    Oh boy... Coffee is the same as the rest of the chain. The customer service here could seriously use a facelift. Did not even get greeted at the counter. Or even given a "good day" when I left. Think the college kids here need to take a course in customer service. Won't be coming back based on that. I'd rather drive to riverdale and get helped there.

    My husband and I get our coffee from Starbucks 3-4 times a week and we have to conclude that not all Starbucks are created equal. We have yet to receive our order executed correctly at the South Ogden Branch. From flavor to no whip cream, to cold pastries and drinks overflowing in which it spills in our vehicles. We moved to South Ogden just this past April and we were extremely excited to have a Starbucks near by, but after many failed experienced, we have decided to drive to Riverdale or pretty much any other Starbucks for our coffee from now on. We consider ourselves individuals who believe in second, maybe even third chances but when you can't get coffee correct every single time we have come, that to me says the staff doesn't care about their customers enough to listen and properly execute what has been ordered. In addition this is a poor reflection on leadership/owner as this is the staff/team you choose to represent your business. If you can't make coffee correctly, what else are you screwing up? Such a shame.

    This is a funny Starbucks location... Sometimes they are completely on the ball and I am in and out of the drive through in no time! Other times, like this morning, it took more than 30 minutes to get through the drive through line! The funniest thing to me is that it does not seem to matter how many cars are in line, I have had the line wrap around the building and I get through in 10 - 15 minutes, other times, there will be six cars in front of me and it takes 20 - 30 minutes. I wish they could be more consistent in their service times, so that I could better plan my mornings! Otherwise, service has always been with a smile and great products.

    Love this place!!! The employees are so friendly and personable they have my coffee made most times before I'm done paying! I love that!

    It is kind of hard for a Starbucks to score less than 4 stars. The view is superb and the Batista was great. Only complaint would be getting in and out of the parking lot.

    brittanie hooked me the fuck with an extra donut bc. the first one broke and they didn't have the coffee i wanted but brittanie let me have a similar one for free because the were out of something she rocks

    I am in Ogden for a week and this starbucks was on the way from my hotel to the client site. I stopped by for coffee and breakfast sandwich. its a nice little place and the baristas were friendly too. The view from outside the starbucks is amazing and I would definitely go back for a coffee. In fact I am going right now!

    Hmm... I'm a little puzzled. Usually this location is fine, but I got some pretty bad service here this morning. It started when I went to order. The girl just ignored me for about 30 seconds or so. I'm still not sure what she was doing but all the sudden she looked up at me. She didn't say anything so I just asked if I could load more money on my card. She ran it through and then, same thing, kind of just stood there without saying "just a second," or "it's processing" etc. It was pretty awkward because a receipt had printed so it seemed all set but she was still doing something on the screen. I waited a bit, and then she asked what I wanted to order. I ordered and let her know I had a "reward" to use. I specifically remember saying reward. She had me scan my card but kept saying it wasn't showing up so I told her I could give her the code number. I repeated it a couple times, but she kept repeating it back incorrectly (it's only 4 numbers). When it finally went through she said "Oh, I couldn't find it because you kept telling me it was a free drink." 1. Awkward to blame it on me 2. I definitely never said it was a free drink. It wasn't a huge deal, but the whole situation made me feel a bit awkward. She was also training someone, which I'm sure added to her stress, but multiple times I saw her roll her eyes when he asked a question. When I grabbed my drink from the end of the bar it was Skinny, but I had ordered Sugar Free with Soy (due to intolerance rather than just a preference). I right away said, "Sorry, that's supposed to be soy milk rather than skim." The batista didn't say a single word, but rather grabbed my drink, dumped it out, and started making a new drink. When she handed it to me after correcting it, she just said "Here." All-in-all, it was a pretty awkward experience today. I only took 1 star off from my initial review because I visit this location often and have never had a bad experience, but today was definitely worthy of a review update.

    Booooo you would have passed 3 really great local coffee shops to get here. Support local coffee shops instead of the Walmart of coffee.
