I love Panda Express. But after going to this location, I am not sure if I can ever eat at any panda express ever again. I usually go through the drive-thru, but on this particular day about 2 weeks ago there drive thru was closed so I went inside to get take out. I went through the line having them fill my 2-entree meal. The teriaki chicken was out so they asked if I could wait a few minutes for there cook to make some more. So i patiently waited on the side while I watched 3 sets of customers go through the line and even watched the cook make new orange chicken for customers that came in after I did. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the cook came up to the front to talk to the girls that serve the food and then walked over to me to ask me what I was waiting for and then when he found out told me it would be another 10 minutes. This is the gross part. This cook while talking to me not only looked dirty but also had a slimy string of boogers hanging out of his nose. talk about losing your appetite. I have never in my life asked for my money back after they have already dished out the food. But I couldn't possibly eat anything this guy had touched or cooked. Do not go to this location if you want to continue eating at panda express's

Service is not the best and the food is an "I've had better". The building was so dirty on the inside, maybe their mothers didn't teach them how to clean. We went inside thinking we were going to "dine in" and ended up bringing it home.

In days of yore, Panda Express chains appeared across the countryside and conquered the western world with their high-caloric orange chicken. Nearly every patron bellying up to the counter felt compelled to order it, and gladly did so. A Panda Express was a Panda Express was a Panda Express. You could count on what you were getting, regardless of location. Fast-forward to today. Something's changed. I don't know if it's for the better. This particular panda-outlet is right near my work, so it has been in the lunch rotation for some time now. Somewhere around middle-May-ish, the orange chicken here started tasting quite not so tasty. It's like I woke up from an orange chicken-laden dream. Maybe it's just this location? Maybe they changed cooks? Cut corners on the recipe? But where historically the chicken batter (we'll call it the "coating") was crispy-yet-tender-slash-flavorful-but-moist, it has become, since that fateful May day, too hard, overdone, less tasty, more dry. Dunno what happened. So crispy, in fact, that it has been hard to chew. So crispy, in fact, that my Panda-issue plastic fork could not pierce its impenetrable hide. My regular lunch mate and I have scratched our heads, chalked it up to chance, come back and tried it again, decided it was not just chance, and scratched our heads some more. I'm still not sure what happened, but something has indeed changed.

I love Panda Express, but this one is terrible. We were 2nd in line and still waited 15 minutes because they were on the phone and couldn't be bothered. Once we finally got there, the customer service was terrible. After the other three in our family finally got their orders right, it was my turn. I'd noticed the fried rice was out when we first got there (15 minutes ago). I asked how long, she left, came back and said he'd get started on some in a little bit. I couldn't even order. I walked out. What a terrible waste of good commercial space.

I swore I would not do another 1 star review ever, but this place deserves it. Even though we were in line they served people before us first and when I pointed it out I just got attitude of "I don't care I don't own this place". Wow, customer service or what. We're heading elsewhere.

If you're running low on time then Panda Express will do in a pinch. Not great but mostly edible.

Summary: - Customer service below par on many levels - Store dirty Explanation: I've got to say that I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but they never came through. I have visited this Panda location multiple times hoping for better results, but I feel now that I've become what Albert Einstein labeled this as "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results." I feel somewhat bad to give a review on this store, because I have never had a bad experience with Panda Express, but this store changed everything. Their service is very unimpressive. First off, I'm not a "veggie" guy, and I prefer more noodles than veggies in my chowmein. This store by far puts more veggies than noodles than any other Panda I have ever been to. This is the first store I have ever had to ask for more noodles, and when I do, they look at me like a customer has never had a special request for them (the manager of the store does the same). I feel embarrassed to keep making that special request, but then my pride says that I refuse to pay for something that I will have a terrible time eating (call me crazy). Also, the store has a 'clean' problem. They were very much overstaffed, but the store was still dirty. Tonight's visit set me off though. As I was paying for my meal, the associate at the register had a scowl on her face and did whatever she could to get me out of the store as quickly as possible. Her attitude wasn't one of tears or "I'm going to breakdown and cry"; it was an attitude like "I'm going to punch someone in the face." I asked how she was, no response. I told her to have a nice evening, no response. Come on people, where has good customer service gone to these days? At least acknowledge that a loyal customer is hoping you have a nice evening. Some may say that I'm being insensitive. I'm sorry, when you're at work, you put aside your bad day or rotten attitude and put your customers as your #1 priority. I'm giving this store 1 star and will not return. I live less than a block away from this location, but after tonight's experience, I would much rather drive 6 miles to the next Panda Express any day.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
