Paco’s Mexican Food Menu

I'm wondering if Mr Paco (the long lost cousin of the owner of Rancherito's) decided to open up his own mexican restaurant here. The two places are very similar with the food on their menu, prices, and food quality as well. However, Paco's Taco's has one thing that Rancherito's does not: The king of all burritos, the one and the only, the mighty ALFONSO Burrito! I am being forced to type "ALFONSO" in all caps to show this burrito the respect it deserves. An $8.00 or $9.00 price tag might seem intimidating, but I can assure you it is money well spent. After ordering, the cash register lady eyed me up and down, then just laughed under her breath. She knew was I was in for. I bet there was atleast 5 pounds of meat on that sucker. Not one, not two, but three large-sized tortillas are folded together to wrap this thing up. The ALFONSO is loaded to the brim with everything you can think of: Meat, beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, gaucamole... you name it. The contents inside were stacked neatly one on-top of the other, so you could taste everything together if you ate it like a normal burrito. (Good luck lifting that thing off your tray, though.) This thing could literally feed a small family. I ate that burrito until I hated myself, then I ate some more. I thought I was a man, until I tried this thing. I returned home defeated, with half of the ALFONSO still in my hand. After 4 months of preparation, I think I've finally built up enough courage to go and try to finish the whole thing. I can still feel some pieces of the ALFONSO inside me, clogging up my arteries and beckoning me to go and try to conquer the beast once more. The mind is willing, but the body is weak. I uploaded a picture in the gallery to display it's glory to all the world. If you think you're man enough, go ahead and try to conquer the mighty ALFONSO. Feast on, my friends.

Paco's is pretty good. I typically get the Steak and Egg Breakfast burrito, which if I eat for breakfast typically leaves me full through lunch. The menu is about the same as Rancherito's or Beto's, but the salsa bar is better. Their beans are really flavorful and not too wet or too dry. Quality has been hit or miss with the food being really excellent at times and mediocre at others. Lately it's been good. I'm a repeat customer and recommend it to others.

You guys, This place is amazing! The churros are the best in town and always made fresh. You won't have to get one that's be sitting under a heat lamp all morning like at Sam's Club. Gross. The burritos are fantastic and huge, and if you want something absolutely fantastic, get one of the Tortas. They are a delight. You'll get so full and the price is super reasonable. Enjoy it!

I don't speak Spanish so they get my order wrong about half the time. It doesn't matter. I've never had bad food from this place. Well priced and tasty.

I'm a frequent flyer at Paco's and have tried a good amount of their breakfast burritos. By far, the best value, flavor, and service for burritos in Logan. I highly recommend the Pancho or Sausage burritos. There's an orange colored sauce in the store (not sure what it's called), but it is fantastic on these.

About a year ago, I would have given this place a rave review, in fact, I did give them a thumbs up. Things have changed for me since then. Though besides being the best mexican drive thru in Logan, They have lost their style. I don't know if one of the cooks left or what happened, but the place has become bland. Now let me state for the record, I am not from Utah, I come from the midwest where the food is so much better. I feel for the people in some parts of Utah, they haven't gotten the "TASTE" of what real Mexican food (I say this with a bias toward Central Mexico and not the north) taste like. This year I've given Paco's the benefit of the doubt by going through their drive thru in the morning. EVERYTIME I order the Paco Special, there is ALWAYS something different within. I'd drop my wife off at work and then head for Paco's. I am telling you, You can sit in that driveway for ten minutes waiting for a burrito!! And what do I get when I split it in half....not what I thought I would. It just blows me away. There was a time when i would pick up three Carne Asada burritos for the family, head home and the stepkids eyes would roll in the back of his head as he sunk his teeth in. NOW...I am so afraid to order one and eat it myself. What's going on? Maybe Paco's has gotten such great fanfare, it's decided to cut back on good customer services. I mean, some places in Utah survive on name alone and their food sucks. I was in ROY, i stopped at an Alberto's. I notice they made a Carne asada fries burrito. it went for 4 bucks. usually places here serve the Carne asada fries dish and it's to die for (depending where you go), but no one had devised this burrito until now...genius! A couple of the guys wanted to head to Rancheros on Main street. I decided to go and see if the cook could make me this Carne asada fries burrito. I explained to him I saw it in Roy and I wanted to know if he could make it...a burrito. He tells me he can. They make it, he wants to charge me 9 dollars. The same price for the dish, through it's a burrito. SO...does he think I am stupid? Yeah, he does, like many places up here, they think their food is the best and it's mediocre. And this brings me back to Pacos. I decide to give it another try...gotta give this place another try. I decide to skip the Paco Special, I decide to skip the Carne Asada burrito, I decide on the California Burrito. Note to you all. Go inside and order to go. It's so much faster. As I wait for my food, I ventured over to the sauces. They have about three or four different seasonings of sauce, from mild to hot. I put a mild and hot in plastic contains and I close them, get some lemon wedges too. They lady, an older one, gives me my older. Faster than the younger person who is usually there. I get out to the car, bite into it...so so, but bland. "should I go get some salt? I decide to skip it. I stick my finger down the middle of the burrito and add the mild and hot sauce. They are like water...no flavor at all. Put some flavor in the salsa. Why did you change from potatoes to French fries???? Different cooks doing different things and no one is on the same page. They just can't get it right, and as someone below rudely said, "I don't speak spanish, so they get my order wrong about half the time.." That says a lot to the value of what the customer service can be. When I order something with Potatoes...put POTATOES in it, not french fries! Potatoes hold more heat and flavor. IT says Carne Asada...that is steak. Good meat that shouldn't just break up or taste soft in my mouth, that's not Steak, that's a cheaper form of meat you are trying to put in my burrito, assuming unsuspecting Utahns don't know the difference. It should be Steak flank, cooked and then cut into pieces. Just my opinion. Please use seasoning on the meat. Season before..maybe the night before or when you are making the burrito. I recommend ADOBO seasonings. You can get it. It worlds wonders on EVERYTHING! Obvious I wasn't satisfied with my last burrito at Paco's but I am not your average customer, I expect the best from the best and Paco's has been slacking lately. I hate to go eat at a restaurant for a burrito, but It looks like that's going to be the ticket to satisfying food. I hope it gets better.

