I love char-grilled burgers here but my daughter wanted to share some nuggets so we got a 10 piece nugget combo. They did not have honey which is my favorite dipping sauce. We searched for a table and although the restaurant was empty and the tables were cleared, they all appeared dirty. Maybe it was the time of day and the light was shining just right, but every surface looked gross. We settled on the least suspect table. The fries were overly-salty but is that really a complaint? The nuggets, however, were the darkest brown I've ever seen. Like they have been under the heat lamps for a thousand hours. The drink machine is worth a star by itself the only problem being the vast options available tends to cause a line as people dilly-dally when deciding between seven flavors of fanta.

I visited on November 5th around 1PM. I was with a buddy from work and we wanted to pick up something inexpensive. Usually I pass by other drive thru restaurants to go to Burger King and get the "Best Double Cheeseburger," available. I will remind you that I have never personally worked in the food industry. I am simply a lover of eating. When I ordered my meal, I asked for a large drink. The gentleman at the counter said "we don't have any large cups, my manager forgot to order them and we ran out." First of all, that is way more information than I need. A medium was better for me anyway, health-wise. My buddy ordered the featured burger, the picture above the counter looked pretty good. I stuck to what I know and I ordered the Double Cheeseburger, I "had it my way," and added jalepenos. My receipt says I was rang out at 1:13PM. If memory serves me right we received our food just over 20 minutes after we ordered. The fries, were a miss on this visit. There are a lot of restaurants that the fries can be hit or miss depending on the day. This day, was a total miss but I won't fault them for this because "it happens." My sandwich was burned on the top of the bun. I didn't know they toasted the buns at BK, but my was burned and it looked nasty. I returned to the counter and asked for another one. They offered to let me keep it, but I wasn't going to eat that if it was free. I declined. A little while later they brought out re-made sandwich and apologized. "Apology accepted," I don't want to hold ill will. I ate about half the sandwich but I think my appetite was killed in the experience. BK! You are better than this! I know what your potential is and I believe in you. We need great spots in Sandy, with Chick Fil A across the street and Sonic next door or Five Guys just south of you. Your work is cut out for you. I hope you care enough to re-calibrate your processes and return to the glory that a Burger King can be. I'll probably stay away for a while, but i'm rooting for you. Until we meet again.

Pulling up the two employees are outside by a car smoking. They go in as we pull up to the drive thru. Headset is so low and quiet I can barely hear him. He rushes me along as quickly and rude as possible and has to repeat my order because he had decided I was done ordering. As I pull up to the window at 8:40pm they tell me pull forward. No one else is even in the lane or parking lot. So I pull forward and wait 8 min for my food. Ridiculous. Management get a hold on your teams.

Planned to give this one star, but the fries were good even though they were way too salty. Food took a really long time, was hoping it was because it was made fresh but the chicken nuggets were not warm and they had a greasy translucent look to them. We thought twice about feeding them to our daughter. We dined in and the floor all around the drink machine was sticky. And a lot. Our shoes stuck to the floor all the way back to our table there was so much. The attendant was nice but we won't be back. Corporate needs to pay a visit here!

Been here twice. Lobby is disgusting and customer service is seriously lacking. First time was a year ago. After 25 minutes of waiting for my food I finally Alec when it would be ready. They took another 5 minutes putting it together and handed to me saying only "sorry". There was food and sauce all over around the beverage station and tables were all dirty. I chalked it up to a bad day and a bad experience. However, I decided to stop in again yesterday and it was much of the same. I stood at the counter for at least 3-4 minutes before even being acknowledged. (Mind you that I was the only person in line) When I was "greeted" it was "What can I get ya"? My answer should have been "Nothing. I'll go elsewhere." I did order though. Very simple and basic. The $1.49 ten piece chicken nuggets and a double bacon cheese burger. I waited ten minutes before a manager finally said "What's your number?" When I told him, he put my items in a bag and handed it to me. Nothing was said. No sauce was given or even offered for the nuggets and no "Thank you" or "Sorry for the wait". They border on rude. Though I would say it's more aloof and oblivious. Again the lobby was disgusting. Food and sauces spilled on the floor all around the beverage station. And food and garbage under it. Tables were sticky and filmy. And to top it off. I didn't get the double bacon cheese burger I ordered. I got a single cheeseburger that was drenched in mustard. I tried to fill out the survey on the receipt, but the number it said to enter from the bottom of the receipt was non existent. I will NEVER enter this place again. Though by reading the comments on this forum it doesn't seem like ownership or management give a rats ass anyway. A house cleaning is in order for this location. I manage and run a very successful food and drink establishment here in Salt Lake and tend to have a bit more tolerance, but this place is a joke. Burn it down and start over. I will tell anyone within ear shot to steer clear of this place.

Our "fast food" took about 15 minutes to come out. I mean, it was pretty good and they actually got our order right, but that's a LONG time to wait for for a burger & fries.

This BK is the worst around. SLOW SLOW, rude, dirty, and the drive through is very slow. Don't waste your TIME..

I've never been to Hell, but if they had a fast food restaurant there, this place would be it. One of the greatest things that we as consumers cherish about fast food chains is consistency. The ability to go to one restaurant to another and order the same item and have an almost 100% chance to receive the same service and items. This place Jacks up their prices to a whopper burger combo being about $8 dollars. All of their dollar items are over the $1 amount and they don't participate int he Whopper Wednesday deal that most chains offer. The interior of the location is highly dated and looks reminiscent of the Burger Kings in the early '90s. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy just for the waste of money. go next door to Sonic Burger or down the street to Crown Burger.

I try to never go to this location but every once in a while I think "Oh, let's try and see if they've gotten better". Well, in the two years I've gone to it, it hasn't. Service is always slow, food is never fresh and they're more expensive than the other locations! I recommend you go anywhere but here!
