This sonic isn't the fastest... But they have great customer service. And for that, I will always remain a loyal customer! Thanks Sonic!

Oh yuck. It took 18 minutes to get 2 shakes and when we got them, they were foamy and melted. GROSS! I've never asked for a refund for fast food in my life. I just couldn't justify spending $9.68 for two shakes that went in the garbage. Ordinarily I LOVE sonic. I usually get tater tots, grilled cheese and a blue coconut ocean water. This location just SUCKS. Total ca ca.

This place is the worst. They never get our order right and take forever. It has nothing to do with the volume of customers. They are always slow. We have been here a few times hoping it was the situation and not the location. But we should have read the reviews. The person who took our order was very rude this evening as well. We are never coming back. It's worth the drive up the street to Highland Drive to get your order right and in a decent amount of time with better service.

Oh btw when I finally got my order and drove off, I found out they got my single item wrong smh

I'm no longer giving this place another chance. LONGEST WAIT EVER. 2 drinks, 20 min. I would've left, but already paid. This place is a joke!

Sonics NEVER bring napkins to your car even when you ask over the speaker phone. You must ask again and again to get them. Very POOR customer concern!!!!!

I like what they're doing when it comes to the beverages. I'm a bevaholic, so any time there's slush, or flavory things my heart does a dance and skips a few beats. Just say yes to pellet ice, though I don't go crazy for the stuff. Some people act like it's something more grandiose than frozen water. But I digress. Here's what I like: drive-ins. So in theory I should love Sonic. But it's just kind of personality-less. Old school drive ins, even the run-down beat-up ones you sometimes find with the local high school kids running the place are charming. Sonic just seems like a way to eat in your car. I can do without the aggravation. Food-wise it's nice to see some stuff that other places aren't doing. I'll wash it down with some fabulous concoction, but then bemoan the fact that I now have to vacuum my car. Were the food backflip inspiring I wouldn't mind. As it is, I usually pass on the crumbs.

It seems like the service at this Sonic has significantly decreased over the last few months. Wait times for a drink shouldn't exceed 10 minutes, but that's what happens about half the time now. I've put a complaint or five out on Twitter (@sonicdrive_in) and they tell me to always leave feedback on their website. I've talked to the store manager a few times, and it usually means a free drink or maybe a giftcard for the inconvenience. What rubbed me the wrong way this week was a voice mail from the area manager. He was following up to see how my call with the store manager went this week. She had lied to say she's already called to address my concerns...but she hadn't even left a voice mail. I left a follow-up VM, and he never called back. Service aside, the food still tastes good and I'm there every few days. During the summer I stop by for bags of their amazing pellet ice. But if I'm in a hurry, this Sonic is not the place to go for a quick drink.

Half price shakes on Wednesday! Ordered a large chocolate malt and a cheeseburger, add jalapenos. Burger was overcooked and dry but the shake was thick and tasty!

Get the dogs while they're around, because they are crazy good. I ate 840 calories worth... Chicago Dog and Chili Cheese Coney, on my visit this past week.

Once upon time, this location wasn't awful. Ordered a bacon cheese dog, jalapeno poppers, and a corn dog at 1:20. Didn't get it until 2:10 and when we finally did get our food, it was wrong. Had them make us another dog, which we didn't get until 2:25. I would have been less upset if this was the first time it had happened. Had an almost identical experience a little over a month ago. I have filed a complaint with Sonic and this will be the last time I give any money to them. If you're looking for FAST food, look elsewhere.

Extremely slow service!! Waited 20 minutes to order drinks!! No apology or explanation for the long wait!! We were in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of us!!

This place is a joke! I went here on a Monday night to get a slush. I went thru the drive thru and ordered my slush and pulled forward to wait. Then I waited. And waited. 20 minutes went by. I really really wanted this slush so I just sat and hoped they would appear with my slush. 10 more minutes go by. Finally I drive around back thru the drive thru and ask where my drink was. The lady apologized profusely and said they lost my order ticket. So I pull forward and wait like ten more minutes. I'm sitting there staring into the window and one of the employees is just sweeping! I understand keeping the place clean, but good god, if your behind on people's drink orders, work on those first! Finally she comes out and gives us our drinks for free and gives us some coupons. Fine. Im pissed but atleast I finally got my drink and it was free. I was about to leave abad review after this incident but since they gave me my drinks for free and gave me coupons I decided not to. Well. Then I decide to go back to sonic again tonight. Anddd the same exact thing happens. The was even another employee sweeping right by the window as we look in hoping our drink will be out soon. The we decided enough was enough and we drove away and went to 7eleven instead. So moral of the story is: if you want to wait 30 minutes for a drink, go to sonic.

The food is good, but the service is consistently horrible. I have visited this location 3 times in the last 6 months and every time my order has been wrong. I think there is something wrong with the drive through microphone, because I have to repeat everything multiple times and they can never seem to understand me. Two of the three times I have visited this location through the drive through, the cars behind me have pulled out and left because the service was so slow. It seems like there is never management there? Or maybe the management just doesn't care. I would go to the sonic up the street, there's a much better one 4 blocks away. It would be quicker to just drive there. It's on Fort Union and 2000 East.

Worst Sonic in the valley. If you're using the "drive-thru" prepare to wait at the ordering station for at least 5 minutes before getting someone to talk to you. Bonus points if you make it out of the drive-thru in under 15 minutes. Terrible service!

When I was pregnant and nauseated I contemplated writing reviews based solely on ice, here it is: SONIC IS THE FREAKING BOMB. Sonic has the best ice and they sell it by the bag. Which is basically a sick pregnant person's dream. My former favorite drink was the Ocean Water. My newest fix is the cranberry slush. Delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day.

One thing is for sure, I love drink combinations! Love, Love, Love Drinks! Some of my Favs are Cherry Fanta, Vanilla Cherry Coke, Fresh Lime Slush and the list goes on and on. Place has some good eats and on Friday they offer their Crossonic breakfast sandwich for a buck! Can't go wrong there... A downside to this place it takes over 10 minutes on average for the Drive through. I understand they make food to order but I've tested it and the parked cars get served faster than the drive-thru and that just aint right...