The best thing on the menu are the burritos although I always feel like the food isn't safe to eat I did the mistake to go in the restroom and it was filthy!

Paco's is Logan's hidden Mexican restaurant. It's popular among the business folk that work on 10th west. The food is good, and you get plenty full without breaking the bank. They have a burrito that is literally 2 feet long. Good luck picking it up much less putting it in your mouth. When you take it home (there is no way you can finish it) ask the lady at the desk to wrap it in foil for you. All in all it's great. Cheap. Authentic. Paco's.

Red chili carne asada and fish tacos were great! Well seasoned and served with a huge home-made tortilla. They have a cold bar where you can choose from an array of sauces, all of which were very nice. Inexpensive and delicious. Help to keep this business in business.

I've eaten here a few times and don't get me wrong the food is great, but I'm never coming here again. I work a graveyard shift and sometimes crave some Mexican food when I get off work. On their door they say they are open at 6 am. Now I can't get there till about 6:30 or 7 am. However, for the past several weeks I've tried and they are never open when the door sign says they will be. There was even one day I drove by at 9 and the open sign wasn't lit and the sign on the door said closed. I don't know about you but if a business says they'll be open I expect them to be open. I'm tired and getting let down because they can't keep a promise of when they'll be open.

So I love authentic Mexican food and being in Utah they are usually easy to find some decent places. But Paco's does it to the next level. The carnitas are awesome and the asada actually tastes like steak instead of charred gristle like a couple other places around town. Go there, try it, you won't be disappointed!

Reasonably good Mexican food. Both Husband and I experienced dry entrees, and Husband's tacos were low on flavor and the tortillas cold and flabby (a quick turn on the grill with a bit of oil would really have perked them up), but they could partly be resuscitated with the condiments available. Worth a try, and a nice change of scenery, but not our go-to for Mexican.

We ate here for the first time today. It was really good! I was worried about the rice and beans... I feel like a lot of places have really flavorless rice and beans, but they were really good! I ordered one beef and one chicken taco. They were good, but a little dry. My husband had the California burrito... that was really good. The meat was very flavorful and it was just plain good. I think I'll try a burrito the next time. The price was comparable to all other restaurants. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean.

We were excited when this new Taco shop opened up a few weeks back. I have been there 3 times. It is a lot of food, and a good atmosphere. My favorite so far is the #5, cheese enchilada and beef burrito (which is really steak, not ground beef). Their steak is actually pretty tender and tasty, not tough like a lot of the fast food (or even sit down restaurants). We only live about 1 1/2 miles away from this place, so we plan on going back. Since we moved to Utah this year we already tried all of the Mexican and Latin cuisines here, and this is the one we have been back to the most so far. We love Mexican food, and one of their #5s will last me for lunch the following day as well. It is only $6.50. They also have a drive through but I have not used it yet. We also have never gone at rush hours, noon or 6pm... usually before 11:30 and after 7pm. I have never tried their breakfast burritos but my husband LOVES them, and they are so inexpensive as well. A great value for your money, and great food, too!

Carne Asada burritos with the guacamole and pico on the side... great way to take it and heat it later. LIMES TO TOP IT OFF. YUM!

If you live in the valley and want a true authentic Mexican meal, there are only a handful of places to go, and Paco's is at the top of my list.

Some of the most authentic Mexican food in the area. One of the other nice aspects is that they are open seven days a week, are open early in the morning and late at night, and have a drive-up/take-out window.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
