The last 2 times I've eaten at this location, my food was messed up (2 different meals). I feel their consistency and quality has no standards, and when the issue is brought up to the staff, there appears to be no concern, nor any resolution. Most of the time, the staff are confused by what I order, even though it's not an odd request (crispy tofu, or no meat), especially since they'll gladly made accommodations, according to their menu. The other day when I dined here, their oven was broken as was their soda machine, on top of disgusting food that wasn't correct. The Fort Union location isn't much better so if I want a properly made dish from Noodles and Company, I will have to travel to a more inconvenient location.

This was my first time at this location. It was a good experience. The lady that took our order was super nice! The place was clean and there was plenty of seating. Sometimes there is a problem with that at other Noodles locations. I got the spaghetti and because I don't come here often I didn't know you had to say with meatballs in order to get meatballs lol. I was going off the picture my bad! Word to the wise, if you order spaghetti It's only sauce and noodles. No meat! With that being said. It was good. It definitely needed salt and I mean needed it. I don't usually put salt on any of my food ever, but... this needed it. I didn't mind really, I rather have to add it then take it back because they put too much. Overall this place was good. Not the greatest, but good. I'm sure I might visit again.

This store is dirty, nothing like the West Jordan store. This table has been dirty for at least half an hour. The bus boy sucked at what he's doing. Bad store needs better management.

I never went inside the place, because a friend of my grabbed fold for us. I can tell you about the food though. Three words: It was amazing.

I used to loathe Noodles and Co. They were boring and overpriced. Over the past couple of years, they have really stepped up their game. The menu has grown and now includes many great and interesting items. On my most recent visit, I had the Japanese pan noodles and they were fantastic! The service is fast and friendly and there is great value here. Yum!

The staff here is always great and the food is consistently good. Plus, it's tucked out of the way so it's usually not crazy busy. The Mac and cheese with parmesan crusted chicken is the best thing on the menu. Yum!!

I don't know what it is, but when the cry of the buffalo mac comes I have to drop everything and go here. I haven't even tried anything else on their menu. I don't go here very often. When the cry of the buffalo comes though, I have to obey. I don't understand. Something about this dish is amazing to me, enough that I won't try anything else. I fully understand it's not that amazing, but sometimes you just need it. I don't know what else to say.

If you're in the mood for fast food and can't bear the thought of eating a burger and fries or another footlong, then this may be the place for you. The menu has an interesting selection of pasta dishes and a handful of sandwiches, and the food comes out within a couple minutes. I tried the featured dish, Thai Hot Pot, and coupled that with the potstickers. The hot pot had good curry flavor and came with rice noodles, some tasty pulled pork, and grilled chicken. All three of the aforementioned ingredients were a little on the light side and would've left me hungry...enter the potstickers. I scarfed the three little flat guys down with the provided sauce. My hunger was cured, but I couldn't possibly recommend the potstickers to the next guy. They were smushed flat as a pancake and rubbery. Lesson learned...if the place is called Noodles, stick with the noodles.

I went to this location today, but I have been to Noodles and Company in so many spots. I enjoyed the customer service at this location and they were very quick. Portion sizes at noodles are perfection. They pretty much all have the special touch screen coke machines, which I love. I got the Penne Rosa, my fave. My aunt got the curry dish. She loved it. It was affordable, fresh, and tasted good. They also have fresh rice krispie treats that are delicious.

I was excited to get some great noodles, and was seriously disappointed with Noodles & Company. I tried the pad Thai and it was literally inedible, the noodles were mooshy the chicken was mostly gristle and the flavor was bland and gross. I talked to a server and they apologized, which is while I will give them at least two stars, and they gave me the Japanese pan fried noodles instead. I tried a few bites, and I will admit it was better than the pad Thai, but not by much. I took home the left-overs and they stayed in the fridge (which is rare in my house) and then went to the trash when no one felt like eating them. My husband got the Penne Rosa which was the best out of the three dishes, but was still quite bland and overall tasted like a microwaved dinner. I for sure will not be going back to Noodles & Company any time soon.

