I came to this particular location because they had wifi. The inside was nice and modern looking service was good but no GD wifi! My server kept trying to help rectify the situation but it never worked. He said it usually works but of course not for me. So I ate my crepe which was obviously made on the grill because there was a small piece of bacon in it. Gross! Thanks for nothing VI.

I like Village Inn for pie. And the Crushroom burger. It does not take 2 full hours to get a glass of water, a side salad, half a sandwich and a slice of pie! At least it shouldn't! Especially when I am the only person in the entire place. They were hands down the must incompetent, dimwitted employees I've ever encountered. I left a 15 cent tip. Thats how bad it was.

My waitress Tina was very nice and very helpful. When I wanted to change something she knew what to do. She was very attentive, but not smothering. Great food and clean.

The waitress kept forgetting our requests. Took 34 minutes to get our food and it was stale like it say under the hot lamps for far too long. I go here a lot and it's either really good (service/food) or really terrible.

The customer service sucks! Rethink going here. They need a service based attitude and do not. We've gone here twice in the last 6 months and had bad service both times.

This morning my family waited for 40 minutes and in spite of the resteraunt being nearly empty we never got our food. We finally had to leave because I am eight months pregnant and have gestational diabetes so I was getting sick, when we told the waitress we were leaving she didn't even apologize she just shouted over her shoulder at the waitress that we were going. Very disappointing.

Everything was perfect. My server came within 2min after I seated. I ordered BBQ burger and it came shortly and it was Yummy! And the onion rings were crunch and I love the banana cream pie.

My wife and I stopped there to eat Saturday night, 1/26/2013 on the way back home from Logan. I ordered the new Philly steak skillet. It was supposed to come with pepper jack, but instead they squirted some nacho cheese goo over potato mush. Very little mushrooms or peppers. The "steak" part was just a few slices of sandwich meat that had been cut up. My wife complained that her brown gravy had been sloppily poured over her mashed potatoes and her biscuit. Even the slice of pie we shared tasted old. The Ogden VI should be ashamed. The service was OK, but not great. Is drinking water for our glasses scarce or really expensive?

Think this may be my first one star, but sadly I have to write it. I went to this restaurant with my girls as we had heard that they won the best pie in the "Galaxy" contest so we figured that the rest of the food must also be as delicious. We were there during breakfast time (no pie for us) and ordered some very simple egg dishes with likewise some very simple requests. Practically none of them were met. A carnita skillet with eggs over easy came with two slivers of carnita and broken sunny side eggs on top that had already made a soup of my skillet. Ordered unsweetened tea, but that came sweetened. Other items were off as well. Not looking for perfection here, but a little more effort would have been appreciated. When it came time for the bill they hadn't taken off the tea as they said they would. I also requested that the skillet be removed as well since I didn't eat a bite. The manager first said they would only refund the tea but not the meal since I ordered it. Since what came was technically not what I ordered but what they delivered I requested again to have it removed. I have never done this before mind you, but I was now a bit upset. The manager came out and agreed to finally remove the bad meal. There is definitely a disconnect in the management and staff in how they are running this location. It is sad to see as they can be so much better.

Food was mediocre, service was awful. Our waitress messed up our order multiple times. She also had no knowledge of the menu when we asked her super basic questions. Despite being disappointed with our main meals we wanted to order some pie and waited almost twenty minutes for our waitress to come check on us. We were about to leave when a different employee came up and ended up bringing us the pie. Later the original waitress came up and apologized for ignoring us while laughing. I am not impressed. I definitely expected better, and I will not be returning.
