I love the atmosphere. The customer service was great! The wall decorations are really interesting to look at. I got the #2, and it was delicious. A little greasy, but it's hard not to be when meatballs are involved. Overall, delicious and yummy!

When it comes to subs, this place is one of my favorites. The turkey bacon ranch is my go to sub. And knowing that every lunch I eat helps first responders makes this a no brainer for a quick lunch spot. Yum!

Great sub place. The hot sauce was a plus. Will be back soon

As I was enjoying my New York Steamer (wow, that really does sound perverted), I pondered why I felt so underwhelmed by this tasty sub sandwich. I realized I had felt the same during my previous visit, when I ordered the Steak and Cheese. The meat was of decent quality, the bun had a nice texture. So why was I so....bored? I came to the conclusion that it's basically a comparison issue. Moochie's Meatballs and More has essentially ruined me for any other sub shop. It's not that Firehouse subs are bad. I mean, they are better than Subway or Jimmie Johns, and about comparable to Quizno's. It's just that they are no competition for the fantasmagorical subs at Moochie's.

I went there the 1st time 2 weeks ago on a Thursday for lunch with a co-worker, got the brisket and cheddar........ AMAZING!!! Had to wait 20 minutes to get our food to go as it was rush-hour but that is to be expected. Got the 10" and a pickle spear on the side. After going back to work and eating it I was Dreaming of the day when I would have it again and sink my teeth into that meaty goodness. Had to wait for 2 Sundays till the 17th of march 2013. Went back again for lunch. Brought my wife and sister because I had been saying to them that I will NEVER go to Subway again. I know they are more expensive but for that taste......... NOMNOMNOM. Got the SAME sandwich and was actually really disappointed. it was really pathetic. Hardly any meat or cheese on it. My wife got the pastrami and both of us agreed that we've had better even AT Subway. They didn't get to experience the amazement that I had my 1st time. I think that the people were just really Horrible that day. I won't say that I wont return, that would be a lie, but I am not going to be as excited about it. You know what they say," nothing like the first time!" maybe third time will be the charm.

IMO best subs anywhere. I have only been to this location as they are fairly new in the west. Some neighbors of my parents opened this franchise. My parents would always rave about it. I finally went there and WOW!. I was in love with their subs. Now anytime I am in the area I always try to go there. It is definitely one of top favorite lunch spots. They steam the meat so it is always moist and tender. Subway, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns and others have nothing on this place. You have to put some of their house chili sauce on, it is incredible. You can even buy some to take home. They have a huge selection of hot sauces but I can't steer away from their house chili sauce it is way too good. Prices are reasonable, they have an 8" and a 12" sub. I have tried several different subs and haven't been disappointed in any. All were wonderful. I get if fully involved meaning topped with everything. My favorite is the Engineer. The cherry lime aid is very good. Service is quick even when they are fairly busy. Love the Firehouse!!!

Solid 3 stars from me. Nothing too memorable besides the company. It reminds me of how Quizno's used to be before they went to crap. I had the New York Steamer (isn't that from Urban Dictionary??) which consisted of pastrami and corned beef with mustard, mayo (mayo on corned beef?!? I had them hold the mayo rather than risk being haunted by my Jewish grandmother's ghost), and italian dressing. The bread was nice and soft, the meat was moist and pretty good, but really nothing special. If you're in the area, its worth a stop for lunch. An 8" sub, medium drink and a bag of chips for $8 and change was a good amount of food. The 12" would have been too much for me for lunch.

I've been to several locations in Las Vegas that were very good, not the case here. Service was horrible from the girl taking the order to the knucklehead bringing me my sandwich.

This location is steady eddie. I've visited here numerous times and they serve a quality product. It is ALWAYS busy. Keep up the good work and don't stop doing what you're doing.

I am so happy they put one of these close to my house. We use to have them in Dallas and would eat there occasional and it is nice to see some new stuff coming to the area. Oh and it is great that they are open on Sundays! I would say this is similar to a Jimmy Johns type of place, just with a Fire Fighter theme and hot instead of cold subs. Also, if you like hot-sauce there is quite a selection that you can choose from to add on.

I was so happy to find a Firehouse Subs in Utah, after being surrounded by them in Jacksonville, FL. Hands down, the best sub in town.

When you're in the mood for a hot sandwich look no further than Firehouse subs. This chain sub eatery is by far one of the best places to full your stomach. They have the new hybrid coke machines at all the locations I've been to. My favorite sandwich there is known as the New York Steamer. It has Corned Beef, Pastrami and Provolone cheese I order it with extra meat and let me tell you it happens to be my favorite sandwich it packed to the gills with meat and cheese and on top of that its toasted with the gooey melted provolone. This with a customized peach Fanta makes my day!

