I'm not sure if every KFC is like this, but they never seem to have stuff ready. 10 piece grilled bucket? "Sorry we only have 8"... 20 piece wings? "Sorry we only have 17", etc. I'm an occational fan of KFC as much as the next guy, but if you have a drive thru, shouldn't you have stuff ready to go? Is this some sort of marketing ploy to get you to buy other things that are easier and cheaper for them to make?

Went to get the Festive Feast. Even though they mention boneless on the promo poster, they charge an extra 25 cents per piece. They were out of Original Recipe at 7:20 pm, they didn't have 12 cookies-they only had 5. They made us wait for 5 minutes at the drive thru before even taking our order. Never had a good experience at this location. It's a joke. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

What if? The question raced through my mind as we pulled into this KFC for our lunch break. What if KFC could make me feel like I spent good money for once? I decided to give it a shot and, well - The food was diarrheal at best, conjured in the bowels of Satan at worst. I ordered a micro chicken sandwich and I received a non cooked chicken sandwiched between two potato chip thin pieces of moist "bread". My girlfriend got some bowl with potatoes and gravy and whatever else was supposed to be in it, and what she got back was some new fangled gruel that was probably used to store aborted fetuses. Smelled that way, at least. Honorable Mention: The manager on site begged me to call and vote for this establishment to win some corporate sales competition in exchange for a free sandwich on my next visit. But what really was the lesson here? I guess I brought it upon myself for going to a KFC to enjoy my lunch, because it seemed like a dumb idea at the time, and after it was far too late, the regret of a lifetime soon brought it's way down my digestive system. Never again. Certainly not here.

Why does the breading fall right off the chicken. What is wrong with the fried chicken out here! I heard the base has better chicken.

Been dying to try the $5 fill up. I can eat the cookie first! If I wanna if I feel that way. Love the commercial. Had to have it. Got there and ordered. There was no chicken ready. Grilled? Nope. Only thing available was strips. It was a half hour til close so I consented to what was on hand. We paid, they took our name and we sat... for 20 minutes before going to find out what the heck! We were rudely told that we had been waiting for chicken which was a bald faced lie. 5 more minutes and we got the food. Now 5 minutes to close I am wolfing down my food to be out in time for them to close on time. I didn't even get strips. I got a few sad pieces of popcorn chicken with a couple of slightly larger nuggets. Whatever, I don't like breaded food anyway. Hubby got those. But my mashed potatoes were freaking COLD. Grr! This should be a hangable crime. All of the other transgressions combined do not near this one! Also, disappointingly the cookie was so small. Nothing like the commercial showed. I am convinced they used camera tricks like in The Hobbit but in reverse to make this food look like it would satisfy an adult.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I have been to this particular KFC four times and the service and quality has been terrible every time. The employees are not friendly. The seating area is always a mess. On two separate visits they were out of chicken for chicken sandwiches....yes a KFC out of chicken twice! I contacted the corporate office and expressed all of my concerns and issues and all I got back was a sorry and a coupon for a free sandwich only good at this particular KFC. Clearly the management doesn't care to remedy the issues. I will never go to this KFC again, even with a free chicken sandwich coupon!