I don't get it. It is way too much for fast food and I swear (and maybe it is just me, but...) the food always tastes stale. It is not horrible but it is really not great.

I constantly crave their Japanese pan noodles with chicken! so delicious. First time going, i asked what they recommend. The girl at the register didn't know anything but an employee who was on break was very helpful! He explained how it was cooked and sautéed with onions. SO GOOD. My friend got the pesto which was also very delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Mac & cheese is also delicious.

Absolute great service. The staff and Manager were super friendly, courteous and helpful. Cleared our food once we were finished and ensured we were satisfied. Yes we were and the food was excellent!

This location is good for hang out after mall shopping in South Towne, especially if you don't want to eat at the food court. The place is always clean and staffs are always friendly. The patio seating on the outside is poor at this location since its right next to the high traffic State Street, so expect a lot of dust with your food if you decide to seat outdoor. Their menu can always satisfy a multi-cultural group ranging from American, Mediterranean, and to Asian dishes. The price tag could be a little deceiving if you want protein with your dish. I suppose you can save a lot if you are a vegetarian. Sriracha sauce is good on any dish you order (except for mac-&-cheese). Overall this place is definitely a good spot to grab a quick healthy bite after shopping in the area for decent price.

Summary based on 1 dinner: --Decent food with healthy choices available --friendly, helpful service --inexpensive --easy parking Not the most authentic I've ever had, but not bad either. Sriracha sauce on the tables.

It is simply impossible to do noodles well when your menu has dishes from pretty much every continent and every style. Italian noodles, many different types of Asian noodles, to American types of noodles... It's just nuts. Please, do one thing well... as opposed to try and do the whole class of items well. You're setting yourself up to fail just based off the premise of the restaurant. Some of the challenges -- weak flavors, different pastas not cooked to the right times. We came in a group of about 15 coworkers, so we really did sample a large amt of the menu.

First of all, go check out their web site. It is insanely cute! Second, I wish there were more of these places in CA. It looks like the 2 CA locations are in the San Diego area. Basically this is a nicer quick service place, the kind where you order at the counter and get your own drink, but they bring you your food...on real glass plates! They have all sorts of noodles or pasta broken down into Asian (pad thai and pan fried udon), Mediterranean (spaghetti) and American (mac & cheese, beef stroganoff). They also have a soup and a salad for each category. You choose your noodle, then a protein and you can make it a combo and add a soup or salad for like $7.50. I had the Bangkok Curry with rice noodles and chicken and it was very fresh and tasty. I also appreciate how they have nutritional information available and by the looks of it, much of their menu is fairly healthy. Service was super quick and friendly. Nice place to go for a quick, healthy bite, especially if you're like me and love noods!

This location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The place is clean and the people are attentive. They have outside dining but it right next to state street so not a quiet dinner. They have several type of pasta, soups and sandwiches. Not a wide variety but someone will find something. As for the food, I had the choice two dinner option. I had the Asian soap and a steak and cheese sandwich. I had better sandwiches and the soup was felt thrown together so none of the ingredients had time to combine. I tasted the broth, and then noodles and then what ever was in the soup. It was disappointing. You have some better choice in the area.

Obviously there are tastier noodle places out there, but this place has dishes that run from $3 bucks and change to $8, and have pasta and broth entrees that includes Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, American and more. Very tasty and refreshing when compared to a greasy burger or ground beef burrito. And perfect after a long day of skiing or snowboarding. Finally, the people there are very friendly and very courteous. They even walk around and ask how the food is, even if you've order a $4 dish and a $2 soda. We don't get that in the bay area, so it was a refreshing change to get such service in Salt Lake City.

Not a big italian pasta fan in general, but this place I like a lot as they give you a variety of types of recipes. My daughter love, love, loves the mac and cheese, so much so she begs us to go there all the time.
