I live up the street from this joint and it's pretty awesome. I had a bad experience with one of the employees here when I first moved to Utah, was pretty annoying. Got cat called and asked if I was a who're because I was wearing Jean shorts... Like, regular ones that the rest of the world wears. So that was fun. Despite that sour taste in my mouth, and about a year driving another couple miles to a different place, but eventaully came back here for love of the dreadhead pizza. My husband and I love the dreadhead with chicken and our plain pizza favorite. Their cheese sticks are to die for too. Nommin. Overcame the sexist remarks in the name of some tubular pizza. Also, their sign out front is hillarious.

If I was just rating the food, I'd give it 5 stars, but the service is so terrible. I've been given the wrong food twice in a row and had to drive back and exchange it. I've been told 20 minutes for a basic order or cheese sticks, and after waiting for 45 minutes I finally asked where they were. They then finally put them in the oven. Not to mention the amount of time you wait on hold! Also, who still has a sercharge for using a debit card?!?!

We order takeout from here all the time and the food is great. After reading the other reviews I was surprised to see that there is complaints about the service, as we have never had an issue.

Great dread head pizza, yummy crust! Ate in house so not sure about delivery... But really really freaking good!

Yum! Love that they are open until 11 also. Guy I talked to was really also. And for the record, YOU STILL TIP WHEN YOU DO A PICKUP! If you can't afford to tip a dollar, eat at home.

While the pizza was good, we are pretty much ignored for 20 to 30 minutes. One guy did bring us water cups but that was the extent of service. This was very frustrating and not worth the pizza. I definitely won't be going back again!

I was pretty excited to try a new pizza place. I was kind of not really impressed with their meatball grinder, they don't make fresh meatballs they are frozen ones. But sauce and cheese is ok. My family is from the East coast it's hard to please us. The cheese pizza was ok a little on the salty side but ok. The hot jalapeño breadsticks were so good and would have even been better dipped in a better ranch dressing than Hidden Valley Ranch. Hey guys ask The Pie what ranch they use. The price for a large cheese pizza and jalapeño breadsticks and three meatball grinders was almost 50 dollars. I wouldn't care about the price if it was a little better. Maybe it was an off day. I would say try it once it couldn't hurt you might like it better than I did. I would however buy another cheese pizza and breadsticks.

Pizza Runner has some good food. I really like their stuffed sticks and their dreadhead pizza. I do get a bit frustrated when I order their food and the price seems to vary depending on the day..

Sorry to burst your 5* bubble, but after last night's performance, it is not worthy. As my husband profoundly put it "A slice on any Brooklyn street corner was better than that". Having had the good fortune of living in NYC and knowing what a good pie should taste like - this ain't it. The pizza was cut into TINY slices - about half the size of a regular slice so was impossible to pick up because the core was soggy and everything just fell apart and off the dough. The crust was nice and the toppings were good - had they actually stayed on the pizza. Instead we found ourselves eating with two hands, one to hold the soggy slice and the other to pick up the toppings off the plate.

It always seems to be soggy when it gets to us, but we dont live right around the corner. Its pretty delicious either way, and better the second day crisped up in the oven!

i suppose all good things must come to an end. We've had a good run pizza runner but it just had not been the same recently. The last time i ordered from you my pizza came soggy and limp and i had to wait on the phone for 45 minutes ( i timed it) to place my order. This time oh dear...it just was so sub par. I live LITERALLY 5 blocks from the restaurant and i ordered for delivery expecting a hot pizza. what came and hour later was a COLD and SAD disappointing pizza. my husband who devours entire pizzas in seconds barely ate one teeny slice. my daughter, a literal garbage disposal, ate one bite. Now a lonely pizza sits on my counter, untouched. If i wanted to eat what tasted like leftovers i would have eaten well...leftovers. so,m so long pizza runner, im on to the next pizza fad so i may once again enjoy a HOT pizza.

Yum, yum, yum! I love Pizza Runner. In my opinion it's the best pizza in Ogden. I've never ordered anything bad there and it kept me alive when I was vegan. Their crust is amazing and you can't beat the Dread Head or Ballpark. The only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five is because their management blows. They have changed owners multiple times in the past and have lost a lot of coolness, i.e. poster-plastered walls, sweet musician employees and good music. Plus, they can't seem to get their shit together. Prices change daily depending on who rings you up, delivery takes twice as long and you might have to wait on hold over the phone for 10 or more minutes. Someone save the Runner, they obviously need a little help.

I've never been to the actual establishment before (just ordered delivery or sent the husband to go get pizza), but their dread head pizza is the best. I hate vegetarian pizzas, or really anything but classic pizzas, but that pizza is awesome. And it gives you the false sense that you are eating something healthy, which I am sure is entirely wrong.

The pizza here is awesome. I have worked in many various pizza places, Pizza Hut, Dominos, and an authentic brick oven place, and this place is one of my favorite places for pizza. I have only tried the Dread Head Primavera for their pizzas, but it is awesome. The dough is hand tossed and tastes great and all of the veggies used are really fresh. Their pasta is really good as well.

The Dread Head wins the award for my all-time favorite vegetarian pizza. I also love their wings.

I have actually been to this location twice, although only checked in once...Bad on me! I like it because of its convenient location close to my home. Looking at the previous reviews I can probably expect to get hit or miss results on my visits and that is exactly what I got. The pizza tasted great the first time, the toppings were evenly distributed, fresh, and the crust was made the way I ordered it. The second visit, with the same pizza and order instructions, the toppings looked like they were just tossed on and practically swimming in sauce and whatever the other liquid was. After I paid for my pizza this last time, I asked for a packet of peppers to go with it. The cashier stated that they cost .25 cents a piece. I mentioned that I just paid with a card and didn't have any change on me. She said, "sorry, those are our rules" Really, responses like this are not doing your business and good. This place has a lot of possibility and by prior reviews it can deliver.

I just had this pizza again after a bit of a break and was reminded that this pizza is indeed the best little pizza place in town ! It's so freakin good. Good Lordy . I don't eat pizza a ton but have recently tried the lucky slice after all these fans raved about them, I've had the pie , and the hubby is a fan of papa johns . Well I am indeed on board with only getting pizza runner from now on . Yum! If you get pizza make sure you add the spicy bread sticks .
