Pastrami burgers--who knew? I saw these on a lot of SLC-area menus, but I finally pulled the trigger at this Arctic Circle and was not disappointed. I was torn between that and the mushroom swiss burger but I did not want to miss this (apparent) regional specialty. Ground beef and pastrami and swiss cheese work well together. B+ on the burger. They might have the best fast-food onion rings anywhere. The fries are good too. Their fry sauce was oranger and tangier than the stuff that I had at The Counter in SLC. I wonder what goes into this stuff... Their shakes are misnamed--they are thick and must be eaten with a spoon. I got a mint Oreo version and it was exactly like a Dairy Queen Blizzard. Delicious, but I was planning to drink it as I drove. That doesn't work when you need both hands to negotiate the cup and spoon. Two more things--the tables were dirty despite the staff having apparent down time, and this restaurant has no restrooms, unless they are unlabelled and accessed through the kitchen.

Prices are good, food is good. Service and dining room leave much to be desired however.

This place is terrible! My 9 year old son and I stop by for ice cream from time to time (less often, lately), and because we prefer not having to go into the disgusting looking old building, we have always used the drive thru. Sadly -and without fail, every time I try to place my order near the sign, who ever is on the receiving end tells me that due to the traffic on the main road, they cannot hear me telling them what I want, and to just pull forward to place my order at the window. I have been doing this for months now, with very little, to no problems worth mentioning... until today. I learned just how frustrating it is when I have somewhere to be and there is another car already at the sign in front of me as soon as I pull up into the parking lot. And as I sit patiently in my car, preparing to submit my order to the microphone at the menu sign, the person already ordering at the sign begins screaming at the drive -thru cashier (at the sign, still), hoping they will hear their order and expected total, assuming that they are going to finally be told to pull forward to the pick up window to wait for their order, YET, NOT REALIZING, LET ALONE -UNDERSTANDING why the cashier attached to the headset on the other end, who is trying to listen to drive thru orders, cannot hear them... Therefore, making me, and who ever else is behind me, WAIT EVEN LONGER... and longer, and even longer. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? I mean, it is no secret that this place rates very low in reference to customer satisfaction, but with this noise issue causing problems at the drive thru, Is it easier, quicker, and more sensible, and perhaps even justifiable for me to "cut" in front of the people still sitting there, or should I continue to sit back in line and wait as they scream their order at the sign (and at the poor cashier (who is apparently just to damn lazy to actually walk their happy butt out to their customers who is either the idiot still screaming and trying to order at the stupid menu/sign, or stuck behind the idiot who just doesn't get why they aren't being heard clearly through the microphone? Yes, it is. FIX THE NOISE PROBLEM, DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME WITH THE CHEAP AND LAZY SHORT CUTS. Take the initiative to please us, besides, I have been served by nearly every single employee who works there, and 75% of them could definitely benefit from losing more than a few pounds. Think, walking outside to take orders from customers while we wait lined up in your slow a$$ driveway. Helping us while we are still sitting, in our cars and possibly ( and some OBVIOUSLY)already struggling to submit our orders at the menu, because you are having a hard time hearing us over the traffic. That WOULD HELP PRODUCTIVITY, and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, don't you think? Let's not give any of us drive thru customers a reason to dislike our drive thru experience. Heaven forbid we venture into your restaurant and get a peek of how old and dull the inside is. And lastly, pay attention to what we order! DOUBLE CHECK EACH ORDER BEFORE SENDING IT OUT TO BE SERVED! I have spent a lot of my hard earned money on buying into your business, THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS VERIFY THAT MY RECEIPT/ORDER MATCHES THE CONTENTS OF MY BAG!

Every time I come here we spend 10-20 minutes waiting for anything. We simply come for the ice cream cones, and that takes ages.

Ok there's two locations in Ogden but I forget which one cuz I'm not from around these parts so I played eenie meenie miny moe here.. But let me just say this, There are amazing burgers to be had here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I first had these in Oregon and it became a childhood favorite so when I saw a sign for Arctic Circle off the Interstate I said HELL TO THE YES, I'm stopping for it. Must haves is the mushroom swiss burger, ranch burger, regular small burgers and french fries. These are not your normal half ass fast food hamburgers. These burgers are magical and that might be an understatement. Damn it are their fries good. This is also the home of the famous fry sauce that resembles thousand island dressing but it's not! I tried to mimic it at home but no, it's not just ketchup and mayo either.. they add something else like crack to it to make it taste irresistible. They sell the stuff too by the way in their restaurants. They only have locations in the pacific nw and rocky mountain areas by the way. Please support your local utah location, these are based in Utah and I'd hate for them to become extinct, being over run by McDonald's or Jack in the Crack.
