So, we were out and about and my wife goes, "I want a Frostee." So we stopped by this particular Wendy's on the way home. When I pulled up to the call box, the extremely cheerful voice coming from it says, "Hey, how are you doing tonight?" "Fantastic!" I reply, in an equally cheerful tone. "How are you doing tonight?" The voice says, "You know what? If I were doing any better, I'd be you." This strikes my family and me as funny, so we laugh. The voice comes back and says, "Hey, they laughed at my joke, guys! You just earned yourself a free medium Frostee!" When I asked if he was serious he said that he was, and I told him that's actually what we were going to post. "Perfect! Come on around to the window." We get there and the manager hands us our free Frostee and wishes is a great weekend. Totally made our night. Thanks, Wendy's! Well done!

egregious service. very slow, sometimes rude employees. I've waited more than 15 minutes at 9:00 p.m. (with one person ahead of me) and much longer at noon. time of day doesn't seem to impact their competence or preparedness.

Burger was cold, feta where soggy and the soda was flat at the drive through. The lady did not even give me a receipt. Worst Wendy's in Utah.

Generally I like this location, but I need to warn you not buy the baconator fries. The bacon is barely warm, and looks raw. When we pointed it out, they told us we we're wrong, and acted like we we're nuts. Good customer service practice would dictate that they warm it in the microwave, at least, but they chose to ignore the complaint.

Certain menu items you can only get if you eat in the store. That kind of eliminates the purpose of fast food and the staff was very rude when I even asked for it in the drive-thru when I had no idea it was not available that way. Rudeness does not go over well with me.

This place has been remodeled and has new employees. I actually will now go to this Wendy's. I still check my food when I go through the drive through and they get it right 90% of the time instead of 50% and the food is cooked right.

The place is very clean. It's been remodeled recently. The soda machines here rule. My favorite drink is sprite with peach flavoring. I like their French fries they are fresh and flavorful. Good burgers and the best bacon amongst large fast food chains.

Most Wendy's locations I can tolerate and generally I go away with a minimum level of satisfaction. I don't have anything against fast food restaurants or even Wendy's itself. However this location definitely has something wrong with it. I have been here a few times, at different times of the day and week, so this review is not based on one visit alone but several. I only decided to post this review while at a neighborhood party this restaurant came up as a topic of conversation and I was surprised that almost unanimously it was reviled. If such an eclectic mix of people from the area loathe this place as much as was voiced, that intensely, there must be something wrong, and indeed there is. The service is unbelievably poor, (nonexistent) the food is reprehensible and downright bad. The milkshakes have sat out so long that the milk and ice cream have separated. The french fries are cold, greasy, saturated, flimsy bags of cooking oil. The hamburgers are a mess, haphazardly tossed together and left under the heat lamp for hours on end. I honestly think the employees simply do not care to make an effort to cook the food in a manner which would resemble the proper way for Wendy's. It is sad that a fast food franchise location would stand out so glaringly in such an appalling way. Avoid.
