their volume full blast where you can at least carry on a conversation at this place.

Not crazy about their wings but the beer is great and the sandwiches are good The service was very good!

The wings at this place could hardly be considered wings! They have little meat and absolutely NO FLAVOR! The service was horrible and slow. There are plenty of other places in the SLC valley to get good wings! My go to spot is Wing Coop!

I'm glad to hear that the last guy got good service here because my experiences have sucked! To be fair, I haven't been back since the summer even though I'm a big wing fan and this place is close to my humble abode. Yes, the service was that bad. After 45 minutes of waiting and no apologies or refills I could tell that they were screwing up multiple orders and I joked that they probably hadn't started our yet. Upon inquiry, bingo!...it wasn't a joke. We paid for our drinks and bailed. I'm not turning a quick dinner into two and a half hours unless there's a good game on or something. It's a shame because the whole baked concept makes me feel a little better about my wing addiction. Go to the one on 33rd by REI. That one is awesome!

1 star very generous at that. Waited 20 min for a waitress, then another 30 for wings. Poor service and the wings were just as disappointing.

Wing sauces are tasty, price is ok. Other items taste good but have small portions and are way overpriced. Service sucks!

We do not come here for the food, but for the great football atmosphere. Limited menu, but the baked wings are better than deep fried. Amazing assortment of sauces. The Hog Wings are to die for! The spicy buffalo chips with blue cheese dressing are great. The only desert is a bundt cake that was a very good end.

I'm a fan of WingNutz because it's one of the few places I can get good wings without having to drive more than 20min for. However I do wish they offered more spicy sauces without having to get a side of their "purgatory" sauce which is so ridiculously hot, they should offer a challenge like Wing Coop or TWC. I like it hot, but not that hot. Oh well, this is still a solid place with ice cold beer and tons of TV's to watch sports. Also, this location shows almost every major UFC fight and there's no cover! The crowd's mellow and it's great to escape the gross bar food for some baked wings and yummy buffalo chips.

Great place for beer, wings and to watch a game! Service is kinda slow, but the food makes up for it.

Wings Ok. Not sure what a "premium" wing is but you pay about a buck a wing. these are steamed then baked so somewhat healthy but I have had better. Service is OK. Plenty of beer on tap.

If you like hot beer, cold wings, bad service or bland wings. Then this is the place for you, I will never go back to ANY wing nuts again.

If you are considering this place, think again and go elsewhere. While the food isn't terrible, the service is HORRIBLE!!!! The primary waitress, her name starts with S, is horribly lazy, non-responsive and as inattentive as any I've ever seen. With barely anyone in the place, it took half an hour to get some basic food and no refills were offered until we were finished with our meal. Don't waste your money here folks. My family and I will not be back to this place. If I could rate it a zero, I certainly would.

This place has severely disappointed me. I've been several times and each time I've left angry. My first experience there I went with some friends, a youth baseball team was there so getting our food took about an hour. They apologized and gave us a bit off our bill. I still felt it was overpriced for what I got. My next trip I went with a friend. We were the only two people in the store and it took them 2 hours to get our food. We complained, and they apologized, yet it seemed that us voicing our opinions didn't matter to them. As we got up to leave suddenly the manager appeared with our food. It "miraculously" was ready right when we were fed up. What made it worse was someone who got there after us got there food before us and left before us. We would have left earlier but my friend was just really craving chicken. Oh yeah, and the food was cold. Makes me think that it was cooked and just sitting there. Their me this place, aside from the FREAKISHLY long waits, is overpriced. If you get the boneless wings you are basically getting a couple chicken tenderloins, sauce dumped on them, and cut into bits while paying roughly $10 for it. Give me $10 bucks, I'll buy you a package of the tenderloins, cook them, cut them, cover them in a sauce, and guarantee that you can feed a couple people and leave being well fed. Yup, I don't like this place.

Ate here on a Monday night, not too many people in the place. They had a lot of TV's all with the Monday Night Football game on. The atmosphere is what you'd expect of a wing place. The service was quick, I sat at the bar and was well taken care of. There was a good amount of beers on tap and a number of different bottles. While the State of Utah has legislated that its sinful to have drink specials, they had 2.50 domestic 16oz pints on Monday (according to the sign it sounds like its only Monday). The food was good, not great. Their brand's focus is the wings and fries are baked and that's supposed to be healthier The wings were large and you could get a order of 5 or 10 to satisfy one person. They're larger than the wings at Hooters and Wingers. They have a baked taste to them, a few were slightly seared from the heat of baking. My main issue with the food would be their sauces. They have probably 15 to 20 arranged in mild to hot. I prefer a normal run of the mill medium wing sauce. Not coconut, asian, cajun etc etc. That was no where to be found. I didn't even see a mild. I ordered traditional hot and it was hotter than desired but it was the only way I saw to get traditional flavor sauce. They don't do fries either. They do these baked potato coin shaped bites they called buffalo chips. They had a spicy and regular. I had a mix. They were both mediocre at best. And the baking took all the flavor from the plain ones and the spice on the other style probably is put on prior to baking and they just tasted spicy and burnt. I didn't opt for ranch or blue cheese by I think its offered. Pricing was my biggest disappointment. 10 wings is 9.99 and add fries and they're 2.99. Have two beers with that and its 20 bucks for one person. I might have dealt with the fry price if they were a basket of fries. Instead I paid 3 bucks for a small basket of potato coins that were either bland and or spicy burnt tasting. The wing pricing was a touch high for having a lack of normal sauce choices... hot, medium and mild traditional wing sauce. I'd go back if I found out they had a 50 cent wing night. The wings are worth another trip maybe but the "Buffalo Chips" are worth skipping. I think they're appropriately named too...

This is the 5th time I have been here and I won't be back. I keep giving it another try because i have heard people say their wings are good, but i have only gotten salads (okay) and the boneless wings (rubbery and hard to eat). To me the food is just mediocre and poor service doesn't entice me to eat there which sucks because I am within walking distance. I don't know about other locations but this one has bad service. Other times it has been slow but this time: Took 10 mins for anyone to bring us a menu. I only really like the salads here but was starving so I tried a quesadilla. I asked my server for a sauce suggestion with it and she said 'you can't go wrong with any of them'. Nice suggestion. Thanks! It sat it the window for a while before anyone brought it to the table. The cheese wasn't melted and that was disappointing. Oh and the salsa - tasted bottled and it looked like they tried to add to it? There was one piece of corn and a piece of grated cheese (maybe they weren't supposed to be there?) both the female servers were dressed poorly. One had way too short of shorts she really probably shouldn't have been wearing (sorry if thats rude) and the other had a shirt that was worn through on the belly. Check took forever to get and it wasn't even very busy. Their glasses are big so we never ran out of drinks and that was good.

After beer, wings are the most important part of any man's diet. Good thing this place as both! 40 beers (about 12 on tap) and over 20 wing sauces makes this place pretty awesome. The interior includes 7 large flat-screen TV's and a nice granite bar. All the wings are baked and they have much more than just wings if you/spouse are not feeling like the wings.

Seriously disappointed. Maybe I'm spoiled by having Buffalo Wild Wings where I moved from 3 years ago, but these are just not that good. Baked may be "healthier" but dried (It was like chicken jerky) pieces of chicken with really watery sauces just don't do anything for me. And the prices. Yikes. The "buffalo chips" (potatoes) were mediocre, and were expensive too. So, for crappy wings in watery sauce that you pay too much for, Wing Nutz is the place. Thank goodness Buffalo Wild Wings is coming to Utah.
