Love this place. Always a pleasure, awesome staff and the choices are endless. There is a very relaxed atmosphere, a really good place to get out of the heat and cool down.

They're closed. For a reason. It sucks. Texture is shit. Concept is novel but god forbid that tank of liquid nitrogen should leak while you're in there. I think there were a lot of things wrong and they never figured it out. Expect this place to flourish where people don't appreciate quality. Otherwise, bon a petit!

The nitrogen ice cream idea is cool but it's poorly executed. I've seen other nitrogen ice cream places that presents the process of making the ice cream more entertaining and produce better quality ice cream as well. The prices seem to be on the more expensive side. Overall, the taste is okay and is only worth it with the Groupon deal

Went in last night with 2 adults and 3 kids. All of us finished ordering and that's when the nitrogen machine thing ran out. Talk about 3 very upset children. The two young ladies working there weren't quite sure what to think as they said it had never happened before. Hard to give a review on the ice cream as we really didn't get any. Got one order before the machine went out but consistency was strange. I'm betting because it didn't get all the way frozen.

Update! They brought Almond Milk back! THANK YOU!! You made my summer nights complete! Last summer my husband I went all the time to Sub Zero. We went back last night and was greatly disappointed because they are no longer serving Almond Milk as an alternative to not doing dairy. I have some food allergies and we were always greatly impressed the staff made sure I didn't get cross contamination in my product. I understand people love coconut milk as an alternative but I am highly allergic to coconut! Your employee said that they no longer carry almond milk because it went bad over the winter. I work in customer service and if I would have been your employee I would have offered to run up to Fresh market and buy a $5.00 container of almond milk instead of watching 2 people walk always form your establishment.

Most incredible ice cream / Fro Yo experience ever. It is like a visit to a science lab except you get to hammer down some frozen yogurt with chocolate and peanut butter cups all over it. Yogurt is frozen before your very eyes with liquid nitrogen. Amazing you say? You'd be correct! Lauren served us and is an extremely competent and friendly FroYo technician. I will be frequenting this fine establishment.

Not a fan. Cool idea and fun to watch, but flavor was disappointing. Ordered mango yogurt and the consistency was not what I expected/normally get with froyo. And no flavor (did i already mention that?). Nice staff but girl who prepared my order then handled my money. Then she went back to work mixing orders without washing hands. Gross. Nice decor and definitely a high school hangout on a busy Friday night. Overpriced and underwhelming.
