We LOVE this place and continue to recommend it to others. It's a very small and hole-in-the-wall local restaurant. We have come back every time we drive through the area and have been pleased with the quality of food every time. The pizza and cheese sticks are very tasty and have a crispy but fluffy dough. The sauce tastes great and the prices aren't too shabby for portion sizes (especially when you go for the specials). We've had friendly staff each time we've gone. They aren't over the top, but they aren't rude either. We continue to enjoy this place each time we visit and walk away full and satisfied with the taste. Note: It is a VERY small place to eat. So during busy times expect waiting for a table to open up or order it "to go". The parking is found in the back and you walk in through the back door.

The place is a bit small but was never too busy. The workers were so kind and the food was AMAZING. I strongly suggest the cheese sticks! Overall such a great place to eat pizza at.

Staff was less than helpful, no tables were available because of a reservation that used 2/3 of the tables but only used half of those they had stuff on. Salad was not fresh and it was served without dressing. Pizza was lukewarm at best. Toppings were of fresh ingredients however. The place needed someone to oversee the operation. I will not be back.

We stopped by on our way through town for gas. Found the review here ask the gas attendant who confirmed it was good. And it was. Nice little local town pizza place. Everyone was really nice and appreciative of our business. Recommend trying it out.

We love this small pizza place. From the outside it doesn't look like much, to be honest it doesn't look like much on the inside either, but the food is amazing. The dough is soft and flaky yet has a perfect amount of crunch. The pepperoni is my husbands favorite but I go for the Alfredo sauce with chicken and green peppers. Holy cow, your taste buds will sing. Don't leave without having some cheese sticks, it's worth the next morning scale regrets.

Oh my FREAKING goodness, we love this place! We generally get the 1-pizza special with cheese stix and drinks for right around $20. It's great because the two of us can eat at the restaurant and then take home the rest for a meal the next night. The cheese stix are SO GOOD. They are the same size as a medium pizza. We could literally just eat those for dinner. The service is always really good too. They want to make sure they are delivering a quality pizza and really care.

I used to really like this place and I've been several times a few years back. It looks like the place has taken a turn downhill recently. It took almost 30 minutes to get one pizza and we were the only people in the place. Then it turned out our pizza was overcooked. It's pretty evident that the staff aren't being pressed to follow health codes; nobody put their hair in hats or nets, and the two girls at the counter switched from taking money to handling food several times and never washed their hands. Too bad. This place used to be great.

I really like Fat Jack's. I've always ordered take out or delivery, so I've never actually sat down in the restaurant, but I love the food. Our family usually gets the cheese bread and a triple bypass (meat) pizza. The cheese bread with ranch is amazing, I could actually eat just that for a meal and be perfectly happy. Like another reviewer mentioned, it seems like all of the employees are teenagers, but they always seem to be real friendly when I come in for a pickup. I'd rather not think about whether or not they are following the health code, I'll just eat my pizza in ignorant bliss!

The pizza was pretty good. It is a pretty chill location and the pizza is the best in town for sure. The salad bar is crap so just get the pizza. It tool about 15 minutes for the medium pizza with three toppings and it was pretty busy so that was pretty quick. I'd go here again. Good not great.

From what I can tell, this is the main independently owned pizza place in Payson. I stopped by here after work to pick up a calzone and I don't think anyone there was over 21. The calzone turned out great and came out relatively quick. I'd pick this place over Dominos if you're looking for pizza in Payson.
