This has been my go-to Chinese restaurant for years. I'm kinda lame and always get the same thing, noodles and shush one chicken. Recently they have changed the noodles and they are not good. I'm not positive they change the chicken but they are not as good and definitely not as moist

Ugh. Gag me. The chicken I had was dry and flavorless, the broccoli beef my coworker had was sad and horrifying all in one. The broccoli tastes like it had been steamed in bleach and the bee had a similar after taste. Seriously. Never again.

giving this place another shot seemed to work. However...word to the wise: Make sure that you walk that darn food line to see what is fresh BEFORE you order. I would also suggest you disregard the half plate of food that seems to be an employees lunch on the counter. Freaking disgusting. I had to ask them to remove it from site. That stuff belongs in the break room and not for customers to see.

The best chinese "fast-food" you can get. Pretty good price-point as well. I believe it is around $7 for a 3 piece combo meal. We go there whenever we want quick and yummy chinese takeout!

Meh. Good for fast food Chinese, nothing special. Not bad, I'd eat there again if in a hurry, but not something if go out of my way for. The noodles were like spaghetti noodles. The girl working the register was cute.

Let me paint you a picture, close your eyes and go with me on this journey. It was my first day in a new town. Lost, a little confused and HUNGRY. My new co-workers directed me to yep guessed it MAPLE EXPRESS! I felt like it was set up like a fast food place (think panda) but nicer like a sit down restaurant. Food was on par for the price but the restaurant was much nicer than I would expect for the price I paid. I will be back. Great food for the lunch price I paid. GIVE IT A TRY! Update: I've been back a handful of times and the staff is always friendly, the food is fresh and consistent. One bit of advise: if you order the 1 item meal or the 2 item meal you get the same amount of food. They fill up your plays you just pay extra to have the verity it seems. I am a fan. Definitely better than Panda and prices are the same.