Good hot subs, service was a bit frantic and out of control. This place reminds me of New York Deli subs; better than Subway but not quite a restaurant either. The trade off for a better sandwich is a bit higher price and not the "fast-food" speed. Personally I don't know what is up with all the hot sauces available since I don't put famous ray's 5 alarm hot sauce on my club sandwich, but an impressive selection none the less. The place is obviously new because they haven't quite worked out the rhythm as a team of employees yet; the place was a bit of a mad house. And it would greatly behoove them to buy some of those retractable railing things to mark off where the line should form so people don't end up standing as a cluster in the center of the floor. And they're carrying on the increasingly common gimmick of having the whole staff shout out things while working. Whatever, as long as they keep up the enthusiasm to get me my food promptly.

This place is amazing! The sandwiches are great. The first time I came in I was given chicken salad instead of the sliced chicken sandwich that I asked for, but I was able to call them back and they apologized and offered me a free sandwich on my next visit since I was not able to come back right away. This impressed me since the last place that messed up and offered me this (Chik-fa-La) didn't follow through and never sent me the coupon they promised for giving me the wrong sandwich, and one that I couldn't even choke down.

Great sandwich, great service. All they need is an extra drink machine to move that line along.

Great little sub shop. I wasn't a huge fan of their signature cherry limeade but it is nice to have something besides the typical soda choices. I had a New York Steamer and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are definitely some small local shops that can beat Firehouse subs as far as bang for your buck goes but all in all it's a great place.

I love this place. Everytime I go there I enjoy it more. I have tried about half the sandwiches there and they all are bursting with flavor. The only negative is that it cost a little more than that flavorless Subway place.

Decent subs, there's a lot on the menu and it's kind of overwhelming the first time. However it was fairly good, I thought to myself though that it tasted like qizno's but more pricy. I liked that they had a bunch if hot sauce to put on your sandwich.

My husband enjoyed the variety of hot sauces. I think they have good subs but nothing completely over the top. They really play into the fireman support.

I like this place a lot. I like the décor and the overall atmosphere. I really really like the turkey bacon ranch sandwich as it has lots of flavor and they pile on the turkey and bacon. They will give you a pickle spear on the side which I like. I also really like to get a drink here because they have the big red coca cola machine where you can spend several minutes trying to decide what flavor of soda you want. The one thing I don't like about this location is the people that work there. It seems like they're always in a bad mood and are very short with the customers. Oh well, the food is really good.

We come here semi often as my wife really likes their sandwiches. Our last visit was pretty disappointing though, and I am not sure we'll be back. The four employees sitting around on a very empty Saturday night seemed very uninterested in working. The floors and tables were absolutely disgusting. The employees rather than clean sat eating or playing with the TV. I remember when this place opened and the owner was around it was spotless and the quality of food was much higher.

The management is awesome, the employees were fun and friendly. The store is clean. The bathrooms spotless. Our food was fast to the table and delicious. Very happy with my experience.

If you want one amazing sub you can't go wrong here!!! I love their Turkey Bacon Ranch on wheat bread. This location is so awesome. The people are so so friendly it's always a fun time. I always round up to the nearest dollar when I pay so I can donate to the first responders.

For my very first time I couldn't have been more disappointed. I used the online ordering which was a catastrophe. I asked to split the check and she just swiped for the whole order and said she didn't know how to split checks. I asked if there was anyway to reverse it and I was told no, sorry and to try ordering separate next time.. We paid waited fifteen minutes all to find out the order was ready before we even showed up. Needless to say, by the time we got back to the office our sandwiches were more then soggy. We didn't receive pickles with any order and one sand which was made completely wrong. The greatest part was the argument between the staff when the error was made with not giving us our order that had been ready for some time. Completely unprofessional atmosphere and very disappointing after much anticipation for a great experience.

I love me some firehouse subs, everything about this place is great from the minute you walk in and are nicely greeted to the timely manner you get your amazing sub,I wish I could venture more into the menu but I'm a ham and cheese kind of gal.I did try some of their baked goods and now I wish I hadn't I may just stop in for a brownie or a lemon cooler cookie, so good!!!

Good quality and delicious sandwiches. They are not shy about putting a lot of meat. The 8 inch is so filling already. Ive tried almost everything in their menu and I found all sandwiches to be very good. Try their hit sauce located at the sauce rack. Yummy.

I've visited twice and I've been very impressed both times, today I had the pleasure of the business owner (Jennifer McCune) fix our order, apparently I had cheese missing on my sub; wasn't a big deal to me, but she made sure to fix it as soon as she noticed the error and apologized... I love the atmosphere and especially owners who go out of their way to please their customers. Thank you! A great review well deserved.

I liked looking at all the hot sauces they have and sampling them. Didn't find one I really liked, but was amusing. I had the meatball sub. Meatballs were pretty juicy. I like how it has its own theme (firestation theme). But that was about all that was memorable.

Wow, the deliciousness far exceeded my expectations! I had the brisket with cheese, upon my friend's recommendation. Tons of hot sauces available. They are not specific to Firehouse though. Luckily there is a number system sticker that serves as your warning on each bottle. The hottest ones are kept behind the counter and available upon request. There was a cool donation receptacle for giving to the firemen and fire safety. Definitely donated! They have the coke fusion machine too with over 100 combinations!

