I love a good deli sandwich. Whenever I go to NYC I end up gaining about a pound a day because I just can't resist going to a good New York Deli. I'm not completely impressed to be honest. For the price, I'd expect better quality and taste out of something thats pretty simple: A sandwich. This place for me, doesn't have it. It's not terrible, but there's better sandwich shops in Utah county. They're also not ashamed to tell you its going to take some time to make your order, and I can't figure out why. For the price, time and flavor, it's just not there for me.

It's not the best Gandolfo's, but the sandwiches are the same at each place. The bread can be a bit doughy, but the sandwiches are acceptable. In Orem, that's as good as it gets. I like that they have pastrami and roast beef. You can get rye bread. It's not generic stuff run through the salad buffet. The salads are decent. The half sandwich and salad with a drink is a good deal for a real sandwich.

Not my favorite sandwich place, but it's not terrible. Unless you're there on a day when the lettuce has a funny been warm too long taste and the bread is too soft/not really cooked. Or when you get home with your sandwich and discover they didn't put the coleslaw on it....

Terrible, terrible service! Waited over 15 min in the drive thru and still no sandwich. Ordered only one sandwich. Had to drive up and park and go in and see what was taking so long. Had to walk back in the kitchen area since there was no one up front. It's like they all disappeared! Will NEVER go here again.

As far as chain deli's go, Gandolfos is at the top of my list. I love the upstate for breakfast, or the hampton for lunch. I want to try the knuckle sandwich next time. Service is quick, prices are fair. It is connected to a gas station, so don't expect anything too fancy. Just good deli sandwiches made fresh.

Not bad for a chain. I got the Mama Leone and my wife got one of the roast beef sandwiches. Their roast beef and salami were both unexpectedly good. I really liked the spicy brown mustard packets -- that was a nice touch. The overall effect of my sandwich wasn't impressive however. I didn't think the mushrooms worked well with the sandwich, and the marinara wasn't savory enough for me. I'd like to come back again and see if I can't find a better sandwich.

Good breakfast sandwiches and tons of sandwiches to chose from. The bread is great! There are some many types of sandwiches to choose from! The Broccoli Salad is very good. The half sandwich and salad deal is great! So far I've never had the same sandwich twice and they've all been great!

I love Gandolfo's. It is still my favorite place for a sandwich. I'm review this location since it is the one I frequent the most, but I enjoy all of the locations. I'm a big fan of the Burning Bridge sandwich. For breakfast, the Upstate is my favorite.

Man, I was really disappointed... I have been to other locations and I remember them being really good, but when my wife and I stopped to pick up dinner tonight I was blown away. There only seemed to be one guy working, and he was sitting out in the front at a table talking with two buddies. He finally came up to take our order and told us that wasn't going to make any hot sandwiches because they had already cleaned the grill. (The store hours said they were open for another 3 hours) We told him we really wanted to get hot sandwiches and he said he would microwave instead of grilling them, which we were not to happy about. When push came to shove, the sandwiches were terrible, the guy behind the counter was lazy, and it left a terrible impression. Don't go or choose a different location.
