Ripples is The King of Drive-Ins! We visit Provo every year during the summer. Ripples is a main stay for us. The burgers are perfectly cooked with cheese on top. The fries are superb. You also have to order some pink sauce to go with this combo. This trip we also ordered a fresh peach shake. It rocked. Chunks of fresh peaches mixed in. Either way you can't go wrong for excellent Drive-In fare.

I might make this lower. I NEVER CARRY CASH!!! you know because of all the people that want me to give them money. Suggestion: just get a square credit card reader. I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY THE CREDIT CARD FEE!!! What i was going to order. burger, fries, corndog, shake, and any variety of those four... minimum $20 purchase and if its good i come back... thats how trying new places works. THE VERDICT: guilty... of being stuck in 1980.

What's can I say- a drive up burger joint with great fried food. It is what it is... Darn good fast food. Give them a shot- they have been doing this for over 50 years. Cheeseburgers and pink sauce!! Oh yes- try the fresh peach shake, you will find yourself coming back for more.

Ripple's drive in is the classic burger, fries and shake joint. My favorite is the double cheeseburger basket. Also, the shakes are off unbelievable. Tons of Oreo in mine and it was thick and delicious. This is my go-to burger joint in Provo, a definite classic.

Old guilty pleasure standby since I was a child. Love the chicken sandwich, corn dog, footlong, cheeseburgers. They always toast their buns. The BEST FRESH LIME around town. Rootbeer freeze is yum. The fresh strawberry shakes in summertime are my favorite. All their food has a very different unique taste compared to other burger places around Provo/Orem, which is why I'll keep going back. Only downside is their limited hours.

First of all, to address the rumors, Ripple's Drive Inn IS still in business. I believe they close at 6:30 on weekdays and 3:30 on Saturday. Now for the food. This is the first time I have eaten here. I got the quarter pound double cheeseburger with bacon. There was enough cheese on it for a regular sized burger but not quite a double quarter pounder. The bacon was good. The fries were good. The hot fudge shake was good. Not the best shake ever but I really enjoyed it. My friend got a corndog. Don't ask me why. She liked it. But since it was a corndog, she still only gave it two stars. That's pretty good for a corndog. I definitely enjoyed my experience at Ripple's and will be coming back. Unless I'm closer to Five Guys.

Ripples has been my go to since I was a little boy. Nothing makes me happier than going down after a Saturdays yard work session and getting a cheeseburger, onion rings, and fresh lime. There honestly isn't a better drink in the whole world that can compete with the fresh lime. To die for. This is a Provo treasure, and should be enjoyed by all.

I am giving Ripple's FIVE stars because what the heck, it's delicious and they are kickin' it old school. This is a real deal drive in. You can't sit inside, sorry! But what they lack in interior spaciousness they make up for in burgers and shakes. Get a cheeseburger and fries, and don't even think about skipping the shake. I usually feel like a shake is too much with a B&F (burger and fries, duh), but their burgers are little old things so pony up and get yourself a shake. Fresh strawberry is a winner. Did I mention this place is dirt cheap? It's DIRT CHEAP. Anytime I think that, though, some penny pinching moron writes a review saying how "overpriced" it is for the "small portions." Please. Don't even get me started. UPDATE! I just read the other reviews and a penny pinching moron- true to form- said this place is overpriced. Sigh.......I want to be wrong just once.

One of the burgers that differentiate themselves from the rest, love how original the food is made. Keeping things old school is the way I would always do it. You will not get disappointed if you go there and try their food. Nice trust worthy people that make it from scratch!

I'll go "5" because it's consistent and it's a home run every time I go here. I'm not sure i've ever had fries like they have here. Fry sauce. Burgers are very, very good. Toasted buns! FRESH. LIME. I've never had a fresh lime like Todd makes. Ever. I don't think you can be disappointed here.

I love Ripples. Very old fashioned, the guy hasn't even upgraded to a calculator yet! It is secretly the best burger joint in Provo.

Classic. Classy. My dad started taking me here when I was a kid and I've been coming ever since. Burgers are on point. The fresh lime will be the best part of your day. Basically, you aren't cool if you haven't eaten at Ripples.

Hand Cut Fries! These are the fries I've been looking for. The fries I remember in 1970 from Walkers Drug in Rexburg, Idaho that closed 15 years ago. Small, humble, unassuming drive-in type of place, methinks its been around a long time. Burgers with the grilled bun, wonderful fresh lime beverage. Get the burger basket for under $5 and enjoy. I'll be back for the FRIES!

I heard that the fish and chips were really good; maybe even the best in Utah Valley. Well, as much as I like Ripple's, I was wrong. :( There were overpriced at $7.95 for three little fish sticks and a very small amount of their (actually pretty good) fries. It has been a long time since I've eaten there, so I was excited to go back and see how it was. I had never eaten the fish and chips there before...nor will I again. I'll go back, but it will be for a burger. There were quite a few people there today and it looked like they stuck with the classics. I did get the limeade. Sprite and lime. Good for what it was. (I thought it was going to be a more naturally flavored beverage...oh well.) Service was great, though.

Ok, this is a real drive-in. The food is as good as it gets in one. 4 stars because they aren't idiots and they do it as good as you can ask.