Firehouse is a great place for a nice sit down sub shop. The food is delicious and I love the customize your own drink fountain the heave there...although I have to dump 3-4 of my concoctions before I find one that I like. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because the food sometimes does take a long time to get to you.

Good sub, good service, indoor/outdoor seating and its nice to see the owners are always there managing their business. I have had the Hook & Ladder and the New York Steamer, both were very good, I like the cherry lime aid.

I became a huge Firehouse Subs fan while living in Arizona and so I was really excited to see this place come here! I usually order the Engineer sandwich. It tastes good, real good. When I crave a sandwich, this is the place i choose! Beware that they can get crazy busy during lunchtime. Service is also excellent.

OMG. The Italian (Hubs ordered) is freaking delicious. The meat was juicy and warm. Fresh sliced? The bread, fluffy yet crisp and toasted. The seasonings were perfect.. the cleanliness was outstanding... the servers so nice. Utah should be labeled the nicest place on earth. I don't like sandwiches.. I'm just not a fan. I am a fan of this place. Wow. Color me impressed. Please expand to CA.. pretty please?

Bottom line: Really good hot subs, price is decent unless you upgrade. I like the theme of Firehouse Subs... the names of the sandwiches are cool, and they are really quite tasty. The fault for me is the price of the meal... by the time you upgrade to a 12" sub, make it a combo, you are over $10. And maybe the prices are similar to other sub shops, but while I really like the quality and care that coes into these subs, I think they just give you less for your money. Atmosphere is nice, they scream out "welcome to firehouse" when you walk in, and the staff is very friendly. If you are not that hungry, and you just want a good sub (regular size) the price is right. I had a BBQ Brisket with Cheddar, and it was really good. the bread is fresh, and the meat is very tender, and I did not see them nicrowaving the meat like some other sub shops. I will be back to Firehouse again, but depending on the day, and my pocketbook, the next visit will be a harder choice when you can go to Subway and get a $5 footlong any day of the week. $23 bucks for me and my kid is just too steep for my blood to do on a regular basis. I really wish yelp would let me give a 3.5 here. Until next time we eat... Doc

My new favorite sandwich place. It just tasted fresher than your traditional Subway or Quiznos sandwiches. It's very similar to Jimmy John's except a bit slower, and maybe that extra time had something to do with why it tasted so much better! The firehouse theme is pretty fun and several kids were giggling and commenting on the fire hydrant and other themed decor. It wasn't particularly busy when we arrived on a Friday night around 8pm, but I've driven by several times during the day and it always seems to be busy (a good sign that they sell quality food!). They also didn't yell very loudly as some other reviewers complained about, but perhaps it was because it was near the end of the night and they weren't as "gusto" about their work (understandably). And for those people that complain about them yelling, many other restaurants (Jimmy John's, Cafe Rio) do similar annoying things. I suppose it's supposed to add to the "fun" atmosphere and maybe that's a good thing for serious business meetings. I started at the top of the menu and ordered a #1 in a combo, the Hook and Ladder sub, which is Smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack served on a wheat 8-inch sub. Wow. That was one of the best subs I've ever had. They have a table full of available sauces to add to your sandwich, but I'm not sure why you would want to change the flavors at all. The only cons - I wish they had more locations!

Tried this new sub shop in Sandy on a whim! None of our party of four had been in yet, so we thought we'd belly up and try a Firehouse sub. We were all very pleased we did! This is a well-thought-out theme for a sub shop. Very well put together in keeping with the firehouse motif, they have dalmation spotted tables, and hot sauce they sell in the shape of a fire hydrant. So cute! Speaking of hot sauce - it's a true passion of mine - I had to check out their hot sauce "bar" - it's not really a bar, more like an area. But it's impressive, and I'm sorry I didn't snap a separate photo of it to include. They have at least 36-45 different hot sauce choices, from fruity blends to Dave's Insanity and the like. Their own firehouse hot sauce is more like a spicy BBQ, but still very good. We ordered the Hook & Ladder, the Steak and Cheese, a turkey-swiss combo, and the NY Steamer (brisket/pastrami combo). The only semi-disappointment was the Steak and Cheese. And for no other reason than the grilled onions and peppers depicted on the sign were barely detectable. But all were delicious, nonetheless. I particularly enjoyed my Hook & Ladder; smoked turkey, honey ham, and melted jack, served hot and "Fully Involved." Really nice compatible flavors going on there. So tasty! AND - drum roll - they offer white or wheat bread options. C'mon...that's awesome. At Firehouse, the term fully involved is worthy of a small tee-hee, and means "with everything." Most subs, hot or cold, come loaded with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a dill pickle spear on the side. None of us actually received the pickle spear, but then again, none of us like dill pickles, so we weren't disappointed. They have a great selection of subs in 8" or 12" sizes, and we had a hard time deciding with which to pop our Firehouse cherries. Hubby now wants to go back to try something other than the Steak and Cheese; and I don't blame him. The rest were better. Although there are no hot firemen working here as I had hoped (was that out loud?), we'll be back soon for another dip in the Firehouse pool. Ahhhhh, refreshing.
